This is with dis-satisfaction i am writing for the above mentioned order number.

I was expecting this order to be delivered today, however to my surprise it shows returned, REASON (Customer declined) .

I never spoke to anyone, no one called me, no one came to my address.
When is had a chat immediately the rep said it will be delivered by 8:00 pm today, however again no one called.

When i called customer care, and spoke to Supervisor who said it my mistake, and was very rude not helpful at all, Supervisor not willing to understand.

I have placed multiple orders with Amazone in the past and was delivered without any issue, as per the supervisor, one of the digit was incorrect, and shipper calld that number, my question is how did i receive my previous order and if my number was incorrect why did it send a confirmation after i placed an order .I had great regards about the service, however i am displeased and have made my mind not to do business with you guys anymore, will put across words to all i know to be aware of how you guys treat customers who believe in you an place orders on your website .

    My Name is Kodeeswaran Last week 25-Jun i has ordered one crompton pedestal Fan. it was i received on 29-Jun have a very damaged condition,

    This is first time i used amazon for online purchse while received with damaged condition i am very much disappointed, so i has raise the complient for return,

    At the time seller called me asked the details i am also explained him about the dameges clearly sent the photos also through whatapp, then he also accept for return and told to me i has authentication for return amazon people will guide you like that thsi conversation was ended with seller and me.

    But today morning now i called to amazon customer service about this problems they are directly telling you should return this product by post or courier!!!

    If i have a time for going to post office or courier office why i am purchasing in online ????? for this things we directly going to market and we can purchase??? why we people belive on you thsi is not a right way to run the business,

    While ordering time your person coming and delivering means incase of this problem also your person shiuls come and support us for everything we paid money know.

    If my problem not solving in couple of days i will strongl suggest to each and everyone Won't & Don't use this amazon..Do support and clear ny issue asap.

      I have a ordered a mobile phone for my brother but received an empty box. It’s very awful &. I am very disappointed. I have complained thrice but still not getting proper resolution .I request you to provide my refund or else deliver the mobile phone to requested delivery address. So many Emails i received but no response even they have not called me to find out exactly what happened? Third class service i am getting from Amazon. They are just showing that it's a good company but the answer is NO.
      Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as I am following up with Amazon since 20th June’16.

      This is Shalini Ghosh Dastider, I ordered an Honor 6x phone in amazon. It delivered on 14/11/2017. When I opened the box there was only one charger and the phone was missing. I want a refund of my money.

            I have complained three times before about it the Amazon Kindle product's misleading advertisements and their sales page on the e-retail site about Kindle Paperwhite's description.It has no similarity with the product that I received. Amazon's representative called me after the first complaint and verbally abused me for complaining. This is the second time I am complaining about the verbal abuse and their unwillingness to take back the product which shows the replacement or return time till 7th of July.
            The number that Amazon used to abuse me was 91-[protected]. He spoke in a very indecent manner and cursed me for complaining using my mother as a point to attack. Hope you understand that I have paid in full wishing that I would get what is been promised. now they are not refunding or replacing the product but threatening me for complaining. I am willing to pay more but I am not willing to take abuse from the seller. I wish to have justice. Please help me get it.
            Further, even after complaints the Amazon India brand is not responding to my queries except for abuse. Is this what Indian business is supposed to do with their consumers? Is it the way to behave with clients from whom they have taken money for a product and service but has not delivered as promised. Their misleading campaigns and verbal abuse to consumers should stop and this I request to the current dispensation to take a note of and act. Being a consumer in India is so unsafe, I had no idea of. Had it been so I would have never ventured to do purchase from Amazon India. I want my money back and want the perpetrator to be punished for such filthy abuses.
            I promise to go to the end of it even if I need to visit the ministry personally. I wont take such abuse and lie with any compassion, whatsoever.

              I have place the order #[protected] on 24 may 2016 and i received the product partially defected so i raised return request on 8th may 2016 after that sellers contact me ask me to not return the product because only 1 day left from last returning date. After so much discussion he said ready to pick the product and raise a ticket for same. But after so many emails and call till now my product is not return and no refund made and reason they giving is return date is expire which is totally false. I made a request within a timeline if action is not taken it should not be customer responsibility. Now amazon also not refunding the amount and said "jo karna hai vo kar lo ab kuch nahi ho sakta" bull line. I was regret on my decision to choose amazon for shopping this is second time i faced same kind of issue. I am looking for fruitful decision.

                I had purchased a digiflip pro tablet in January which have the 6 month warranty. That product is not giving the desired service as the battery backup is worst than anything.

                I talked to amazon customer care, one of them is saying it have 1 month warranty left and another one after two days is saying there is no warranty.

                This is how amazon is fooling their customers.

                  I have not received my pantaloons voucher purchased on 18th June-16, Though I received several calls from delivery boy that it will be delivered today or tomorrow but still I am waiting for the delivery. I have called to the customer care several times since one week and they all are promising me to be delivered today or tomorrow like the courier guys but still I am waiting for the same in spite.that my voucher is lying in Delhi itself but it can't be delivered to me now I am badly frustrated with this service and this is my last try to get it receive if it will not deliver anymore.
                  I have to complained it to the consumer court. So requesting you to please get it done at the earliest. otherwise I will sue on the Amazon.

                    The advertisements shows that we can buy and return goods on Amazon e-retail services. However, the kindle paperwhite model donot contain any description of the product about its features of wether there is a inbuilt resolution to help readers to read. The advertising are misleading which shows that even in the dark the device can be used. There is nowhere mentioned that if I open the kindle box it can't be returned. The company that I paid for a product is cheating me by false propaganda and now they are declining to replace the product citing that if the box is opened it can't be replaced. There is no such information given in any page seeing which the product was bought.
                    I feel cheated and being scammed by this retailer.My prayer to the government would be to take action and investigate how much of false propaganda they are doing via their advertisements and what they are describing in the product description. The cheats have taken INR 6000 from me and now is declining to replace the product. This is a gross violation of their propaganda which is false and their return guarantee that they promise to their consumers. The portal shows that I can ask for refund or replacement till 7th of July but the consumer service department is not taking my request and denying to replace it. Please help. I beg you.

                    I have submitted a complaint before about the Amazon's breach of conduct about a product and its advertisements as of its Kindle Paperwhite series. I got a call from a number[protected] who introduced me as a representative of Kindle Amazon. He first said that he has received a complaint that I filed with consumer affairs and thus he called to take my Kindle. I was explaining him about the time it would take and the rejection of exchange offers that they promise was not given. He abused by using the words "Mother[censored]r [censored] off". I am a consumer who has paid in full. and now when giving service he abused me. I would never involve myself with Amazon but I want a punishment of this unpardonable abuse of a consumer. I won't go for any length but just asking my Government to see that these people are shown their right place. Cheats have only one place, behind bars.

                      I recently got a gift card from my company to buy Arrorw product and get rs 1000/- flat off on the product. I ordered 1 shirt that cost me rs 1299/- and I applied the code and got 1000 off, I paid rs 299 via card. The shirt that was shown in the picture was too great and was looking very cool but when I received the item it was very dull.
                      Then I thought to replace the shirt with another item but I didn't got an option for replacement, it simply state to return the shirt. I returned it but didn't got my gift card back to my account. I spoke with many representative about it but all said they can't give that. So if I got that gift card from my company and then why can I get my card back..?? I also said to send me the shirt back to me I'll not wear it but keep it with me and then also they said they will not send the product back. I mean I only shop online and that too from Amazon or Myntra only but now I think it's high time to not to shop from Amazon anymore.
                      Just requesting to refund back the gift card or send my shirt back.
                      I thought Amazon is a very good site and I used to recommend to other's as well but I think that's a very big mistake and will not sugget to anyone nor will say to anyone to shop from Amazon.

                        I had bought a phone (Xiaomi redmi note 3) from amazon on may 4th and it was defective, the replacement did not arrive me on time and the refund was initiated on 16th may 2016 and due to address change it was re-issued on 21st may 2016 and till today i. E 30th june 2016 i have received no information about the cheque or money. The customer care executives keep apologizing as they have no idea where my cheque is. My bank details are updated on the amazon site and i swiped my card on cod for this transaction. I am unable to explain the possible reason for such a delay. Even a legal notice has not helped me.

                            Regarding order#[protected],[protected]

                            Hi.. Today morning i received a message that my consignment is out for delivery but no one has attempted to deliver.In the evening i got a mail that "no was available to receive the order", i got surprised how one can update like this.. They would have updated... Item delivered.. Though it would not have been delivered.
                            In such case who is goona fight about the reality. They need to make the things more transparent. Also when contacted the customer representative to rectify the same he told me he has no authority to rectify the same will have to wait for another 24 hrs for the same. There is no respect of trust which the amazon is claiming to have with their customers.
                            If you can look into the issue please do so.

                              I made an attempt to buy Lenovo K5 vibe from amazon on the 22nd june and kept checking the status of my order to be delivered after every hour.The status of my order showed in my order list as confirmed and the parcel will be delivered till 8:00pm on 27th june. as a result i was waiting for the delivery. On the 25th at 5:56 pm i received a message from AMAZON INDIA that my order is on the way but suddenly at night on the 27th june after 2:35 am the status changed to cancelled which i again changed to confirm delivery in the morning at 11:18am and discussed about the issue with the Customer Care at AMAZON INDIA at 1:20pm where he assured me that it might be a problem and he will take complete care that the order will be delivered to me. now on 29th june when again i contacted them on Customer Care they informed me that the person i talked to earlier did misguide me regarding the delivery and the parcel can not be delivered to me under any circumstances.

                              In this case I've registered my mobile phone number and email with AMAZON INDIA in order to stay connected with them regarding the order.

                              If I've cancelled the order, why didn't I receive a confirmation of the cancellation message on my mobile phone or email or on the app?

                              As AMAZON INDIA is doing this advertising to raise their revenue in the market they will never message me the details of the regarding as they themselves cancelled the order and they blame me for the cancellation.

                              I strongly appeal you to take harsh action against and stop this fake advertising campaign started by them and if they continue they should fulfill the orders placed by the customers and in no way the parcels should be left undelivered without the consent of the buyer.

                                I have returned the product almost 2 months back, but yet to get the return. Customer care says the return is processed and to contact the bank. The bank says nothing is with them. Why they are asking me to contact bank? When paid it was to their bank account, they have to send it to my account. Simple. Where lies the difficulty?
                                Frustrated with the refund.
                                Already 2 months passed to get back my money. Re-registered the complaint in their site still did not get the money.

                                  Please note that i purchase microsoft office home & student 2016 via order id[protected]. Before paying when i called at your customer care was told that this product has outlook. Although, i have received the product today and there is no outlook! Moreover, i have checked this with microsoft and they confirmed the same.

                                  I have not yet installed the product and request you to arrange a return. I understand that this product isn’t with return option but the mistake is not mine. Thus, please give my account, a credit of inr.5, 300 and take this product back.

                                      I purchase a led tv from amazon.
                                      When i received this i found its a crack led. I talk with the customer care and return this with all formalities. They don't arrange a pic up of product. I manage it with verry difficulties and sent this by courier. To the address.
                                      Problem is they people don't take a courier return and i complaint this with your customer care they say then will take courior and every time give a false commitment.
                                      Kindly arrange that courier will assept. Again i arrange courier for today at 2.00 pm sharp
