Sir ibuy one plus theree amazon.In. 17 jun. Display is not working. So i call amazon. Amazon courier return my phone 18jun. I call amazon customer care 22jun. He say your money back 48 hours. I cll next day. Now he say phone is not reached bangalore office. Also say when phone is recevied i return your money.In while total washout my return documents. I call customer service. He says this is technical fault. I return your money 5to10 days. And ignored my phone. Please help me making suggestions. I open case consumer protection.

    It's been a month that the status came as refund initiated .. I haven't recieved the refund yet.. I did talked to your customer people.. The reply was always ' no issues from our side it's with your bank'..

    A girl whom i talked to said she will send me a mail with order details and a survey regarding her service.. I haven't received any..

        Hi,

        I am writing this complain w.r.t my Amazon “ORDER #[protected]”.

        Initially, I give you brief about my concern, I obtained a pair of shoes from amazon of valuable amount "2399.70/-", merchant of this item is Cloudtail, the normal date of delivery was "13 –jun-2016", however till 17th June I didn't got my bundle or any overhaul from amazon or dealer side also. Then I made a call with amazon customer care and got some information about my bundle, he let me know that wait for one more day, as we are attempt to associate with vender and return you, no reaction from him side.

        Again On 18th June I made a bring in amazon customer care, you employee guaranteed me to make another solicitation for re-sending the crisp bit of shoes, that time I am entirely cheerful for seeing the same yet when on following day i..e 19th Jun I again made a call just to confirm my bundle status, you employee let me know that still your re-send package request is not made by any of representative, let me raise it.

        Following few hour, I got a call from your same employee, she let me know that, same item leaves stock right now, so I am ask her, please refund my cash by believing her words.

        Be that as it may, following 1 days, one of my friend was effectively bought same shoes from amazon and this time amount of shoes is "5, 279/ - ", so I am truly need to see some underneath questions:

        Q1: How is it conceivable to organize the same item in a very short time?
        Q2: Is it implies, now item esteem goes expanded and I obtained the item in lesser amount ?
        Q3: Or item accessible that time is blemished, now dealer didn't have any more faulty piece, so he is not inspired by sending me the same amount.
        Q4: Suppose I buy a product of amazon of sum 1000/ - and following 1 week, item comes in offer having cost 600/ -, and I need my cash 400/ - to be discount, Are you all do likewise

        At that point, I raise my worry with one of your senior lead whose name is "Mr. Harshwardhna" even he is not ready to comprehend my inquiry and he let me know that he not able to re-send the same bundle with in same amount.

        So, I request you please arrange the same product of same amount ASAP and also take actions with the your seller as well.

        Attach all the documents which proof my concern.

        Please let me know for any update about the same.

          I purchased mobile 12-may-2016 from amazon, this mobile getting problem 7-june-2016. I was contacted 9-june-2016 mi service center, they are saying mike problem then they raise service order but till mi service people not resolve problem, they are not given back mobile.

            Hi,

            This is in regard the orderid[protected]) placed on amazon india. I order a shirt from amazon india. At the day of delivery, The delivery boy from amazon marked it as returned without my confirmation. However i asked him to deliver on next day. Even he assured me to deliver it on next day but When i check my order status in amazon its showing product returned now. Can amazon india let me know how the delivery boy marked my product as returned?? As well as When i discussed this issue with amazon customer care, they are saying that its not in there hand. Then who is responsible for it? I want that product that only.

              I have booked a Mobile Phone thru Amazon for which delivery was expected on 21/06/16, But till date neither I get phone nor any Info,

              I m chasing them on regular basis they daily says it will deliver today.

              I have buy this phone to someone who stay in other state, & on the basis of their delevery date, book the train tkt for 22/06, Now they leave,

              So register a complaint for them.

                  I had ordered xioami redmi note 3 from Amzon. i have submit request on 20th june for replacement of handset as battery got heated continuously. i got confirmation that amazon person will pick my phone on 21st june but till today i am just following with them .there is no communication from amazon and they are giving me nonsense excuses that i refused to give handset to their person.evem they sent me a written confirmation yesterday that my phone will be pick up by today only before 2pm but till now no one has visited my place not even i recvd any information from amazon.
                  Please look into this matter.

                    I order a mobile phone ORDER #[protected], arriving on 22 june. so i called amazon for little fast delivery they assured me always, on 22 june i wait whole day and called many time amazon india each time they assured me about delivery in confirm on before 22 june 8 pm.but when i called them after 8 pm one of customer care said "the product was damage so we are unable to delivery today, "then i called 1 hour later then they replay it was delivery delay, i brought this phone on a flash sell so i have a doubt that the product now in hand of amazon so they just keep changing there words, the product was prepaid also. so now they providing refund after long days wait and full day wasting, i just got a sorry form amazon

                      I bought an electronic tanpura and table from Amazon. The item was not working when connected to electric port. I requested to change it. After initial calls Amazon representative informed me to return it by post to a address in Kolkata. I live in Bangalore. I don't understand why now I need to go to a courier center to return the item which was a faulty one and sold by Amazon.

                      I was unhappy because I need to send by courier with my money. The representative informed that they will pickup from the original dispatch address. Later on another representative told not to be picked up from dispatch address. I at last sent the item by courier. The representative promised to pay the courier amount by cash.

                      The Amazon's representative did not keep their promises - neither they picked up the item nor they paid the amount.

                      After multiple follow ups, I get an email after some days that a cheque is delivered to my address with the refund amount. I replied that I don't want cheque but I want the direct refund to my credit card and along with the original refund amount, I want the courier charge. The representative sent the same message again and again that a cheque is on the way and a gift card equal to the courier amount is given to me.

                      I don't want gift card but Amazon is sending the same message saying 'cheque is on the way and a gift card is given to me'.

                      Now I have not yet received the cheque, nor any direct refund.

                      I don't understand the following points.
                      - when Amazon sent me a defective item, why I as a customer need to send the item with my own money.
                      - Why Amazon does not pickup the refund item?
                      - Why Amazon applies delays to refund the amount?
                      - Why Amazon does not keep their promises?
                      - Why a customer needs to followup and get mental pain to get his dues?

                        I have purchased sony external hard disk from amazon in 21 nov 2015.

                        now this product is not working, so as warranty policy i have gone to sony service centre, they told me that this is not valid invoice and i m not sure this is original or not so they rufused to take it and told me ask to amazon for it . Invoice which you have given me is without seriel no. And also not vat invoice, i also contact to amazon via call but all are unhelpful. Solve my issue,

                          I have been charged $32.51 on 6/17/2016 from my suncoast checking account, and, would like to know why you charged this on my account, and, who gave you authorization to do so.
                          Please credit this account immediately. I do not understand why this complaint has to be added to, as it states amazon.com charged my account without permission. Simple... Just credit my account.

                            Amazon.In a-to-z guarantee claim (Order[protected] - not able to help resolving issue..

                            It was claimed for not delivering the product. Whereas amazon claimed they delivered. That is why i claimed for a to z.

                            Neither they are able to provide the proof that they delivered nor refunding the amount.
                            This is like open cheating to customer.

                            I declined their stand on delivery 2 times...

                              I have contacted with micromax customer care over phone. They said that my phone's waranty is over, but i have ordered my phone on 2nd july, 2015 & received it on 7th july, 2015. Hence, my handset's waranty starts from 7th july, 2015 & it should have one waranty till 7th july, 2016. It means that my phone is already used one before it is shipped to me because whenever first time you insert the sim, its imei no. Is tracked & its waranty starts from that day. So, you had shipped me a old handset.
                              Here is the proof of not having waranty of my hanset i got from micromax care.

                                  The seller put this item for sale at Rs.474 and I placed the order, later on when he saw that others were selling it at double the price he immediately started sending me emails to cancel the order. When I did not do so he cancelled the order himself.

                                  The worst part is Amazon.in is doing nothing about it. In spite of writing several emails to them.

Fir maine customer care ko call kia .o bole galty se o wala discount price show kar rha tha.. thora time ke lie..maine bola ye sb aplog mazak buna kar rkh die h ..mra order place karie fir se..o bole ny hoga ..to maine supervisor se bat kia unko bhy mai ye btaya ..o bole mre se order place ny hga..mai bola mai apke uapar case kar dunga ..o bole kar digye...ap hi btaie sir ye amazon wala aj kal public wala ke mazar kar rha h ya ny..? Sir plz iske against action ligye...mai iske lie grateful rahunga hmesa ...
