Sir i ordered shoes from amazon on 21/06/16 and they deliver me wrong shoes with smaller size than i contact to seller but he not give me any answer then i contact to amazon & requested for return they said that the pick my product on monday refund my money 2 days after receiving the product but no ones come to pic up after it i contact amazon 4 more times but all time they told that tomorrow the person came & pick your product but sir til today no ones come for the pick up all the time they put me on hold and said tomorrow your product will be pick... So kindly help me sir

    I had paid for a UPS and it was to be delivered by 22 July. On that date I received an SMS that it was out for delivery. Later, I was informed that delivery was rescheduled at my request.
    This is blatantly incorrect and a falsehood. Also your tracking number leads nowhere. Very disappointed with Amazon. I intend to air my grievance on the net as I do not appreciate being blamed for something which is not of my doing.

      I had been ordered lifeline 4 in 1 manual treadmill from amazon at 8th july 2016.
      I had debit amount rs.9975 from my account. but amazon company cancelled my order & they refund my rupees on my account on 9th july. but the cash did not deposited in my account till now. i kindly request you plz check what happned about my debit amount. it is in amazon company or in bank account. plz send me the written proof about the details of my debit amount.

        This product was very urgent to me reason being opted for 2 day guarentee. i have to plan for my shifting for new rented house.
        9 th july:
        8am received msg, item will be delivered.
        No call nothing evening got msg at
        8.20pm - addressee not present so not delivered.
        8.30pm - got msg item delivered.

        I was present that place for the entire day waiting for the product
        Baring few hrs that to in a chunk. as didn't receive this product which amzon
        Committed to me i have to bear loss of rs1000+

        The purpose of ordering this product got defeated. what is the purpose
        Of ordering with guarantee delivery then? for entire day i hardly got any
        Call. no one is received from my side, then how you people made the
        Product delivered?

        14th july: returned the product at the time of delivery
        Reason: the product was tempered with external as well as internal packing.

        No response, no mail, no apology email, no compensation, money not refunded

          I have purchased a led tv from amazon on 8th july and within 2hrs they have updated courier details by which they have sent material. But it is very surprise thing the courier details updated by them is false. Plz note the details aramex courier track no-[protected]. Immediately i have given an email to seller and he replied me some cases it take time to update. From that day to today i have frequently contacted to amazon but still there is not any response from their end. Finally i have requested them to cancel the order on 14th and they have sent a mail to his seller but still there is not any response. Again as per his customer support people i have also claimed for return on 16th but now also not any response i got.

          Kindly help me to find my heard earning money from these type of cheating companies.

          They have also launched a-z claim to the seller with a dead line date 22.07.16 but still seller has not any response and they have not yet refund my amount.

            Transportation courier order number[protected] dated 14 july 16

            I was having a very good opinion about amazon india for online purchases & customer support so far but today i have to perforce change this opinion to failure on customer care & service due to one order i placed on 14 july where delivery was promised on 16 july & latest by 18 july 8 pm. (order details & confirmation mail is appended below).
            Tracking details were received on 14th july itself i found the package was sent to bangaluru for courier to transport it to delhi the final delivery destination. all the while i was updated about its position & it arriving on time. it was tracked to have reached gurgaon by a/n of 17 july & delhi on midnight of 17/18 july with status on time & will be delivered latest by 8 pm on 18july.
            (tracking details appended below my mail)
            Normally we get an update on sms that item is out for delivery but i did not receive any further update. so i started an on line chat with there customer care on 18 july for further delivery information. one varalakshmi was online & she checked & confirmed that it will be delivered before 8 pm on 18th so i was rest assured. then i got an e mail from varalakshmi to rate the assistance & help offered since i did not receive the package as promised i rated it poor & simultaneously i started another chat on line but one lokesh was online this time he could not give the exact status so i requested for a call back for planning my presence at home next day for delivery as i am alone these days. one vinay was calling & said sorry & told me he had raised my to request for a priority delivery on 19th july much after the promised deadline.
            I again waited at home for delivery but again there was no update on sms or mail. the tracking status is continuously showing lying at delhi for delivery at delhi in the past tense 18 july 8 pm
            I again asked for a call back from customer care & one raj was online who was sorry for delay but attributed it to heavy rains in uttrakhand & when told item has already reached destination but not delivered he started talking cock & bull totally illogical, irrational, ignorant about the status. then i requested for a senior manager one team leader mona came & she also repeated sorry but said it will be delivered in next 48 hour & pressed for reasons she said the delivery is in a different pin code in delhi than where item is lying so it will take further 48 hours to reach that pincode not withstanding that it is already delayed due organisation failure at delivery level. their can not be a more ignorant team leader than mona who may not be aware that amazon does promise same day delivery.
            There can not be a more irritating thing to keep a customer waiting indefinitely & not providing either the status or update him on delivery date after having missed the deadline two times.
            What is it that you would have done differently in this tech. savy age working at press of a button or voice command bunty

                This about my 15% cash back on purchase of following items against order #[protected] dated 22/01/2016:
                01. xiaomi redmi note prime (white, 16 gb) worth rs. 7, 999 (without 15% cash back)
                02. samsung micro sdxc 64gb class 10 uhs-i memory card 48 mb/s with adapter worth rs. 1, 299 (without 15% cash back).

                It is ridiculous to say that, after many follow ups, still amazon is unable to give proper reply to me when i will get 15% cash back on purchase. after so many follows i got fed-up & feel cheated. at the time of purchase it was told that the 15% cash back on purchase will get within 90 days but still it is not received. amazon is willingly failed to deliver the resolution on this matter.

                Hence, i want to register the complaint against this matter and take a strict action in order to provide me my full cash back with compensation against harassment.

                It is a bad experience and huge harassment for me.

                        I have ordered a product through amazon.In & paid for it in advance, i was waiting for the delivery of product but i didn't receive the product & their site is showing it delivered. After complaining about this n following again n again they are now declining my claim for refund by saying that they have delivered the product. When i asked for the signed confirmation of product delivery they also deny to do so. Kindly help me out in this as this is being so irresponsible & hectic to follow.

                          I buy stainless steel rubbish bin from amazon india for 611 rupees. packaging was bad, box was torn inside and item arrived damaged with dent. i don't have bank account or credit card so payment was cod. amazon accepted to refund. they offered to either transfer the money to my bank account (i don't have) or give me a gift card. i take gift card as i plan to buy a mixer. i went to buy mixer. price is more for mixer is 2000 rupees so greater than gift card amount. big problem, amazon not allow cod and gift card combination. i spent many hours on calling amazon. no good explanation why cod and gift card cannot be combined. also amazon never inform me upfront about this problem. they say you pay balance of mixer with credit or debit card. i inform them i don't have bank account. no reply from amazon! they take my money and offer no solution. also no one from amazon wish to help. please be careful they will cheat you! what is point of gift card if i cannot combine with cod to purchase new item?!! why not transparent with your policy and why cause so much pain to genuine customer. i simply want to apply gift card value of 611 towards mixer and pay balance of 1400 in cash at time of delivery.

                            The online seller giant first attracts customers with good price deals on its platform, they then lose the product in transit and yet they send you texts saying that your order has been delivered, received and signed by the buyer and don't own up the responsibility. I've ordered philips led cap desk light 4.5 watts (White)- order id:[protected], invoice no. Mh-bom[protected], which got lost by amazon, they are so irresponsible that they didn't notify me, after calling their customer care thrice i got to know about it and when i complained to them, they said i have to place the order all over again and the same product they are giving it on higher price and refused to offer the product at the previous price and on the same deal. So its my earnest request to take necessary steps regarding the bluffing and cheating with the consumers.

                              I have purchased 24, 500/- samsung note 3 from amazon on 3rd may 2016. It was working fine till now but
                              Recently due to profile change i have to travel out of maharashtra every week and experience issues that
                              Internet is not working while i am on roaming. I have tried to upgrade aneroid but unable to upgrade.
                              I have contacted samsung customer care support on may 11th to help me. They tried at their end but can‛t find details hence requested to visit service center. Hence i have decided to resale instead of visiting and
                              Pending more time on this instrument due to time constraints.
                              Again i have decided to use amazon buy back services called reglob. They have requested invoice copy
                              Which i asked from amazon.
                              Amazon customer care associates guided me to raise request from seller through amazon portal which i
                              Have raised on 12th may but i didn‛t received
                              Hence on may 12th i personally visited to samsung service center which is 25 kms far from my home.
                              Samsung service center informed me that product is duplicate and they can‛t help. I was really
                              Hocked as well as ashamed of feeling of cheating from most trusted online portal. I am not looking for
                              Resale now but expecting some legal action. I have immediately call amazon and he told me that you can‛t
                              Return the product as period is over. I have again reach to customer care person name mukesh and
                              Explained that how i can confirm that weather it‛s duplicate or original. If i didn‛t visit to service now then
                              I will never come to know that i am using duplicate mobile. Mukesh has given me assurance that if you can
                              Produce doa letter which issued by service center then he will either refund or replace. I again raised
                              Invoice request on 16th for invoice. As i was out of pune, i was not able to visit service center on same day.
                              Today on 18th again i visit to service center for doa letter but they denied as imei number is not
                              Accepted by their system as it‛s duplicate and they can‛t help me. I have again contacted amazon
                              Customer care and he informed me that amazon will contact seller from their end.
                              When i checked the possibilities of my problem resolution, they have informed me to initiate buyer
                              Guarantee hence i am raising this request.

                              After sometime, i was informed that they can't take any action as seller is no longer exist with amazon and it was 8 months hence can't initiate buyers guarantee.

                              I was cheated with most trusted site. I can't resale as it's duplicate. I have check site that other person also received duplicate product

                                I had ordered a product from amazon on 6th july 2016 and i had paid rs. 1100 from my account. The same product was cancelled on 7th july.
                                I have been following up for refund since 7th july and there has been no action on the same. Every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution,

                                I had ordered a product from Amazon on 6th July 2016 and i had paid rs. 1100 from my account. the same product was cancelled on 7th July but the product was delivered to me on 13th July after my Cancellation.
                                I have been following up for my refund since 7th July and there has been no action on the same. every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution.

                                Till date no action has been taken by amazon and no refund has been initiated.

                                Kind request, please help me resolve this matter and help me to get my money back that is with Amazon since 6th July.

                                  There are two order nos. Tracking #:[protected] and tracking #:[protected]. Everyday i am getting false messages that your package is out for delivery and at evening i receive a message saying "the addressee not found at delivery address". None of the executive are taking needful action on this and saying that the package will be delivered within 24hrs and it is not yet delivered.
                                  Please take appropriate action against this.

                                      I am kaustubh kadam, i brought moto g4 plus on amazon. its price is 15000/-. that phone 2nd sim not working. i had call to amazon regarding this issue. but amazon does not provide any positive responce regarding this product. amazon corrier service and amazon service exective give me fake information. and creating delay to pickup (return) this product. i requesting you to solve my issue argently.

                                        Referring to my order no[protected], i had called the customer care number and told them to update my new address and at that time they informed me that it has been updated. today at the time of delivery, they are telling that it has not been updated. all the executives have different answers to the same query. some say it has been updated and some say it has been not. i have not received the product yet and no one is providing the correct information as all of them are unaware of the details. kindly help me with this asap.

                                        I have purchased Intex Aqua Trend mobile from Amazone online on October 2015, before few days system update is availabele and i have done after that Grid line showing in rear camera of Intex Aqua Trend also this line showing in photo.
                                        please do needful.
                                        till now i have not received the product and the delivery date was yesterday.
