The deadline for the delivery was 27th June which is today. Tracking info shows the product reached my city Pune on Friday but there is no communication about it since then. I am highly dissatisfied with your services. Generally the e-commerce sites deliver the product way before the deadline date and then there is Amazon which is not delivering even on deadline date.     Hi my Name is Mohammad Mushdik . i place the order GripIt Respect The Beard Back Cover for Xiomi RedMi Note 3 on Ordered on 23 May 2016 . but the product is to bad so i return it and amazone told me the will refund my money . the issue one check for me but with wrong name i give a complaint but he told me i will re issue checq again but till date i am not get any checq . i call many time to amazon CCE but all are not providing any help . all are providing poor service and disconnect my call middle of the conversation . it is so bad service . now i am not using amazon service .. very poor service .. sir please help me regarding this .

        Ref order id[protected] dt 26.5.16 vide which i had ordered for one piku black and cream kurti. But the product delivered was a different color (Cream and red) and therefore, i immediately returned the product to kiritbhai tulshibhai pansuriya, gujarat. But i have not heard anything so far in this regard. Kindly arrange to refund the cost at the earliest.

            My name is abhishek singh. My mobile number is [protected]. I bought product Moto 4 G, 32 GB phone from your website. I chose paid service to get my product as my comfort date was 26 June 2016. whole day I waited for that but I didn't get my order. I want clarification and compensation on that other I will go consumer court for this.why you didn't send my product on time if you took extra money or service charge for that.
            I felt mentally distract for this. As you know these days without mobile it's tough to pass a day. I had too many work, too many call had to be come on my phone. But due to your late delivery I lost this. Tomorrow I will not available at my home. I have to attend a urgent meeting out of town tomorrow, without mobile phone, how will I manage. Who will answer of my question. Otherwise I will go consumer court.

                M orderinf for a htc headphone 3. 5 but last friday 23/6/16 get a defective headphone of htc, one side headphone is not work, after that m complian it scheduled for a pick up, but 24, 25, 26 pick up seheduled and cancelled again and again. Amazon does not pick up the defective product. And they not give me positive feedback that why the arranged pick up scheduled canceled.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a product with the order #[protected]
                  The status changed to delivered but it was not delivered to me neither at my home.
                  Below is the status lines for the product:
                  "delivered 18-jun-16
                  Package was handed directly to customer
                  The delivery receipt was signed by rajeev maurya"

                  But that is not possible as on that i was not at home and working full day at my office in noida (Can prove it as well because in office we have to biometric login authentications which log in and out time of a employee with the fingerprints)

                  I complaint about it to amazon but they are not ready to hear me and just kept on giving me reply that it was delivered.

                  I asked them to show me the proof the signature of mine but they refused.
                  They are just fooling people i had paid 1745 in advance with the trust that they will deliver the product but they just stolen my product.

                  Please help me

                        I siegfrid jacob had ordered One plus three mobile from amazon india . First i have placed the order from my user name [protected]@yahoo.com and paid the amount 27999/- on[protected]. after 4 days of order they said the product got complaint in transit and initiated refund after 4 days. Again I ordered same item from my wife's account and paid the amount Rs.27, 999/- on[protected] again the have returned the item in transit on[protected]. Now I have to Wait another 3 days to get refund. This is purely cheating customer and using the customer's money for their working capital. I am yet to receive the refund. My Contact Number is [protected]. I am going to approach consumer court get the compensation for my agony. Another thing I had bought Rs.5000/- accessories presuming that I will get the phone in time . Now I lost the money also

                          I placed the below mentioned order with amazon, for which i paid in advance. I have tried making payment through amazon wallet. Due to some technical problem in amazon payment got declined. They again sent mail to revise the payment. The second time i tried to make the payment to amazon entire payment was deducted in my bank account, not in amazon wallet. Later i canceled partial order because of this problem. I should get the refund of 551rs for the canceled product. Same day issued has been escalated to the customer support team. They informed within 3-4 working days refund will be credited to my bank account.

                          Product details: hp 680 black original ink & hp 680 tri color ink

                          They also gave reference number for refund: b014al6y7w

                          Initially, they told me to wait 3-4 working days for the refund. I waited for a long time but there was no refund from amazon side. Simply they are wasting my time without providing a refund.

                          Repeatedly contacting customer service to get an update but they are telling the same story but my problem was not resolved.

                          A specific time for refund was agreed that has not been met. Its has been more than 20 days now. There has been no communication from amazon side for refunding the amount. So i am raising my complaint through this forum to get my problem resolved.

                          Kindly arrange for the early payment of the refund amount rather at the earliest possible.


                          For your reference, i am attaching all the emails which i have received from customer support and payment details.

                          I look forward to a resolution of this matter.

                              I have get the above product on 1st of june and i have cancelled the product on 8th june. I have been calling 1000 times to their customer care but they have only one response that is will arrange the pick within 24hrs but there 24 hrs is not done till date.

                              And after 2 days my 30days refund policy as per will expire and they will say your 30 days has finished.

                              I am fedup with the amazon now and i am loosing my small business.

                                As per my order (# 171­9913331­7153956) on 18th june 2016, i got received a product which costs around 4400 (Seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with 200gb of cloud storage & mobile device backup (Black) from amazon on 20/6/2016. It was a faulty product so i ordered for replacement on the same day. Replacement order number : # 404­7266010­3801154. On 24th, i registered a complaint to amazon through email ([protected]@amazon.com). Today, 25/6/2016, i have checked my amazon account which shows no "order history" and "browsing history". It seems completely deleted. Now i cant even change the replacement order to refund order. I have attached the details of the order which i saved before they deleted my account history. Please do the needful. Thanks

                                  This is regarding one of order #[protected]. I have placed with amazon yesterday. I was able to place order successfully, payment for the same is also done and i have received confirmation from amazon that my order has been placed successfully.

                                  Just after 10 mins my order was cancelled by seller, i have tried connecting your team and your colleague told me that seller has cancelled it and he is not aware the exact reason. He asked me that seller will revert in 24 hrs max.

                                  After that amazon has sent email to seller but it was not delivered as seller was not continued with amazon.

                                  I have few observation about amazon post placing order:

                                  1) my order was cancelled without any update to me (I hope amazon didn't think any need to share the reason with me). Post that i have received sms on my mobile. When i tried checking my order history, the order was not appearing there. I am not able to understand the reason to delete the order history. Could you please let me know why order is not existing in canceled status there and what is the need to remove it permanently?? As per amazon seller has some concern but i am sure seller is no authorization to amazon system to delete order history.

                                  2) one of your colleague with whom i discussed named ankit, he assure me that amazon will try his best to deliver the product and not told any reason for software error issue. When i called back amazon to tell that the email was not delivered to seller and i am getting some update saying email not delivered to seller and reason "the recipients have decided to leave the amazon.In platform or are not eligible to receive any further email communications.". Not sure why amazon remove seller from his list, does seller did any kind of policy violation??? If not how amazon will contact with seller to resolve my concern.

                                  As per your another colleague its a software error and because of that its cancelled, i am not able to understand if there is software error then how order was placed, payment received by amazon and order again cancelled, can you please describe the definition of error in software as i am not satisfied with the answer provided by your colleagues. Does amazon trying to save their seller and your policy is seller friendly??? Where are your values of customer satisfaction and customer values??

                                  3) why one colleague of amazon team is assuring me that amazon trying their level best to resolve my concern (Mr ankit) and suddenly after 5 mins another colleague mr rohit is telling different story of software error. As per my understating if there is any issue with your system you are solely responsible and all the lose must be borne by amazon only. But rather than accepting your fault, you are trying to put it on my head?? The same case happened with my brother some time back where amazon took same kind of order and later cancelled by saying its a pricing error. That time we left the issue but this is the second time amazon repeated same issue with me.

                                  I am not able to understand how 13000 rs can be shown wrong 2500/- rs dur to pricing issue.


                                  I genuine request from you to deliver me the product rather than refund.

                                      I ordered the refrigerator on 23rd may 2016, i received the product after the estimated given time. After i received the fridge it was damage, i called amazon cc they asked me to pack the product back and send the photo and i sent it. I called amazon cc, they asked me to followup with dealer. Now i am following up with dealer every day morning they promise that it will replace it same day but there is no response from them. Dealer asked me to raise the ticket in whirpool company about the product and i did it and the whirpool company guy checked and said the product need to be replaced. I informed the same to dealer. Dealer said it will be replaced it but still it is not done.
