Hi,

My name is ishita, i had ordered one plus 3 phone on. Till yet i have no information of its whereabouts. I havent got any intimation from the courier services or from your team. I have been calling your customer care since last 4 days to track my order but everytime i call they say the same thing that they promise it will be delivered to me by 8th july'2016 before 5 pm as the phone that i ordered is a birthday gift for a friend and his birthday is on 9th july'16.

The delivery address that i have updated is an official address, wherein my office timings are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm monday - friday. Now saturday sunday we will be closed and my friends birthday is tomorrow i. E a saturday.

Till now i have no update from your team though i have called almost 4 - 5 times for the same and no body had an idea about where my phone or the contact details of the person who is delivering the same. Also on your website i cant track my order, it gives no access

I have already payed 28, 000 for the phone online, also it is my friends birthday tomorrow, if i dont receive it today, it will be of no use to me.

I am literally being tortured by you guys for this. We dont expect this type of service from amazon, you are pushing your customers to the edge. This is just not acceptable.

I want my phone to be delivered today before 5 pm.

      I ordered 2 kurtis amazon deliver me wrong product and when i returned this product they didn't give my money back. from last 15 days every day i called them give my money back amazon confirm me that today that will reach mam but it's already 15 days passed plz do something against this. and when i return the product i select bank account but they send me gift card in my account for 1 product and they told they will send cheque for another still i didn't get that. plz do need full asap.

      Daily I called them regarding my refund but they didn't respond or take an action. At last I told them I will give an complain against you then even they didn't reply to it

        Unfair and unexpected from amazon
        On 6.7.16 i just visit ur site and buy a new one+2 phone for 22999
        But yesterday when phone is deliver i go online to understand how to use other feature of my new phone but what i see ebay provide the same phone on 18499... huge difference in price 4500 rs. check my purchase from your site dhyanu. [protected]@gmail.com & i buy this phone from my mom's id sungandha. [protected]@gmail.com i always buy from your site
        But when i call to customer care they clearly say no that amount is not refundable till me clearly is this fair for customer.
        What i do know of lose of 4500 rs, my mistake is this that i blindly trust youramazon site on price range and product.
        Refund me the 4500 rs as a good dealer
        Or give me the best option.

          I ordered samsung galaxy s4 battery on amazon.. this order i gave this order in june last and i already submitted many emails to seller for giving me a fast delivery. But this is even worst thing i ever seen. My order not received yet and its showing expected delivery in 4th july to 7th july. And its end of 7th july. I requested to amazon for take any action on this or ill cancel this order soon.

          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          The seller's and delivery address is only 5 hours. But instead, the Amazon transportation circles all around India for no Reason and it takes more than ten days to reach the destination. Amazon is using India Post as their primary Courier Service which is a joke. I would never buy a product which shows as a standard delivery from Amazon.

            Sir i ordered a product which is "lenovo zuk z1".. I ordered this product 3 times (1st 9th jun 2016 then 2nd was 23rd jun 2016 nd the 3rd was 30th jun 2016)..In every times i got the message that i recieve the product and every time this product return its self without my permission... This product cant reach i dont know why... I complain in coustomer care and its say me that this product is cancelled by seller they dont deliver that product to my giving address which is -

              How can somebody maintain consistent bull customer service?
              Amazon india for you gentlemen holds the dubious record. Jeff-bezos created a world class company, amazon india will undo his dream brick by brick wall by wall.Incompetent, morally corrupt, ethically zero and with no control over there delivery partners, even in house ones. Amazon india better you shut shop, for you guys suck and suck big time

                Kindly help me in this issue as i have purchased i phone 4S white 16 GB and i paid by cash on delivery, but the product is over heating while charging and also when i talk, i have returned the phone to amazon, again they replace me another for that also same problem was came, again i contacted the amazon team that they told that there is not pick up facility for this u have to send the parcel to our address, and we will be refund the amount Rs.19, 938 by cheque, but till today no reply from amazon, i was out of station for 3 months, so that i have not replied for the same, but what about my amount its not a small amount for which i can leave its Rs. 19, 938/-
                kindly help me in claiming the amount by cheque or by gift card, u can cut the transport charges and shipping charges.

                  I returned puma sneakers to Amazon as the size was small but without my consent they gave me a gift card instead of money into my account..and they have admitted that it's their mistake still they are not taking any action.the call centre executive had wrongly generated the return of shoes..and I am bearing the loss now I am bound to do shopping from amazon..the company has just one answer that is sorry which won't solve my problem ..I want my money back instead of the gift card

                    This is a worst experience what i ever had. I called in your customer care, requested very politely that i want this product to be replaced as i was facing the issue with the product your agent taken the exception on one day where in the policy has completed one day earlier. I thought that yes you guys are helping to your customer, i said that this order was for my younger brother who is living in hostel. I asked for expertizing the process. Your tl said that yes i will be calling you back its not with in the policy but yes i'll try to get it done asap but no one called me (Fake commitment). Second thing, wrong request taken where in promised me for exchange & raised for return, i took a pain to call again for the correction. Only requested to make this thing done asap by tomorrow or day after tomorrow as i need it on the urgent basis that's why i have placed the order online. Shameful to you guys such kind of behaviour is shown by one of your manager... I am wondering that how come he is a manager where in he do not have listening skills, & not have the mood of helping the customers. There is no use to talk to your floor supervisors & manager (Useless), so arrogant they folks are!! I am reluctant to shop with amazon.In again... This is the last call of mine to get this thing done for me or else i am forced to take it for the legal action wherein i am harassed by your representative... I have all call recordings with me & i am gonna put it on social media... I was so genuine customer but your representative disrespected me by saying that given an exception you shopped with us & i need to agree with the policy... Sorry boss i 've paid for the same... I never asked for the compensation / return asked for the replacement... But now i want the product to be replaced asap then and there and if you can not do any thing i will take it to consumer court, also make sure that all folks should know how you treat your customers world wide will be putting it to social media. Now all my action will depend on your revert.

                        I placed an replacement request for my moto g4 plus on 30th june and the product got picked from my location on 2nd july.
                        But when i see my amazon.in account i dont see any updates regarding this (please see attachment).
                        Also when i call amazon support they just tell me to wait instead of providing me with the update.

                          I am seriously tired of calling you guys. I have serious problems with my phone. I just ordered phone on may 30th 2016 and I am having issues with it. The camera gets stuck sometimes and when it gets stuck it dosent let me do anything. Apart from that the phone hangs high time. I hv reset the phone and also tried without anything stored in the memory card. I explained the same thing to the agent but he says I need to take it to the service centre. So now you mean to say I need to get my phone repaired for the defective phone which you gave given me. I have tried all possible things like resetting and also using phone without space. Is this what you are giving the customers. I am sick of this. You guys say to taketo service centre. This is what you want me to do now. A brand new phone. I need a replacement. I am not ready to give it to a service centre and wait fr them to repair it and moreover I don't use this phone in a rough way. But you giving a defective phone and saying this. I am ready to give a complaint in the consumer court as well. And rating will be too good for you guys in Google and the play store app.

                          Amazon is such a fraud company giving defective pieces. The cam the finger print everything in my phone is so psyching me out. Guys pls be careful. I buy all nonsense things from them from iron box to phones and everything but dint expect this thing from there.

                              I ordered a book from Amazon on June 25. It was supposed to get delivered by July 2.

                              As per the company, they tried delivering it twice but wasn't able to. In the first, they tried delivering but was quite late so decided to deliver the next day. In the second attempt, they reached the address but no one was there to collect it. The company did not call me and ask me if they could give it to neighbours or house guard. Now they have returned the book to the warehouse and it will not be delivered to me.

                              The customer care is hopeless. I called them on 4th July to know the status. They promised me that the book will be delivered within 24 hours. They even send me a written mail apologizing for the late delivery. They said they will personally make sure that the book gets delivered but failed to do so.

                              This is the second time I am facing the issue with amazon. I hate to order from this company. Waiting for some big ecommerce player like alibaba to enter the Indian market, then only amazon will learn its lesson.

                                To AMAZON Team,
                                I am writing this mail after having very poor experience from amazon.
                                I requested return of mobile Moto G 4 plus due some problems in the phone on 01.07.16.The mobile was supposed to be picked up by amazon courier team on 02.07.16 But no one came for pick up and return request was cancelled by amazon.How come some one can cancel my return request with out my consent.I called Amazon customer care on 02.07.16 evening, the executive assured me that pick up of item would be completed on 03.07.16.On 04.07.16 morning again i called for confirmation about return item pick up, but executive told me pick would not be completed on 03.07.16 as it was cancelled on 02.07.16. then how come amazon customer executive assured me for pick up on 03.07.16.
                                Again return request was generated on 03.07.16 and item was picked up on 04.07.16.
                                Item was picked up almost 2 days, no updation about return status from customer service executive and nothing has been updated in my amazon website account.Till now account page showing pick schedule on 01.07.16.
                                Every amazon executive told me, they will personally follow up this issue, but it seem they are just doing time pass and they don't have proper information.
                                One customer care executive told me that my refund process is initiated. It seems that amazon customer service is totally mess.

                                I have purchased lot of things from amazon, but this is very poor experience from amazon.
                                i called almost 7-8 times for this return request, but my experience is very poor.

                                I requested to you, please improve the system and initiate my return request of item moto g 4 plus as early possible.

                                  Order[protected], sms sent to me by amazon, order is out for delivered at 3 pm today, it was marked for delivery at 7 pm however not delivered. delivery boy name not known, mobile number [protected], sent
                                  Ms to me that product will be marked for delivery however he will deliver it late evening or tomorrow morning. i called him and asked him, why he has marked product as delivered whereas it is not delivered, he says he has received item only at 6.30 pm and need to mark it as delivered immediately. obviously that is incorrect, amazon gives enough time to deliver. when confronted, he started abusing. is this the way amazon works?. i am very regular customer of amazon, will think twice to place next order. #amazonindiacheaters #amazonindiaabusing #amazonindiabadquality

                                  This is not end of harassment. on amazon india website, i had chat with customer service agent, told him entire thing, while chatting, he disconnected, another agent came and wanted to know entire thing again, how unprofessional. then i took to amazon india facebook and twitter and told them, instead of calling me and apologizing, they asked me try other options to contact amazon, like calling them. how unprofessional again.

                                  First they cheat, then they abuse, when complained, instead of calling and sorting out issue, amazon is only increasing harassment. this must be brought to everyone's notice

                                        Hi,
                                        My self Tonny. I have order Zebronic blue-tooth Speaker from amazon .expected delivery date was on 2nd July 2016. Product is not delivered on that date . Later the delivery date was changed to 4th July 2016. On 4th July i got a message from amazon confirming that product will deliver before evening i waited till evening but the product is not delivered. So i call the customer care executive and tell my concern. customer care executive told me they will check with courier team and update me. after some time i got a message like "Package was handed directly to customer signed by me".
                                        But i didn't even receive any call or any other intimation to collect the product. then how can i collect and provide my sign. Already this has been escalated by Amazon.waiting for their response
