Instead of my shoes, i got some other shoes of someone named shabnam pathan by mistake of delivery boy.
After opening the packet, i found a brand new samsung note 3 phone in one shoe and it's charger in another shoe.
I immediately complained about it and submitted those shoes to delivery boy. But i did not gave the phone as i smell something fishy about the mistake. I talked umpteen times to the person about the matter but of no use.. Please help me submit this phone to amazon team and reply me on my phone number - [protected]. Call me as early as possible.. I can explain the issue in detail.

    I have mail amazon several times to delete my seller account as they have not given any option to delete the account on their website they are not taking any action to my mail and just replying me with that you keep this account dont use and i they have my pan and bank details and that is the reason i wanna delete my account and as its not a useful website as they are promoting on youtube and every where and making short films and advertisement that people had buildup their business through amazon

      I bought mobile sceen gaurd which price in market 150 and i bought from amazon 180 + 40 shipping charges (And shipping charges show on screen 25or27 but fraud amazon charge 40₹). And amazom send me wrong product cheap quality's product which market value is 45₹ only and also product was defactive. I call to amazon india customer care and there caller talk to me very rude and it were lady. And also told me customer call to dealer don't call us. Agar product liya amazon se hai to kyo dealer se baat karu.! When amazon's empolyee came to my house for pick up the product and after 13 day my money came to my a/c with cut the delivery charges 40. Mera kya kasur maine agar amazon se shopping ki aur amazon ne mujhe galat product bheja uske baad mujhe haras kiya fir customercare walo ne rude baar ki aur mere shipping charged cut kiye. Mere shipping charges kyo cut kiye agar fault amazon ka tha... Its rubbish crap hopless and pathetic service. Amazon is just cheat there customer it makes the fool to people. Amazon india is fraud. Avoid shopping on amazon india.

        Product Casotec Butterfly pattern Design Hard Back Case Cover for Microsoft Lumia 540 2qty was returned by mode of amazon pickup on march 26th and no refund or neither any acknowledgemnt regarding the return initiated by amazon.
        on 23rd march as the product was not fit for my device i initiated a return.it was shown that on 26 th the amazon personel will come and pick up the product. on 26th the amazon personel came for pickup at2 ...and gave me a printed label and took my signature and also the product. but till today no refund or any acknowlegment regarding the same not received

          I have got duplicate Intex LED Monitor 1601 from Amazon and it is confirmed from Intex company as well. Original Intex LED Monitor 1601 are having inbuilt speakers but I have got the one without speakers. Also its resolution and colours are not up to the mark.

          I complaint to Intex Customer Care and there executive visits my home but surpise to see the model without speakers. He said original Intex LED Monitor 1601 must have in-built speakers that was just lanched last month.

          One can also call Intex Customer Care[protected] and ask them about my complaint. Just tell my mobile number [protected] or Complaint Number[protected] to enquire for the same. One can even check Intex website that original Intex LED Monitor 1601 having inbuilt speakers.           I have all the proofs that the product I have got is not the original one and the Amazon is responsible for this.

          Even after contacting so many times, they don't care to take action and refund my money so I am writing here now.

          They even don't publish my negative review on product and seller. It seems they are actually supporting their fraud sellers.

          Is someone on this website can help me getting my money back?

              Delivery of products with in two days, but repayment cheque for same address it will take more then two months. What kind of service you providing. I publish your issue in times of India news paper if I not received the cheque with in monday. I spoke to customer care more then 7 time but no response from them. Always they say with in two days I solve your problem. But till today my problem not solved.

                I paid cash for the set on delivery on 22-4-16. order id[protected].
                due to some fault i returned the set on 4-5-16.
                amazon informed me that refund would take 5-6 working days.
                i called them on[protected] on 11th and 12th and they initiated the refund on 13-5-16. they told me that 4 working days the funds will be in my bank. today 20-5-16 after i called them they have informed me that the refund cheque will be delivered to me by 26-5-16.
                the only resolution is by refunding my money.

                  This complaint is regarding the order xiaomi
                  Redmi note 3 mobile

                  We received mobile from amazon, but it was damaged.

                  So we requested return/refund of mobile on 4rth may.

                  On 5th may - 9.17 we got message as 'returned pickup is scheduled for
                  Today... Between 8-10 am by amzagent (Contact number xxxxx)'

                  He (Amazon person) called us & then he collected mobile from home.

                  While collecting mobile he gave us one paper (Receipt), took sign on
                  It... And recollected the same from home. (Not given any acknowledgement receipt to home for the same)

                  Ame day 3.45 pm - we got message was saying 'your return pickup cancelled at the time of pickup if you still want to return, please contact amazon.


                  Today (20th may 2016)

                  On amazon website the refund status is "return requested on 4rth may"
                  We have tried to connect with customer care lot of time... They said
                  Without acknowledgement receipt they will not able to do anything.

                  Then further they said escalation have been done for the same... And result
                  Is not in your side.

                  We have paid money, they have collected mobile & now they are taking hands off on this thing

                    I ordered redmi note 3 32gb silver color from amazon.In on 11th may 2016 with payment cod. The expected date of delivery is 16 may 2016 by 8pm. As per my order update and tracking it had reach delhi on 16 may at 11:42 am but till now (19 may 2016 22:52 ist) my parcel has not been delivered and no information from amazon side as well. I called customer service on 17th may and they are telling me it will be delivered within the next 24-48 hrs but still no delivery guy. My friend also ordered another phone on 18th may through flash sale and his parcel has been delivered (He's using next day delivery), i cannot understand why i had to wait for more than a week and more than 3days inside delhi itself. If they can deliver with next day delivery why not a week earlier order... I will hapily pay extra 100 rupees if they asked me to pay within the promise time but now i will even asked for 2rupees change...

I had expected it be delivered around 8 may and received it almost 8-9 days later, i tried cancelling it but had been shipped.. My bad.. Further now when i get the product it does not work.. Again i should take the pain for speed posting the product.. Why should i be spending additional amount on shipment.. Or take only 40 % of the paid amount.

                        After waiting for a long time and then after many attempts, i was successful in placing a order for ximi redme note 3 phone on amazon india weekly flash sale on 4th may, product was expected to deliver by 9th may but not delivered.
                        I contacted several times on customer care no. Regularly from 10th may to 12th may, it was assured to be delivered asap but not delivered till 12th night, very poor customer service, wrong assurances and status update, no proper tracking of package. Finally i cancelled the order on 12th may night.

                        After wasting 2 weeks time, i again placed the order on 18th may weekly flash sale. At 5:37 pm i got the cancellation of order mail which contains "we cannot complete this order because our records show that you have reached the purchase limit for this product... If you believe that we have cancelled your order in error, please reply to this message and let us know."
                        I immediately replied that "you have cancelled this order (Order number:[protected] in error. My earlier order (Order #[protected] booked on 4th may was not delivered till 13th may so it was cancelled. Please deliver my new order number:[protected]."
                        After that i got the reply that pls book another order...;)

                        So first order they have delayed too long which was then cancelled by me after lot followup and harassment.
                        2nd order they have wrongly cancelled without checking the previous order history and status. Even after immediately responding on the cancellation mail, amazon india is suggesting me to book a fresh order in next week, they dont feel the responsibility to correct the wrong doing done by them and further causing lot of time wastage and mental harassment to the customer.

                        Customer care executives dont provide the complaint no. Or escalation matrix or contact no. /email of senior management for escalation.

                        Can amazon india will look into this, restore my cancelled order and provide compensation for wasting my time for 3 weeks and causing lot of mental harassment.

                            Hi, i am atanu pal. I have an amazon id-pal. [protected]@yahoo.In. I have purchased some items with this amazon account on[protected] of rs. 487/- with debit card (A/c no. -[protected]). After that i cancelled one item of rs. 73/- on same day. The refund was initiated on[protected] and successfully proceeded on[protected] with the transaction reference no.-75260826129008591647882. The authorization code sell transaction is 102848. The amount was not credited until now. I went sbi bank local branch (2055), dumkal, murshidabad, west bengal, for this issue. They did not able to find any kind of transaction with this provided reference no. I do not know why this amount is not credited in my sbi account. I do not know who is responsible for this? I request you to investigate the actual matter and solve this issue.

                              We had ordered a mobile cool pad note 3 on may4 and delivered on may 6.
                              Today is may18 and having huge problems within 12 days.
                              As per your return policy 10 days is complete but within 12 days mobile is in totally worst condition.

                                We have been harassed by amazon india.

                                We have been facing issue since last 3 weeks where amazon's courier pick up service are not coming over to our place regularly in order to collect orders to make delivery to the customers. We kept complaining but until today there is not solution to this.

                                We are mentally and physically tired as their support team is so hopeless that apart from saying "we are looking into the issue" they are not taking any supportive action to resolve this issue. We have sent numerous emails and had many phone conversations also but all in vain.

                                The biggest issue is that knowing that the issue is from their end, they keep sending warning messages to us that the order will be cancelled and you will be charged 2.5% as cancellation fee as you did not shipped order to the customer in time. And on top of this they mark negative in our seller performance metrics which serves as threat to suspend selling privileges. We feel like tortured as this is every weeks situation.

                                Recent example is from last friday - all the order placed by customers are still undelivered as no one from amazon came in to pick up those parcels until this time today. But instead of helping us out their automated system is cancelling orders one by one reason order were not shipped on time.

                                Here we are losing peace of mind and money both but amazon india do not care for sellers. It's really tough to survive when you are in business with a company like amazon india.

                                  I had purchased a handset from amazon for which there was an offer of 10% cash back (Confirmed by amazon in writing). Though the transaction was successfully paid no cashback was received. First followup was done and it was again informed in writing by amazon that cashback would be credited by 23rd april 2016 latest. Still it was not done. I again followed up number of times wherein i was asked numerous verification details & also my bank credit statement. Which as well i sent. Still the cashback is not done and i am not getting proper resolutions

                                        I have ordered 1 water bed on 21/sep/2015 from amazon site, my order was confirmed and was mentioned that it will be delivered before 30/sep/2015. my order got cancelled without any intimation.

                                        Amazon India — Received an empty box

                                        I orderd an Titan semi Formal Navy Blue and Grey Man's Wallet in amazon.in I received the product but when I opened the box I schoked suddenly because the box is empty

                                        Amazon India — Packet was damaged and some liquid came out

                                        I ordered one medicated shampoo, when I got the delivery, I found inside packet around 40 % of shampoo came out . Its happened 2nd time, one time before I also raised the complain.Its a liquid bottle, but the packaging is not good manner.Hope you will take your action against my request as soon as possible.
