Hi team,


I have placed order #[protected] via amazon for product "fintie samsung galaxy tab e 9.6 keyboard case - slim fit pu leather stand cover with premium quality [all-abs hard material] removable wireless [long life battery] bluetooth keyboard, black"

And i received only case cover.

When i contacted amazon they informed me that it is seller fulfill order they cannot do anything and when i am contacting seller they are saying it is amazon policy that they cannot send replacement.

Now i am quite frustrated and disappointed with this kind of service from amazon.

I think it is the right of all the customer that they will receive the correct product what they have ordered. I need help from your team to get the same product what i ordered not refund.

    I ordered Lenovo Note 4 via order no.[protected] and the same was to be delivered by 13th June. Got a SMS msg that the phone is being delivered (11 June around 3 pm). No one was at home during that time. At night got a sms message that the phone has been delivered to myself. I was shocked and had a chat with the CSR who said he will investigate. So far I have heard nothing. On sending a reminder, either to deliver the phone or refund the amount, I get a response saying that there are no refunds and replacement is available for defect phones. It seems Amazon is playing a hard ball game. Also, beyond a shadow a doubt, the delivery man seems to have pocketed this phone. It seems Amazon is not serious to resolve this issue. Proceeding legally against them for cheating/scamming a customer for the product which has been paid in advance and not delivered.

      Hello,

      I purchased many products from amazon india such as toys, dresses and even mobile in last one year and sometimes i found product which is not appropriate as mentioned in the product details and not worthy as per the cost i paid for it, so i request amazon to replace it or to refund but when i ask them to refund or replace it, they always ask me to courier it back.

      I did not understand if you cannot replace it or refund it than why you guys are highlighting your tagline as "easy return policy" everywhere whether it is on television, fm or any other mode of advertising.

      Let me share my issue which compelled me to file this complain against amazon.

      "recently i purchased one dress which is not fit due to size issue and i called your executive to replace it, he said ma'am we cannot replace it as it's a dress and in case of dresses and shoes we can refund you but cannot replace it, i said okay go ahead with refund request than he inform me that you have to courier it back to kolkata as it is delivered to you from kolkata. This is really not done and not even acceptable, i am really frustrated of this matter".


      I did not understand if you cannot pick it from home than what do you mean by easy return policy.

      I wouldn't have purchased anything from you if i was aware of it.

      Right now i just want you to resolve my issue and arrange a pick up for my item else remove your tagline of "easy return".

        I have purchased 3 items from amazon on 11 th of june, 2016.When i have made a payment by my debit card, they have deducted the amont of 1199 from my account and send a mail that my payment had been declined and they requested me to revise the payment.when i have clicked on "revise the payment", the same amount had been deducted from my account.now they are saying the amount is refunded.but my bank people said, there is no refund money against your account.please do something.

            Amazon.In order #[protected]. The item i ordered wasn't of good quality & i processed the return same day. The product wasn't properly packed.. I am sharing you the pictures also.. I was not taking the product due to not packed well.. It seems like local packing.. But after convincing by courier boy and he has satified me that if product is not work good you may return and take refund. So, i have accepted the product.. After opening the product i found it's not working properly, its getting hit unnecessarily without playing or downloading any games and some applications are not there in the mobile like "gallary".. Since it is new handset.. It should not be like that because it is refurbished handset.. This is totally making customer fool around.. I felt like cheated, it's totally harassing consumer and making fool.
            Customer satisfaction should be the first priority.
            Now, i have placed return request of the product. Please refund my money rather providing me any replacement, now i have not trust on you. Kindly refund my money, otherwise i need to take legal support to get justice.

              I ordered a product called "votre refining toner" from amazon. When i got that product & applied on my skin i got burning sensation!! Next day i got red skin rashes and pimple all over my skin along with many pimples!! Now i am under medical treatment. I suffered a lot. Then i searched about it in online and shocked to find it fake..
              1. The bottle is it was almost same, but still somewhat different from the original one.
              2. Colour of the content was also different. Original product has blue coloured liquid, but it has orangish colour.
              3. Original product does not contain alcohol. But it has a stong smell of alcohol.
              When i complaint, amazon said sorry & want to refund... Even.. They are trying to bribe me continuously. But i want to take action against them. Its a question of somebody's health! I dont want other customers to suffer like me. If you cooperate, i can save other people from this forgery... People should be aware of it. I have the bottle and the bill also.. Pleaae assist me.

              Anazon emailed me and apologised. They said they do not sell duplicate product but the seller Troumount Cosmoceuticals pvt ltd is responsible for it .because they violated their norms and supplyed fake product. Amazon also compansated me by providing a gift card worth 1000/-. They were really sorry for that and asked for a second chance and I forgave them.

              After registering complaint against Amazon.in for delivering Fake skin product of a Renowned company "Votre" and making my life hell, finally I got a reply from Amazon.in...They have offered their suggestion in their own way, but I am not satisfied with it!!! They did a blunder..not a silly mistake.They have ruined my health. Moreover, they have misused the name of "Votre", which is a popular and authentic company, welknown for their fame...& if a step is not taken, amazon will continue to do that. I want bring this matter forward...to aware all other coustomer who are going to ruin their life unknowingly.Amazon is doing this for a long time, now they should learn a lesson.They have no right to deceive people like this.

                I bought motoG 4th gen for 15000rs from Amazon.com but the piece was defective.I asked for the refund on customer care number, they replied that they will refund the money after a week after taking the product back without giving any assureity .
                At the time of selling their product they asked for the cash at the time of delivery
                Why this kind of double standards??
                The sold by address also fake..

                  Dear customers,

                  Kindly avoid placing orders on amazon.In.
                  Amazon is tied up with sellers in india who are sending defective products. The cod is not been provided by such sellers.
                  One such big seller is carry-wrap (Hyderabad).
                  The below mail i sent to amazon and also contacted on fb but no proper justification and response provided. Just it is told that amazon has its policy and i should sent the seller the defective product by incurring the costs from my pocket.
                  Mail details -:

                  @ amazon -: this is really very bad of seller "carry wrap".
                  First, he deliver me the defective product.
                  Now, he is saying that i should ship him the defective product incurring cost from my pocket and once he confirm with product received then my refund will be initiated.

                  Really, a worst feedback what sellers are tied up with amazon.

                  Kindly intervene in the matter. I want the product replacement as soon as possible.

                  I will complaint in consumer's court if i willnot get the working product of my order by this week.

                  Now, i better know why cod is not benefitted by sellers on amazon. Its a good platform to sell off defective products to customers by gaining the advance payments and then behave like that.

                  I will file complaint in consumer court forum online.

                  Please join hands again such acts of amazon and its sellers who are looting the customers.

                    Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G SM-G531F (Grey) new mobile. and i received the order on 13th June 2016 but in that box have used mobile i found the images in gallery on the date of 01/01/15. they are trying to fraud me they are selling fraud items this is third time i facing this type of situation so please take action.

                        I bought lenovo zuk z1 (Order id:[protected] but the piece i received had heating issues so i gave it for replacement. Amazon considered it as return for refund by themselves.

                        When i received message stating the refund, i contacted the customer care from where i came to know that they have committed this error. So i opted for refund on that conversation.

                        As it takes too much time in getting payment through cheque, i asked them to deposit directly to my bank account. The executive sent me a link where i can fill up my bank account details and assured that i will get my money in 4-5 business days. I also changed the name according to my bank account in the amazon account.

                        After 2 days when i didn't receive any notification regarding the refund status, i again contacted the customer care but then i came to know that the cheque was already issued before i requested for the neft.

                        I again contacted the customer care after few days when i came to know that the cheque was issued in my previous account name which is different from my bank account.In that conversation, the executive told me that the cheque will be re-issued and the old cheque will be cancelled. And he also informed me that the acknowledgement for the same will be sent from the billing department within 48 hours.

                        Even after 48 hours i didn't get any acknowledgement from amazon so i again contacted the customer care yesterday. The executive's name was salma. After checking details in the system she informed me that no request was sent to the billing department. So i again requested for the cheque cancellation and neft of the same amount.

                        At the end she said the same thing that i will get the acknowledgement via mail, but still i haven't received any acknowledgement.

                          On 11 th June 2016 I have received maybelline New York dream smooth mousse foundation creamy natural. And on the same day I raised a return request as I had received defective product. Still I have not received any confirmation of reversed pick up or refund . Product price was INR 3758 . Product was defective in fact used one. This was not expected from Amazon atleast . Please resolve this issue at ur earliest.

                            Dear Team,


                            This is to bring to your notice that i had done online shopping through Amazon for the first time and i am facing a serious issue,
                            It is very disappointing to know that the amount Refund amount is not reflecting in my account


                            I had returned Shop Buzz ombo of Back cover worth Rs 219/- & MTT Premium quality PU leather worth Rs 499/-
                            Overall the total refund amount was Rs 219+499 = Rs 719/-

                            After few days i made a purchase other purchase on 10/06/2016 for the total amount of Rs 1314/-
                            Most of the items which i purchased was been cancelled automatically and the only item which i am yet to recieve is Cellbell Tempered Glass Rs 219/- and shipping charges Rs 40/- Overall Rs 219+40 = 259/-
                            Therefore Rs 259- 1314 = Rs 1055/- is gone missing
                            Rs 1055/- amount is been cheated to me, i would request to go through the mail and the transactions detailed enquiry and refund my amount of Rs 1055/- ASAP, Your immideat and swift response is highly recomended

                              Amazon has blocked my account along with my refund of INR 60000. I had an email confirmation regarding bulk order and if required returning all the items that are purchased.


                              Now that I wont to return the products they have blocked my account and refund.

                              Even after explaining the same to the customer executives no action has been taken from their end.

                              Please help.

                                I bought a phone from amazon on 20 th may 2016. Product which i got was diffrent from which i ordered. So i returned the product on 21 st may 2016.
                                Till now i didnt got refund i contacted them more than 10 days they are telling i cant your informations like that.. I dont know what to do...                                   delivery boys are having arrogant nature. They came without the card machine. and they are not even aware of the amount to be paid. They went back after commiting to come back with in an hour. They made me to be in office till 9 PM @ office. and i got a msg from amazon that they were not able to get the location.

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased an iphone 6 from amazon.In online shopping website on 15 october 2015 for rs.36, 990 during the great indian diwali sale using my hdfc times credit card. The order no was[protected]. During this sale, the customer was promised a 10% cash back on all the transactions done through hdfc credit cards with minimum transaction amount to be rs 5000 which in my case was much higher.
                                    The original cash back credit date was kept to be 17th jan 2016 and i did receive an email from amazon.In that i am eligible for it and will get the cash back by the above date. But on 17th jan 2016, i got another email from amazon stating that there is some delay in crediting the cash back and i will now receive it by 31 jan 2016.
                                    But till date, that is after almost 5 months, i still have not received the promised cash back of rs 1500 from the company. I have contacted the amazon india customer care service several times but they keep on providing new dates to me.
                                    Please help me in getting this cash back amount.
