I had ordered an amazon product (Mobile) worth rs. 14999 this january end 2016 via debit card payment as i was informed about 5% cashback offer. I had called up amazon customer care thrice as i didn't receive any cashback. On second call i was assured that i will receive my cashback on 1st may 2016 but i didn't receive any. So i called up again today and they reply me saying that offer was not available on the debit card of your bank so u can't get any cashback. I have been given false assurances and have been cheated. I want my assured cashback.

    Sir, i am himanshu nepalra and i am using amazon app. And today i saw ambrane p1310 powerbank @ rs 00. I took a screenshot of that when i am going to buy that i am not able to open further. Now sir i want to get this powerbank.. Please help me.. Below i am attaching a screenshot as a proof of this. Now when i contacted to amazon they told me to email that screenshot and i mailed that one and after that i again call to amazon now they told me that they will not give that particular item to me. They told me that it shows 0 rs because of some technical problems. And sir its not my fault that it shows 0 that's why i want this item..

      I booked a order via Amazon. in on 3 May, 2016. Now today i did not get my order in between time period my order is returned to seller without any information. I booked a baby product and it is very needy to me. But Amazon.in is very careless about this. After placing a order i called so many time for product . They always told me you will received you order on time.
      Amazon's service is mentally and financial harass me. I want compensation for the same. Kindly help me.

      'I don't want to make a false promise that will lead to make you and me upset in the end
      I wish I could do it for you to make you happy However, it is not possible to resend the order again as it was returning to seller, I hope you will understand the situation and my limitations in this regards.
      Actually once item shows returning to seller all the internal tools get blocked to get in touch with them also number is not shared with us

      I am going to log a complain in consumer court against you. Also i am highlighting this issue in Social media networking site and Media also.

      It is correct that I can not change what has happened but I would make sure that you would not face further issues.

        Hi team,

        I ordered a 10 gm silver gold plated coin from amazon and i received it on 5th of may 2016 but it was not up to the mark as shown in amazon shopping portal. I called amazon customer care and spoked with sukania to return the same, she told that it will get returned 3 workingdays and asked me to give the feedback via the mail which sukania send just after the call and i gave positive feedback. But till 16th of may the item not get replaced and i didn't get any calll from amazon. So i want to know is this. The way to get the positive feedback from cusomer maintain the company position. I want to complain against the lady call agent sukania for giving false commitment. I want immediate action on it or else i have to move further cosumer forum for this issue. My contact no is [protected]. I have all recordings for the conversation which i had with sukania on 5th of may2016.

          Hi,

          I paid rs. 937 for sunscreen, but i have never received it. I paid for the amount. Later when i inquired they send me tracking number for the product : ep[protected]in. The address there shows that it is delivered at different address.

          When i write to amazon, their response is very rude and reject any claims and doesn't specify any basic for rejection.

            After many calls, twitter complaints and emails i finally got a reply from amazon for my account blocking, "greetings from amazon. We are writing to inform you that we have closed your amazon.In account. All open orders have been cancelled and any related charges have been refunded. Any new accounts you open will be closed. We took these actions because our records indicate that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon. Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you. Regards, shravanv account specialist http://www.amazon.in" i understand that amazon says that they have refunded me, but they have refunded in the same account which is blocked, duh amazon, now how am i suppose to utilize my gift voucher when my account is being in blocked state, this is completely ridiculous response from amazon without stating any specific proof of statement they closed my account blocking my 550 inr worth gift voucher, no calls from them no decent response, i would like to file a lawsuit against them kindly advise. The time I lodged a complaint, from the very next second I am getting the fraud calls asking my account details. Instead of getting my problem resolved, you guys are troubling me with these calls.                 In spite of calling Service Desk again and again and receiving message from Amazon that my product would be delivered by Saturday i.e on 14- may- 2016
                on the updated address.

                My product was not delivered.

                I called Help desk 6-7 times, every time they assured me that it would be delivered but unfortunately it did';t happened.

                The delivery boy disconnected my call 2-3 times.

                    I have never seen cheater dealers like Morpich Enterprise who refuse to accept the truth and and he is the biggest lire who sent only 1 Mouse Against order of 3 mouse. They mail me to send them pictures of courier and he 1st blame on me that i am lier . after sometime he checked there camera and accepted there mistake. Said by mistake they send me a wrong courier but i know the fact by this way they cheat with people and make lots of money. I think I am a big fool who make order on amazon who having very bad quality and service provider dealers. I will spread this message to social media and will tell them the truth of amazon and there dealers services. I will never prefer amazon again. Because of this of cheap dealers amazon spoil there own identity and image in mind of there customers like us. Even I had spoken with Mr. Deeraj Quality Annalist on 11-05-16 Who promise me to follow my this case and solve this very soon but unfortunately he didn't called me back once.
                    I am completely Unsatisfied with this order and amazon services.

                      I returned and re fund a product on 29 the april 2016.but they did not response as per their policy.after few follow ups they came to pick up the shipment on 4th may.as per their terms and condition they should reund my money after 2-3 days from pick up date.but till now they did not give any refund to me.when i called them regarding this now they are talking that they didnot received prduct yet.please help me out that i get back my money.the product is micromax canvus juice 2 amount of rs 6090.i also provide them the receipt copy of pick up.

                        I had placed order #[protected] for Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold 32GB) on 4 May 16 on Amazon.in. As per their tracking details my order was supposed to be delievered by 09 May 16. But once i launched comlain after non delievery of my parcel, they told at the max on 12 May 16 my order will be delievered. On daily basis i mailed, called and chat with their customer service agents. But there was no fruitful reply. Even their tracking details is not showing any update after 09 May 16 on which day my parcel is showing reaching Delhi. Courier detail is Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected].
                        Kindly take an immediate action on my issue, as after a regular attempt of more than 2 months i was able to place order for this mobile.

                            i had purchased sports shoes and i returned that shoes on 18th april then they me a cheque and they bounced it twice and the amount was 648/- only ifthey returns this small amount of cheque then what service they can give to coustmer i have called them more than 15 times they says me that they are sending me another cheque but now its not worth they have lost mine trust on there website

                              I had received phone calls from two numbers regarding my complaint, as I have not received my money yet inspite of returning the product two weeks back.

                              Kindly check into these numbers as I feel they are prank numbers as I have shared my bank details with them.e

                                I had purchased 2 Samsung headphones from Amazon India and received the product on April 21. My order no : #[protected], but since I received a fake product of some other brand to what I ordered I returned the product back on 25 April. Inspite of sending them my bank details I haven't received my money (Rs. 511) till today and even my the product has been returned back to them on 25 April. It has been three weeks and I am very disappointed with such bad service from Amazon. Kindly look into the matter and please revert back to me on my mentioned email.

                                  I ordered an apple earpod from Amazon India.They provided me that but after using only 4 months it stopped working properly.
                                  As it was under 1 year of warranty I tried checking the invoice and then I realized they have not provided me the invoice.I mailed them n number of times .They every time reply me saying the same thing and it is to wait for 2 days.Now its almost 2 months I am waiting for the invoice so that I can claim the warranty.They are still not able to provide me with invoice.They wasted my so much of time(2 months warranty peried).I even asked them if the earpod they provided me is duplicate and hence they are not able to provide me the invoice.Hence I requested them to provide me with the refund but they are not even providing that.
                                  I request you to to help me out by at least providing me the refund amount.

                                    I ordered a mobile through amazon and already pay that bill online after paid my amount amazon deliver my product to 4 may 2016 but product isn't received then I complaint to amazon customer care service mis. Sufiyana said we deliver your product as soon as possible before 6 or 7 may 2016 time:- 12 noon but 6 or 7th may 2016 product isn't recieve again I call today on 13 may 2016 to customer care service & i talk to supervisor. Supervisor said we deliver your product wrth 7 working days
                                    So company already taken my money & product is'n't deliver yet

                                      Hi, I ordered 4 masala cup noodles last may 2, 2016 from amazon india. My order #[protected].

                                      I ordered vegetarian masala cup noodles but amazon.In sent me non-vegetarian chicken noodles instead of the veg masala noodles.

                                      This is totally intolerable. How could a so called professional company do these kinds of mistakes? Why did this shipment get passed by their Quality/Stock Checker?

                                        I ordered an otg cable worth rs 4 from amazon.In
                                        I placed my order from id - [protected]@gmail.com after i found out that the shipping charge was 199 on it
                                        I cancelled the order.


                                        I paid 50 rs through the gift voucher and rest through my debit card
                                        After that i got refund of my 50 rs voucher but the rest of the money i paid through my debit card ie - 203 rs does not refunded,

                                        Refund my money to my bank account
                                        I am totally frustrated from the service
