    They use my address1 as a first name
    And send me a check pay to my building name. Before that I added my bank account details into amazon account as per customer care service but they didn't use the account details and send me the check to my building name. Now they are saying some process something scan the mail format and sign it and send back to then. Already one month spend on it. But I am unable to get any solution.
    This is not for India people may be some other countries

      I have received 3 products i have ordered, of 569/-. Delivery boy took delivery charges of 180/-.In amazon app mentioned that no delivery charges of orders over 499/-. I don't understand why i have to pay delivery charges. I want my 180/- back. I havent paid delivery charges in flipkart for the orders over 499/-.         Sir/Ma'm I ordered Microsoft AC 60 charger(universal fast charger) for Rs 550 on 30th June but I got AC 20 (Normal Charger)..I requested the website to replace the product the product..but they always file a return or refund request..Additionally they claim that investigation has been set up against the seller (Bhavani Marketing, Hyderabad) on 8th June and asked me to wait for additionally 10 days and in such a situation as a customer things were not going out of the way at my end and I am not being provided with the feasible solution... the same charger is for Rs 700 now which was then costing me 550 I believe since the mistake happened at the seller and the amazon..I shouldn't be suffered I have already made approximately 10-12 calls to the Amazon.in but they always process return/Refund instead of replacement...

          I ordered one no safari hawk_57 4w red trolley suit case of 25 cm (H) x 57 cm (L) x 36 cm (W) on 10.06.2016 vide order no 171_6147069_2694754. Today i received hawk_55 4w safari red trolley suit case of 25 cm! H) x54.5 cm (L) x37.5 cm (W) which is found to be smaller in size. But the amount charged remained same ie rs3400. This is not at all correct. Plase look imto this and try to either replace the item with the ordered one or arrange for the difference in prices immediately. My contact no is [protected].

            Some of them says its in transit
            Some of them told its heavy amount it will be refunded
            Its been now 9 days.. Its realky very urgent m about to migrate from here

                I am haidar ali, i have an issue with amazon, i bought a d-link dir-600l wireless router (Price 1060) on 08th april 2016.
                But unfortunately i received an used product that is why i returned the product and request for refund. But till now i
                Have not got my money back. I contacted customer support executives several times, but have not got possitive resoponse.
                And also got a lot of emails from billing team but not getting the money back yet.

                Please look into this matter priority basis, and take necessary action asap.

                  Sir i receive red mi note 3 gold 16 gb hanging and overheat, restart condition but they are enable to replace them. Same condition mobile in my relative they replace his mobile after one month. Please take action on this company why doing this like shame thing and product unusual condition.                     I purchased one moto g 3rd generation white 16gb mobile with one tempered glass on - 05.05.2016. The order no - #[protected]. Item delivered on - 09.05.2016. I paid rupees - 11, 158.00 (10, 999+159.00) after 15 days trial the product are showing defective. I think both injert sim side is problem. So my both nano sim does not showing or display in mobile. I repeated send massage to seller since 6 days. But no massage no reply to my repeated request. There is no reply from seller. So how the customer belive online shoping. I am a regular customer of amazon.In. So i request to you kindly take necessary steps for replacement my mobile and give me another new mobile.

                      I ordered biba women's anarkali salwar suit two times. First time, i ordered it on 8th may, they didn't ship the product even i contacted them 2-3 times. Product was available mean while. At last they cancelled the product.
                      I again ordered it on 25th may (Order #[protected]. I contacted them 2-3 times to ship the product. Everytime they told me that they will their best.
                      I contacted 4th june again, this time customer care told me that amazon will try their best to ship the product and escalate my issue. I told that product is available and what is technical issue that you are not able to solve.
                      Even today also product is showing available but they are not shipping. When i contacted them, they told me same excuse and told that will refund the money.
                      O keep the customer money for almost 15 days for two times. Even product is amazon fulfilled. Why they are claiming most customer centric if they can't ship the product then why they are showing it available.

                          This is regarding Amazon Order #[protected]. I placed xiaomi redmi note 3 on June 1 with delivery date 6th June, but have not received it yet. I contacted the customer care, they told me it is in transit n will reach by maximum 8th June. But I did not receive the order. I contacted customer care again, they kept on.saying that they have escalated the issue. I have contacted customer care many times but no satisfactory answer.
                          Poor service!!

                            I ordered a bridemaid dress on may 26th and the charge came out that day well when i stopped at the gas station yesterday morning on june 9th 2016 my card was declined checked my balance and i was negative 90 on june 8th i had 14 in the back when i contacted my back the informed me that another 104 was charged on my account for the same dress i had already paid for i would like the money back on my account since it overdrawled my bank account which has never happened before im really upset by this and i really hope this is fixed.

                            They keep billing my bank account and I have no idea how they got this information.This charge is from my debit card. I did not order anything from them. Please look into this and find out about this company! Thanks!
                            Saw it on my bank account...don't know how they got my card. I would like to get a refund.

                                Order #[protected], I have ordered the Redmi Note-3 smart phone on[protected] and choose the 1 day delivery option and paid Rs.100/- for the same and received a mail and message confirmation saying the product would be delivered to you before 8pm[protected] I waited till evening nobody contacted me nor I received a message with the executive contact details though I kept my self-relaxed assuming I will receive it before 8pm today. I had to leave my office @6.30 pm though I waited till 8:45pm waiting for him with no contact details to contact. Than thought of calling helpline on[protected] and spoke with Mr. Abhijeet and told him about the issue and he suggested me to leave the office as the executives will deliver the product max by 8.15pm not beyond that and he said it will be delivered by tomorrow, than I clearly said that why will I even wait till tomorrow since I have waited for more than 2hrs without any contact details and paying Rs. 100/- extra for 1 Day delivery than he will fix the issue and arrange a call back for me and asked to wait till 9pm thought I waited till 9.30pm .Later I had leave since it was 9.45pm. The thing which actually surprised me was I could see a mail from Amazon whose subject line was “Your Amazon.in order #[protected] could not be delivered as addressee was not available” and below content was like this “This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services, could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it”. How could even someone send a mail like this having a problem with you people? How could even a Global companies has an automated reply in this which clearly blames the customer rather than having a content “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for not getting your product delivered on the committed time” and we will also try to get this delivered by tomorrow before 11.am”
                                This made me angry and had to call helpline again and spoke to Ms. Namami and I asked her why this mail was sent to me and need an apology mail on the email since the delay was completely from your end. She made waited till 20 minutes placing me on hold at last she didn’t send an apology mail over the same content beside disconnected my call.
                                I had again rang up and spoke to a lady who again started verifying your contact details, address, mail ID what the is this, You counting customer patience she also disconnected the call and didn’t any courtesy to call back.

                                  Dear Amazon Team,

                                  My name is Moyien and I am frequent buyer from amazon.in. Till now I was happy customer but my last buy on Amazon has changed my view of Amazon.
                                  I have booked refurbished OneplusOne mobile from infibeam which I cancelled as I have never purchased from them in past. Trusting Amazon I bought the same product from your website.
                                  Below are the details:
                                  • Order id[protected]
                                  • Order Date : 8th May 2016
                                  • Product delivered was on 12th May 2016

                                  The phone look new and from 24th May it start misbehaving or you can say malfunction of phone started. As it crossed the 7 day return policy I was left with no choice but to go to service centre, I visited B2X they updated the software and phone started working. But again on 3rd June while I was in Mysore the phone stopped at 9pm I had no connect with the other world, my family was trying to contact me but the phone was dead. I manged to arrange a standby phone from my friend and manged.

                                  I stay in 21KM away from your Bangalore service centre (Bomanahalli to Marathalli) I have already travelled 2 time to the service centre. 2nd time they have re fixed the condenser and it started working. This experience is sad and I am sure if you are the buyer you will feel that you are cheated.

                                  I have submitted review on this as not to buy such products as it is bad experience, while my other reviews which were good were posted and the bad one was rejected. This is bad practice or I would say it integrity issue. I would expect someone at least to call back and understand the problem. Who is protecting your customer? Looks like you are protecting your vendors only.

                                  Again this morning the phone has automatically switched off, don’t know why. I am looking at the below options:

                                  1. Can I have some representative of Amazon pick and service the handset for managing your brand image
                                  2. Or can I get a replacement of this handset
                                  3. I need a handset I don’t want a refund, but don’t understand what should I do with this dead phone

                                  Bottom line I promise that I will not do anymore shopping on your site (amazon.in). if you need a potential customer than please call and resolve my issue.

                                      Amazon is advertised in all web portals stating that they are genuine and india's largest seller

                                      Yes i agree that amazon is india's greatest and famous seller of all kinds of products without giving a warranty and guarantee of products

                                      Amazon's marketing technique is they have a tie up with large scale of suppliers and manufacturer's directly where they charge a % of amount so on that % this warranty and guarantee goes out

                                      A worst player is amazon as they mention the things correctly but the products they are selling if it does not carry a warranty or a guarantee

                                      We people are fool who studies this will again click amazon and buy the products - if we are beware why these players have to foll the innocent people like us
