Unfair return and cancellation of already delayed order for moto G4 plus: order no: #[protected]. This is exactly the type of thing that loses you customers. Please check the history of issues i am facing with this order, which I placed on 18th, just 5, 10 mins after launch of the phone. It showed on stock when I ordered, but even after repeated calls and emails from my side the expected delivery date was not being confirmed. Finally, it came for delivery on 26th, but the delivery person's POS was not working, he returned back, and never came to deliver the product again! Now it shows 'customer refused delivery' on my page and upon customer care they are telling me I will have to place a new order! This is absolutely unprofessional.
I was getting an offer of 300 cashback on purchase of moto pulse 2 headphones and 1000 kindle credit.
So, I ended up buying the headphones, which have already been delivered to me. And was planning to buy the kindle as soon as the phone arrives.
Now I will not get any of these offers with a new order, this loss is on top of the aggravation I have faced. Look into this matter and make it right. (and on top of it, my attempts at getting an email response is being met with a copy pasted reply!)
