I order a mobile phone ORDER #[protected], arriving on 22 june. so i called amazon for little fast delivery they assured me always, on 22 june i wait whole day and called many time amazon india each time they assured me about delivery in confirm on before 22 june 8 pm.but when i called them after 8 pm one of customer care said "the product was damage so we are unable to delivery today, "then i called 1 hour later then they replay it was delivery delay, i brought this phone on a flash sell so i have a doubt that the product now in hand of amazon so they just keep changing there words, the product was prepaid also. so now they providing refund after long days wait and full day wasting, i just got a sorry form amazon

    I bought an electronic tanpura and table from Amazon. The item was not working when connected to electric port. I requested to change it. After initial calls Amazon representative informed me to return it by post to a address in Kolkata. I live in Bangalore. I don't understand why now I need to go to a courier center to return the item which was a faulty one and sold by Amazon.

    I was unhappy because I need to send by courier with my money. The representative informed that they will pickup from the original dispatch address. Later on another representative told not to be picked up from dispatch address. I at last sent the item by courier. The representative promised to pay the courier amount by cash.

    The Amazon's representative did not keep their promises - neither they picked up the item nor they paid the amount.

    After multiple follow ups, I get an email after some days that a cheque is delivered to my address with the refund amount. I replied that I don't want cheque but I want the direct refund to my credit card and along with the original refund amount, I want the courier charge. The representative sent the same message again and again that a cheque is on the way and a gift card equal to the courier amount is given to me.

    I don't want gift card but Amazon is sending the same message saying 'cheque is on the way and a gift card is given to me'.

    Now I have not yet received the cheque, nor any direct refund.

    I don't understand the following points.
    - when Amazon sent me a defective item, why I as a customer need to send the item with my own money.
    - Why Amazon does not pickup the refund item?
    - Why Amazon applies delays to refund the amount?
    - Why Amazon does not keep their promises?
    - Why a customer needs to followup and get mental pain to get his dues?

      I have purchased sony external hard disk from amazon in 21 nov 2015.
      Order no.[protected]
      now this product is not working, so as warranty policy i have gone to sony service centre, they told me that this is not valid invoice and i m not sure this is original or not so they rufused to take it and told me ask to amazon for it . Invoice which you have given me is without seriel no. And also not vat invoice, i also contact to amazon via call but all are unhelpful. Solve my issue,

        I have been charged $32.51 on 6/17/2016 from my suncoast checking account, and, would like to know why you charged this on my account, and, who gave you authorization to do so.
        Please credit this account immediately. I do not understand why this complaint has to be added to, as it states amazon.com charged my account without permission. Simple... Just credit my account.

          Amazon.In a-to-z guarantee claim (Order[protected] - not able to help resolving issue..

          It was claimed for not delivering the product. Whereas amazon claimed they delivered. That is why i claimed for a to z.

          Neither they are able to provide the proof that they delivered nor refunding the amount.
          This is like open cheating to customer.

          I declined their stand on delivery 2 times...

          . I have ordered a shoes from amazon.In and i have returned that product on 14th june they said me that money will be refunded with in 2 to 4 working days till now there is no refund order number #[protected]. When i call the customer service they are not responding properly. Please look after the issue. Take such a action on them so that next time no customer face the same. They highlight all this refund in add on tv and what about the promise which they made through add

            I have contacted with micromax customer care over phone. They said that my phone's waranty is over, but i have ordered my phone on 2nd july, 2015 & received it on 7th july, 2015. Hence, my handset's waranty starts from 7th july, 2015 & it should have one waranty till 7th july, 2016. It means that my phone is already used one before it is shipped to me because whenever first time you insert the sim, its imei no. Is tracked & its waranty starts from that day. So, you had shipped me a old handset.
            Here is the proof of not having waranty of my hanset i got from micromax care.

                The seller put this item for sale at Rs.474 and I placed the order, later on when he saw that others were selling it at double the price he immediately started sending me emails to cancel the order. When I did not do so he cancelled the order himself.

                The worst part is Amazon.in is doing nothing about it. In spite of writing several emails to them.

                      Yesterday i have ordered samsung galaxy j2 for rs. 2, 738.72. This order placed successfully but after few hours i got message as this is cancelled.

                      Amazon canceled this order without any intimation, they automatically canceled and said the amount will be refunded in 2 to 4 business days.

                      I purchased the mobile with the cost they mentioned in the website only i didn't do any tricks, the price error is their problem, they have to compensate the user otherwise amazon will loose their reputation in the market. People will think these are the cheap tricks to increase their traffic and earn some interest by keeping money for 4 days from the normal users.

                      Any way i want same product with the same cost they mentioned at the time i bought the mobile.

                        As i am order lenovo vibe s1 (White, 32gb) at amazon on yesterday they will cancelled my item i want the phone with the same price as rs 2500 please make the legal action to the amazon and the seller (Anurita ventures) i lost my precious time. Please make the action sir and this type of amazon actions are very disappointed to me as i am lot of products are ordered in the amazon some the products are good but the this kind of activities are disappointed i want the phone with the same price as 2500/-

                          Yesterday i checked your website that shows samsung galaxy j2 showing at inr2500/-.
                          Then i called your customer care number spoke with usamma as per him,, this is valid product you can book it.

                          Then i placed an order for 01 samsung galaxy j2 worth2500/- and i paid inr2625/-

                          After some time i recived and sms that my order has been cancelled.

                          How dare you to cancel my order without my permission when i checked with you before placing an order.

                          I want my product at same price else i have to go legally i have all my proof with me. My order confirmation email and call recording.

                            I purchased a mobile lenevo vibe 1 s for rs2500 from amazon.In i paid the money and my order id[protected] after 30 minutes they cancelled the order and when i called them they said it was pricing error and we are refunding your amount. For example: 10000 customers have made this order, then you would have debited the customer's account and would have earned interest for the amount rs.2.5 crores and since you cancelled the deals now the customer now doesn't get the product and moreover the funds collected will be returned after 2-4 working days.
                            This results in use of customer's money in an inappropriate manner and company earns money in an appropriate manner by way o[censored]se of funds concept.
                            So, i want the product rather than the return of money.

                            Yeah Mr. Dinakar lingam I too got like this.. They are cheating there own customers even I bought the product which they switched another one in same brand I donno what they actually doing in their process. Very disappointed on these e commerce products and their way.
                            Hi Mr.Lingam I too got the same issue.They canceled my Payment order without having a word with me.Me too disappointed with this.

                                  I have ordered the product online through flash sales after registering the same as per amazon guidelines. I have mentioned the delivery address as my corporate address where i am presently working. The commitment done was by june 20 / june 21, 2016.

                                  I received a mail as well sms stating my delivery on june 20, 2016 along with the delivery boy's number. I contacted the delivery boy several times but he didn't delivered the product on the contrary he said the same will be delivered tomorrow i. E., june 21, 2016.

                                  Today june 21, 2016 entire day the number was switched off while in spite of informing several times in different time intervals to amazon since morning 11 am till evening 5:30 pm no resolution was offered.

                                  On the top one smart fellow from amazon rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow i. E., june 22, 2016 without my information. While speaking to the executives, it was understood that your own executives have no clue of the product and its committed timeline for delivery.

                                  This was one of the most painful and frustrating experience ever in my life with amazon. I admire what kind of services, delivery agency and customer satisfaction is carried on with amazon. I have lost all my trust with the company and its services.

                                  I feel flipkart and snap deal are thousand times better than the so called amazon. Very poor and ridiculous service.

                                  I have the conversations recorded for all the executives spoken today also the emails that I have received from Amazon along with the Screenshot of the mobile app.

                                    when i tried them on they did not fit
                                    immediately informed Amazon by mail and after one day a courier collected the item.
                                    after giving necessary details of refund, Amazon has cut me off. if i call their help line my call gets rejected.
                                    I was under the illusion that Amazon is safe for shopping online

                                    amazon eventually retuned my money. after days of stress waiting anxiously, it is just not worth it. now i never shop on amazon. thanking the consumer court for this request, that got resolved.

                                      My order no. Is —[protected]. I had bought a battery for samsung galaxy tab 10.1. These people have sent me another battery. When i got the parcel it had my name and address on it but on opening the parcel i found out the bill inside was for some other order no. Which was —[protected]. It had some other name and product was some htc battery. When i contacted these people they told me return the product. They did this purposely because they knew no courier company is going to take the product as it was a battery.In there email they mentioned that maximum courier charges which they will be refunding is rs40.
                                      These people are playing games as no company send courier for such low cost. I have already paid rs2000 as cost of the battery and now amazon and the seller are playing games with me.
                                      I always believed amazon as the worst place to buy product because of there cumbersome and irritating return policies. The only person they care about is there sellers and the customers are meant for them to harass. They should learn from flipkart, how to protect a buyer. Now i don't know wether i will get my money or not but i will fight for it.
