Sir. I have placed order for supply of one moto g 3rd generation white 16gb mobile with one tempered glass on _ 05.05.2016. I paid rupees - 11, 158.00 (10, 999+159.00) my order no - #[protected]. Item delivered on -09.05.2016. But just 15 days trial the product showing defective. Both injert side does not supporting by nano sim. I think both injert sim sides may be defect. So i request for replacement to seller by massage. But the seller does not respond my request and no reply from the seller. So how the seller belive the online shoping.     Caveat emptor! Buyer beware of amazon!(Read below why.) i had purchased mobile phone mi - order #[protected] from amazon under the 15% hdfc credit card cashback promotion which was being run a few months back(In october). The last date to issue the cashback was 15th of january 2016. I did not receive the cashback while i send them all proof of transactions by credit card. So i started by first calling the amazon customer care. They were able to give merely empty assurances about the cashback and kept on extending the last date by 5-10 days several times. In total i have had verbal communication with them for atleast 4-5 times. One of their customer representatives even told me that it is not for amazon to pursue the cashback as the same is to be issued by the concerned bank and so i was told to pursue my case with hdfc! I was shocked to hear this. I firmly told the representative that by purchasing phone, i have entered into a contract and transacted with amazon.In and not hdfc and therefore it is amazon's bounden duty to purse the case of cashback with hdfc. Still nothing happened. So i contacted them through emails. I have had written communication with amazon number of time and again they are extending the date of issuing a cashback by 5-10 days. For proof i am reproducing their mail below:- amazon your account amazon.In message from customer service hello, in line to our conversation with regards to hdfc cash back, referring to the order #[protected] i apologize for the inconvenience caused with this regards. The process has started and the latest date to wait for cash back given by hdfc bank is 25th jan. So, i request you to wait till 25th jan. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this regards. I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon- *amazon has shown the poorest of effort in guaranteeing customer satisfaction. More so they have gone a step ahead and committed a fraud and case of ipc 420 is clearly made out. I am waiting for a few more days and then i'll send them a legal notice for cheating, fraud, loss of interest, for mental harassment, agony. I am sharing this so that all of you be aware and careful about these cashback offers being run by amazon. I have added the transaction history.

          they said it deliver to me by or on jun but still i didn't get the order .
          when i ask the amazon representatives they are saying it will delivered tomorrow . but still i didn't get the order they are not updating the tracking details and showing it is in gurgaon facility from 5 jun they are not resolving the problem

            On receiving the product i opended the amazon box i got a unseal s7 box with no warranty / imei / mrp mentioned on the box nor there was any bill in the package.
            On seeing this i decided return the product and amazon didnt allow me to return it stating i have to wait till the seller approves the return if it doesnt i can file a atoz gurantee claim on filing the claim amazon send me an email that my account has been closed and my claim has been denied even after sending them all the pictures with the mentioned timeline.
            As now my account is closed customer service is saying they cant help me unless the account is active.
            Please help me i have been cheated by amazon for rs 49, 900.00 and left with a product i cant use.

              I purchased a exide inverter batter worth Rs.11000/- on 28 April 2016. Amazon told me the delivery to be done on or before 18 May. Till date my product is yet not delivered to me. When i contacted them many time, they cancelled my product without asking me and refunded the money to me after taking money after a long time without any interest. Neither i get the product nor i get any a single penny interest. I want your favor that for such a big brand in India, they have no value for their customers, if it is possible, please impose penalty on Amazon. I am attaching the documents related to payment and the courier details.

                I ordered moto g 4th generation mobile, I was informed that it will be delivered on 6th june'16, however it's not delivered yet and they are telling me now that it will get delivered on 8th June because product was delivered at incorrect courier services location.

                I will be travelling from 8th june only, not sure what will happen now.

                What a way to delight your customer... I will make sure that no one in my family and office buy any product from Amazon

                  I have not received my order #[protected] yet, 06th june'16 was it delivery date, whereas, its status is showing as delivered. When did i call to customer cared, they told me, that it is already delivered. Now i just want to ask some questions,

                  1) to whom delivery person has deliver that item.
                  2) why he has not called me before deliver it.
                  3) why should i wait for another 4 days.
                  4) who is responsible for all mishappening.

                        Amazon India shoping site delivered faulty product to me many times, they delivered the fault product and raise the price so high, and when we talk to the customer then there is no response they say you have to wait but not provide me time so its very irritating, know they cheat with their customer, very bad service and experience ... i have already sent images of my faulty product ( joe aviator sun glass) which is recently purchase by me ...

                          Online shopping may have become the biggest shopping hub, but big names like amazon are also offering fraudulent schemes.

                          Order date and order number mentioned in attached pictures.

                          They offered in shoes for rs 749.75 i purchased it now they have raised the price to rs 2099.
                          Courier company reverts me that my order is returned due to some technical error. Amazon tells me i was not available at my delivery location so my order is cancelled.
                          I made the paplyment prepaid through debit card and even then amazon cancelled my order because of there fraudulent schemes first they offer something at a very less price and then they cancel the order.
                          Frauds like amazon should be banned or some strict regulatory measures should be taken against these kind of emarketing frauds.

                              I have ordered redmi note 3 on amazon website on 1st june 2016 and estimated delivery date is 6th june, but yet i have not received my order. When i track the status only fake status has been updated by amazon company, sometimes tracking shows that packet is about to arrive or sometimes it shows refused to deliver even they are not refund my amount. I request you to please take strick action agaimst the company.

                                I gave an order of Kissu Brown Round Dial Sport Designer Watch through the famous online destination of Amazon.in on 29th of May, 2016 by COD technique (Order :[protected]. After almost three days ie on 2nd June the product was shipped by the company though in the first confirmation mail given by the company the product was claimed to be shipped by 1st June to 6th June. I had a talk with one of the CCE of Amazon through their toll free number and one of their customer care execs told me to wait till 6th by which the order will be delivered for sure. Today, on 6th i contacted with the company at 6:30 pm asking about the status of the delivery of the product, to which one person falsely told me that i will be getting the product by 8pm today, and when i asked him about the courier execs number, i was told that the number cannot be given i will be contacted by the courier person soon, to which i got no response. After an anxious wait of almost 1 and a half hours i again called the co to find the details of the product to which i got an answer that the delivery will be done by next 24-48 hrs. In the website through tracking mechanism it is still being shown that the product will be delivered by today. This is how false hopes are being given everyday to consumers, and it is very unprofessional on behalf of such a reputed organization to keep such misleading customer care execs. They do not have the ability to understand that we anticipate the products arrival very anxiously and we do value our time. Such actions must lead to penalisation.

                                  I just ordered a wifi router which was expected ro get delivered by 4 june.The courier arrived Jammu hub at around 10-11 am. I was expecting the delivery on the same day that just not happened. I contacted the customer executive and he just assured me that my courier has been set to highest priority and it will be delivered surely on 5 june which again didn't happened. on this day i contacted the customer service again he again assured of the delivery on the next day so i told him to just call me before delivery as i will not be available at home. The courier service provider just came to my residence and when he saw that there is nobody available he just left without giving me a call and i just missed my courier.
                                  So this is my request to you to improve your transportation services otherwise we have to place our order from some other e-commerce sites.

                                  I ordered mobile on 22July n d delivery date was between 25July to 28 July ...They didn't deliver the order upto 28 July so I called the customer care he said we will deliver ur orders deliver in 1-2 days at most ..n I got the "Arriving today" message on 31July without the number of delivery boy..the whole day I was waiting was the call but I didn't get any call..n in d evening I got d message that ur order has been rejected...WTF what is this ...No address no contact no. ...not even they called me...Shut this ####### "Amazon transportation Services" ...they are just doing timepass...
                                  It has been observed that the delivery man never gives a call to the buyer for collection of items ordered.Moreover Amazon never provides the contact mobile number of the courier agent nor of the person authorised to effect delivery.
                                  My order was out for delivery today morning, and I kept waiting all day. The delivery executive phone number which ghey provide on updates is switched of. When I contacted Customer care executive, they forwarded the complaint. The result was that the delivery person updated the status saying that the customer’s address needed some God knows what further detail. It said that they could not deliver the order because further details of my address was not provided, and asked me to update a new address. Since all the previous orders have arrived on the same address but I wonder why do these fellows need some extra detail fir this new order! And, moreover, I called at the phone number that is provided on the Order Update page but the number is switched off since morning. Now that guy updates address issue without even reaching my address or the locality. And of course he had my phone number; if he was not sure about the address why then not bother to call me up? This makes me sick!! I hope this is addressed as soon as possible

                                      I had ordered the moto g4 plus from amazon.In order id order #[protected]
                                      I had ordered on 18th may 2016
                                      I receive the product as expected on 23rd may 2016. Paid in cash but the delivery boy didnt take my signature. He said its okay
                                      But in my order list it shows that i have not received the product but returned it
                                      Then i contact amazon that in my order list it showing i have not received the product but i have received it.
                                      After few days they tell me to return it. They create a return ticket
                                      I return the phone on 30th may 2016 but now they are saying they have not received the product. And they are clueless about the phone
                                      I have paid 15, 000 /- in cash for the product
                                      And they are denying it trying to make me understand that no return or replacement can be issued
                                      ) i have paid 15, 000 for this product to your deliver guys
                                      2) i have this product you can match imei number as 2 phones cant have same imei number
                                      3) i have sent pics of box, phone box, phone imei number

                                      I had inserted my sim in that phone and i have used that phone for 7 days. Now after returning they are denying
                                      I have all the images as proof

                                      But they are not ready to listen. I have used that phone with my sim. As its imei number can be tracked and it can be checked when this phone was used and which number was used in this phone

                                      They are neither returning my money or phone. Disclaiming all liabilities saying that they have neither deliver it or dont even know when it got returned.
                                      Since it was cash on deliver so they cant do anything.

                                        I got empty package with without having delivery notice. I ordered the product on 25th may 2016 and its expected arrival date 4th june 2016. It came on 3rd june itself but it didn't delivered that to me. It has delivered to my company courier office without giving me a prior notice. When i found out that package is delivered and opened the package, there is nothing inside it.
                                        Please help me out.
