Dear sir,
On [30 may 2016], i purchased a [bandridge apple lighting cable] from your amazon.In
Here is my odrer number - order #[protected]
Today on 5:58 pm - 3 june my brother received this product. On the behalf of me (Pankaj mehta)
And he told to courier person why yo send defective product and return my money
He told, thats not my matter, dont shout on me, about this matter, just contcat to amazon people
Problem:
Iphone 5 charging cable is defected, charging pint is break, here is the image, click here & check - http://photouploads.com/image/zsz
I think he send me used cable mistake or from mind i dont care, i have already give moto g plus from amazon, now i am little bit tens, what will happen with my moto g plus
My order number - order #[protected] for moto g - plus,
I am going to cancel this order, because amazon people is trying to making me, fool,
On first order, on last date of delivery on time they cancelled, when i ask the reason about this undelivery
They told me, product is damage, but now what happen with my next order, just check everyone,
They send me defective product,
I given return request for this order on [3 june] and spoke with [customer care - subin t]
To resolve the problem i request that you [refund my money & cancel my moto g order, no more trust on your company
