Hi

I orderded seaget external hard disk on 21st for with case cover for 6820 rs. I received cover on 3rd day but still not received external hard disk.
Contacted seller and amazon but they are nor delivering product nor giving refund. They are saying it will be delay. But not giving specific date and time for that.

Please help.

    I stopped using Amazon due to past order experience where I got no support from your shameless customer care, but tried to give you one more chance and became a fool again with you cheaters.

    Product I ordered from your site for Rs 220+40 has MRP of Rs 195.

    What a cheating and on calling your customer care, your unprofessional team member SIRAJ B wasted my 60 valuable mins and was just able to tell me this happens and we can't help you. Nor he was able to log a complaint or give me a reference number or assure action will be taken or bring his supervisor on call or transfer but yes he did 2 great things, MADE ME REALISE THAT AMAZON IS PART OF THIS CHEAT AND SECOND DISCONNECT THE CALL OF SUCH CUSTOMER IS BEST WHAT YOU CAN DO.

    Really you people are shameless in after sales so I decided to help myself by registering a case of 420 in consumer court and couple of articles on FB, TWITTER &MOUTHSHUT. I am writing mails to your CEO also with screen shot of my FB.

    Writing this mail to make you know this all and update a delay in return of product, cause I know nothing is in your hand also else than cheating a customer and just say sorry.

    Ask your valuable seller and legal team to be ready to face court along with media press.

      I had return t-rock men casual loafer shoes blue (8) but amount is not returne since 15 day. I am calling deaily but telling its bank problem but bank asking amount return details but tell caller saying the donot have details the asking 2 day time every time. Amzon don't have any amount refund details they tell its finance department problem and once again they asking 4 days time. It is so much irritating me

        Registered on 26/May/2016 . Participated in flash sale .Added the phone to my cart on 02/June/2016 .
        But after sometime the phone vanished from the cart . Emailed and Telephoned the Amazon team . No positive response .They agreed about the technical glitch . I had to gift the phone to my daughter by 05/ June/2016 .They are not ready to co-operate .The customer care disconnects the line as if they are fed up . Amazon India is difficult to deal with . Will not recommend to anybody .

          Today on 5:58 pm - 3 june my brother received this product. On the behalf of me (Pankaj mehta)
          And he told to courier person why yo send defective product and return my money
          He told, thats not my matter, dont shout on me, about this matter, just contcat to amazon people

          Problem:

          I think he send me used cable mistake or from mind i dont care, i have already give moto g plus from amazon, now i am little bit tens, what will happen with my moto g plus

            I had placed an order with amazon india on ‘june 1, 2016’. Next day (I. E. June 2, 2016) i had a chat with one of customer service associate (Csa). I had enquired and want to know the status of product. He assured me that he would notify me about the same. But next day (I. E. June 3, 2016), i found that the order placed was cancelled. Then on june 3, 2016 i had again had a chat with two csa. I did not find a solution for it.

            I request to help me in finding the suitable solution for the same. The amazon order no[protected].

              I have ordered lenovo zuk z1 from amazon flash sale on 26th may 2016 and 2nd june 2016. Both times, the product got returned showing it is undeliverable. [cash refund was initiated, but not yet completed]

              When i ordered first time, it showed undeliverable after 5 or 6 days[just the day before it was expected to deliver]. It shows that product is undeliverable since a courier service rejected it.
              I contacted the customer service and they told its a one time error from their side and asked me to order it again in the next flash sale day.

              Now, the seond time, ie, on june 2nd.. Again i sat in front of the system at 2pm (Since the flash sale begins at 2pm) and ordered it successfully.
              On june 3rd, when i tracked the package, it shows the product is returned. Again some courier service refused to deliver it.

              So, what am i suppose to do amazon.. Should i continue ordering the item again and again, test if i am lucky to get the phone.

              If amazon don't have the product or it don't have proper courier service which can deliver the item, then why do they put up flash sale and fool the customers.

                I have been tried to purchase xiaomi redmi note 3 on 18th and 25th may 2016 but due to artificial shortage created by the company it was not available for me. And finally i have purchased on 1st june 2016 but the company declined to deliver the product. I have invested a lots of time to buy this product. A busy professional time matters a lot for me so it should be deliver to me at any cost.

                  I have order xiaomi redmi note 3 (Dark grey, 32gb) on 3rd of june and i got order confirmation as well instantly i booked it. However after 2 days, that is today morning, i have received email from amazon that the order has been cancelled with out providing any reason.

                  This is so unfair, since it was a flash sales and was waited for the opportunity and was fortunate to place the order.
                  Later on the day, the products was available on flipkart, since, i got the order confirmation, and estimated delivery was one day only, i did not try booking it from flipkart.

                  Now cancelling the product after the date of delivery, when this product is out of stock in all the website including amazon, it nothing but a cheating the customer as they have selectively cancelled the order, since my friend have purchased the same product on the same day and even one of my friend has order after me but have revived dispatch confirmation

                  While calling customer care, first they told that all the product order on 1 june 2016 is cancelled then when i mentioned about my friends they changed the story that only few have been processed. Asking for the reason, they are saying technical glitch.

                  I had order this product to gift my wife on the anniversary and now not getting it due to their pathetic system issues and communicating so late so that customer can not do anything about that and think that their responsibility is over as soon as money has been refunded back.

                  This is not tenable at all. This people will takes benefit of the customers do not have time or don't understand the right to compliant against it.

                  An website, they should have some responsibility for order booked

                  As an compensation for the facing mental troma and cheating, i want compensation equivalent to my phone or provide me the handset.

                    I ordered redmi note 3 on june 1 at 10 am and i paid 11999 rs but after 2 days they cancelled it ans they are saying out of stock and it is false reply. Because i ordered the phone it was in stock. On next day they told the product will be shipped in 24 hrs but on june 3 they cancelled it. I am highly disappointed about the service every time they fool the customers like this. I have all the documents and order details.In which they promised to deliver the phone

                    Same here. I ordered Redmi Note 3 Gold version 32 GB on 1st June 2016 from Amazon which was an open sale at around 10:05 AM. As recommended by Amazon website during purchase, I had also ordered Kaira screen guard and back cover. Amazon was foolish enough or smart enough to process and selectively pre-ship the other consignments that was scheduled to be delivered today 3rd June 2016. But, the shipment estimate details for Redmi Note 3 were still not available. Upon calling the customer care, I was told nothing to worry about as there were technical glitches and huge demand for Redmi Note 3. I called customer care once again and I got the same reply. Unfortunately when I checked my mail today, I got a message that I my order for Redmi Note 3 have been cancelled. It was quite embarrassing where I had the accessory for the product without the product itself akin to having buttons of the shirt but not the shirt. When I enquired about it, customer care executive had the temerity to tell me that I have to place an order for the product again once it is available. The accessory part of the order which was just probably a mile or 2 to my doorsteps had to be cancelled by the customer care. No wonder companies like amazon in India are piling up losses after another. Poor supply chain management, poor matching of supply with demand, clear lack of common sense (sending accessories but not the product, wtf will I do with the accessories, hang it on my wall???) and losses incurred due to product return is doing Amazon no good. Further since this was my first shy at Redmi Note 3, I begin to wonder whether the product is really worth it. Better wait till the announcement of pricing of Le 2 or Le 2 Pro or Le Max but shun Xiaomi for good.

                      I had ordered vintage premium ladies handbag tricolor (Bag 86)" online from amazon and paid the price rs. 430.00 on 26.5.16. They had delivered a single coloured bag vide order id[protected] on 31.5.16. I reported the matter to their helpline and was they told the online procedure for return/replacement. I did the same.Today when i called them up, they are telling that i have to return the bag bearing postage charges. They will refund me the cost of bag in my bank a/c and will refund the postage charges by means of 'gift card'.

                      My grievances are as follows:
                      1. I was delivered a wrong product which i hadn't ordered.
                      2. How they can expect me to shop from their site using gift card after such a bad service and feedback they have provided in first instance.

                      Now i want them to pick up the wrong product and give me the product which i ordered at the earliest.

                          I purchased moto g4 plus from amazon website on 18 may and it was delievered on 23 may . On 25 may I initiated a replacement as the phone was faulty so according to the company's policy they will replace my phone .
                          There is no tracking for replacament order on their website and it has been around 8 days and whenever I call on their customer care they say that it will be delivered in 24-48 hours .Today they told me that the phone is out of stock with that particular seller and that they will refund me the money after 4-5 days when the phone will reach them .They are not even escalating the matter to any senior

I received a call from Blue Dart on 1st June they told me that we can, t deliver your product on your address so you have to come and pick you order here. Whereas i received so many product on this address. I logged a complain yesterday regarding this. Amazon person told me that your order will be reached on your address by tomorrow but right now anybody not come with my order it was very important for me. I am very worried about that type of Amazon service.

                                I have ordered a moto g3 and its tempered glass on 26th of may 2016 with one day delivery option as I have immediate requirement of phone and I need to shift my room on 29th may .Courier person attempted the delivery b/w 11am-12am on 28th but as i have exam on that particular time thus i asked him to deliver product in evening but he didn't.
                                I have shifted my room on 29th may and call customer care to change my delivery address but he said that delivery can be done within the same pin code, thus I have provided him address which is near to me within the same pin code and also asked him to change my phone no., then he asked me to update my address on amazon.in, which I did.
                                But nothing happen after that, no call came from amazon for delivery.
                                I have contacted customer care again and again since last 4 days all of them whom I talked assured me to deliver product within 24 hr. 5 days gone from date of delivery assured to me and I haven't received my product. 1st of june delivery boy contacted me for product delivery I traveled almost 30km to that particular address and waited for around 45 min for that delivery boy and he handed me only tempered glass. Now tell me what will I do with that tempered glass without phone.Now I cant take delivery as I have to visit my hometown for about 15 days .
                                This is total mental harassment done by amazon.

                                Either they should compensate or deliver product to my hometown which is in up.

                                  Dear sir we have ordered dt.24.05.2016 order #[protected] the seller & amazon has fulfill the requirement.

                                  But afterwards the order no. Order no.[protected] & order #[protected] dated 30.05.2016 & 31.05.2016 both are cancelled and the reason they state is address are undelivered to the pincode, but earlier same product in same address delivered by same co.

                                  As we will trust to amazon not the seller.

                                  As due to trust on amazon we have ordered twice & in earlier we also ordering other products from amazon. If the same continues we will order from other online website. And if the problem with seller then how they accept the payment or confirm the order. Due to such we suffer a lot & my job also in trouble due to order placed in amazon.

                                  Its the matter of trust.

                                      2-3 days before i ordered two product from amazon today are it is delivered success fully when i was checked out it than inside package some different product delivered lower cost than i was ordered it when i complained about this issue than amazon was closed my account and they told me to we cannot reinstate your account...how can do that type of bad response!!

                                        Dear sir
                                        I was purchase the mobile with amazon india on 13/04/2016 and after received the product. I have facing charging problem so return back the product on 19/04/2016 with ats courier (Amazon transportation services).
                                        But after 1 month i have not received any payment from amazon side. And they are always told to me please wait 2 more working days.
                                        Please please help me.
