I ordered redmi note 3 on june 1 at 10 am and i paid 11999 rs but after 2 days they cancelled it ans they are saying out of stock and it is false reply. Because i ordered the phone it was in stock. On next day they told the product will be shipped in 24 hrs but on june 3 they cancelled it. I am highly disappointed about the service every time they fool the customers like this. I have all the documents and order details.In which they promised to deliver the phone

Same here. I ordered Redmi Note 3 Gold version 32 GB on 1st June 2016 from Amazon which was an open sale at around 10:05 AM. As recommended by Amazon website during purchase, I had also ordered Kaira screen guard and back cover. Amazon was foolish enough or smart enough to process and selectively pre-ship the other consignments that was scheduled to be delivered today 3rd June 2016. But, the shipment estimate details for Redmi Note 3 were still not available. Upon calling the customer care, I was told nothing to worry about as there were technical glitches and huge demand for Redmi Note 3. I called customer care once again and I got the same reply. Unfortunately when I checked my mail today, I got a message that I my order for Redmi Note 3 have been cancelled. It was quite embarrassing where I had the accessory for the product without the product itself akin to having buttons of the shirt but not the shirt. When I enquired about it, customer care executive had the temerity to tell me that I have to place an order for the product again once it is available. The accessory part of the order which was just probably a mile or 2 to my doorsteps had to be cancelled by the customer care. No wonder companies like amazon in India are piling up losses after another. Poor supply chain management, poor matching of supply with demand, clear lack of common sense (sending accessories but not the product, wtf will I do with the accessories, hang it on my wall???) and losses incurred due to product return is doing Amazon no good. Further since this was my first shy at Redmi Note 3, I begin to wonder whether the product is really worth it. Better wait till the announcement of pricing of Le 2 or Le 2 Pro or Le Max but shun Xiaomi for good.

    I had ordered vintage premium ladies handbag tricolor (Bag 86)" online from amazon and paid the price rs. 430.00 on 26.5.16. They had delivered a single coloured bag vide order id[protected] on 31.5.16. I reported the matter to their helpline and was they told the online procedure for return/replacement. I did the same.Today when i called them up, they are telling that i have to return the bag bearing postage charges. They will refund me the cost of bag in my bank a/c and will refund the postage charges by means of 'gift card'.

    My grievances are as follows:
    1. I was delivered a wrong product which i hadn't ordered.
    2. How they can expect me to shop from their site using gift card after such a bad service and feedback they have provided in first instance.

    Now i want them to pick up the wrong product and give me the product which i ordered at the earliest.

      I ordered nikon lens 55-200mm and lowepro camera bag

      Firstly it delivered me on 30th may 2016 noon from amazon to my house by cash on delivery paid and it package was nicely packed.
      After i was checked out in the package not same product i was ordered.
      Inside the package delivered against nikon lens something mcvitties biscuit and lays chiips, and lowepro bag against delivered dell laptop bag
      It totally waste for me i was paid for it 14539.00 rs
      Amazon was closed my account and they are not take returned request, they declined.
      Amazon are fraud, they are cheating to customers
      Please help i want to refund agaist this issue

        I purchased moto g4 plus from amazon website on 18 may and it was delievered on 23 may . On 25 may I initiated a replacement as the phone was faulty so according to the company's policy they will replace my phone .
        There is no tracking for replacament order on their website and it has been around 8 days and whenever I call on their customer care they say that it will be delivered in 24-48 hours .Today they told me that the phone is out of stock with that particular seller and that they will refund me the money after 4-5 days when the phone will reach them .They are not even escalating the matter to any senior

          I ordered a Anti virus on 30 May. I received a call from Blue Dart on 1st June they told me that we can, t deliver your product on your address so you have to come and pick you order here. Whereas i received so many product on this address. I logged a complain yesterday regarding this. Amazon person told me that your order will be reached on your address by tomorrow but right now anybody not come with my order it was very important for me. I am very worried about that type of Amazon service.

              I have ordered a moto g3 and its tempered glass on 26th of may 2016 with one day delivery option as I have immediate requirement of phone and I need to shift my room on 29th may .Courier person attempted the delivery b/w 11am-12am on 28th but as i have exam on that particular time thus i asked him to deliver product in evening but he didn't.
              I have shifted my room on 29th may and call customer care to change my delivery address but he said that delivery can be done within the same pin code, thus I have provided him address which is near to me within the same pin code and also asked him to change my phone no., then he asked me to update my address on amazon.in, which I did.
              But nothing happen after that, no call came from amazon for delivery.
              I have contacted customer care again and again since last 4 days all of them whom I talked assured me to deliver product within 24 hr. 5 days gone from date of delivery assured to me and I haven't received my product. 1st of june delivery boy contacted me for product delivery I traveled almost 30km to that particular address and waited for around 45 min for that delivery boy and he handed me only tempered glass. Now tell me what will I do with that tempered glass without phone.Now I cant take delivery as I have to visit my hometown for about 15 days .
              This is total mental harassment done by amazon.

              Either they should compensate or deliver product to my hometown which is in up.

                Dear sir we have ordered dt.24.05.2016 order #[protected] the seller & amazon has fulfill the requirement.

                But afterwards the order no. Order no.[protected] & order #[protected] dated 30.05.2016 & 31.05.2016 both are cancelled and the reason they state is address are undelivered to the pincode, but earlier same product in same address delivered by same co.

                As we will trust to amazon not the seller.

                As due to trust on amazon we have ordered twice & in earlier we also ordering other products from amazon. If the same continues we will order from other online website. And if the problem with seller then how they accept the payment or confirm the order. Due to such we suffer a lot & my job also in trouble due to order placed in amazon.

                Its the matter of trust.

                Kindly so the needful on urgent basis.

                    2-3 days before i ordered two product from amazon today are it is delivered success fully when i was checked out it than inside package some different product delivered lower cost than i was ordered it when i complained about this issue than amazon was closed my account and they told me to we cannot reinstate your account...how can do that type of bad response!!

                        I have ordered two amazon fulfilled products on 26th April. Products are "one Lenovo K4 note case cover and a screen guard". At the time of order they displayed that delivery to my area pin code is available and product will be delivered within 7 to 10 days. But after 15 Days I contacted to their customer support team and they kept on confirming that product will be deliver within 48 hours. After 20 days I got an email that they can not deliver the product they will refund my money. Again I contacted to their support team and they requested me to order the products again and this time they will definitely deliver the products on time but again after 15 days I got an email that they can not deliver the product.

                        Question is if they can not deliver me the product then why they are displaying the message "delivery to my area pin code is available and shall be delivered between 7 to 10 days" at the time of placing order.

                        Why their customer support team keep on confirming that they will deliver the product. I have been waited for 35 to 40 days and finally I did not receive the product.Why they wasted my time?

                        I wrote to their senior people but they also ignored my request to deliver the product.

                        I wan to file a consumer case against them. I have all proof email confirmations and delivery fails email.

                        They should pay penalty for their fraud commitment and wasting my time.

                          Made the order on 14th may. Made full payment in advance. Amazon promised delivery date of 27th may. Product was shown to be dispatched but without tracking details. Contacted seller but no response. Contacted amazon on 26th may. Was told to wait for 3 days more for seller response. Contacted amazon again on 30th to cancel the order. But still order is not cancelled.

                          Amazon is happily sitting on my payment for 20 days and would take more time to refund. They don't care about customers.

                          Amazon should be avoided in india. Fake sellers, total scam.

                              Dear team, i have ordered apl men's blue rexine sports shoes vide order no.[protected] dt 27.04.2016. As the shoes were not of good quality and also smaller in size i returned the same to the seller sanjay sales corporation ahmedabadon 06/05/2016 through post office at the sellers address after completing all the formalities. Now even after 25 days not refund has been made to my account so far which is a matter of grave concern and cheating. I request you to look into the matter and make arrangements for the refund failing which i shall be forced to initiate legal action and also not to place any orders with amazon in future.

                                        In India Amazon has policy of not provide service after warranty in case of any kindle. I used kindle for 17 month but during update on 16th may 2016 it got stuck. Then I contacted kindle India they said as your product is out of warranty so we can't replace it and we don't have any repairing service center. So now it is of no use. And indirectly said throw it in dustbin.

                                        Amazon India policy on their website said consumer have right in addition to warranty of one year. So if product is faulty then repair it or replace it from retailer.

                                        As I said now their team said we can't do anything. So please force company to change their worse policy of kindle. And there are thousand of cases on Amazon website but no one is sue Amazon for this cheap Chinese product due to our own time consuming and corrupted judicial system.

                                        I request you to punish company by charge heavy amount undur IPC Sec 420 for cheating with Indian people by selling cheapest product with showing good reputed multinational company.
