I have purchase a iball slide tablet from amazon.In. Following are the details of order.

I have ordered the above mentioned item on 14th april’16. I wanted to buy this for the birthday of my friend. When i did not receive this till 27th april, i raised a cancellation request. Suddenly i received the item the same day. Then i raised a return request because the item was not required by me for the intended purpose at that time. Delivery period confirmed at the time of order was 20-25th may and item received was delayed so i thought i will be able to get my money back without much problems but i didn’t know that was just the beginning of endless and mindless follow-ups.
I was told that item must be despatched by me as amazon can’t arrange for the pickup. I know it for sure that amazon arrange for pickup from my address.
When i insisted and after few follow-ups i was committed that item can be despatched by my using couriers associated with amazon and i will get the refund of the courier charges. I tried calling the couriers name given but they refused to arrange pick up. After that i decided to send the items myself and went to blue dart, hadapsar, pune. Blue dart refused to take the packet asking for a road permit for the material as it’s value was more than 500 rs. I called amazon from there and ensure blue dart and amazon logistic team representative talk to each other regarding this. After that call amazon person (Utkarsh) told me and sent me an email saying my pickup from home will be done and i should not worry. This happened on 30th april evening. Today i am still waiting for a pickup but there is no positive response from amazon customer care team. They are giving text book responses like you need to dispatch the item by yourself.
Strangely there is no escalation or customer grievances cell that i could reach during so many follow ups.
