Blue dart courier, gangtok, was responsible for delivering the package today. On phoning them, i was told they had phoned me twice and even visited my address. I know i have not received any call from them at all and no one has come to my door. I have not left the house at all today.
I suspect these unscrupulous couriers get paid for their services and pretend they made attempts to deliver but the receivers failed on their part. I have had these problems with one other courier, dehlivery, who have sent my parcel back to the company saying i had rejected delivery! It is better to send parcels through india speed post and/or take up the matter with the courier management.

    For the product tdg-bt500a active 3d glasses, amazon.In is quoting rs. 6038 + delivery charges for 1 quantity. For the same, the original product manufacturer sony is quoting rs. 1999/- for 1 quantity. For reference i am giving the links:

    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Moreover I have intimated the same to their customer service team twice. Each & every time they assured me that the matter will be resolved & I will be intimated soon. On the contrary no visible action taken care of on their part.
    I don't know why Amazon India representatives still haven't resolved the issue. They don't even give reply also. Such a poor response from Amazon!!! It's totally useless...

      For last 15 days i have been continuously getting sms from amazon about shipment of products to be delivered to me

      Somebody is ordering items from amazon and intentionally or mistakenly used my mobile # [protected] as contact

      Latest example this morning

      Tracking # [protected] shipping to guirim, bardez, goa blue dar

      I have never ordered from amazon yet and my mobile # [protected] must be de-linked from any existing profile so that i can get a respite from this harassment

        Dear concerned,

        This is to notify you about the worst experience i have with your company.

        i have placed a order with your company(order number[protected] and i was not available on first delivery attempt as i was out of town at that moment and i have asked to contact me on 2nd june 2016. after that i am keep calling amazon to know the status of my order and they keep telling me that they are contacting with courier partner. i have called you guys 4 times in last 3 days but received same answer.

        today again when i have called your call center which is in india someone named DHEERAJ answered. he told me that order is returned to seller. this was quite surprising for me as i was calling you guys that nobody contacted me yet and suddenly i got the reply from you that order is returned to seller due to no response from the user.

        i Asked DHEERAJ to transfer me to manager and he refused to do that, was kept telling me same that i will not do that SIR. So is this the AMAZON COMPANY POLICY THAT CUSTOMER CAN NOT TALK WITH MANAGER OR ANY SENIOR LEVEL.

        I was completely shocked with the response that i have received from you and specially from the front end agent.

        SORRY TO BOTHER YOU GUYS, THIS WAS MY LAST PURCHASE WITH YOU.

        THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

          I requested for return of order id[protected]: 1 of mak tech 5.1 channel bluetooth 80 watts rms with usb, mmc & fm radio mak-k920fm-umb mini hi-fi system home theater speaker system, which was accepted and reverse pick up done by awb# [protected] dated 29th may 2016. But the refund of rs 4444 is not credited to my account till date.

            This is in regards to my order of a morphy richards 20ms 20-litre solo microwave (Black), order#[protected]. I placed an order for this on 17th may, 2016. Also along with that i ordered 3 more items (Order #[protected] which got to me on 21st may. Estimated delivery for order#[protected] was between 25th-30th may with which i was completely fine. Everything was ok until 26th of may when i got a call from shree maruti courier service. Please find the terrible service provided to me by amazon.In for the past one week. Detailed explanation starts now:

            25th june - i got a call from shree maruti couriers (Pune) {contact no.[protected]} at 0905 hours stating that they have my order in hinjewadi, pune and asked me my address. Upon mentioning that i reside at mahabaleshwar which is 120 kms from pune the courier guy mentioned that he does not have delivery service at mahabaleshwar and i should collect my parcel from pune. I also gave him an option to deliver the parcel at my alternative address in pune the same afternoon, however this guy was way to stubborn to get it done and immediately denied my request.

            Upon this i called amazon customer care at 0915 hours. I spoke with varun and explained him the complete scenario and was assured by him that i should not worry at all as he would fix the problem.

            At 1211 hours the same day i got the second call from shree maruti couriers (Pune) {contact no. [protected]} and the same story about the product cannot be delivered continued. I was confused what exactly did varun do after my 1st call with him 3 hours ago.

            So i again called amazon customer care at 1216 hours and was connected to bhaskar. Bhaskar gave me the same answers what varun had given. However he at least mentioned that he would contact the seller as well as the courier guy and get all this sorted.
            After my call with bhaskar, i received a call at 1305 hours from ohm electricals (Hyderabad) { contact no.[protected]} who is supposes to be the seller for the morphy richards 20ms 20-litre solo microwave (Black) which i have ordered. This guy also gave me the same words of assurance.

            26th june - i got a call from shree maruti couriers [contact no.[protected]], but this time it was from satara which is 50 kms from mahabaleshwar, and ofcourse i get the same reply from this guy aswell. Sorry we do not have courier delivery service at mahabaleshwar. You should either collect the parcel from satara or we will send it back to the seller (I. E. At hyderebad). This frustrated me a lot more.
            Leading to this frustration i called amazon again thinking of getting a positive result. This time i don't remember the guy i spoke with, however the end result was the same as before. Just assurance and false hopes. At the end i still had hopes as the estimated delivery was till 30th.

            30th may - i waited for my parcel till 1930 hours. As i dint get any response from amazon as well as the courier service about my parcel as the last date for delivery was almost getting over, i called up amazon and was connected to rajat. But to my surprise rajat gave me the same reply what i had from the previous call with amazon. Thus i asked rajat to connect me to one of the senior guys in the department. Rajat at 1st was rigid saying that his senior would give me the same reasoning and it is of no use to speak to him. However upon asking him 2 to 3 times to transfer my call, i finally got to speak with satendra who called himself from the leadership team, but this call made my experience more worse than before. I doubt if he was really from the leadership team. Firstly he was not given any proper information about my problem so i had to again repeat my complete story. While i was on call with satendra, the phone accidentally got disconnected and to my surprise i did not get any call back from this guy who called himself from the leadership. Like really...?? Is this the way you treat your consumers. How cant you even call back. For me it was no use calling amazon back as its a gurantee that my call would have not been pached up with the same guy again. Also when i mentioned satendra that the seller had called me yesterday, he asked me to call the seller and check for my parcel. Calling the seller is not my job, he should have done that. But no stubborn behavior and complete irresponsible guy i would call him.
            However more than these guys i was concerned about my parcel so i went ahead and called the seller. I called him for 6 times from 2033 hours tto 2036 hours but no one answered my call neither gave a call back. Leave the same day not even a call back on the next day.


            31st may - upon not receiving any call back for my 6 unanswered calls the previous, i had no option but to call the seller and try my luck once again. I called him at 1408 hours upon which the seller mentioned to call him back and give complete details. I received his call at 1710 hours saying that the parcel is in transit and that he was in continuous contact with the courier guy. Again i had no option to wait because as per amazon policies mentioned to me by satendra, i could only claim for my refund after 2 or 3 days have passed the estimated delivery date. So as per their policy i could claim on the 2nd or 3rd of june.


            2nd june - as mentioned above about the amazon policy i could do nothing but wait till 2nd to try my luck on getting the parcel. As per my experience for the past 1 week i was not at all expecting any call from either the seller or even the courier and amazon guys. So i contacted amazon for the 5th time in 1 week. This time it was a guy named vishnu. I made this call at 1728 hours. As i was speaking with him for the 1st time, it was necessary for me to narrate him the whole incident happening for the past 1 week. I was fed up repeating the whole thing again and again. This guy gave me the same assurance and promise words which i was hearing for the 5th time now. So again me being out of any option, it was already past 2 days of the estimated delivery date i chose to claim the product as mentioned by vishnu. I was completely furious with the way my incident was handled and thus asked vishnu to make sure that either my product or my money should reach me before 1900 hours of 3rd june.
            After my call with vishnu, i spoke with the seller who put me on a con call with the courier guy named arsuk [contact no.[protected]], who promised that i would get my parcel delivered on 3rd june by 1600 hours. He also shared his personal contact and asked me to call him by 1500 hours of 3rd june if the parcel had not been delivered. Hearing this i again had a ray of hope.


            3rd june - as my conversation with the courier guy, i was hoping that the parcel would reach me today but there were no traces of the same till 1530 hours. So as requested by the courier guy i made a call on his personal contact no. He mentioned that he was equally surprised about it and would check and give a call in next 15 mins. So i decided to wait, however i guess the courier guy had a different calculation for 15 mins. It was 1650 hours when i decided to call him again. This time he mentioned that he tried calling the guy having my parcel but his no is not reachable. During this conversation he also put my call on hold and tried calling the guy with my parcel but this time it seems he was not ready to pick up his call. Thus arsuk decided to share that guys contact no.[[protected]] and asked me to contact. Here now i have to call one more guy. I gave it a try of calling but no one answered the call.
            My patience was about to get over when i called ohm electricals at 1655 hours. I called them 5 times but no one answered, on the 6th call a guy answered and he would check. These were the actual words.
            Tired of calling everyone again and again i decided to give a last try and call amazon guys.
            This time i was connected a girl and i straight away asked her to transfer the call to some senior guy. So i was connected to haseeb who called himself from the leadership team. I was in a bit of doubt after experiencing a disastrous conversation with satendra. While speaking with haseeb i got to know the claim for the product was not applied for. I guess vishnu just gave false promises and did nothing. I spoke with haseeb for 20 mins as i had to explain the whole incident to him as well. However there was no outcome to this.
            At 1936 hours i received a call from a guy named bharat (Contact no. [protected]). He introduced himself from the support team of ohm electricals (Seller), hyderabad. He had called me to discuss about the claim and also asked me to withdraw my claim as he assured me to get everything sorted and that he would give me a call by next day by 1100 hours max.


            4th june - as promised by bharat, i was expecting a call from him before 12 noon. However this guy also failed to keep to his promise and i never got a call for the whole day. So finally as the day was about to end. I called bharat at 2136 hours, but he did not answer my call. However later i received a sms from his stating that he was on a personal emergency as his father was unwell and admitted to the hospital. Sorry to be rude, but i actually dint care about his personal issues as he could have transferred my incident to someone else. I was just bothered about my parcel and my money.

            5th june - today i still have not got any message or information about my parcel and with complete anger, frustration, dissatisfaction i would like to post my complaint.

              As i purchase sewing machine on may i was not satisfied that product so i decided return that i approached to customer care and use cancell option from amazon web site but after many times i have called to customer care there is no response. They all time give sympathy and send feedback mail only there was no mail received of product detail and pickup track. I received all time msg from amazon that u r pickup time and one mobile no.there, but all msg i received are fraud there was no pickup facility .now i m really fedup and decided to complaint agt amazon customer service

                I have purchased jabees wireless blietooth device couple of days which was successfully delivered after one week there was some charging issue agter which i had opted for replacement of the product, amazon had delivered the replacement product on time but after opening the box it was found that there was nothing insid, it was emlty, i jave logged a complaint with amazon and they have assured me the problwm qill be resolved in 2 days time.. Hope so.. First time i have gone through this pathetic service from amazon.

                  Amazon shouldnt charge customer for such stupid service. I received box yesterday with local packing, when i opened it.
                  Cable were broken, aux cable broken, no tv/dvd connector cable & it was not working at all. I called amazon care, they said, they will send new one and i got message today, it`ll be delivered by 10th jun after 6days, though they have taken back this broken/not working philips box today, i am not sure why do they need 6days time??

                  I called amazon customer care, they are not listening at all. This is the consumer policy india??

                  O, i wanna know where should i register all these issue that i have been facing with amazon service (Consumer court or philips). Amazon should understand customer value as well as they are affecting philips brand too.

                  Worst worst service!.

                        I orderded seaget external hard disk on 21st for with case cover for 6820 rs. I received cover on 3rd day but still not received external hard disk.
                        Contacted seller and amazon but they are nor delivering product nor giving refund. They are saying it will be delay. But not giving specific date and time for that.

                          I stopped using Amazon due to past order experience where I got no support from your shameless customer care, but tried to give you one more chance and became a fool again with you cheaters.

                          Product I ordered from your site for Rs 220+40 has MRP of Rs 195.

                          What a cheating and on calling your customer care, your unprofessional team member SIRAJ B wasted my 60 valuable mins and was just able to tell me this happens and we can't help you. Nor he was able to log a complaint or give me a reference number or assure action will be taken or bring his supervisor on call or transfer but yes he did 2 great things, MADE ME REALISE THAT AMAZON IS PART OF THIS CHEAT AND SECOND DISCONNECT THE CALL OF SUCH CUSTOMER IS BEST WHAT YOU CAN DO.

                          Really you people are shameless in after sales so I decided to help myself by registering a case of 420 in consumer court and couple of articles on FB, TWITTER &MOUTHSHUT. I am writing mails to your CEO also with screen shot of my FB.

                          Writing this mail to make you know this all and update a delay in return of product, cause I know nothing is in your hand also else than cheating a customer and just say sorry.

                          Ask your valuable seller and legal team to be ready to face court along with media press.

                            I had return t-rock men casual loafer shoes blue (8) but amount is not returne since 15 day. I am calling deaily but telling its bank problem but bank asking amount return details but tell caller saying the donot have details the asking 2 day time every time. Amzon don't have any amount refund details they tell its finance department problem and once again they asking 4 days time. It is so much irritating me

                              Registered on 26/May/2016 . Participated in flash sale .Added the phone to my cart on 02/June/2016 .
                              But after sometime the phone vanished from the cart . Emailed and Telephoned the Amazon team . No positive response .They agreed about the technical glitch . I had to gift the phone to my daughter by 05/ June/2016 .They are not ready to co-operate .The customer care disconnects the line as if they are fed up . Amazon India is difficult to deal with . Will not recommend to anybody .

                                  I had placed an order with amazon india on ‘june 1, 2016’. Next day (I. E. June 2, 2016) i had a chat with one of customer service associate (Csa). I had enquired and want to know the status of product. He assured me that he would notify me about the same. But next day (I. E. June 3, 2016), i found that the order placed was cancelled. Then on june 3, 2016 i had again had a chat with two csa. I did not find a solution for it.

                                  I request to help me in finding the suitable solution for the same. The amazon order no[protected].

                                    I have ordered lenovo zuk z1 from amazon flash sale on 26th may 2016 and 2nd june 2016. Both times, the product got returned showing it is undeliverable. [cash refund was initiated, but not yet completed]

                                    When i ordered first time, it showed undeliverable after 5 or 6 days[just the day before it was expected to deliver]. It shows that product is undeliverable since a courier service rejected it.
                                    I contacted the customer service and they told its a one time error from their side and asked me to order it again in the next flash sale day.

                                    Now, the seond time, ie, on june 2nd.. Again i sat in front of the system at 2pm (Since the flash sale begins at 2pm) and ordered it successfully.
                                    On june 3rd, when i tracked the package, it shows the product is returned. Again some courier service refused to deliver it.

                                    So, what am i suppose to do amazon.. Should i continue ordering the item again and again, test if i am lucky to get the phone.

                                    If amazon don't have the product or it don't have proper courier service which can deliver the item, then why do they put up flash sale and fool the customers.

                                      I have been tried to purchase xiaomi redmi note 3 on 18th and 25th may 2016 but due to artificial shortage created by the company it was not available for me. And finally i have purchased on 1st june 2016 but the company declined to deliver the product. I have invested a lots of time to buy this product. A busy professional time matters a lot for me so it should be deliver to me at any cost.

                                        I have order xiaomi redmi note 3 (Dark grey, 32gb) on 3rd of june and i got order confirmation as well instantly i booked it. However after 2 days, that is today morning, i have received email from amazon that the order has been cancelled with out providing any reason.

                                        This is so unfair, since it was a flash sales and was waited for the opportunity and was fortunate to place the order.
                                        Later on the day, the products was available on flipkart, since, i got the order confirmation, and estimated delivery was one day only, i did not try booking it from flipkart.

                                        Now cancelling the product after the date of delivery, when this product is out of stock in all the website including amazon, it nothing but a cheating the customer as they have selectively cancelled the order, since my friend have purchased the same product on the same day and even one of my friend has order after me but have revived dispatch confirmation

                                        While calling customer care, first they told that all the product order on 1 june 2016 is cancelled then when i mentioned about my friends they changed the story that only few have been processed. Asking for the reason, they are saying technical glitch.

                                        I had order this product to gift my wife on the anniversary and now not getting it due to their pathetic system issues and communicating so late so that customer can not do anything about that and think that their responsibility is over as soon as money has been refunded back.

                                        This is not tenable at all. This people will takes benefit of the customers do not have time or don't understand the right to compliant against it.

                                        An website, they should have some responsibility for order booked

                                        As an compensation for the facing mental troma and cheating, i want compensation equivalent to my phone or provide me the handset.
