AC is not working

Hi, I have purchased Amazon Basic AC from Amazon on 30th June 2022 and it got delivered on 2nd July 2022. A technician visited my place and installed it on 4th July 2022. This AC worked perfectly fine and I was happy with the performance. But suddenly it stopped working and I logged a complaint for warranty services on 15th July 2022.
A visit of technician was scheduled on 18th July 2022. However, without visit, technician has marked...

I ordered a 32'' eairtec TV from Amazon, on 18may2022 Order no:[protected]. I received TV with a screen display defect, so i applied for replacement. The original TV got picked by Amazon, but replacement never arrived . So i cancelled the replacement request and asked the support to refund me. Support said ok, i got the confirmation. But as on today even after 3 months i did not received the refund.

    I ordered a Logitech G502 mouse for Rs.3795..order id[protected]). I opened the parcel and saw the box was damaged and cheap tape was applied on it to close it. Then i opened the box and saw that the mouse was used, it had fingerprints and scratches on it, also the serial number of mouse was different from the serial number on bill and box. I am really upset this time with amazon. I am ordering products from amazon from last 4 years. And my return rate is max 0.5%.
    I want my problem to be resolved. I want replacement or refund for my order.

            Amazon fresh is selling items above the MRP of the product.
            The discounts shown on the grocery items appear in the website as well as in the cart but i was charged above MRP and the discount was also removed from the bill at the time of checkout for payment.
            No response from the customer service either in the last 24 hours after putting in the complaint.

              I ordered glasses for my eyes from amazon a few days ago, due to which I noticed some shortcomings So I lodged a complaint on Amazon to get him returned, in which no action has been taken till now the Glasses are loose from their frames .I request you to solve my probecam.

                Product is not delivered and it’s showing as delivered. nobody is responding what happened and why it’s showing delivered. It’s a fault from Amazon. It’s from surya electronics pune.

                    I have exact same issue where there is not mention of IMEI number in the invoice or warranty slip for my Oneplus 9RT phone.. Their support team is not resolving this issue and just dragging it from 3 to 4 weeks now....

                    I have booked order[protected] on 26th May'2022 and paid the amount on the same day. But product not yet received and i called many times to Amazon customer care number. But product not received & i requested for refund of the product for not delivering. Customer care persons every time saying like we will cancel & refund the amount in 2 working days .

                      I Am harsha i received a message in whtsapp informing me for work from home … They asked me to cmplete tasks by investing some amount so that they will refund my investment at the end of the task … I gave in with the huge amount of fancy numbers they shown now they say that it is not possible to refund and asking me for more and more investment…

                        I ordered the fire-boltt phoenix watch from amazon on 24 July 2022.
                        I am prime member of amazon as there policy I should get order by next day (On 25 July) but I didn't get order. There delivery agent didn't even call me on 25th.
                        So I checked the status of my order on 26th it showing as delivered. I haven't git the order. I tried to reach out to amazon for enquiry but I didn't get appropriate answers from amazon.

                          I have received an item on 20th june'22 (payment mode-COD) and returned picked up on 22nd june'22.
                          On day 1, I have been requested to initiate the refund to Amazon pay balance or account -449(last 3 digits) but refund has been initiated to some other bank(-655, last 3 digits) which is not belongs to me or family member.

                          On other day when I enquired about the refund status, I have been informed the same that refund is initiated to -655 account(which is not our's). when I have requested to stop the refund I have been informed that they have stopped the refund for now and placed a request for issue resolution and scheduled a call and asked be to wait for the EOD. But I didn't get a such kind a call.

                              I had recently ordered a shoe with order ID[protected]
                              I have a habit that I opened my every parcel in front of delivery agent.
                              And when I open my this order
                              [protected], the shoes was not present in it, there was some kids wear in it. I told delivery boy what to do,
                              He told me that you can go for return, you will get easily refund for this wrong item.
                              I insist him that I'll not take this order but he told me we can't take back opened parcels.

                              And when I go for refund, you guys told me we will investigate this issue, and bla bla bla...Please I request you to tell your team to confirm it once by your delivery agent.

                              And refund my money as I'm student and this money is very very important for me.

                                Hi,
                                I raised a request for Amazon PayLater account closure on 8th July 2022. After having 4 attempts the executive said that he has registered the request but he didn’t register, I have been waiting till 26th July 2022 and then I asked for the status. I was shocked to know that there wasn’t any request for account closure, again I had to call them and had a long conversation about 30-40 for the same. Yet again after a couple of hours I got a call from the executive and he started asking same questions regarding account closure i.e. why do you want to close the account etc.

                                It has been a real pain and being mentally harassed by asking same thing again and again, yet not raising any request to close the account

                                  I'd put in an exchange request for a pair of Crocs I'd ordered on Amazon. It was to be delivered on Monday, July 25. I received a message saying that the exchange product was out for delivery. The delivery partner never contacted me, neither did he deliver the product and obviously did not come to collect the product that was to be returned. I've received notifications from Amazon saying that the order has been delivered and today I've received an email saying that the return order has been picked up and that the exchange process is complete.

                                  I'd contacted the customer care yesterday as well and was told that I should till the 27th of July. I contacted the customer care again today and they have no answers. Oh the product shows that it's been delivered in our system. We cannot do anything. I simply requested her to put in another exchange request. Response: since the order shows that it's been delivered I can only put in a return request.

                                  Oh and after I had already told the customer care executive that I still have the product that was to be exchanged, she still has it in her to ask me have you asked your family members if the order has been delivered? Does protocol supersede common sense and logic?

                                  Also Amazon probably needs to negotiate the pricing better with the sellers and Crocs. What's the point of carving out deals that you can't fulfill? I'd purchased it for 1206 and now the same product but in a different size will cost me 1354 if I place a fresh order. But if it's exchanged the price doesn't matter. Such a cheap trick Amazon.

                                  Oh I got the pricing wrong. 1354 is what I paid for. The size that I wanted isn't in stock now. Woowwww. Thaaaanks Amazon. What a cheap way to cover this up. Blame the courier executive because they're obviously an easy target.

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: To start with, I have been ordering Canine Creek Starter 12.5 kg + 1 kg package for the past 4 months.
                                    1. In the first order, I received it correct as 12.5 kg and 10 packets of 100 gm each total of 1 kg.
                                    2. In the second order, I just receive one 100 gm packet with the 12.5 kg package. There was 900 gm of the product missing. I raised an issue and got a resolution for the same.
                                    3. In the third order, I received a 12.5 kg package, but the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) was missing. I raised a request again and was given a resolution with a refund for the same.
                                    4. The latest 4th order again the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) is missing and I raised an issue for the same and was told that it would be investigated.

                                    Today, when I called I spoke to Khushi and her supervisor Sukanya who informed me that the investigation is complete; and as per the investigation, the product was delivered correctly and hence no refund or return of the product is authorized.
                                    1. The First thing I would like to mention is that the investigation team has not checked the previous complaints to relate to the current one and the statement in the report directly implies that the Customer is lying about the issue.
                                    2. Both the representative did not try to take ownership of the call and provide more details about the investigation. Instead, they kept on repeating the investigation statement and were not able to provide satisfactory answers to the questions provided.
                                    3. Sukanya mentioned that she was the last point in contact regarding the issue, so is she not supposed to have the investigation details and also the details about the product regarding how it is usually delivered or at least dig into the matter and find out the related details about the same. Since the customer is unable to speak to the investigation team, Sukanya being the highest point in contact should have got the details.

                                    In the evening after I received a reply from [protected]@amazon.in, I spoke to an Amazon representative again. This time, I spoke to Asif from the specialist team. This was a highly disappointing and disrespectful call again.
                                    1. I requested Asif to raise a request again for investigation as I would like to dispute the investigation done. He mentioned that it is not possible and again did not take ownership of the call but rather stated that the Investigation team has prohibited any refund/return on the product.
                                    2. I tried to talk to him to explain and ask questions, which again he was not able to answer. Instead, he repeated the same sentences and hung up on me which was very disrespectful.
