    I had placed an order[protected] for luminous inverter amounting 20456/- INR on 26th august. After complaining for 15 times I have not received order and tracking id is invalid. I wanted to cancel but that option has been removed. I have been asking for refund but amazon says now the query is being handled by social media team and they cannot do anything.

    I trusted with a big amount and now struggling to get a response. Seller provided a fake delhivery tracking id and amazon social media team cannot be contacted as they dont have any direct helpline. No body is responding to my queries. This is a scam

    Since I had converted this transaction to emi and now bank has refused to cancel my emi since its been more than 20 days. Also bank is going to charge me interest and emi. My only fault is i had paid in advance trusting amazon.
    Amazon is not coming with a definite timeline for my refund and remains evasive about my refund

      Hello,

      I had purchased a Nokia G 21 and the phone started showing some random coloured lines on screen. I requested for return so Amazon scheduled one technician visit. Technician came and confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect. So, Amazon is rescheduling the pick-up all the times but agent is not taking the phone back. He is saying line is not visible and after switching on the phone it is asking for PIN. So, that is default feature of Nokia. And, Amazon people and pickup agent are not understanding it. They are only rescheduling the pick. That is really pathetic.

        Before 10 days ago, I got a massage from Amazon merchant center company on WhatsApp.
        she is Philippines girl name as Ann Marga and her birth place is Canada.
        She was telling me about the Amazon merchant center that is help to improve Amazon products of online store,
        Adding his VOC:-

        THAN after I agreed than follow his instructions.
        And got few amounts on 1st level and 2nd level, she transferred to me on Telegram to Another person for Next level.
        But when reach on 3rd level than products amount was so high..
        And he said to me add amount to recharge and complete this.
        One few level..
        And end of the end my account balance has been finished..
        Even not completed the task and he asking me to add amount to recharge.

        And now my account has been stucked into there portal app, in frozen account.

        And requesting with him many times to release mine funds but he is not answering to release funds.

        Kindly help me into this situation and help to release my funds 20397k..

        I attaching few screen shots for your reference to justify it..also attached my paid amount snaps.
        And solve my problem and revert the soon ASAP..

            Respected sir/madam
            I'm happy order a product waiting for my order n it's delivered delayed i just waited.finally it's reached home delivery i received this product.once i open the box it's a big shock to i received a different product and even it's not working too i have a video of this unboxing u can see in below...it made unhappy it's just happened smthimes on Amazon so just returns this product again i faced to return n many things happen many days it make feel angry on Amazon product i tried of calling and sending messages and Gmail i send a photos and videos of the product what I received but still now i didn't get the problem resolved yet and my refund amount too tracking id[protected] was not responding but finally I get a message from mail the product was not same as we expected so we con't solve this issue with you.i just shocked to see the message i received this product tht u have sent and it was not same as i ordered .what can I do for this issue to solution

              Hi Team,

              This is wrt to order number[protected] placed from my husband's Amazon account. Item description - Emily Pets Day to Caturday Waterproof Pet Cat Space Bag Small Pet Dog Carrying Bag Space Pet Rucksack Bubble Astronaut Backpack(Turquaise Blue).

              Order was placed on 28th June. Item value - 2399/- and it was a prepaid order. It was delivered on June 3rd. Upon opening the package, we saw product delivered was purple colour (not what we ordered) and immediately raised return request under category 'Incorrect item delivered '.

              Item was picked up on July 4.
              Pickup Tracking ID:
              [protected].

              Now after more than 10 days of waiting and requesting for an investigation, Amazon is asking us to correct item before issuing refund.
              Please note, neither we have the bag with us nor we have received any refund.
              After repeated talking to customer service and to-and-fro emails with the specialist team, ee are getting the same message to send over correct item.

              I requested them to atleast send back the item which we have collected from us and rhat we will talk to seller directly from return and refund, Amazon is not returning the product as well to us. Basically our 2399/- is stuck by this fraudulent Amazon and we don't have any option.

              I spoke to Mr. Yashwanth kumar from Amazon leadership team and he suggested to go the legal route or consumer forum or social media instead of giving us a proper resolution. Attaching relevant emails and pictures.

              Not resolved through this portal. No point posting here. Solution : Repeated mail exchange with ofm amazon ( specialist team) and copying grievance email id in the mails worked. Almost more than 10-15 mail exchange and repeated follow ups.

                It was expected to deliver on 14th July 2022 and has not been received yet,

                As seen in tracking report, it was mentioned that

                "Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact the carrier for next steps."

                But As of now I have not received any call from Any...

                  I booked a sofa on amazon site on 2nd july 2022, order Id is[protected] of rupess 17000 and shipping chargers 1000 total of rupees 18000/-.
                  As per commitment it has to be delivered by 8th July, I have been calling customer frequently for delivery update as tracking details not available they assured it will come by few days and updated it will be come by 14th July.
                  till todate no customer executive called me and updated my problem.
                  My money struck for 2 weeks in your company (roated in share market hope recieved good profits)
                  finally as a common man, great citizen of India as usal we will be waiting for item like a fool.
                  Its a heart burning situation that seller wont answer proeprly and amazon service executive saws kindly wait for the few days...
                  Requesting consumer to take a necessary action and do a proper justice to me.
                  Here I attached invoice seller details is fraud why amazon encourage without checking and entertaining them as sellers.

                    Bought a new phone on Amazon under exchange scheme when phone arrives exchange was failed for the two consecutive days of my old phone, , , i called CC and told the whole story for 7-8 times but they dont have any solution for and said everytime we rescheduled your delivery problem will be solved nothing was happend ...still have this issue

                        Not expected from a huge company like amazon.
                        The customer service boy named VIVEK is extremely rude and hopeless, does not know how to talk to people.
                        Customer are calling to get solution not to chit chat or disturb the agents at night.

                          This is regarding my order[protected] for Apple watch 7 from Amazon.

                          Here is the details of what has happened till now:

                          - I had placed my order on 4th of June
                          - The order is received was a duplicate product with item missing
                          - After multiple follow ups I was able to place a return request where the
                          collection center guy came picked up the order in the morning and bought it
                          back saying that they cannot pick the order as it is a high value order and
                          a confirmation is needed from the central team
                          - this went on for a month and I have received and after countless calls to
                          Amazon the order was finally picked up
                          - I was told my order will be refunded in 3 days by 28th of June
                          - I called Amazon customer care on 29th and they told me the refund will
                          happen in 2 days
                          - no refund can by 4th of July and when I called again the team told me
                          they raised a enquiry which will resolved in 3 days.
                          - I called on July 9 and your agent confirmed to me that refund will start
                          in 3 to 5 day. They even sent me a email confirmation

                          How is it my fault that the order was incorrectly delivered. I have already
                          paid 2 EMIs for the same. I order was duplicate and I have returned the same thing that was delivered to me.

                              I initiated this return on 30th May but still it's pending. It's rescheduled more than 17 times. Not even once anyone came for pickup or contacted me but still marked return failed by given false reason such as door was locked, box was missing, price tag was missing etc. I have contacted customer service more than 50 times. I was promised advance refund multiple times but never honoured their words. Multiple times escalation was raised but no solution. Now every time i contact customer service they are creating fresh return but what's the point of creating new return if no one comes for pickup.

                                  I Janak Bhandari was ordered a Pigeon Kessel Multipurpose Kettle 1.2L on 04 Jul 22 through Amazon app and amount Rs 1048 also paid through atm. However item not found me but shown delivered on 06 Jul 22 without any delivery. A call from [protected] was received me on 06 Jul 22 regarding my order. But the person who has called me not came and not delivered my order and stating that you are to be come at Telibagh Lucknow for received it. But I am unable to go their and request for delivery as per my address.

                                  In this regard the ordered item neither delivered nor received me till date and I am complain through amazon customer care for resolve. Customer Care told me that the refund initated on 08 Jul 22, However the refund not yet received me.
                                  You are requested to refund Rs 1048 at the earliest please

                                    I gave my first interview and answered all the questions correctly and the interviewer was satisfied with my answers. It was on the 15 of June 2022.

                                    Till now there is no response from HR regarding the second round and not even replying to my emails.

                                      I Order "Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser All Skin Type" and I received "Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser Dry to Normal and Sensitive Skin".

                                      I called to the amazon support team and then they said you received the same you order this is the very massive answer.

                                      I ordered this item because the title of the product is match with what i need and i received wrong iteam please check the attached photo what i got. This is the completely wrong product for my skin.
