Package not received, but status shows as delivered

Ordered a Samsung Mobile worth 18K on 6th July 2022, the delivery was expected on 8th July, as the phone was ordered when we were out of the station, and the shipping address was locked from 6th July to 9th July, if no one was at home and the door was locked then how it got delivered, we ask our neighbors and guards, wasn’t handed over to them as well, we saw visitors entries no delivery person entry was found on it, on the delivery day...

I have order samsung s20fe 5g phone from amazon. It's estimated delivery was on 24th July 2022.
First of all, they haven't got any intimation and reschedule my order date to 25th July 2022
Secondly, Suddenly on 25th July, 2022 I see the status of returning to seller, in this case as well they hadn't notified to me.
Also, still i am waiting to get my refund in my original payment method.

when i have discussed this issue with their customer executives multiple times, they don't have exact reason or answer for the same. Also, they are blaming me that you have returned the parcel. if they haven't contacted me, how could I return it ? Also, denied to place new order with same price which was earlier.

I need my money today only and please help to get it in my account/credit card today only.

I have also taken multiple screenshots for the same. so, if necessary i can provide those as well.

    Very bad experience from Amazon I ordered the product Orginal mi basic in ear headphones with mic from Amazon in 01/07/2022 with the order number[protected]. The product delivered in 08/07/22. But the delivered product is different from i order also the quality and colour. The cost of the product is 399. So I returned it and the delivery boy collected the product from me.Unfortunately I don't credit the amount (25/07/2022) I need my money give a solution

      I placed an order on 18th July 2022 for a OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (Bahamas Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) on Amazon India sold by drashita electronics (ORDER #[protected]. The product reached the nearest hub on 21st July and this was a promised date as well to deliver the product and after 21st July they are continuously postponed by one day.On the 24th I received a message stating Amazon has initiated the refund and when I contacted the delivery agent he said that the seller has canceled the order.No instructions were given nor was delivery attempted. On contacting amazon customer service they were of no help and had no answer to when I asked why my order was canceled and who gave permission for the same!? I was told that I would be given a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want my goods for which I paid in full. This means I have been cheated and robbed of the opportunity of getting the best price on a certain product. How is this legal ? Why do they offer such deals and exchange offers on the site if they can’t back it up? Because I spent my money on this purchase and lost 4 days, This is completely unfair and illegal to cancel my order with a valid reason or my permission. This was not expected from a reputable company like Amazon.

      Unprofessional behaviour by customer service they disconnect my call (like Jayswal S, mohammad sayeed etc).

      I have requested one of my friends (Prime Member) to order on my behalf. Now I can see the same things happening to this order too, already missing the delivery date. (Order#[protected]. The most interesting thing is that the seller and my location are the same i.e Pune. Looking forward to a positive response.

      The End of the story here is I have lost my 6 precious days to taking follow up for this delivery, and Today Entire day. Still no update of my product and the same will not be delivered. This is a completely miss guiding and false statement case of your entire Team.I am expecting a revert and closer on this on priority Basis.

        Emporio Armani Men's Aviator watch was ordered on 18-Jul-2022 and it was delivered
        On 21/7/2022 vide Order #[protected] for Order total Rs. 17, 146.00 (1 item).
        On receipt of order, it is found to be defective and hence placed request for return on 21st July 2022 and return was scheduled for 22nd July but was picked up and once again i placed a new return request which was scheduled for 23 and 24 july but was not picked up.
        I request Amazon to make return pickup and refund the amount asap. Thanks.

          Dear Team,

          Amazon closed my account with out informing me by simply saying i have violated terms and conditions i surprised and asked customer service team and technical team what i have violated they are not saying anything.i dont understand this.

          Second point is i have return some products which are booked from that account those returns are accepted and collected but till today amount not credited in to my account.

          They are not even guiding how to put other products returns because they are some other products in that account need to be book returns... For every question to them their answer is violation and no answer.

          Please take necessary action and do the needful to me and also i want my returns money back and also i want guidance to place returns of the remaining products in that account.

          Amazon since you are good in the market please dont do this kind of frauds.

            I had ordered a mobile from Amazon on 20th July 2022.It was fulfilled to be delivered by 22nd July 2022.However the order has not been delivered by 24th July 2022.I called to customer care several times but no one helped in this regard.
            I have been prime member for the last five year and made to suffer by Amazon.
            Till norl there is no update and no one giving me correct reason for delay.

              Dear Officer
              I am using shoping from Amazon from 4 years and I got Amazon ICICI Bank Credit Card in 2020 but the Limit never Increased, even my friends got card with higher limits then me even house wifes get high limits. I am old customer of ICICI Bank but no offer of increase or upgrade. I have many Relationships with Bank but NO GOOD OFFERS.

                  मैने 16 जुलाई को बिजली का बिल अमजोन से भरा था लेकिन बिल जमा हो गया या नही इसका मैसेज मेरे फोन पर नही आया और मैंने दो बार pyament किया जिसमे से एक सफल रहा और एक falled या डिक्लाइन हो गया है जिसका पैसा अभी तक मुझे नही रिसीव या रिफंड नही कंपनी कहा रही बैंक से बात करो बैक कह रही है कंपनी से बात करो बैक ग्राहक की दोनो नही सुन रहे है कृपया सर मेंरी समस्या को हल करने और मेरा पैसा वापस दिलवाने की कृपा करे

                      We purchased a lenovo laptop from amazing india which was to be delivered by 16/7/22 at hyderabad, Amazon neither delivered it nor refunding rs 48000/- that they have looted fro us, despite of putting emails, twitters, to their consumer social portal nothing happening.

                        I have placed order on Amazon through app on 6 th July 2022 for HP pavilion dv0058tu and product got delivered on 7th July 2022 however they delivered wrong model, HP pavillion dv2015fu model instead of dv0058tu model. I raised request for refund on same date and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued .

                        but next day no one came to pick up and no one even contacted me .So I complaint about it to customer care and was assured it will be picked up next day . but next day also I received message that "pickup was cancelled at the time of picking ".
                        so I again contacted customer care and again they rescheduled the pickup and told me that they have also filled complaint form and has directly sent pickup request to amazon pickup station .

                        but again next day same thing happened .
                        next day also same thing happened .
                        this is going on for more than 12 days now . no one contacts me, no one comes at my place . all I get is message that pickup was canceled at the time of pickup.
                        my refund is also not happening because of this. Need help on the same .

                            My Amazon Account including my Amazon Pay account (With balance) has been unlawfully suspended without assigning any reason or giving opportunity of being heard. I have been taking up this issue since 29/20.06.2022 at various levels through emails & phone calls. I have tried n number of times to reset my password but still wasn’t able to login. I was assured on calls that my account will be activated within 48 hours but my account is still not activated even after lapse of more than 28-29 days.

                                I got a push notification from Amazon app that mentioned about getting "Flat ₹150 cashback on activating Amazon Pay Later". So I clicked on the notification and it took me to Amazon app. I didn't sign-up instantly, but a sale was on during that period so I was browsing some products. So under the offers section of each and every product on Amazon there was this offer- "Get flat ₹150 back when you activate Amazon Pay Later + Get 10% cashback (upto ₹100) when you shop using Amazon Pay Later". So I signed up for Amazon Pay Later but didn't get the cashback. I wasn't clear what the offer clearly stated, so I asked multiple Customer Associates from Amazon help regarding this offer. Even they were confused at first, one said after activating you'll get it but another associate said after I order something from Amazon, I'll get the ₹150 cashback+ 10% cashback of my order amount upto ₹100 in my Amazon Pay wallet and I have proof of the conversation of Amazon help chat.

                                First of all, I signed up for Amazon Pay Later on 07.05.22 and while signing up I was charged ₹59 by my bank for e-mandate. I read the frequently asked questions and the T&C for Amazon Pay Later and NOWHERE it is mentioned that the customer would be charged for signup process. In fact everywhere it's just advertised in big letters about "0" extra cost.

                                Secondly, I never got the ₹150 cashback. I have called the customer care for like 14-15 times or more regarding this. At first they used to say I'll get the cashback 3-5 days after my order gets delivered. When I didn't get the cashback after that period, I called again and they said they'll file a complaint and I'll get my cashback in 3-5 days. I kept calling after each 5 days regarding the status and always the associates told me wait on hold while they filed a new complaint regarding this and gave the same 3-5 days time frame. Some associates would say "I have created a ticket for you, and highlighted your problem" but after 5 days again I'll have to call again and explain the problem from starting to a new associate. Everytime they'll say the same things back to me and tell it will be solved in 3-5 days again and again like robots. 2 customer associates even went as far as keeping my call on hold for over 15-20 minutes and then cut the call from their side. When I enquired about previous complaints/tickets raised they'll say they'll check on it but it always seemed like none of them existed. 1 associate told me all the previous complaints were cancelled, that meant they were never trying to help me at all.
                                After 2 months 15 days when I called again and explained everything from start again and explaining to him what I went through over so many calls to customer care, the associate puts my call on hold and after 10 min he says to me that I do not qualify for the Terms and conditions of the offer that's why I didn't get cashback (not to mention he never said why or how I didn't qualify). I was so confused I asked him, "why would I lie about getting the offer and that I even received multiple notifications previously regarding this. So you're telling me that I was calling from last 2 months regarding this and not one or two but around 15 customer service associates always gave me 3-5 days time frame to solve the problem instead of simply telling me I don't qualify for the offer??". To this the associate mockingly says to me "Sir aapko bhi pata hai sacch hamesha kadwa hota hai, isliye aapko 3-5 days bataya jaata tha" (Sir even you know that truth is always bitter, so you were always told about the 3-5 days). So instead of telling me the "truth" they were purposefully trying to trouble me over and over.

                                Below are 2 screenshots of conversations with Amazon Chat Support that shows the offer did exist as the associates acknowledge it. Unfortunately I do not have any proof/recordings of the phone calls that averaged 25 minutes long.

                                  I ordered OnePlus mobile in Amazon in oneday delivery they are supposed to delivered by 9 pm maximum we called several times to customer care, they are not give the full information about the delivery and so many times tried delivery person not picked the phone.
                                  It was very irritating.

                                    I had ordered Hammer solo pro true wireless earbud with order number[protected] on 9th july from amazon app. But this earbud has some technical issue so we placed a return request on the 10th of July, pick of the item was scheduled on 11th July. A delivery person visited us in morning around 10 am and asked for pick up from amazon with order in the name of ragini, we handed over the item with all its belongings ( box, earbud its case and packet of amazon) to that person. And on the same day around 2 pm another person visited us from amazon and asked us for a return pick-up. We said that we have already done the same in the morning. After that when we checked the status of our product on amazon there we get to know that on 12th July our return was canceled automatically. Then we get to know the whole fraudgery, we lost our product as well as our money. From that day we are continuously reporting the issue to the customer service people but they didnt taken any action.

                                      Placed an order for a mobile phone as a birthday gift, which was scheduled for delivery today. The phone had a flat discount on exchanging the old mobile phone. However, the delivery agent without even visiting the address cancelled the order mentioning the old phone does not meet the requirements. Now, they would neither accept the request for redelivery and paying money in advance was a mistake, but won't expect the other person to pay for the gift. Now have to struggle for a refund including the 100INR, which Amazon charges for exchange and pickup.
                                      This also shows how vulnerable Amazon delivery service is that the delivery agent can cancel the order without the pin or otp sent to the customer.
