original delivery was supposed to happen by 26th July, not received the product yet(3rd august). No update on delivery tracking from amazon or their delivery partners. Since I did not get the delivery on Tuesday 26th July I had requested the delivery to be re-sceduled to 30th July 2022. Since 30th July Amazon has been pushing the delivery date by a day everyday. On 2nd August I was assured of the delivery by 3rd August(today) yet I have not received any update on tracking or delivery. I am attaching a screenshot of my chat with where the executive assured me of delivery by today. Today since I did not receive any updates I connected with them again, thats when they said now wait till 5th August so I requested for cancelation of order but their customer care team are not doing that and saying that wait for an update till 5th August. Since 30th July they are just telling me to wait for an update every day.

I want my money back

    I purchased gold coins from amazon website on 20th july on amazon early prime deals
    Following are the offers which it gave:
    1) 10% discount for SBI credit card upto 1250 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    2) 10% discount for SBI credit card upto 1500 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    3) 10% discount for ICICI credit card upto 1250 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    4) 10% discount for ICICI credit card upto 1500 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    5) 10% discount for ICICI debit card upto 500 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    6) 10% discount for ICICI debit card upto 1000 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
    7) 10% discount for ICICI amazon pay credit card with 5% instant discount and other 5% as amazon pay rewards with minimum purchase value of 5000

    I purchased 3 orders for ICICI amazon pay credit card offer with below order numbers:

    I got instant bank discount of 5% at the time of purchasing. But by the end of month, I didn't get any cashback. I called to amazon customer care
    on 29th July. They mentioned that they will get the issue resolved by 3 to 4 business days and will do the follow up. Since I didnt hear from them
    and issue not resolved, I called them again on 3rg August 2022. But they are saying I am not eligible for cashback and providing the general
    guidelines. When I asked them to give the guidelines from 20th july, they are asking me the proof of the offer which I dont have. they said
    I have to prove that the offer is there. I said, I dont have it and replied that I clearly remember the offer and asked them to provide offer
    details of that particular day which they are responding with the same general guidelines.

    I mentioned to them that even i if I am mistaken, they should give me the guidelines of that particular order day to prove me wrong. They didnt
    respond for that query and responding with the same general guidelines

    My question is that if the offer is not elligible for gold then why they mentioned that on gold product page?
    As of my knowledge, I remember seeing the offer eligible for gold. I went to that product in the first place by seeing 10% discount.

        I talked to amazon customer service they said we have initiated refund and gave me a reference id and said now we can’t do anything contact to your bank. When i reach bank they said we also can’t do anything contact amazon

          Return didn't picked up and return pickup verification failed

          Return Pickup was scheduled for 29th July 2022, But the carrier for this pick-up did not contact me & updated the status as return pick-up verification failed

          So I rescheduled the return pick up on 2nd Aug 2022 again, but this time as well the carrier for this pick-up did not contact me & updated the status as return pick up verification failed.

          so Please arrange it reschedule...

            My order numbers from Amazon fresh never delivered but shows as delivered. These are fresh orders and essentials.

            Amazon is not bothered about inconvenience customer facing and they are not delivering items after many follow ups instead customer care is disconnecting calls.

              Order is still not delivered and even after contacting Customer Support many times, there is no update on the refund status.

              Even tried to cancel the order, but in vain. My money is stuck since ages. No compensation from Amazon.

                I had received product on 5th July 2022 and requested for return on 6th July 2022 and their pickup boy picked the product on 7th July 2022 nearby 11:00 Am. Now I waited for 3-5 days for return and refund updation, but there was no update from their end. Then II requested to update refund status on 9th July 2022 and they respond me wait for 3-5 days for updation. Thereafter, no status updated and first time they Lodged the complaint on request through their ticket system for raise investigation on 16th July 2022. But, still now no updation from their end evenafter I lodged complaint many times and they replied for 3-5 days again and again.
                No step taken by their end till now for this issue.
                I want to my refund within stipulated time otherwise next further step will be taken against this issue.

                  I created a return request for my order#[protected] and Amazon executive visited my house and picked up the order on 31st July 2022 at 11am, he verified the price tag, etc and confirmed everything is in original condition and told me i will get refund soon but later in evening he updated a fake remark that "" return is cancelled since price tag is missing "", i immediately Contacted Amazon customer service but till now i didn't received any proper response yet.
                  I have the images of jeans which i returned and in those images you can clearly see that PRICE TAG, etc everything is available in original condition, i took the images when i was creating the return request.
                  You can clearly figure out that Amazon executive is trying to do the fraud and wants to keep the jeans himself so i request you please complete the return request and provide me the refund and also take strict action against that fraud Amazon executive.

                    I have ordered OnePlus Nord buds from Amazon and it arrived on 25th of July, then i rescheduled the date of delivery to 30th July just before the delivery boy arrived at my location. Delivery boy started misbehaving and using abusive words to my brother regarding my rescheduling. And then the Delivery boy didn't give my product on 30th July and he cancelled it on himself. I complained this to customer care but they didn't take it seriously and gave me an unusual reason for the cancellation of my product...

                          Hi,
                          I, Akansha Rawat, prime member of Amazon, would like to make a complaint against Amazon. On 24th July 2022, I ordered a product-boAt Xtend Smartwatch with Alexa Built-in from the seller named Appario Retail Private Ltd on Amazon, and the delivery date was 25th July 2022 but I didn't receive the product. I have the cctv footage/clip which I have attached(in case you don't see it, please check your email id [protected]@amazon.in, I have forwarded the cctv clip 3times). According to the cctv clip, delivery agent came around 8:04am with only 2 (which is Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura product and Gadget Wagon 32 to 55 Inch led TV Wall Mount) items out 3 items which I ordered. I was sleeping at that time so my brother who didn't know about the packages opened the door and received only 2 packages out of 3 packages. Then the agent asked my brother for otp, as I was sleeping but still I managed to forward the otp msg (you can see in the cctv video that the agent is waiting as I was in my sleep and I was taking long to get up and forward the otp) but I still manage to do so. So later, when I got up and checked the packages then I saw 1 product missing which was the boat smart watch. I was all panicking then immidiately that time itself called customer care, informed them the issue and raised a complaint. As, promised by Amazon customer care that they will resolve my issue and I will receive an update on the same the next day which is 26th july 2022 but heard nothing from Amazon customer care so I called them on 26th july and customer care kept me waiting for 30mins or sometimes 45mins and also hung up on me many times. I also informed them that I have the cctv clip where the agent has given only 2 products out of 3 products. Later, I forwarded the video to the amazon email id [protected]@amazon.in. Horrible customer service I have received from Amazon. never expected it. So this repeatedly happened till 27th july. I called and chatted with Amazon customer care/specialist team more than 8times and received no help at all. Then again on 27th july, I spoke to one of your specialist, she assured me that my problem will be resolved by 31st july, she told me to wait till then. So on 31st July, I contacted Amazon customer care through chat to take an update on my complaint, and again received a pathetic customer service. They said we have investigated your case and we can't help you so we have to end this chat and they ended the chat. Then I contacted customer care through call, the representative connected me to the specialist team and same rude customer service I received, they said the case has been investigated and we can't help you and they hung up on me. Then again I called them, explained my issue to your representative, told her that I have the cctv clip of your delivery agent giving only 2products out of 3 products, they connected me to the specialist and again the specialist said we can't help you and hung up on me. Since 1week, your Amazon customer care were so rude to me and hung up again. Such a horrible experience. I never ever expected this from Amazon.

                          Now what should I do? I haven't received the product and my money got wasted. I will never ever order anything from Amazon as I cannot trust your sellers like Appario Retail Private Ltd or your delivery agents who are fooling your innocent customers. And now I won't even renew my Amazon prime as I don't want to experience such bad pathetic customer care service again in future.

                          I request you to resolve my issue asap. I want my money back.

                            As I'm prime customer of amazon. I hv order product on 29 July and was promised that it would delivered on same day. Its been 3 days its not delivered yet and even after calling several times their wasn't any proper response from them. I was promised to receive callback from them but received any update yet.
                            False commitment where given by employees that product will be delivered by End of day where the product wasn't marked for out of delivery then how did the employees give such a commitment.

                              I have ordered 3 t shirts in April and there was size issue... I have raised a complaint for replacement and they have send just 2 shirts. I have returned all 3 t shirts but they said they have not received green color t shirt. I have clicked photo as a proof. They have not return the amount and no replacement for 1 t shirt

                                Incident:
                                Received damaged product with damaged packaging. Ordered a return of teh product but yet not collected by Amazon.
                                So far 6 return requests have been made to Amazon and the same has been cancelled by Amazon pickup team, every single time.

                                Resolution: Kindly pick up the order and issue a refund for the same.

                                Current state of the product: The prduct is not opened and stored in the 'as-received' packaging.

                                  On 21st of 2022 I have ordered Titan smart watch, after receiving I found that the watch is not connecting with bluetooth, I asked for return and refund, someone collected the watch and from then I'm waiting for refund, but after few days I came to know that my account is blocked, but why no one clarified, I requested times to the customer care but they are tunable to give me any information till today, they used to say within 24 hours the problem will be solved. But not yet. I need my money back along with interest.

                                    Sir i did my transaction of ₹239 on 19th July on recharge on my own number but due to any problem my transaction got failed and amount got deducted and on continuosly calling customer services they told that it will be refunded within 5 to max 7days but today it's been 13 days and there is no any money refunded yet and on asking they told to contact bank but on calling bank customer care regularly for 3 days there is no response of call at all .
                                    Sir i wish that this issue must be resolved as soon as possible as i see no other options available.
