    I received the packet reg my above detailed order and i paid the sum of Rs.1151/- on demand. When i opened the packet i was surprised to find that it contained only one combo of Sony 16gb and 8gb pen drives and there was no other combo. Please look into the matter and arrange to supply the other one.

      Being such a prestigious company it is so much disgusting and annoying service they have provided to me.Based on my friends n families believe I had ordered this in stead of flipcart.And now thesepeople are saying it has got damaged after waiting so much.Trust me this is the last time am buying from you and I will make sure no one from my group also in future.All I want my headphone should get delivered latest by tomorrow itself.Give me the solution other than return or refund.

        Seller (Battery lovers-slp) has sent karbon mobile worth rs 1150 with bill of rs 6150 inplace of philips hometheatre.
        I have already complained about the misbehavior of seller.
        - seller forced me to cancel my order
        - seller has sent karbonn mobile worth rs 1150 with bill of 6150, which is illegal
        - the box is containing 2 bills, one of philips home theatre, one of karbonn mobile.
        - the order id on both of the orders is same[protected]-2133913)
        Sir,
        Now you tell me what should i do? Should i report fir against the seller / amazon?
        Or you will take any action?

        On 20th may, seller called me and said you have to cancel your order. Sir, you tell me! Is seller suppose to force customer to cancel their order? Or is the quality of dealing and is this amazon's way of satisfying customers?

        Now when i am calling customer care, they're putting my call on hold again and again. They are not helping me.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          i am writing this complaint regarding Order#[protected] and product is Refurbished Coolpad Note 3 Lite (Champagne-White) this item shipped via India post but its not delivered to me yet.

          When i called up the customer service, i was assured i will get the package by 28 may 2016 Friday now again i contact with amazon cc and they said this item will be delivered to you by Monday.

          I thought amazon is world class shopping site, but they are cheating customers. Even they are misguiding customers. I am a regular online user and I purchased many things from different sites but never happened like this. Now I am fearing to use Amazon. Please beware from Amazon. They are doing fraud.

            My bank also deduct the money from my credit card. I also got the email from your side about the order confirmation. And also from my bank about the payment.
            So i want my product. And i don't want to cancel it. I am ok even if you need more time to deliver this product.

              MY order with order ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services was not delivered to me by courier company irrespective of my request and on the contrary the delivery boy misbehaved with me on phone. And when I told him that I will report this incident, he challenged me that no action will be taken.Please look into the matter.And reply as soon as possible.

                I have ordered product on 23rd may 2016. it was an offer and I placed order. I got confirmation email from amazon that my order is confirm and will be dispatched soon. i waited for the product for 6 days, after 6 days I got email from amazon saying my order is cancelled. how you can do this when they already told me that my order is confirmed. now company informed me this was a server error

                  Unfair return and cancellation of already delayed order for moto G4 plus: order no: #[protected]. This is exactly the type of thing that loses you customers. Please check the history of issues i am facing with this order, which I placed on 18th, just 5, 10 mins after launch of the phone. It showed on stock when I ordered, but even after repeated calls and emails from my side the expected delivery date was not being confirmed. Finally, it came for delivery on 26th, but the delivery person's POS was not working, he returned back, and never came to deliver the product again! Now it shows 'customer refused delivery' on my page and upon customer care they are telling me I will have to place a new order! This is absolutely unprofessional.
                  I was getting an offer of 300 cashback on purchase of moto pulse 2 headphones and 1000 kindle credit.
                  So, I ended up buying the headphones, which have already been delivered to me. And was planning to buy the kindle as soon as the phone arrives.
                  Now I will not get any of these offers with a new order, this loss is on top of the aggravation I have faced. Look into this matter and make it right. (and on top of it, my attempts at getting an email response is being met with a copy pasted reply!)

                    Based on my personal experience, amazon.In is only fit for ordering low priced products. They are not able to manage delivery of laptop that i ordered. The stock status says available but after charging me around 45k they automatically cancelled my order after a week without any prior intimation. The product was out of stock.


                    Be cautious and don't believe on the stock status mentioned in the site. The supplier it seems places the order only after receiving one from us. The moment they are unable to manage they will cancel the order. There is no accountability about essence of time with amazon.In

                      I had changed my delivery address after placing the order and amazon confirmed it. Customer service is very courteous and seem to help. But at the ground level it does not work.. Courier companies do seem to received the info or do not understand the level of turn around that amazon india promises.
                      After chatting with amzon customer service in 3 separate chats of about 10-15 mins each.. I give up. This was a gift and it would have been easier if they had said, no address change is not possible

                        Sir, i have purchased the refrigerator (Whirpool 3 door) form amazon india,
                        It is mentioned in the product that refrigerator "use less energy than a cfl".
                        But my electricity product get more than doubled. Also i face many problem time to time.
                        I posted the review with 1 star rating but they have not posted the review and said that it should as per there review guideline. When i call to cusotmer care there executive are not responding properly & said it is your personal review not a product review.
                        I am attaching herewith the mail forward to me by amazon india regarding my review.
                        Please take the necessary action & investigate how they are cheating the honest customer.

                          My wifes signature is forged by the logistic team. Though the product was not delivered to me, it was reported to be delivered by the courier team. My order id was ORDER #[protected].

                          Amazon is claiming that the product is delivered and signed by the customer. I completely disagree about the claim. Please make the arrangement to show the same signature to me that you are claiming if you have guts to do so. Else I will forget about this order as I will be loosing only rs 300 but will be saving a lot by black listing or giving least preference to amazon while I shop online.

                              The way munazza took the call was excellent and more over she gave me a proper resolution with an email as a proof.
                              But the guy named satyam k. With whom i had a word yesterday was sounding so robotic and a lier he said that i have successfully placed a replacement complaint but he didn't i asked him several times that i want a mail or msg as a proof but he denied and said that we dnt send any msg or mail when we forward a complaint my father who is a sugar patient had an appointment in hospital but instead of going there he was waiting like an so i want a strict action towards that guy named satyam k. And a revert back by amazon team otherwise i will share this experience with everyone on facebook so dnt let me do this just because of that stupid robot i dnt want to ruine your image.

                                  Kindly confirm when will i receive credit of promotion offer for making

                                    I purchased kimberly blue georgette embroidered anarkali suit (Semi-stitched) having order no: order#[protected] from amazon.In. I received delivery on 7th may 2016. On finding the item defective, on the same day i requested for return.

                                    The delivery boy took shipment from me on 8th may 2016. I have retained return slip with me. It has been more than 2 weeks some 18 days but the seller is not ready to refund my money, stating they have not received the shipment.

                                    I have provided the proof that i have returned their item. It is no more with me. Seriously i am using very generous very decent language to narrate the attitude of this seller. I mean is this the way you do business? The very first rule of business is honesty and mutual trust. I am requesting you over the mails, giving proofs and humbly asking for refund and this particular seller is simply in no mood to refund my money.

                                    I want my money back!! That's it!! Iif there is any official mail id, i can share the scanned copy of evidence with me. I mean.. This is not good for reputation of amazon in india. Trust me, such incidences are good enough to make you look for other e-shopping sites. This will make me lose just few bucks but dear seller your reputation is at stake!! And amazon india please verify your sellers through some honesty test in beginning :).. U have garnered an army of bloody cheaters!!

                                      I have ordered (Order#[protected] online xiaomi redmi note 3 on one day delivery with extra charge 100 by www.amazon.in but your (Amazon) representative not delivered it on time.
                                      When i call on customer care they told me that they will refund only 100 rs etc.
                                      My dear if i need 100 rs refund so why i order on one day delivered.

                                      Resolve my issue asap and revert me soon.
                                      I have to delay my flight also for waiting this phone.
                                      My work suffered.

                                        After many times of conversation with amazon i.e. in step wise
                                        1. i ordered a sports shoes of adidas due to size problem i returned
                                        2. they told me that please update your account on amazon your amount will be refund in your bank account. i updated immediately
                                        3. after 3 to 4 days again i talked them they told me that due to some problen we can not send your money through account. we issued a cheque name of ravi pratap rao then again they reissued the cheque in the name of ravi kumar rao.
                                        4. i talked them after 15 days they told me after 5 to 7 days more your cheque will reach.
                                        5. again after 10 days means after 20 days of reissued cheque i talked them they told me that we change your procedure we are going to send your money through bank account. in 3 to 4 days your money will be in your account.
                                        6. again after 4 days i talked them they told me that in 24 to 48 hours your money will come.
                                        7.again after 48 hour means today i talked them they told me that today we have issue a cheque that will reach in 15 daays.

                                        that is all conversation with amazon . i dont undertand your procedure and carelessness of your employee.
                                        plz resolve my problem.

                                        Due to size problem i returned my adidas shoes to amazon, i called them continously for refund but they always make excuses and they dont want to return my money, these all thing has been happened since 15 april. Today i called them again they are saying that wait 10 to 15 days.In amazon whenever i called them they dont take seriously, and billing team did not return my money.
