Im very sad to inform that Amazon policy on customer satisfaction need to be revised.The issue is i ordered a slipper and i was about to receive as it reached my city and i came to know that it is been in process to return to the seller. I dono the reason and they themselves did this without my knowledge.When contacted amazon customer care they said the product is damaged and once it reaches the seller the amount will be refunded. It took 3 days to reach my location from seller. Now it is 4th day after the return request still the product is in my city and also i didnt get the refund. When contacted customer care he(Prakash) was speaking very rude. I calmed him and again asked reason for delay. He said that information is not available with us and i raised a complaint and will mail you reg this. I asked for complaint number for tracking because two days back i raised the same issue and i was told that complaint is taken but i didnt receive and resolution so i asked. He said as per amazon policy we are not suppose to share complaint number to customer and we will mail in half an hour he said. Still im waiting for the mail. Im not sure i will receive the refund or not. Amazon policy is very very worst in this case. I have face similar issue with amazon earlier so people please be aware of these issues and escalate it immediate. Else you will lose your money. They wont care about customer and their problem. My amount is still with amazon for 8 days. Like this they must be holding many customers amount and they earn interest from the bank i guess. Please be aware guys.

    Actually i ordered samsung 9000mah battery on 10th may 2016. But product did not delivered till now means 26 may 2016. I called customer support they told please wait some more time. Like that i called so many times but problem is not solved. Then i asked refund, but they told only when seller initiate refund then only they give because they have option to cancel the product and refund money. What amazon rules in india, only in our this type of rules works not in foreign countries. Thats why india is not developing, because they don't have fear about courts and laws. For refunding my own money they are taking one month time.
    One thing after raising complaint their backend team will contact you and time limit is 14 days after that only they provide resolution see what bloody amazon rules not only amazon almost all e commerce companies are doing this except flipkart company which is very good

    For example :like me some 10000 people bought different items which cost approximately 300 rupees total how much 30, 00, 000

    1 product =300 rs
    1000 product = 300*10000 rs
    Total = 30, 00, 000 rs
    It will take 5 to 6 days for delivery, if not delivered to get refund they take 2 weeks for verication, again for refund it will take again 3 to 4 working days. After all these burdens you will get money finally after 30 days approximately


    Ee how they are blaming customers and doing business with customers money, getting profits with out investing single penny, please startup companies guys in india learn this technique to improve your business quicky and fastly. Please take this case efficient and promote this to get awarness in people

I was order a hair trimmer machine from amazon and it's delivered to me defected products its not working and when i refund this product's amazon provide me a code and its expiry date is same day when i was refunded and big thing is that when i put this code to purchase another products its showing invalid code... Its big jock from amazon... I request to all the indian user don't trust on any that company who's out of india they all are fraud... http://www.amazon.in/

        They have looted and grabbed my 42285 rupees.
        Please do something against them and help me to get back my money...

          The product which i have ordered from the amazon is damaged and i have gave a complaint against the product for pickup but the pick up people are not taking the parcel and i have contacted amazon customer service centre for so many time but they are not solving my problem.and they are giving me diffrent times but at tht tines also the pickup is not done and ive been in trouble for last 3 days and the product is of Rs 6162 plz plz do someting..

            The person was at home all the time.

            I called customer service 2-3 time to make sure it delivered. I was assured and the address mentioned is a regular amazon customer himself. I talked they said it will be done tuesday morning that's today, the same thing happened. Now i got an sms and the number mentioned is someone else, and i almost had an spat with the person its an anonymous number.

            No one went for delivery.
            Its a prepaid package why would it be refused. Also this has caused alot of agony and bad faith on your brand.
            The same thing happens with the lenovo k4 note which was ordered earlier.
            The phone was a gift for my wife, so much delay has made it a very bad experience for my family, my wife is using a make shift phone.
            I am sorry to say this is not the kind of service ia expect and lie i expect from your company.

              I ordered an ultrasonic gess685 ultrasonic beauty device multifunctional skin care face arm leg waist hip skin sliming massager salon massage machine from amazon india.

              But we found as per warning in the equipment it was not suitable for our usage for knees massage & this fact was never shown on the website.

              Their web site does not show the medical warning saying that not to suitable for knee message where as the product literature clearly shows that it shall not be used for the same.

              When asked to return the machine as it was not suitable they deducted 20% as restocking charges & also rs 200 for return pick up.

              They did not provide us a copy of :

              1. Penalty clauses regarding 20 % deductions & courier charges, clearly myself agreeing to same.
              2.Instead they indicated some links which were under construction & speaks volumes of their intention to misguide & mistreat the customer by deliberately denying the information.

              When i tried to open amazon links, the website shows that the policies page is still under construction & clearly indicates intentions of a company to cheat gullible customers like us.

              Even now the details are not available online on the links provided by them!

              We protest this unfairness and do not agree to same. This just goes to show the misuse of lack of strict consumer protection laws in our country.

              Also indicate the monopolistic behavior of amazon to treat customer in an unfair manner especially in india. (I am sure they do not do such things in their parent country!).

                I got-promotional coupon codes for availing additional discount
                Worth rs. 3000 on amazon under the aeropostale pre-order offer -

                It was mentioned that this coupon is exclusively for customer who buy product in aeropostale pre-order offer

                But this coupon are available to all not only limited to customer who buy under aeropostale pre-order offer, it was available for all customer, this result in to less availability for stock.

                Clearly this is cheating, as anyway this coupon is available to all.

                I checked with customer support - islamul h, sanjeev g. Arjun m, shesa k - everyone undestood cocern but just have sorry as solution-

                I am excepting rs/-899 for cask back, which i used to buy product under aeropostale pre-order offer with hope to get exclusive coupon.

                  I have raised a return request for MI note 3 mobile which I bought in flash sale.
                  First thing is they are not refunding, they are forcing us to use the waste product by giving replacement.

                  They have scheduled for 5 times and no one turn up. When I contact the customer care they say sorry and nothing will happen.

                  I don't recommend amazon to any one of my friends. This will be my last order with amazon. They promote things which are not worth of being in such a reputed site.

                    I have placed an order through amzon.In. I was looking for a psp (Video game) and in my search i found different brand psp. From the list we have choosen sony psp, there was not much clear information about this psp.

                    When we received this item, we found that it is only a skin of psp (Cover). It was no use for us, so we requested for a return. They have approved our return on 20th may 2016 but still no one came for the pickup of item.

                    One day i get a call from someone, and that lady told me that we will not refund your full amount, we will return only 80%. I told her that, i don't need this item, so please pick up from my home and return the amount after deduction. Normally during return, we get full amount back.

                    It is really tricky from company that they are keeping the skin in the list of psp. Anybody can get confused with this. I have read some reviews about this product, and people said that they were surprised when they get skin of psp in place of their order. So i am not the first victim.

                    I am contacting them for pickup but they are not sending anyone and also not giving any information.

                    Here i am attaching the screen shots of our return request.

                    I am not getting any response from Amazon regarding my refund and return of item. They have confirmed the return of item through email . But still no pickup of item and no refund of money.
                    Same issue with me as well, 5th time they rescheduled by no one calls me or come to home and pickup the item. I have kept the mobile in the box and waiting. This is really worst experience with these people. Its really waste of time with customer support.
                    Yes u r right. It's really a bad experience with Amazon. Very bad customer support.
                    My complaint is not yet resolved. Still i am waiting for amozon to respond for pickup of item. I didn't get any response yet. How it can be marked as resolved complaint?

                      1. I had ordered Brown leather cover for HTC 626 g plus. I received it on 12/5/2016. But it was broken. I did the complaint the same day and l was told that it will be changed. But no such service was provided. After that l complained again and like this l did 4 complaints till 22 nd May. I even spoke to a senior executive also but till today l have not been provided with any assistance either to change the product or refund.

                      2. Customer service from Amazon has been very poor, even harrasing the customer.

                      3. I had also ordered another mobile cover of Ferrari for HTC 626 g plus on 4/5th May, that has also not been delivered till now .

                      4. Even after doing advance payment, service has been pathetic. amzon can't be 'apni dukan' at all, where after complaining for 4 times and this mail being 5th, customer services has been very poor. It has been a complete act of fraud.

                          I had ordered for a slimming belt from amazon, instead they gave me a sports bra. I raised replacement but they sent the same wrong piece again. I finally opted for refund on 21st May, received a message that refund will be initiated, but I have not received any update on it yet. Very displeased with Amazon's service, how can they send the same wrong piece twice. I need my money back.

                            Sir,
                            I bought a Philips Led mini lantern of Rs 720 on 4/4/2016. On same day when we tried to use it we found that 4 out of 16 led lights are not illuminating hence as per procedure on 5/4/2016 we requested for the refund from amazon and after multiple calls at last on 25/4/2016 pick up of the product was done by an amazon courier agent and I was told that within a week i will get the refund cheque through courier but till now my amount is not refunded and whenever we call the customer care we just get the assurance that within 24-48 hours we will get the mail regarding the but no mail at all. Sir
                            We are fed up of calling customer care regarding our refund . It is already one month over since we returned the product but still nt got our money back . They are just giving assurance to the customer but not solving the problem. We dont know how to get our money. We are neither getting our money nor a replacement product. Please take some action regarding this.

                                And not being such a big fan of online shopping, against my wishes i decided to try out the india amazon website for the purchase to 2 items (Both of which were ordered on the same day!! 18th of may 2016

                                Seeing the big assuring ad on tv fueled this wrong and regretting decision!!

                                It has been a week since the products have been ordered. Nobody at amazon india has the decency, courtesy or even proper professional ethics to call and update the customer.
                                All they do is send a big rubbish mail that you are my number 1 customer, i will help you, you are my priority rubbish!!! Just a long mail to express that "you fool, just shut up and wait. If it reaches you, give good feedback or wait a lot longer praying that it reaches you"

                                Wtf???

                                I hope this forum helps future problems such as this crap from occurring to other customers.

                                I called the helpline and they keep telling me i got my address wrong, i mixed up the pin code numbers, i am not that stupid!!!
                                I have attached screenshots showing that my actual addresses!!!
                                I have lived in this house since 2001, how would i forget my pin code???

                                It seems either amazon or blue dart mixed up my orders, but one thing i contradicting that statement!!
                                Each of the two products were sent by different couriers!!!
                                I cannot even understand where it went wrong!!

                                I have become a confused and humiliated customer as i have to keep calling the office to ask if a courier came.
                                Rather than spending lots of money making stupid ads on tv, i hope the ceo's redirect their funds to give quality service rather than fooling/cheating the indian consumer.

                                Now there is no hope that i will get the items today as i write this, the time is already 5:45 pm on the 24th of may 2016

                                  I have purchased lenovo vibe x3 from amazon on march 09, 2016.Invoice no. Ka-blr[protected] (Order id:[protected]. Because of good customer reviews i decided this phone is good and great features.In first two months it was smart but suddenly last week it stopped working. I contacted lenovo support team and they said your phone will repaired in lenovo service center mangalore. On[protected] i visited mangalore service center smart tech and they said with in two days they will repair it. Today i contacted them and they replied that phone has hardware defects and 10 more days needed to correct it. Iam basically a distributor of leading fmcg companies and my full business is connected with my phone. I am sorry to say that because of this phone i lost many of my precious time and customers. I dont need such defected phone i request u pls replace this phone immediately.

                                    I had placed an order with Amazon India for a 1/2 Inch Garden Adjustable Sprayer Watering Kit With Water Hose Quick Connectors on 30/03/2016. I paid INR 1203.00 as there was no COD. Delivery of an incorrect item was made on 6/05/2016.                                       Dear sir/madam,

                                      I have order pureit ultima water purifier on may 2nd, 2016 and it was not delivered and it suppose to be delivered on 13th may, 2016.

                                      Then delivery date changed to 18th may, 2016 and that date also not delivered and they cancelled the order and booked new order and promised to delivery it very fast. I called to the customer care and am receiving irresopnsible answers from them and i wanted to cancel the order but they are not cancelling.

                                      I already paid the amount they are not giving my money back.

                                      Please do the needful. Please help me in this regard.

                                        Ordered on 17 th may, 2016... Got an sms on 21 st saying "product is out for delivery" and by evening got an sms saying that "successfully delivered and signed by customer". But the truth is i did not receive the product till 23 rd. Contacted amazon several times, but no use (Useless customer service, fully junk). This is 100% cheating.. How can somebody says "signed by customer" when the customer did not actually sing and receive the product.


                                        I lost the hope for the product as well as the refund.

                                        Amazing Amazon !!!

                                        On[protected] morning I received and SMS saying product is out for delivery. Same evening I received SMS saying that product successfully delivered to customer and signed by customer. BUT the truth is, we are not at home for the entire day and hence there is no sign by us. Now the question is, who had done the signature and where is the product ? Why can Amazon question their courier boy who came for delivery.

                                        FYI, the price of the product is only Rs. 300/ . But it is not about price. It is all about forging our signature.

                                        Amazon looks to be managed by full of frauds !!!
