I placed an order for a women's nighty (Exn-552_blue_free size) with an order id[protected] dated27.03.2016. The seller details was lords creation (P) ltd, 14, roop chand roy street, kolkata 700007. I received a packet with my address written on it on 03.04.2016. However after opening the packet i found a pack of 3 shorts inside it meant for another person. The name of this consumer of amazon was sagar kunjarkar, and his order no. Was[protected]. I immediately reported this to amazon.In. As no action is visible from either amazon or from the seller, i tried to contact amazon customer service at hyderabad, on 12.04.2016.The customer care representative promised me to arrange for a pick up of the wrong product and either to send the wright product or to refund the money back. But so far no action has been initiated from their end. Today i again called a customer service executive on this, and to my utter surprise, the executive clearly told me unavailability of any pick up arrangement. She kept on insisting me on returning the wrong substance to seller. I'm surely not at fault in receiving this wrong product. I paid in full for my product only, why should not amazon or its seller took this responsibility to give me the wright product or refund the money i already paid?

    I want everyone to use this tip ALWAYS BUY COD ONLY FROM AMAZON... IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM... THEY SHALL DELIVER TO ANY TOM, DICK OR HARRY AND SHOW IT AS DELIVERED. This is what happened to me.. I prepaid them and they sent me SMS showing it has been delivered though it wasn't.

    ... When I queried them they had no answer... Neither they revealed to whom they have delivered... They don't have that much of commonsense to instruct their delivery person that he has to deliver it to the person named on the parcel... This stupid delivery boy is very happy where he is not supposed to collect any COD... He shall just dump it with anyone and runaway... Neither Amazon will redress your complaint nor return money... Therefore always buy COD... atleast that stupid delivery fellow shall identify the buyer correctly as he has to collect COD amount... Till date Amazon has not replied to my complaints regarding non delivery of prepaid weighing machine which I have never received...

      Hi I am Syed. I had placed an order for LG MJ-3283BCG 32-Litre 900-Watt Convection Microwave Oven (Silver) at Amazon.in, this parcel was given to Gati Courier Services who run a very pathetic website tracking system. After placing the order when I put in the tracking number there was no information on their website. After complaining twice to Amazon.in on chat they started updating the details. Even though I registered my mobile number for SMS updates on the Gati website about my order there was no update from Gati Courier service, I did not receive a single SMS. I was assured by Amazon.in that my package will arrive by 22 April 2016. I got a message on my mobile also that it will be delivered today but neither any courier guy called and the whole day I was anxiously waiting for a call or update but I was kept in the dark. At least if they could not deliver it today i.e 22 April 2016 the courier people should have the basic courtesy to call and update me when I will receive my order. I had many other important works to do which I missed just waiting for this package to arrive. Till now Amazon has given me good service but this time Gati is spoiling the image of Amazon and I hope Amazon becomes more professional and advises its partners or whoever is associated to follow proper guidelines and keep the customer informed and not waste his precious time.         For the order #[protected] on 4th Jan, 2016 and raised request for refund on Jan 9th and the phone was picked on Jan 10th.

        But the refund was not happened till today .
        I called customer care and spoke with them for hours and keep on sending mails . No response from them .
        I got the confirmation from Bank that there is no refund initiated from Amazon . I gave them the necessary details. But the problem was not resolved.

        I purchased few products from Amazon . Never faced this before . It is really frustrating after almost 5 months money is not back.

        Expecting to resolve the problem as early as possible through this.

          I placed the order for LG G2 (Black, 32gb) phone from Amazon site sold by Anus Communication & on the product website, it is mentioned that one year manufacturer's warranty is available for this.The product turned out to be defective, & I approached LG authorized service center and they denied warranty as the product was not sold in Indian market. Then I contacted Amazon for this.The seller informed me that there is no manufacturer's warranty for this, & this order has only seller's warranty. Amazon customer care informed me that they will provide complete refund of the product asked me to send the product back to seller so that they can provide refund.But seller was to repair and send back the product under seller warranty. I have asked the seller not to repair the product under seller warranty & did not share with password as well of the phone.The seller without taking my consent, without any authorization unlocked the phone, repaired it, and sent it back to me.Even that was not repaired properly. I requested Amazon for either the manufacturer's warranty to be provided or the order to be returned for refund and filed atoz warranty claim service of amazon on[protected]. They denied my claim with no explanation on[protected].

            I am a customer of amazon and i want to buy a phone. whenever i go to shop at amazon for a launched phone which i want to buy it shows it is not available with any of sellers at 226002 pincode. what is the matter in this case why any new launched phone is not available in lucknow ? as there is no cod in lucknow anything you buy you have to pay first. even if i want to pay first they show remove this item from your cart and then proceed. please help i want a new iphone and i waiting for arouind 2 months.

                I ordered the product with above mentioned order id on 10th April 2016 and the last delivery date the seller gave me was 20th April. it is 22nd April now and not yet delivered. I have already paid the amount. I asked the seller to deliver the product by today evening else I will complaint, the seller isn't bothered and says to complaint. seller name is ERAA.

                An SMS had been received that the book "The Ultimate guide to Success" had been delivered on[protected] at 17.43 hrs. But I had been out of station from[protected] to[protected]. On return I enquired with the neighbours but the item had not been received anybody. I contacted the DTDC Courier office for delivery verification but the response was very poor and very much disgusting. They are telling that the item had been received by them and delivered but they are not ready to identify to whom the item had been delivered. They simply tell that complaint may be made to amazon. I am vey much upset with the services of amazon and the courier service. It is a prepaid item and now I have decided not to purchase any item from amazon hereafter. The tracking No. is[protected]. Please arrange for delivery of the item immediately

                    Ordered date - 29th march 2016-
                    I have ordered the cosco shuttle boxes from amazon to which i received the faulty shuttles which were glued and even though it was glued i tried to play with them to see if it was still playable, which it was not so i requested them to replace it, i received the replacement on the 8th april 2016.

                    I open the box on the 21st april and found that i had received the same box again. Very amused the way they are catering to their clients.

                    I need to get my money straight away and would like you to stop selling these faulty products.

                          This is regarding the order I placed for Xiaomi redmi note 3 on the 13th of April 2016, the expected time for delivery was earlier shown as 16th of April..as the date came closer, the expected date turned up to 18th of April 2016.
                          Till date I.e. 21st April 2016 the expected delivery for my phone is showing as 18th April.On calling up the customer service, they repeat the same thing..that it could/should have been delivered by 18th..nobody at the customer service is able to help me out with the exact time the product will be delivered. Please help.

                              What a worst experience with pity, worst e-commerce site amazon.In
                              They have charged me extra for a faster delivery option but failed to do that.
                              The main problem with these guys is:
                              don't have a chance to transfer this call to higher officials
                              they don't have provision to contact the courier boy directly.They say that the mail have sent to them! What's the probability that the courier guy see this email?
                              cannot give a clear info about the delivery
                              Verdict: never choose faster delivery option.It's a waste of money!

                                Hello, i had ordered a harddrive and when it was delivered to me, i noticed that it has been overpriced by amazon through it's vendor bpcl. The price from amazon was put at rs. 7300 while the mrp on the box inside is rs. 6, 300/-. A huge difference of rs. 900/- more. I spoke to srinivas from the amazon customer support team and then further with sumit (From the same team) today. Srinivas promised to fix the issue by initiating a refund of the balance amount to my account (I have an email on it) and it has been 6 days already and no action taken yet. Further bpcl is still selling products on amaozon site happily with the same bloated price (Higher than mrp)!!! And on top of that sumit contradicts on the approach that srinivas had promised to me. Now he is asking me to return the product. There is no value of what has been said and committed by the customer support team from amazon. I'm extremely disappointed with amazon.Please let me know how this can be fixed and appropriate action can be taken against amazon

                                  Hi consumer complaint,

                                  I am raghav ordered a digiflip pro tabx712 for 4299rs from amazon on 22 march 2016 order i'd is order #[protected] on 25 the march received the product when i opened the product.
                                  The sealed of product was not of the company it was of seller seal called surya products from hisar (Suryaproducts.com fake seller ). Back of the tab there was sticker was stick in that some one as written as screen tested ok rajpauli .
                                  Then i called amazon customer care then they started this policy that policy.
                                  They told that its we will contact the seller and initiates this issue . I asked amazon to call seller for his mistake tell him to replace the product but he told re order the product from online once again if its available.
                                  So i checked online product was unavailable and initiated for refund request.
                                  The amazon return team came on 31 march and the guy checked the product said it is used product from seller your amount will be refunded with 2-5 days.
                                  He went i was happy that my money will be back.
                                  And after 7 days on april 5 i called amazon that my refund is not initiated i have returned the product.
                                  The customer care told that the product has been reached the seller on 4 april the seller will refund your amount in 48 hours i waited for 2 days once again i called amazon customer care they told we requested seller to refund the amount and they told i f you done payment on cash on delivery by cash or card . I told its card amazon representives told your amount will deposited within 2 hours and waited for whole day no response . Again a amil came from seller that if you take back your negative comments online if will refund the amount for this mail i called amazon that how i can remove the negative comments the seller had mistake so i told amazon to contact the seller resolve this issue but they told our policy we can't contact seller you can only contact him.So i called seller he told your amount will be inititiated with in 10 min but he was saying same thing for almostb10 times and told your product returned itvwas brokenbsobi will pay half of your amount i shouted on him i called amazon team i told the issue they told . A-z guarantee claim in process your amount will refunded in 7 working days waited for more than 7 days i called amazon customer care if they receive the call they where simply saying call is properly listening after saying the issue
                                  They some one we're saying you must wait 10 days and i was busy in my work i and was unable to go for police to register a case .Customer care people were saying you can go for any one police or court.
                                  We are not responsible .On april 20 they said your refund i . Initiated your check will be coming with in 15 working days still i haven't received the cheque .

                                  I borred amount from my friend and i am paying penalty for it.
                                  I requested the team to send cheque asap they were telling you must wait 10 days.
                                  Amazon team never understand the pain and harrasment by amazon representative
                                  The mistake from sellers end but as a customer i suffered a lot .

                                    On 18th April, i got a call from Amazon delivery person and asked for location of the address and i asked does he have card machine to pay the amount. He said he does not have the machine and he will direct some body else to deliver who has the machine. I said ok but nobody turned up. On 19th april i got a call from another delivery person and i gave the landmark i told him to come at 6 p.m as i am a office goer, he said he will come at 8p.m i said ok. but within few minutes i got a message saying could not be delivered as addressee was not available. Will any deliver boy come without card machine and how can he expect to pay by cash such a big amount? i have been trying his mobile number to find about the order but no response i hope i will get immediate response atleast for this complaint.

                                      I figured that the product can't be used in india as its 110v. I requested a return to the vendor.

                                      I paid 11000/- for the product and it said free shipping when i ordered from amazon.In. The vendor tells me to send the product to delhi. It will cost more than 2000/- to courier the product. And he says he will pay only 7000/- not sure why?

                                      I couriered the product to the given address on april 3rd and sent them an email with all the bills. I was promised that the courier charges also will be returned. Now, i need to get back 13170/- including the courier charged. I have attached the bills here.

                                      The product was received at the seller end. I got a message from blue dart:

                                      Amazon india, i trusted you service! I now realized that your service is very bad! It's all good till things go well. When it doesn't go well then no one takes care.

                                      Horrible service. Is been more than 2 weeks and my case is still not solved.

                                      Why is your buyer garuntee email not working. Every time i talk to cs team, i have to explain the whole story. Why is your service so bad!

                                        I Purchased one laptop on 29 th of march from your website through HDFC credit card in EMI Mode, but Amazon people fail to deliver that product and they canceled that order and they told me that you will refund that money. But you didn't refunded it to my account from past one week.I don't know what you people are doing.

                                        Now my credit card bill was generated and in that my first EMI was updated with interest.
                                        1) I purchased Lenevo G50-80 80E5021E1N Laptop for RS 35908 from Amazon india.

                                        2) I purchased it an EMI mode of 6 months with an interest of 12%.

                                        3) My first EMI in credit card including service tax and interest is 6247.85.

                                        The details are below,

                                        SERVICE TAX = 50.27

                                        CESS TAX = 1.79

                                        M-AMAZON SELLER SERVICE = 5836.79

                                        MER EMI, INT NR:01, 0 = 359.08

                                        4) My order number is Order #[protected]

                                        Who is the responsible for my EMI, Service tax and interest.so here I am attaching screen shots to this email id.so please help to refund my money and EMI, Service tax and Interest as soon as possible.they initiated refund on 8th of April but not refunded.

                                        so please take necessary action and help me to resolve this problem.and please necessary action on Amazon they are fooling the people and they are playing with people


                                        I wasted lot of time and effort as well as money to call HDFC bank people nearly RS 100.
