6 customer care exe told me that you will receive your refund in your bank account definitely 100% you will get. Please listen all recordings
My back account is already linked in amazon account. But i got a mail on 16 may 2016 that you will receive only cheque or dd before 26 may 2016 and you will receive tracking details on 22 may 2016, but after tracking the details from india post dd is rto in same day. No body calls me from courier.

Escalation tm mate :- sharon will not provide the complete name she told me wait for more 10 working days to cancel you dd and you will get amount in you bank account from last 1 month i am waiting for my refund, amazon india is fraud.

Leader ship team :- mr. Uday kiran will not provide the complete name he told me wait for more 10 - 15 working days to cancel you dd and you will get amount in you bank account

Both the information is different

1st you commit then you fail to full fill all things,
I want refund in 3 days and compensation also

The estimated date for the delivery was 23rd may 2016. But till now the item did not even dispatch from the company warehouse. And there is no proper explanation from amazon india for the above mentioned situation.

      I have ordered the above product on amazon site but a different product (Also too late and damaged) has been delivered to me. I have requested to amazon and seller to arrange pickup for this product then they have told me that customer will arrange the pickup for that product.
      I have told them that there is no mistake of customer so why should customer arrange the pickup for returning the product, its seller/amazon responsibility but they have totally denied.
      Very bad service by amazon india.

        I bought a lee cooper's black color shoe from amazon.In. It was delivered on 19 th may 2016 to me. But its too small in size. So i wanted to return it and booked a return order, but already 3 times my return order is cancelled. I dont know the reason. Even they didnt contact me. They neither sent me sms nor call me. But again and again my return order have been cancelled. Once again i have booked a return order and the pick up date is 24 th may.           This is infrom u to that i want complaint about regarding of my order number is #[protected], 12th may return this product from my registered address and still now 10days over i'm not refund or neither any acknowledgemnt regarding the return initiated by amazon after that daily basis i was call 📞 your call center from my registered ® number for particular this issued, talk your agent sandeep, sarukh, he told me but probably i won't get how to know if you are looking for the delay so nothing more else..
          Hence, i would like inform u to that please escalated this matter to your concern department 🏬 and call 📞 back my number today one priority for the first time i was just thinking about wrost service amazon also get bad experience..😈😈😈

            Refund not yet initiated
            This is regarding my returns and refunds procedure on order[protected].

            Fighting for my money. no one is listening

            I have already return the Cleo sandal on 5th may. but these people are not providing my refund. Status shows they have not got my Return yet.
            I had spoken to more than 10 executive in last 20 days. but no resolution has been provided.

            Today was my worst experience when executive told me tat it was my mistake and i will not be getting any refund.

            On asking for escalation matrix they are not aware.

              I got the speakers in defective on 14th may 2016 and paid rs 4444 in cash. The same day i raised the issue about non functioning of the product and requested for return, tha amazon customer services told me to raise the issue with seller. I raised the issue with the seller. He is not responding. I am not concerned about seller, i purchased from amazon. Now you are putting the onus on seller and buyer. What is your role?
              I want the immediate return and refund of my money. Otherwise i will raise the issue in consumer forum. Please do not but anything from amazon, they donot take any responsibility of the seller, a to z guarantee is just bogus phrase. Ultimately buyer is at the receiving end.

                The reason i chose amazon for online shopping over other e commerce forums was assured quality and trust that comes with a goodwill. But my experience was very disappointing leading to trust deficit in the brand name "amazon".
                This disappointment is in reference to the product i ordered recently i. E. Futura hard anodised sauce pan order no[protected]. But i was delivered with a low quality local pan.

                  Dear sir,

                  Here are 3 orders i have placed in www.amazon.in for the following things.
                  Order #[protected] cover for redmi prime 2
                  Order #[protected] redmi prime 2 phone

                  When i ordered in the website, they showed that the items would be delivered to me by friday may 20 2016. But i have not yet received any deliverable till now. Whenever i contact the customer service desk, they always check something, and tell that the item would be delivered to me, but it does not. This is a frustrating service from amazon.In, and i had other plans for the items after i receive. This has created a lot of inconvenience for me, and i would request you take this matter forward and enforce that the delivery date which they show in website is not just for fun, they have to meet it. This is totally service degradation. Please take a strict action against this. I have all evidences regarding this.

                    The item I ordered wasn't of good quality & I processed the return same day. I paid 879 Rs. cash & chose the option to get the refund in my bank account. But, amazon only refunded me 753 through a gift card. I got only the refund of 753 Rs. though I paid 879 Rs. for the item. They refunded through a gift card even though I opted for amount to be transferred in my bank account. I called amazon.in customer service just kept on saying ' sorry for the inconvenience' & did nothing.

                        Instead of my shoes, i got some other shoes of someone named shabnam pathan by mistake of delivery boy.
                        After opening the packet, i found a brand new samsung note 3 phone in one shoe and it's charger in another shoe.
                        I immediately complained about it and submitted those shoes to delivery boy. But i did not gave the phone as i smell something fishy about the mistake. I talked umpteen times to the person about the matter but of no use.. Please help me submit this phone to amazon team and reply me on my phone number - [protected]. Call me as early as possible.. I can explain the issue in detail.

                            I bought mobile sceen gaurd which price in market 150 and i bought from amazon 180 + 40 shipping charges (And shipping charges show on screen 25or27 but fraud amazon charge 40₹). And amazom send me wrong product cheap quality's product which market value is 45₹ only and also product was defactive. I call to amazon india customer care and there caller talk to me very rude and it were lady. And also told me customer call to dealer don't call us. Agar product liya amazon se hai to kyo dealer se baat karu.! When amazon's empolyee came to my house for pick up the product and after 13 day my money came to my a/c with cut the delivery charges 40. Mera kya kasur maine agar amazon se shopping ki aur amazon ne mujhe galat product bheja uske baad mujhe haras kiya fir customercare walo ne rude baar ki aur mere shipping charged cut kiye. Mere shipping charges kyo cut kiye agar fault amazon ka tha... Its rubbish crap hopless and pathetic service. Amazon is just cheat there customer it makes the fool to people. Amazon india is fraud. Avoid shopping on amazon india.

                                I have got duplicate Intex LED Monitor 1601 from Amazon and it is confirmed from Intex company as well. Original Intex LED Monitor 1601 are having inbuilt speakers but I have got the one without speakers. Also its resolution and colours are not up to the mark.

                                I complaint to Intex Customer Care and there executive visits my home but surpise to see the model without speakers. He said original Intex LED Monitor 1601 must have in-built speakers that was just lanched last month.

                                One can also call Intex Customer Care[protected] and ask them about my complaint. Just tell my mobile number [protected] or Complaint Number[protected] to enquire for the same. One can even check Intex website that original Intex LED Monitor 1601 having inbuilt speakers.                                 I have all the proofs that the product I have got is not the original one and the Amazon is responsible for this.

                                Even after contacting so many times, they don't care to take action and refund my money so I am writing here now.

                                They even don't publish my negative review on product and seller. It seems they are actually supporting their fraud sellers.

                                Is someone on this website can help me getting my money back?

                                    Delivery of products with in two days, but repayment cheque for same address it will take more then two months. What kind of service you providing. I publish your issue in times of India news paper if I not received the cheque with in monday. I spoke to customer care more then 7 time but no response from them.                                       I paid cash for the set on delivery on 22-4-16. order id[protected].
                                      due to some fault i returned the set on 4-5-16.
                                      amazon informed me that refund would take 5-6 working days.
                                      i called them on[protected] on 11th and 12th and they initiated the refund on 13-5-16. they told me that 4 working days the funds will be in my bank. today 20-5-16 after i called them they have informed me that the refund cheque will be delivered to me by 26-5-16.
                                      the only resolution is by refunding my money.

                                        This complaint is regarding the order xiaomi
                                        Redmi note 3 mobile

                                        We received mobile from amazon, but it was damaged.

                                        So we requested return/refund of mobile on 4rth may.

                                        On 5th may - 9.17 we got message as 'returned pickup is scheduled for
                                        Today... Between 8-10 am by amzagent (Contact number xxxxx)'

                                        He (Amazon person) called us & then he collected mobile from home.

                                        While collecting mobile he gave us one paper (Receipt), took sign on
                                        It... And recollected the same from home. (Not given any acknowledgement receipt to home for the same)

                                        Ame day 3.45 pm - we got message was saying 'your return pickup cancelled at the time of pickup if you still want to return, please contact amazon.


                                        Today (20th may 2016)

                                        On amazon website the refund status is "return requested on 4rth may"
                                        We have tried to connect with customer care lot of time... They said
                                        Without acknowledgement receipt they will not able to do anything.

                                        Then further they said escalation have been done for the same... And result
                                        Is not in your side.

                                        We have paid money, they have collected mobile & now they are taking hands off on this thing
