I figured that the product can't be used in india as its 110v. I requested a return to the vendor.
I paid 11000/- for the product and it said free shipping when i ordered from amazon.In. The vendor tells me to send the product to delhi. It will cost more than 2000/- to courier the product. And he says he will pay only 7000/- not sure why?
Now i claim a-z buyer guarantee on 31st march. Below is the email i get from amazon buyer guarantee team

I couriered the product to the given address on april 3rd and sent them an email with all the bills. I was promised that the courier charges also will be returned. Now, i need to get back 13170/- including the courier charged. I have attached the bills here.
The product was received at the seller end. I got a message from blue dart:

I waited. I again wrote to them on april 18th. Two weeks after claiming the buyer guarantee. After sending an email to the id:

I was asked to ship the product back to the seller and i did that. After this i get a couple of emails from the buyer garuntee team and that's it?!
No response from the seller or the buyer garuntee team. I tried sending an email to [protected]@amazon.In and all emails bounced!
Amazon india, i trusted you service! I now realized that your service is very bad! It's all good till things go well. When it doesn't go well then no one takes care.
The seller on the other hand tries to blame the customer for sending a 110v product ordered form amazon.In and to be delivered to an indian location, bangalore!
Horrible service. Is been more than 2 weeks and my case is still not solved.

But 'm still not sure when i'll get back my money.
Why is your buyer garuntee email not working. Every time i talk to cs team, i have to explain the whole story. Why is your service so bad!
This is not a small amount. It's 14000/-. You guys will indefinitely wait for the seller to respond and this seller will not. He is a cheat! The seller calls himself "shopmelive "
If i don't get back my money i will have to resort to the court on this issue!
