I had ordered a set of 24 diyas during Diwali. I recieved my parcel with only 6 diyas, so I asked for a return as my order was wrong.

Amazon was quick to collect my parcel but I never recieved my refund money, I got the same response that the dealer hadn't made the payment yet.

I am dissapointed my Amazon's customer service and I feel cheated by this fraud company. I ask for my refund or some strict action against this trickster-run mega looting scam firm.

*PLEASE READ THIS*

Looking at the pictures, I have sent, you all can make out that I ordered something else and as shipment, an entirely different product was dispatched. The sellers name is Funrobbers... (the name tells it all)
My order was broken into 3 orders, this is something very fishy. I sense a planned robbery in the name of Amazon or organised by Amazon.
These corporate thieves must be brought to justice.

    Placed an order with amazon.In on 06 april for crompton greaves mystique dlx tac341 34-litre tower cooler and expected delivery was on 15 april.

    Not delivered till 20 april and when i called customer care, got a message as "refused at the time of delivery". This is prepaid order and never got a call about the delivery time and date. Nobody has come for delivery, but updated with the status as mentioned above.

    With the mercury levels going up, it is really annoying to see this kind of service from amazon.In. Also when i contacted customer care team today, they are absolutely ridiculous and could not provide any resolution.

        Worst costumer service, cheating from amazon

        I had ordered one xiaomi redmi note 3 on 9th march with order id[protected]. I received the phone and i found some problems in the phone. Then requested for the replacement. The replacement was placed. As the amazon pickup service is not available in my place so i sent that phone through dtdc courier with tracking id- d27416542. In the mean time i received the replaced phone from the amazon. Later on the product which i had sent came back to me from dtdc stating the receiver refused to accept. Then i had both the phones with me. Later on the new replaced phone also gave technical problems.

        So i contacted to the amazon people and they said to send both the phones by indian post and they will refund the whole amount. Then i sent both the phones through indian post with tracking id- eo[protected]in, eo[protected]in. But again both the products came back to me from indian post stating the same reason the receiver refused to accept.

        They refunded the shipping charges for the first two times to my bank account.

        Later on amazon decided to refund the whole amount of the mobile and said to return the mobiles again that is for the third time and they will receive it anyhow. I talked with them and i said if the shipping charge will be refunded to my bank account then only i will send it for the third time. They agreed and sent a mail stating refund will be to my bank account. Then i sent those mobiles through dtdc courier with tracking id- d27428394. But after four days also when i didnt got the refund, then i contacted them they are saying they cant refund to bank account. What about the talk with you people, and what about the mail from your side stating the refund will be to my bank account?

        This is how the amazon is playing with the customer since 45 days. This is how the amazon cheating the customer.

        I think its too much now. Its too pathetic service from amazon. Its since almost 45 days the drama is going on. I have done what ever i could do from my end. I have called to amazon, dtdc courier several times by spending so much time and money.

          I dont like your return policy. I thought that the product which I want to return will get picked up from home and that is it. Instead, the customer has to spend on Speed Post and send to the seller. The seller SANWARA has sent me a stained LUX Lycra leggings. Iam very disappointed with Amazon.in.

          I may not shop from amazon.in in future.

            We ordered for an iphone 6s case from apple (Mkxt2zm/a - apple part number for this case) for 3000rs. I received an iphone 5 case without packing worth less than 100rs. When i approached amazon they took sides with the seller, who is not willing to accept the product at site and is forcing me to agree to sellers terms. Seller terms are 20% refund or ship to the seller on my own(Which i don't trust will be endorsed by the seller).               Description of the incident : i have not received my order till date
              Written a requesting mail to seller for the tracking details and contacted amazon customer care 3 times (14th, 16th and 20th ) but have no updates till date.

              Desirable resolution. I need my product and also wanted to penalize the seller high for wasting my time for the following
              I) waiting for the product
              Ii) time spent on followups
              Iii) for not updating package tracking details despite of multiple calls
              Iv) for not date

              Note : not happy with the tone of the very last amazon customer care service agent ( rana )

                I made an online purchase of bed mattress from Amazon app. I paid for it online. I was under impression that Amazon allow easy return.
                Nowhere during order process, i was warned about return policy.
                When mattresses were delivered to us they were misfit to our bed. Our trouble started from here.
                I requested return from order history. No action was taken in 3-4 days. I had to make them call. They promised return within 24 hours. In mean time i started getting message from seller that he will not return.
                Despite buying from Amazon they are forwarding us to unknown seller to whom we can't deal as he is not trusted/known to us.

                  I ordered Moto E 2nd Generation (4G, Black) on 4 March 2016 at an offer price of ₹5999.0/- and an additional 10% cashback through SBI card. The Order No:[protected] was first estimated to be delivered on March 14 but on that day they mailed me, the estimated delivery date has been changed to March 23. On noticing they haven't shipped my product I contacted customer care they replied that they have given high priority to deliver my product soon but on that day delivery date has again changed to April 1. On March 25 I requested them to make the delivery as early as possible, to that they told me to wait for 7-10 business days. On April 1 they again fooled me and postponed the delivery to April 11, so I complained once again, they told me to reorder. I doubted how reordering could solve the problem and will I lose my offer price, I mailed my doubts, they informed me that the issue is due to payment glitch and if I reorder they will refund the amount through amazon gift cards or I should wait for 3-4 business days. I preferred waiting rather than reordering and getting a gift card. On April 11 they changed delivery to April 20. On noticing that the item status is still the same I give them all the information I had in my bank account like its description, date and amount and asked them to give a definite answer to whether they are planning to deliver my product or not, good explanation about the problem but they again sent me the same mail that they regret and will do their maximum possible to make delivery fast and asked me to wait 3-4 days or reorder. I have lost all faith in amazon, they have wasted a considerable amount of my time.

                    I ordered an academic book from amazon as i had to prepare for an upcoming exam. I ordered it on 11th april. It was expected to be delivered on 16th april. But i kept receiving false information about the shipping process. I contacted amazon on 17th and then on 18th. They said it would reach you by 19th for sure. Today is 19th and i am getting the information that i have returned the item but it has not even reached my house. Amazon does not value the time of their customers. When i talked to amazon today, they said it is not possible to deliver it to me now. And after all this, amazon says they are trying to build the best online shopping site on the earth. Shame on amazon. I am seriously dissapointed.

                      I have ordered for a saree from amazon.In which was supposed to be delivered on 13th april. My order no is[protected].
                      I got an sms on 13th that the order is out for delivery .The whole day i waited and in the eve i again got an sms that the product could not be delivered since the addressee was missing.The same thing was repeated on 14th.On both the days i was at home and was never contacted over phone by the delivery man which is an usual practice before delivery.
                      I contacted amazon's customer care and they said that there was some strike in kolkata among the delivery agents and hence it was not delivered.I requested them to ensure delivery by 16th b since i have ordered this for gifting purpose in a wedding on 17th.But till now they are neither responding properly and i m at total loss of what will happen to my order for which i have already paid

                            I bought two sarees from amazon. The delivery address was my shop's address. The delivery boy named sanjay came soon in the morning when shop was not opened, he then misbehaved with our staff, we talked to him on ph and requested him to come later, he then again talked rudely on ph.
                            After one hour he came again on our shop and before our staff he shouted on us and misbehaved with us on that level that he even refused to give us our parcel.
                            This is absolutely shameful and thinkable matter for amazon.

                                I brought moto g turbo (Asin: b019fwxix4) at discount price of 4999. But amazon has cancelled my order saying "we regret to inform you that your order for moto g turbo (Asin: b019fwxix4) wasprocessed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled. " constant following with amazon to positive reply receive from amazon. So want to file case against amazon for cheating.


                                Below mentioned iis reference case where ony boy has filed case againts snapdeal with same kind of indecent.

                                He made snapdeal sell him an iphone for rs 68!

                                    I have ordered lenovo k4 note in amazon.in but they still not yet delivered my product .when I contact the customer care.they simply answering me wait another 48 hours as they have technical errors .its now more than 1 and half month passed .they still not delivered the product and not even refund my money . again I spoke with customer care .still they not giving any answer . it seems that they have not took any actions to deliver neither the product i ordered not refund my money . I can't even cancel the order as it shows some error when cancelling . Amazon is the untrustworthy to buy things .this issue made me suffer everyday bcoz of the money I spent .

                                      I have ordered a moto g turbo white on 27th march 2016.It was an offer and i placed order at rs.4999/-.I got confirmation email from amazon that my order is confirmed against order no.[protected] and will be dispatched soon. I got email from amazon saying my order is cancelled and refund amount is in process.How can they do this when they already told me that my order is confirmed?

                                      I placed above order after getting confirmation from customer care of amazon about this offer is valid and it is not fake.. Then why amazon is cancelled my order??? Were they making fool to us???
