I ordered redmi note 3 32gb silver color from amazon.In on 11th may 2016 with payment cod. The expected date of delivery is 16 may 2016 by 8pm. As per my order update and tracking it had reach delhi on 16 may at 11:42 am but till now (19 may 2016 22:52 ist) my parcel has not been delivered and no information from amazon side as well. I called customer service on 17th may and they are telling me it will be delivered within the next 24-48 hrs but still no delivery guy. My friend also ordered another phone on 18th may through flash sale and his parcel has been delivered (He's using next day delivery), i cannot understand why i had to wait for more than a week and more than 3days inside delhi itself. If they can deliver with next day delivery why not a week earlier order... I will hapily pay extra 100 rupees if they asked me to pay within the promise time but now i will even asked for 2rupees change...
Amazon delivery is the worst of the worst

    Hi, this is regarding my order selected order:[protected]Choose a different order) order placed: tuesday, may 03, 2016 dispatched 1 of philips aj3400 /37 clock radio black tracking information: ship carrier: booyah tracker tracking id:[protected] i had cancelled the order as of 7 may, however i got a call from amazon regarding the product, they offered me a discount rs.447.00 and the product was to be delivered in a couple of days, i am highly disappointed with the service and the product. I had expected it be delivered around 8 may and received it almost 8-9 days later, i tried cancelling it but had been shipped.. My bad.. Further now when i get the product it does not work.. Again i should take the pain for speed posting the product.. Why should i be spending additional amount on shipment.. Or take only 40 % of the paid amount.

      After waiting for a long time and then after many attempts, i was successful in placing a order for ximi redme note 3 phone on amazon india weekly flash sale on 4th may, product was expected to deliver by 9th may but not delivered.
      I contacted several times on customer care no. Regularly from 10th may to 12th may, it was assured to be delivered asap but not delivered till 12th night, very poor customer service, wrong assurances and status update, no proper tracking of package. Finally i cancelled the order on 12th may night.

      After wasting 2 weeks time, i again placed the order on 18th may weekly flash sale. At 5:37 pm i got the cancellation of order mail which contains "we cannot complete this order because our records show that you have reached the purchase limit for this product... If you believe that we have cancelled your order in error, please reply to this message and let us know."
      I immediately replied that "you have cancelled this order (Order number:[protected] in error. My earlier order (Order #[protected] booked on 4th may was not delivered till 13th may so it was cancelled. Please deliver my new order number:[protected]."
      After that i got the reply that pls book another order...;)

      So first order they have delayed too long which was then cancelled by me after lot followup and harassment.
      2nd order they have wrongly cancelled without checking the previous order history and status. Even after immediately responding on the cancellation mail, amazon india is suggesting me to book a fresh order in next week, they dont feel the responsibility to correct the wrong doing done by them and further causing lot of time wastage and mental harassment to the customer.

      Customer care executives dont provide the complaint no. Or escalation matrix or contact no. /email of senior management for escalation.

      Can amazon india will look into this, restore my cancelled order and provide compensation for wasting my time for 3 weeks and causing lot of mental harassment.

          Hi, i am atanu pal. I have an amazon id-pal. [protected]@yahoo.In. I have purchased some items with this amazon account on[protected] of rs. 487/- with debit card (A/c no. -[protected]). After that i cancelled one item of rs. 73/- on same day. The refund was initiated on[protected] and successfully proceeded on[protected] with the transaction reference no.-75260826129008591647882. The authorization code sell transaction is 102848. The amount was not credited until now. I went sbi bank local branch (2055), dumkal, murshidabad, west bengal, for this issue. They did not able to find any kind of transaction with this provided reference no. I do not know why this amount is not credited in my sbi account. I do not know who is responsible for this? I request you to investigate the actual matter and solve this issue.

            Dear amazon,

            We had ordered a mobile cool pad note 3 on may4 and delivered on may 6.
            Today is may18 and having huge problems within 12 days.
            As per your return policy 10 days is complete but within 12 days mobile is in totally worst condition.

            I am a regular costumer of amazon, but today i feel service of the amazon is worst.

            Problem in mobile - heating problem + blurr display + hanging problem.

            I want my money back or exchange the mobile.

              We have been harassed by amazon india.

              We have been facing issue since last 3 weeks where amazon's courier pick up service are not coming over to our place regularly in order to collect orders to make delivery to the customers. We kept complaining but until today there is not solution to this.

              We are mentally and physically tired as their support team is so hopeless that apart from saying "we are looking into the issue" they are not taking any supportive action to resolve this issue. We have sent numerous emails and had many phone conversations also but all in vain.

              The biggest issue is that knowing that the issue is from their end, they keep sending warning messages to us that the order will be cancelled and you will be charged 2.5% as cancellation fee as you did not shipped order to the customer in time. And on top of this they mark negative in our seller performance metrics which serves as threat to suspend selling privileges. We feel like tortured as this is every weeks situation.

              Recent example is from last friday - all the order placed by customers are still undelivered as no one from amazon came in to pick up those parcels until this time today. But instead of helping us out their automated system is cancelling orders one by one reason order were not shipped on time.

              Here we are losing peace of mind and money both but amazon india do not care for sellers. It's really tough to survive when you are in business with a company like amazon india.

                I had purchased a handset from amazon for which there was an offer of 10% cash back (Confirmed by amazon in writing). Though the transaction was successfully paid no cashback was received. First followup was done and it was again informed in writing by amazon that cashback would be credited by 23rd april 2016 latest. Still it was not done. I again followed up number of times wherein i was asked numerous verification details & also my bank credit statement. Which as well i sent. Still the cashback is not done and i am not getting proper resolutions

                              I ordered a 10 gm silver gold plated coin from amazon and i received it on 5th of may 2016 but it was not up to the mark as shown in amazon shopping portal. I called amazon customer care and spoked with sukania to return the same, she told that it will get returned 3 workingdays and asked me to give the feedback via the mail which sukania send just after the call and i gave positive feedback. I want to complain against the lady call agent sukania for giving false commitment. I want immediate action on it or else i have to move further cosumer forum for this issue.                                 Hi,

                                I paid rs. 937 for sunscreen, but i have never received it. I paid for the amount. Later when i inquired they send me tracking number for the product : ep[protected]in. The address there shows that it is delivered at different address.

                                When i write to amazon, their response is very rude and reject any claims and doesn't specify any basic for rejection.

                                  After many calls, twitter complaints and emails i finally got a reply from amazon for my account blocking, "greetings from amazon. We are writing to inform you that we have closed your amazon.In account. All open orders have been cancelled and any related charges have been refunded. Any new accounts you open will be closed. We took these actions because our records indicate that this account is related to another account that was closed by amazon. Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you. Regards, shravanv account specialist http://www.amazon.in" i understand that amazon says that they have refunded me, but they have refunded in the same account which is blocked, duh amazon, now how am i suppose to utilize my gift voucher when my account is being in blocked state, this is completely ridiculous response from amazon without stating any specific proof of statement they closed my account blocking my 550 inr worth gift voucher, no calls from them no decent response, i would like to file a lawsuit against them kindly advise. Regards

                                    Hello, I am seriously very much disappointed with this kinda unprofessional response I am getting. The time I lodged a complaint, from the very next second I am getting the fraud calls asking my account details. Instead of getting my problem resolved, you guys are troubling me with these calls.                                       In spite of calling Service Desk again and again and receiving message from Amazon that my product would be delivered by Saturday i.e on 14- may- 2016
                                      on the updated address.

                                      My product was not delivered.

                                      I called Help desk 6-7 times, every time they assured me that it would be delivered but unfortunately it did';t happened.

                                      The delivery boy disconnected my call 2-3 times.
