I ordered Moto E 2nd Generation (4G, Black) on 4 March 2016 at an offer price of ₹5999.0/- and an additional 10% cashback through SBI card. The Order No:[protected] was first estimated to be delivered on March 14 but on that day they mailed me, the estimated delivery date has been changed to March 23. On noticing they haven't shipped my product I contacted customer care they replied that they have given high priority to deliver my product soon but on that day delivery date has again changed to April 1. On March 25 I requested them to make the delivery as early as possible, to that they told me to wait for 7-10 business days. On April 1 they again fooled me and postponed the delivery to April 11, so I complained once again, they told me to reorder. I doubted how reordering could solve the problem and will I lose my offer price, I mailed my doubts, they informed me that the issue is due to payment glitch and if I reorder they will refund the amount through amazon gift cards or I should wait for 3-4 business days. I preferred waiting rather than reordering and getting a gift card. On April 11 they changed delivery to April 20. On noticing that the item status is still the same I give them all the information I had in my bank account like its description, date and amount and asked them to give a definite answer to whether they are planning to deliver my product or not, good explanation about the problem but they again sent me the same mail that they regret and will do their maximum possible to make delivery fast and asked me to wait 3-4 days or reorder. I have lost all faith in amazon, they have wasted a considerable amount of my time.
