Sir,
I had placed a order[protected],
After few hour i got a mail of refund.
I did not got the mail of cancellation of order,
Even i did not provide any reason for cancellation of order.
When i tried to login to my amazon account,
I found that my account was locked,
& no information was provided.
In my account there was rs. 12, 000 gift balance,
Which i am not able to use because of your stupid stuff.
You blocked my account, so i am not able to use that money.
Who would compensate for this ?
I[censored] are not able to help me out within 24hr,
Then i request you to transfer that amount to my bank.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
kindly update on this still revert not received from your side.
