Hi,

This in regards to a Formal Complaint that I want to make for a customer service Manager Named Dhawal Who is working as a customer service Manager in Maharashtra Branch .

This person was talking Rubbish on the call while I need to make a complaint that he Misbehaved with me stating the phrase [NO ONE ON THIS PLANET CAN HELP ME ] and He said [NO ONE CAN HELP ME IN AMAZON ] he was also very rude to me and was not giving me any details to complain.

So I asked him I want to talk to his senior which of course is my right to do and he stated to me that there is no higher authority on the floor who can assist me I wonder Amazon Is such big organization and there isn't a senior manager available on the floor this sounded to me that he was not willing to help me and neither he wanted others to help me

This all Incident happened today's morning at around 7:55 Am and want to complain Regarding the same person and wants to know why I cannot talk to someone senior and why he behaved to me in such way.

    From the above article if snapdeal won't pay the boy because the phone was too cheap and saying it was a technical glitch,
    will Amazon pay now to customers because this was an overpriced card and saying it was a glitch? or be just silent on this matter and allow the people to pay 10 times of its original price.

        Hello i ordered a mobile (Moto g turbo) on amazon.In at just 4999 rs. By discount and got successfully placed.
        Got confirmation on both mobile number and email.
        But now they are saying due to technical or pricing issue they have cancelled my order without asking me.
        Amazon.In can't back order was placed successful.
        It is not fair at all we don't have much time to waste we place it (Order) and then they cancel it.
        It means if we get it by discount then they will cancel it clearly shows they just want to earn much money by making us fool or they have done it to get traffic on their website. In this case website is at fault and should honor the order that has been placed by the
        User. Recently mr.Nikhil bansal sued snapdeal in an similar incident
        And the judge ruled in his favor.

        It is my consumer right if i got it placed successfully by discount then they should deliver it otherwise they should not have shown it.
        I had said to them i will go for consumer complaint but they did not reply.
        Want compensation claim from amazon against moto g turbo cancellation.
        They should be punished for what they have done.
        So please consider my issue and help me to get my rights.

          I had ordered tv from amazon.In

          Order date: 04-apr-16
          Order total: 30990
          The product was supposed to be delivered with 3-4 business days. After placing the order the anticipated time got extended it self.
          Till date they have no clue when the product will be delivered by their courier partner gati (Tracking id:[protected].
          Neither they are delivering the product nor they are refunding. They mentioned till the time gati will not return product to amazon, i'll not get the refund.
          As a customer i need to pay amount to bank against the purchase but i'm not getting the product.
          I request a compensation along with the refund in my bank account to repay bank against bill generation.

              Sir,
              I had placed a order[protected],
              After few hour i got a mail of refund.
              I did not got the mail of cancellation of order,
              Even i did not provide any reason for cancellation of order.

              When i tried to login to my amazon account,
              I found that my account was locked,
              & no information was provided.

              In my account there was rs. 12, 000 gift balance,
              Which i am not able to use because of your stupid stuff.
              You blocked my account, so i am not able to use that money.
              Who would compensate for this ?

              I[censored] are not able to help me out within 24hr,
              Then i request you to transfer that amount to my bank.

                I placed and order on 29 march and received the product on 02nd april and since then I have been running after them to get the product picked up. first they asked me to contact the seller and then they asked me to send the product back by myself . WTF, why the hell do I send the product back and why the hell do I coordinate with the seller when I have purchased the product directly from amazon. I dint even knew the seller

                  I had gift card balance in my amazon account and the amazon had close my account.
                  its amazon'S habit that they close account and doesn't provide gift card money.

                  -they didnot activate my account yet.

                      Hi team,

                      I place an order with amazon (Online) for a power bank (20000 mah) which was promised on the website along with the shipping for rs 231/-.
                      I booked the product (Order number[protected]) and the payment done via credit card.
                      Now i get an email from them that the product order is cancelled and the payment will be re-funded.
                      However i don't need the re-fund i need the product.

                      Can you please look into it and help resolve the same.

                      As its a false promise made by them.

                        I ordered a xiaomi redmi note prime, white, 16gb, at 2nd march 2016 which is still not dispatched. i connected to their customer service time to time and they kept giving me new estimated dates every time i talked to them. i'm tagging the order details with this. last time the customer care person asked that if my payment was successful or not because they havn't received my payment . FYI I paid Rs 8282 by net banking and i received a payment successful message. i confirmed them that i did receive a payment successful message. like always they gave me another estimated date. i just want my phone.                         I purchased an item that was damaged and not up to my requirement medically. So I returned it. After that there is no response from seller or Amazon on my money back.
                        Same issue. I ordered moto e (order no[protected] on March 4, it isn't dispatched yet. On complaining they just gives new estimated dates.

                              I purchased a pair of earrings from amazon on 15 november 2015. It came to my notice that the earrings were defective at the first place, so i applied for a refund. The next week amazon contacted me to courier the earrings to the seller based in delhi. I sent the earrings from mumbai to delhi via indian post.
                              During the course of time, i didn't receive my refund neither did i get any information from the seller. They just said that they didn't get the parcel; so as an angry customer i applied to a-z guarantee protection of amazon. They asked for the proof of delivery, i provided them with it. A month went by and without any notice my claim was closed by the seller. I applied for a claim again in december, but the same result. Then again in february 2016, amazon's service was so pathetic that they asked for the proof of delivery again and again when i had already provided them with the proof. Its been 5 months and my claim is still hanging on the edge.

                              The earrings were worth rs. 3779.

                                  I ordered lenovo vibe s1 on 3rd april 2016 (Sunday) after 6:00 pm from amazon india. I opted for one day delivery option for (Delivery charges 100) because i was not having a properly working phone due to which i was facing many problem. For one day delivery option they provided a claim of delivery till 05th april 2016 (Tuesday) and i got my product on tuesday at 1:00 pm. While doing the payment for the order their card swiping machine did not work till half an hour due to which i got late for work. After using product for few days i found few problems in the phone, its camera got hang while i received few notifications and did not start till i restart the phone, wallpaper got changed automatically and then the heating issue, after closing all vibration effects still the vibration for notifications were there in the phone, due to these issues i opted replacement policy for the product. On 11th april 2016 they picked up the product in the morning at 11 o clock. I opted fasted pick up option because i wanted a good working phone as fast as possible and i returned the defective phone as early as possible but today its been 3 days i am here without a working phone, i am using my friends phone to communicate to my parents who are far from me, i cannot do i daily chores without a handset. After 48 hrs of pickup i called consumer care of the amazon website, they told me that the product will get delivered on or before 16th which is 6 exact days from the day of pick up of the defective piece. I requested the consumer care associate that please do something to make it happen on at least on third day, that is today 13 april 2016, now its been 3 days i am without a phone. He told me that he can do whatever is in his hands and asked the courier services to deliver me asap. But it did not happen. I called the consumer center again today in the afternoon but they did not complete the call and disconnected the call by keeping me on hold for more than 3 minutes. This is ridiculous service i have ever faced. I paid extra 100 rs for a defective piece which i anyway got after 24 hours and then being a girl i am sitting without a phone for three days now and not sure for how many days more. If anything happen to me while in these days its on amazon. My mental stability has gone due to amazon service. Highly frustated.

                                      Hi i have ordered a battery
                                      High quality cs 2 cs2 c s2 battery for blackberry curve[protected] on 29 march 2016 order no[protected] which was supposed to deliver between 1st april 2016 to 5th april 2016.And the payment was done by hdfc netbanking of rs 360. On 7 th april 2016 i cancelled product than the seller claimed that they had delivered the product on 1st only.
                                      When i ask for refund there is no feedback from amazon.

                                        I have ordered moto g turbo white with applying the promo code, i have got flat discount of RS 7500. the phone having value worth rupees 12499 and i ordered it just rs 4999. Then i have got a confirmation email from amazon that my order has been confirmed. Next day i have got an another mail that due to technical error your order have been canceled.
