    Dear sir
    The above courier was to be delivered yesterday and we have been waiting for the entire day but nobody turned up and we have also not got any call from the delivery boy.In the evening when i saw the tracking sheet, courier person has mentioned that attempts were made to deliver the products which is wrong infact nobody turned up and we hv not got any calls.
    This reflect very bad on the part of amazone. Yesterday evening i complained for the same with customer care but nothing had happened and till now or order is not yet delivered.
    How a customer should believe on amazone? There is something wrong with the intentions.
    Hope you will arrange the delivery in next 30 minuts today.

      I have got my flying machine sun glass from amazon through shree girinag traders pvt ltd. I doubt the genuineness of the product as the logo is updated in black color in the left side of the lens... Usually it will be in white color if it is a genuine product also the brand name as flying machine is not embossed in the ear rims of the sun glass,,,, there is no one to help me also,,, the delivery executive forced me to first pay and then check the product.

        Amzon is he worst shopping app i ever came across o had ordered an mobile cover which was delivered defective the same day i called customer service to make return request they said mail will be sent to me i got the mail that i have got a self help option they did not cleared it what it exactly meant i called back to ask what should i do to return they said they will send a return request i dont need to do anything 2/3 days passed i got no mail i called again that day then they told me i have to courier it to them parcek wont be picked up i went courier service and parcel was sent by be i called customer servuce to ask for my refund they said cheque will be sent to me i was fine with delaying of refund bug i did not wanted gift card but atlast they have sent me a gift card noe i have called them atleast 9 times to make sure i get refund not gift card previously the told me i will get cheque and they today sent me a gift card .They promised easy exchange and returns.Fake ads are shown for the same. IT'S THE WORST SHOPPING APP they don't care about customer's request.They need to stop displaying Easy exchange and return policy.i need my money back i don't want to shop from this poor service app again so gift card is of no use for me.

          Amazon india has been very unprofessional in delivering their product.

          I had placed an order for asus abtu005 10050mah zen power bank (Silver), on the 21st of april 2016. I used an amazon gift voucher and my debit card to pay the amount. That's when the waiting game started

          I've been tracking the package and it's clear that the package arrived at bangalore facility on the 28th of april. A bit late but understandable. But ever since then the status of the package has been the same. I would get update every now and then say the same exact thing.

          On the 06th of may, i call up amazon expecting an answer. The representative promised me that it would be delivered by evening. But it didn't. I called up again. I got the same answer, but this time asked for a 24-48hr duration.

          But again on 8th of may, i still didn't receive the product. So i called up again and got the exact same answer as before. At this point i was pretty frustrated but still gave them another chance. This time though, they sent me a mail saying that i'll be receiving a free replacement if it's not delivered within the said duration.

          On the 10th, i again called up. And no surprise, i got the exact same answer ("will be delivered within 24-48hrs"). Any human would be boiling with rage at this point so i started asking for reason and told them that it must be delivered today. After placing me on hold, they finally confessed that it was lost in transit.

          Is this a joke? Were they so embarrassed that they were so hesitant to tell me this? Amazon is an e-commerce giant. But they are so poor at handling such minuscule things. Very unprofessional. No respect for the customer's time.

          So, anyway, they have initiated a refund. But what am i supposed to do now? Wait for the refund, place another order and wait for the package again? No compensation for my waiting and the calls i had to make.

          In summary: amazon takes money from it's customers, makes them wait. Doesn't deliver the product that the customer was so eagerly waiting for. Waits for the customer to call several times. Then says sorry and gives back the money. Is this an amusement park ride?

          I wasn't expecting this from amazon. Never am i shopping there again. And i'd discourage anyone from from doing so too from here on.

            Dear sir,
            I bought an i phone case through amazon on 13th feb, 2016 order no.:[protected] worth rs. 549/-. It was delivered to me on 17th feb 2016. The i was not satisfied with the product and returned the same. The return was pickup on 23th february 2016. The refund should be processed in 7-10 days but i received the cheque in the name other than me. Then i requested them to give me the cheque in my name and still as on date i have not received the cheque. I contacted amazon customer care for more than 8 times and they are just giving me reply that i will receive my cheque very soon. Its more than 2 months and they have not refunded me the amount.

              I am a verified Amazon customer and have ordered and received a lot of products on time with the quality. I ordered a phone on 4th May and got the delivery date 9th of May whenever checked the status.

              I have waited all the day on 8th of May, I was expecting that I may be getting my phone delivered on Sunday itself but the delivery boy didn't come.

              On 9th May when I checked my Amazon account, I got to know that the product has been already delivered on Sunday. Amazon has updates the status as "received" and they received the payment as well. I didn't get any call from Amazon or the delivery boy.

              You please check all the details below and check the screenshots for your kind reference.

              I have been trying to book this phone since last 2 months and always got "Out of stock" message within a minute whenever tried to book the same. Finally tried my luck on Amazon and I got it booked their. After waiting for almost a week I got to know that the phone has been already delivered.

              Amazon customer care told me that: you will have to book the same phone again in the coming sale which is not fare with me. It's nonsense. I want my phone and I wish you to help me with your valuable thoughts on this. Please investigate the delivery boy, either he sold the phone in black or he kept the phone for himself or any of his friend/family.

                When i called amazon today there number[protected] for that my refund has not deliver to bank account they file complain against bank when i said y should i file with bank i file complain in amazon they they can'nt do this

                I said ok register my inconvenience about to amazon but he didn't register instead he make hold for 20 min when i ask him to talk his senior he didn't allow me that to after heated argument he then pass his call to patner ajit he was same as he they waste 25 min didn't even register my compalin this something most diasppointing i want to file case against them

                        Ive plced the order for philips qt4011/15 pro skin advance trimmer on 1st of april 2016... But because of non delivery the product was returned. I've contacted amazon in this regard and they requested me to order again and they will definitely send the order to my address but this time too the product wasn't deliver and returned to the seller. I've talked/contacted a lot of times for the same and got assured by the company but nothing happened. I don't want refund i want my product. Im extremely disappointed with amazon customer care service and amazon india.

                          I had ordered the phone(i.e. RedMi Note 3) from Amazon on 27th Apr 2016 at 2:00 PM and they provided the estimated deliver date as 2nd may 2016.
                          I have made payment of amount 11998.00 rupees already.
                          I contacted many times to Amazon Customer service regarding this then They are saying that your package will be delivered in one or two days and this is happening every day whenever I contacted to Amazon customer service.

                          They had increased the estimated delivery date from 2nd may 2016 to 5th may 2016. But I have not received the my package yet.

                                    I Kushagra bansal bought a new mobile phone one plus two mobile phone using my fathers ID from amazon.in.I received a product which worked ok for 10 to 15 days so that their period of change is somehow can get over. After that only the problem of hanging of phone started. everytime i login in whatsapp it hangs. i am not able to find the contact no from contact list, as everytime you need to click on the alphabet of which you need to find a name and then after that only the contact no is shown in contact list. phn heating is too much even during the time of charging.
                                    I called customer care of amazon they said that u get a letter from one plus stating that i received a defective product on arrival only, but when i called customer care of one plus and then visited also the service centre of one plus, they said we cannot do anything other than updating the phone.amazon ppl are saying you go to one plus service centre and one plus ppl are saying you bought this from amazon and they have delivered a defective product which might have been rejected before so its their responsibility to return and give a new phn.
                                    Why should i suffer in all dis in which a defective piece is delivered from whosoevers end.And nobody is ready to take action for this.Kindly take action ASAP as tired of all dis.

                                    I ordered MOTO G turbo from amazon website using promo code and my order was successful and payment also initiated... But after few hours order was cancelled.. I feel cheated from amazon India as they kept promotion and then they didn't fulfilled the orders.

                                      This is regarding my ORDER #[protected] made with amazon for a mobile phone (OnePlus X) . I have already paid 14999 + 100(for one day delivery) on date 26 April 2016.
                                      I have tried to reach multiple times to Amazon customer service but they are just copy pasting a pre written apology and are not letting me know the status of my order. I don't know who to reach out to. feeling cheated, I just want my money to be safe.

                                      I am attaching my invoice copy with transaction and my new phone IMEI code which should ideally belong to the purchaser.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Order id #[protected] at around 3 pm i ordered moto g turbo which was under a promo offer through i was getting the prodect for just rs4999 istead of the usual price which rs 12499...i placed the order and chosed COD option...at around 7.30 pm i found that they have cancelled my order without any reason

                                        Problem with the product- Horizontal and vertical lines appearing all over the screen
                                        Request for replacement initiated on:-
                                        1. 29-Apr-16(Fri) for 30-apr-16(Sat); 2-5p.m. slot- no call
                                        2. 30-Apr-16(Sat) for 02-May-16(Mon); 5-8 p.m. slot- call at 4:30, i called back at 5:20 said pick up not possible
                                        3. 02-May-16(Mon) for 03-May-16(Tue); 9-11 a.m. slot- no call
                                        4. 03-May-16(Tue) for 04-May-16(Wed); call at 11:30 a.m., asked to collect at 4:30 p.m.- phone switched off, did not turn up.
                                        5. 04-May-16(Wed) for 05-May-16(Thurs); No call
                                        6. 05-May-16(Thurs) for 06-May-16(Fri); no cal
                                        7. 06-May-16(Fri) for 07-May-16(Sat); 8-11 AM slot. No call. then I again called on toll free number of Amazon after their pick time has passed. They expressed their inability into my pickup apart from scheduling.

                                        Apart from this I have complained by directly addressing them on 06-May-16 but they have again scheduled a pick upon 07-May-16 that too was not completed.

                                        This problem is affecting my other commitments as I have to be present all hours. Kindly help me get over with this problem and if possible guide me how to file for damages.

                                        I ordered Moto G Turbo (White) Order #[protected] on Mar 27, 2016 at 1:12 PM through amazons promotional offer. It is clearly mentioned on order details how much promo balance was added, after some time they cancelled the offer. i got cheated by them. they should be punished for this kind of cheating.
                                        I bought item before few weeks and returned it back because it was defective. It's over 15 days now, Amazon haven't refund my money yet. Amazon blocked my comments When I posted about the incidents on Facebook. This is so unprofessional and fraud behavior. Help me out to ban this company from India.
