Today I requested a moto g turbo from Amazon under some limited time special 60% off. Request was effective and they likewise charged cash from my financial balance. Couple of hours after the fact they send and email about discount of the cash despite the fact that I didn't cancle the request. I had ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon.in at around 2 pm, I did receive the order confirmation. Later in the evening at 6 PM I received a message from amazon.in saying your order has been canceled.

Why was the order canceled without any consent, If the product was out of stock its their responsibility to not to receive orders. They should deliver the product once confirmed....

I have placed an order today at amazon .in . i have bought moto g turbo 16 gb model, i have applied an code which provide me rs 7500 discount on my product, and that reduces my final cost to 4999 rs.amazon has canceled my order without my notice or without my permission . now when i called customer care of amazon they told that they have canceled my order because of fault in amazon site . how can they cancel my order when it was successfully...

Today I ordered moto g turbo and applied promotional code and I got the Rs. 7500 discount. Actual cost of the product was Rs.12499 and after applying promotional code it was of 4999. Now company automatically cancelled the order without giving any discription.
Now I want that the company should compensate for doing this.
