Placed an order and not delivery on promised time, and the extended time, following up from 1week every day, and promises will deliver it as soon as possible. Item still not received. Since it is an EMI purchase bank will charge me interest if I cancel the order. Contacted amazon regarding the same there response is "it is mentioned in the terms and conditions"
I am trapped. and amazon is not helping in anyway,
My other order never got delivered, amazon says "maybe courier lost it" and refunded the money, wasted 2weeks waiting.
Another order they charged me more than the printed MRP.
Amazon used to be better before,
I think it is time to go back to stores and help the small scale merchants who wants their customer to come back.

Product got delivered though did miss two promised delivery dates. And amazon was willing to pay if I am charged with any interest charges since it was a mistake from Amazon's side
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amazon has offered an online with coupon for Moto X Phone and i successfully order the same but amazon has cancelled my order without my permission and without intimating me.
Respected Amazon,

I have placed an order for "Moto G Turbo white" and got confirmation mail..

But after some time it was cancelled by you.

I don't want to know the reason..

I only want shipment as soon as possible.

Otherwise there are many legal ways..

      Following offer was there on amazon between from 22nd to 24th april, 2016

      "if you shop any gift card brand listed on the gift card store worth rs.5000 or more and get rs.300 back in 7 business days from the offer period."

      I purchased rs. 5000 big bazaar coupon and called to customer care today to check the cash back offer. Now they are saying there was no such offer on amazon website.

      I have a written proof sent by their customer care executive anusha. After i forwarded the mail, they are trying to find loop holes in the mail.

      Thanks amazon for showing the true picture to the public.

        As I Booked a product on[protected] but the product was wrongly ordered as i just replace that order on 7th april 2016 and amazon customer care portal asked the timing for the pickup as well but no one had visited . since from 1 month no one had visited when ever i use to call on customer care they said they will helping for the same after that they started we had to do courier to the seller but why we should to the courier then i email to seller from there also no response but after 1 month they give the escuse the product replacement time period is expired so the product will not be replaced.

        i didnot received any resolution against this complaint Kindly help me out for this

          I had ordered a mobile case order no. The product is not at all matching with the product shown on the portal. The quality of the product is extremely poor. Immidietely i requested them to return after four /five days they did not response. I called them, now they said return it on your own courier expenses, the call center guys told they are not responsible for the poor qualty item delivered. Also he told 'what ever you like you can do '.

            now nor they picking up the product or initiating my refund

              I brought a Karbon Mobile from Amazon, the phone was sold by Amazon via a seller called Readily and was delivered by the seller.Now I want to return the product as the phone volume is very low and the call volume is very low as well. But they are saying me now to go to the service centre to check about, then get a certificate from them and then I would be able to return it. When I brought the phone, it was nowhere written that to return the product I will have to go through all these..

                We have received Sparx shoes from Clicktin E-Commerce P Ltd on 29.04.2016, containing shoes of 8 Nos. size vide incoice no. RCLICKTIN00034 DT 29.04.16, however on box as well as on billing and in order it is mentioned 10 Nos. size. As soon as we received materials we have complaint about that to Clicktin E-Commerce P. Ltd. They asked to send photograph for verification and same has been sent to them. But till date we have not received any advise/instructions from Clicktin E-Commerce P. Ltd.

                Kindly expediate the matter either for replacement or refund.

                  After returning the original damaged shipment the replacement is delayed from the company site.

                  I confirm earlier from representative that the delivery should be done on my recommended day and he also confirm it, but in reality it is not done on time, that representative also give wrong information to me.

                  It harm in my work.

                  The extremely poor service is given to me.

                    Sold by: cloudtail. When i received that phone that time phone function was working not properly. Please do not buy any product from amazon. This is a fraud company. Please dont buy any item from amazon.

                      I had sent a mail to pick up the above 2 packages between 8-11 a, m on 5th may'16. However, the same was not done and i received a message stating that the pickup has been rescheduled between 5-8 pm. Around 6.13 pm i received a message stating that there was no one in the home and the package coudn't be picked.

                      Immediately, around 6.17 pm i made a call to[protected] stating the above problem, who assured that today someone will come and pickup the packages.In fact i had called customer care in the morning which was totally useless.

                      Till now, no one has come and it wont be possible for me to stay the whole day. Can you please help me out to return. Its a real problem and i have decided never to do any purchase from amazon any more.

                      Please see that the packages are collected before 10 a. M on 7th may'16. I will also like to put on record that the delivery man had come at 10pm to deliver the goods, and mentioned that no one was available. Your delivery boys have taken the customers for granted. Please keep a watch on them too.

                        Account hacked--Email id changed by someone else..I have tried their customer care but they are unable to rectify this issue.

                            I had registered for the flash sale of redmi note 3 on the 4th may and i was able to successfully add one to my cart and checked out within 15 minutes.
                            However after 5 minutes i received a mail that my account has been closed and my order stands cancelled. After inquiring with the customer care why my account was closed he replied that it was because i have been ordering products for re selling purpose.
                            This is totally untrue my last order was in december that is 4 months ago and i have not ordered more than 10 products in the last 2 years how can i do reselling business in that.
                            I waited for that phone for a month now and after successfully placing the order they send such an email is totally unethical. If they found my account as a reseller why dint they closed it when i subscribing for the flash sale. I want the product and my account to be restored.
                            Same thing happens to me also...Amazon is a cheater company...they also cancelled my order.

                              With ref to the above i would it is really sad to mention that a Company like amazon has such poor and rubbish services.I had ordered a protein supplement flavour cookies and cream on 30th April 16 and the expected delivery date was 2nd May 16 instead i got a call from the seller(muscle clause) on 2nd May that this flavour is not available to which i said its okay you can give me mango flavour to which he agreed, however today i.e 6th May i recieved the protein having alpine punch flavour.It is higly annying that the product which was supposed to be deliverd in 2 days got delivered in 7 days and that even the wrong one.Further the courier boy refused to take it back but somehow he agreed and took it back.I request you to kindly refund my money at the earliest as it has been a horrible experience.

                                I ordered a dragon war gaming mouse on 29th April. I called customer service team and asked them to schedule the delivery before 3pm on 1st may. On 2nd may first delivery was attempted at 5pm and as usual i was not at home and I got the message from Amazon that addressee was not available . Till now the order has not been delivered and I am in touch with customer service team and they were keep on saying
                                1.that they have contacted delivery team and they will deliver the order before 3pm.
                                2. Order will be delivered tomorrow.
                                3. I have placed notes.

                                1st advisor Satya said he arranged things for me. 2nd jayshree said i have arranged it before 1pm. 3rd akshay said i have arranged it before 11am. 4th sudeep said order will be delivered tomorrow and i will call you before 11am with the order status. 5th advisor said i am raising the complain against all of them and gave INR 150 compensation (seriously? Made me felt like beggar )

                                I promise i will not place order from amazon ever again . Customer service is full of crap and fake promises . At last there is one advice to customer service people "stop spoiling Amazon's name guys"...

                                  I have purchased a laptop an year ago on 2nd october 2014 from amazon.In.
                                  At that time hp was now allowing any prduct which buyed from amazon or snapdeal to avail warrenty.. I report this issue to amazon they said me that they will pickup the product.. No person come to pickup the product.. Writing mails to amazon and doesn't come to any solution. I submitted the detials of laptop to the hp for 3 years accidential warrenty support...

But when i looking today so just i have one cell phone in orders (Gold) and black cell phone orders are not showing here now in my orders. I wanna ask you what's this. Are you making mad here.                                     I have ordered the above mentioned item on 14th april’16. I wanted to buy this for the birthday of my friend. When i did not receive this till 27th april, i raised a cancellation request. Suddenly i received the item the same day. Then i raised a return request because the item was not required by me for the intended purpose at that time. Delivery period confirmed at the time of order was 20-25th may and item received was delayed so i thought i will be able to get my money back without much problems but i didn’t know that was just the beginning of endless and mindless follow-ups.
                                    I was told that item must be despatched by me as amazon can’t arrange for the pickup. I know it for sure that amazon arrange for pickup from my address.
                                    When i insisted and after few follow-ups i was committed that item can be despatched by my using couriers associated with amazon and i will get the refund of the courier charges. I tried calling the couriers name given but they refused to arrange pick up. After that i decided to send the items myself and went to blue dart, hadapsar, pune. Blue dart refused to take the packet asking for a road permit for the material as it’s value was more than 500 rs. I called amazon from there and ensure blue dart and amazon logistic team representative talk to each other regarding this. After that call amazon person (Utkarsh) told me and sent me an email saying my pickup from home will be done and i should not worry. This happened on 30th april evening. Today i am still waiting for a pickup but there is no positive response from amazon customer care team. They are giving text book responses like you need to dispatch the item by yourself.
                                    Strangely there is no escalation or customer grievances cell that i could reach during so many follow ups.
                                    Can you help me?

                                      I have received this item on 31st december 2015 and this item was broken so i return it in next 3 days. And i didnot recieve my refund yet. I contact the seller and they said that you get your refund in next 3 days by cheque rs 115 but now three to 4 months has gone and i did not receive my refund. The ikare tempered glass screen protector shield guard for one plus 2 was of 115 rs. So i request you to refund my money

                                      I have ordered this product with order no.#[protected] dtd. 02.03.2016. but now still date i have not received my order. many time you have excess my order. i state with very regrate that if you are not send my product some time than i will take legal action against you.
                                      I ordered moto g3 turbo for the discount price of 4999/-. But amazon cancelled my order.i don't know why they cancel my order.
