    I placed an order for lenovo phab plus on 5th April 2016 and it was prepaid order for 15099.My mother received the order on 6th April and when i came back home i realized that the packaging was tampered with and the phablet was missing from the box.I immediately called Amazon customer service and sent the pictures to them.No response from them for the resolution.i guess i have lost the product as well as my money.poor service from amazon.

      I ordered Micromax Led for 10000 rs and my mom who is around 60 years old received it and paid 10000 rupees to them when I came back to home what I found that the parcel was shabby in looking and even the amazon tape loose and re taped with a normal cello tape and it was a carton filled with cardboard and some newspapers.. When I escalated this matter to Amazon they are playing with me and I am just running round the bushes.

      Kindly help me to get my money back

        I added an Apple Macbook Air from Amazon listed at 76.9K to my cart and asked about educational discount for which i was referred to Apple Customer care; meanwhile the item was removed from my cart and price was increased to 86.9K. Upon asking for price match when i explained that same is easily done for a lower price difference by Amzon India and was done easily by Amazon US for a similar situation - i got an answer that policies are different for US and India - My question is how can Amazon differentiate between customers in US and in India and portray amazon India as #apnidukan? It's discrimination against customers in India.

        Real issue to me is the higher price difference rather then policies; Amazon just chose to trade convenience and profit for principles and customer service.

          I ordered the case 03/15, and have not received the case as of 04/06.
          I received an email about delivery time, and tracking info. The package was to arrive on 03/22. It never arrived. I sent an email about the problem, was told that they would check their ware house. That was the only response, and i still don't have the merchandise. I have tracking#9274899994421403652634. At this point, if it is still possible, i would like the case. If they are unable to fill the order in a timely manner, please return my money.

            Respected sir/madam,
            I want to say that I ordered a Smartphone Moto G turbo white colour from Amazon.in on 27th March, 16. for that i submitted shipping details, apply coupon code GYJQJ3YW. and ordered at 4999.00 (picture included). i received a message from Amazon.in saying "Thanks for your Amazon.in order!, we will send a confirmation when your order (#[protected] dispatches. total: Rs. 4999.00(picture included). but when i checked the status of my order in the evening there was no information regarding my order. so i contacted customer care for the same and they said "the items were listed with an incorrect price on our website for a short time"(picture included) but as per i know there was no price error the reduction in the price was due to the discount coupons and after the more conversation with him he said "Actually we have received the information from our team side that was price error that is why order cancelled." (picture included) i wasn't satisfied with their responses and then next day i got a message from Amazon.in that "your recent order for Moto G turbo was processed with a discount due to technical issue & will be cancelled. we are sorry for the inconvenience caused."(picture included). first they said the price error and then technical issue. they are just making excuses, first they show discount to attract customers to increase traffic on their website and cheat them with silly excuses. and saying you can now order at current price at Rs 12499.00
            the possible solution is that i want the that phone at the price i ordered earlier Rs 4999.00.
            i hope you concern about my issue and try to do full justice.
            i am attaching all the necessary pictures of order and conversation

                I have ordered a microsoft lumia phone 8gb, black on 13th march - for which i have paid whole amount with an emi scheme. To date no information regarding dispatch etc.I have contacted several times to custom care. all the time there response are very nice but all in vain no proper answer. I contacted the seller and they said it is dispatched but no status record is found. Custom care of amazon.in is asking me now to cancel the order and make a new order. in the mean time 1st emi is already deducted - then who will take the responsibility of this emi ? I need my ordered phone with the same purchase order as soon as possible.

                  I wanted to purchase the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phone for sure since 9th March, 2016 as I have participated in all the flash sales of the 32GB version, I do agree that the first two sales were too fast that it was my fault that I was not able to add it to cart. But today on 6th April what I encountered made me feel ''is this the way such big companies work'', if yes, they should be shut down immediately. I was completely prepared to buy this phone, the sale started and on Amazon, it was just 1% claimed when I clicked on the 'Add to Cart button, it gave me a message that checking the deal, then add to cart button appeared again and when i clicked on it, it never worked, I went back and came back to the page again and repeated this thing so many times, but failed. I saw turning the flash sale from 1% claimed, 11%, 30%, and so on and then 100% claimed and it never worked. I am so frustated now that even if xiaomi and amazon will personally come to deliver this phone at my house for free, I will kick them out as they have kicked me out everytime I tried to gave them business. And what happened today, was completely the fault from the company's side. Further, my friend and I also tried on the Mi.in, but on that website, the 32GB version never came in stock at any moment. According to Amazon and Xiaomi, customers are fool and that should be their logo forever. It's completely amazon and xiaomi's fault that they are not able to provide to the customers what they are actually meant for. Further, if you're having a flash sale, then make your servers work or don't put flash sales. And if I talk about mi.in, they are just useless, the phone never came in stock on that website even though it was widely promoted that today is Mi fan festival in which they were giving rs 50 off on a case purchased with the phone what a great discount first, but at least make the product available instead of false commitments. I have screenshots of amazon purchases with me. But can't send them right now as it's in the phone and I can't access those images right now. But I can provide them for sure.

                  True buddy.. same did I experience.. I wonder the star ratings they give might also be fake.. Leave this.. the china made ####ing stuff.

                  And let us not be befooled. Yes we need phones, there are other companies. Let us decide, we won't go for MI ever, and let us decide we won't buy from amazon.!

                  If it costs them business... they will stop playing with indian customers!

                    The complaint is regarding "amazon.in"

                    when i ordered this product, i received defective piece. then i asked for my refund amount. then my reverse pick up was scheduled to 12 march, 2016 with tracking id[protected]. its April 6, 2016 now but i have not received my cheque in spite of frequently contacting customer care i was insured to receive my amount on 5th april which is still beyond the company's refund policy.

                    A very carelessness attitude is shown by the amazon to me for my refund cheque. i called the customer care various times and i was assured every time to be patient.

                    please see into the matter and i want a good compensation for their careless attitude towards consumers.

                      I ordered laptop battery and they provides us the faulty product and having functional issue.(Order #[protected]

                      I really want to know that before user going to buy any product, why amazon clearly not says that if something happened wrong with product, user only be the responsible to send the item back to seller by there own. If such information your provide before buy then definitely we should think before buy and go for some other option.And why amazon doing advertise such non-sense things like "apna ghar " easy return -" hassle free return " ? Where this thing gone now ?? Basically there are doing cheating with the customer. And also please remove ur tag from social media, its not suit for your organization.
                      See i don't have time to contact any courier service. So its better you contact from your end and the courier service will contact me and i will handover the product to the same courier guy.
                      If i suppose to go for courier service then i am looking for transportation cost to reach courier office + shipping amount + product amount.

                      Looking for positive response, because i mailed several times and u come to the same conclusion.

                      And definitely this is very bad experience for me to buy product from amazon.

                      I supposed to get my money back in the account asap.

                      And i also called so many times for customer service of amazon to ask escalation matrix of amazon, but none of the representative providing me the correct response. They don't have any information about it .. They simply say u have to mail on [protected]@amazon.In. But as of now i am not getting any positive response. Hope this time i will get the appropriate channel for escalation.

I have also contact the amazon agent and he was saying that he will come with in an hour and 1 hour and so on... He was giving me the excuses... And i also wasted my 1 day salary from my company...                             I placed an order with Amazon for a mobile phone to be delivered to my son at Manipal. They accepted my order and took my money on 1st Feb, 2016. They did not deliver my order to date. Kept giving me excuses. About a week ago, they said they are refunding my money.

                            First, why take orders which they have no intention of fulfilling?
                            Second, why cause me and my son harassment, by giving all wrong info?
                            Third, even if they do return my money, they should pay penal interest for using my money for 2 months.

                            I have filed a case against them in the Hyderabad Consumer Court seeking for penal interest and punitive damages for all the trouble they have given me.

                            I request you to assist me in highlighting their arrogant behaviour and their attempts to fool customers.

                            If somebody takes your order and money, and does not deliver, is it not a criminal offence? That is why I call them THIEVES.

                              I had made a order with amazon on 27 mach 2016 of moto g turbo, with a promotional code @4999. Then i received the confirmation of the order from the amazon team but after 2 days they cancelled my order by saying they can't process order at this low amount. Now they are saying that "we regret the error that resulted in an third party promotional code being applied to amazon orders (Moto g turbo) due to a technical glitch."

                              Please look into this matter this is a clear cut case of deficiency in services and they make false promises to customer.

                                My order no is #[protected]. I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (White) on amazon on 27th March, 2106. There was a promotional code due to which I got a Rs.7500 discount. The order was confirmed by amazon and I was supposed to receive the phone at Rs.4999. But amazon cancelled my order saying that the discount was due to a technical issue and refunded the amount. This is an unacceptable behavior and fault of amazon. I want the handset to be delivered to the same address as mentioned in my original order.

I am waiting for phone more than 5 days to gift someone on 05.04.2016. at the last moment getting call from your courier service at 18:30 pm (Dt 04.04.2016 ) .                                     I had returned the a product on 14th march and till date you have not refunded my amount to my account. In spite of sending many mails i have not got any update from your end and its really ashamed of you guys. Its all false promise you are proving to the customer stating that your case has been escalated and you will get a call back or revert in 24 - 48 hours. I have never seen an irresponsible people as you are in an entire lifetime.

                                      I had received an email from my friend referral, and as per email i had created an amazon account on the same day and purchased a product for qualifying refer and earn scheme.
                                      Now they are saying you are not eligible for referral amount without any clarification.
                                      Just they are forwarding their terms and condition.
                                      Normally they are trapping us to buy with luring such schemes.

                                        Hi, I have ordered one item with order ID Order #[protected] and I have taken guaranteed one day service as I need that order on a particular date. When I ordered, it's shows 1Apr on or before 8pm it will deliver and I got the confirmation mail.
                                        I waited for whole day, and my order have not reached..!!
                                        So around 7pm I contacted customer care through chat and talked with Mr.Raghav from leadership team. I asked what is the meaning of guaranteed delivery meaning..! He told me everything without any solution to my questions and suddenly chat got disconnected..!!
                                        I have ordered this items to gift my friend on their honeymoon night..and I have taken guaranteed service to fulfill my wish. But Till the whole day of 1st of Apr I haven't received and information from Amazon side, whole day it showed, it will deliver on or before 8pm. I got a mail late evening that it will deliver 2nd Apr.
                                        Again I contacted customer care leadership team and this time Mr.Jai. He told me, we can not do anything..!!
                                        I asked couple of questions, I haven't got and proper answer..
                                        1. Is there any mistake from my side that I have to suffer as a customer??
                                        2. He offered me that I will get back my shopping charge!! Will that return my 1Apr night? as I want to give surprise to my friend.
                                        3. Funny thing is, he said to cancel my order!!!
                                        After talking sometime he simple closed the chat..!!! I don't know, how he can do with a custom and when he is representing AMAZON.
                                        It hurt me a lot..I completely lost.. I have ordered after getting the guaranteed delivery time and date. I have no mistake from my side.. I haven't got any information from anyone about delay.. And 9pm shocked with customer care leadership team's behavior..!!! They are simply saying we can't do anything..as if as a customer I have do a very serious mistake to place a oder with guaranteed delivery service..!!! What I guaranteed service from Amazon..!!and behavior from Amazon leadership team!!!
                                        Around 12am at night I call again to customer care through phone and had I talk with leadership team. He asked me some really funny things..
                                        1. You cancel the order..
                                        2. When I explain my necessity to get the oder to be delivered on 1st Apr, he asked my Will it stop you friends honeymoon? Then what is a problem to take the delivery on next day... I really shocked with this suggestion..!!
                                        3. It will take 24 hr to deliver as it is one day service and you have order at 12:02am on 1Apr, and 24hr complete complete at 12:02am on 2nd Apr, so you will get that order delivered on 2nd Apr. Everything is OK from Amazon side..!! I don't know what they thing about customer!!! I asked then why it showed me the guaranteed delivery time as 1st Apr, when I placed my order..how I can get the confirmation mail with guaranteed delivery time..!! I haven't got my answer again..!!!

                                        Amazon Leadership Team simply said we cannot do anything..!!!

                                        Is this the expected behavior from Amazon leadership team??!!

                                        Is this the way that Amazon blame customer even customer don't have any mistake from their side??

                                        Is this the meaning of paid guaranteed delivery service from Amazon??

                                        Is this the way to change guaranteed delivery service date without informing customer??

                                        Is it same that you want something at night and got it on next day morning??

                                        When customer has to suffer when ordered with guaranteed service??

                                        I have no clue, where from I will get the all answer..!! Because Amazon leadership team have not answered all my questions rather they try to impose their decision on customer like me!! It is not at all expected from reputed company like Amazon..!!!
