    I have had a transaction with amazon and the monitor which i orderd gave it back. The money refunded in my account but in wrong name thus preventing me to get back the amount.
    The transaction took place before eight months.
    Also, i had called your customer care executives for several times and got no response.
    Heceforth i would request you to refund back my money in compliance with the aforementioned details.
    The name being wrong was a mistake on your counterpart thus my amount has been stuck since months.
    Kindly solve my issue at the earliest. I hope you will look into my matter thus preventing me to take any other further action.

      I had registered for the flash sale of redmi note 3 on the 4th may and i was able to successfully add one to my cart and checked out within 15 minutes.
      However after 5 minutes i received a mail that my account has been closed and my order stands cancelled. After inquiring with the customer care why my account was closed he replied that it was because i have been ordering products for re selling purpose.
      This is totally untrue my last order was in december that is 4 months ago and i have not ordered more than 10 products in the last 2 years how can i do reselling business in that.
      I waited for that phone for a month now and after successfully placing the order they send such an email is totally unethical. If they found my account as a reseller why dint they closed it when i subscribing for the flash sale. I want the product and my account to be restored.
      Same thing happens to me also...Amazon is a cheater company...they also cancelled my order.

        With ref to the above i would it is really sad to mention that a Company like amazon has such poor and rubbish services.I had ordered a protein supplement flavour cookies and cream on 30th April 16 and the expected delivery date was 2nd May 16 instead i got a call from the seller(muscle clause) on 2nd May that this flavour is not available to which i said its okay you can give me mango flavour to which he agreed, however today i.e 6th May i recieved the protein having alpine punch flavour.It is higly annying that the product which was supposed to be deliverd in 2 days got delivered in 7 days and that even the wrong one.Further the courier boy refused to take it back but somehow he agreed and took it back.I request you to kindly refund my money at the earliest as it has been a horrible experience.

          I ordered a dragon war gaming mouse on 29th April. I called customer service team and asked them to schedule the delivery before 3pm on 1st may. On 2nd may first delivery was attempted at 5pm and as usual i was not at home and I got the message from Amazon that addressee was not available . Till now the order has not been delivered and I am in touch with customer service team and they were keep on saying
          1.that they have contacted delivery team and they will deliver the order before 3pm.
          2. Order will be delivered tomorrow.
          3. I have placed notes.

          1st advisor Satya said he arranged things for me. 2nd jayshree said i have arranged it before 1pm. 3rd akshay said i have arranged it before 11am. 4th sudeep said order will be delivered tomorrow and i will call you before 11am with the order status. 5th advisor said i am raising the complain against all of them and gave INR 150 compensation (seriously? Made me felt like beggar )

          I promise i will not place order from amazon ever again . Customer service is full of crap and fake promises . At last there is one advice to customer service people "stop spoiling Amazon's name guys"...

            I have purchased a laptop an year ago on 2nd october 2014 from amazon.In.
            At that time hp was now allowing any prduct which buyed from amazon or snapdeal to avail warrenty.. I report this issue to amazon they said me that they will pickup the product.. No person come to pickup the product.. Writing mails to amazon and doesn't come to any solution. I submitted the detials of laptop to the hp for 3 years accidential warrenty support and paid around[protected] for warrenty to hp redemption team. Hp redemption team told me to submitt bill and image of box sticker so that they can cover the laptop in warrenty for next 3 years. Also my account was blocked by amazon account specialist team after that. My laptop accidentally fall and leading to some lcd failure problem as.. I called hp. As my laptop comes under a 3 years warrenty now. The engg come at my door step and take some image of lcd serial number and other things. And told me to provide invoice of the laptop.. They told me that parts would be issued by hp after they review the ct number of the component.. Unfortunately the lcd ct number got mismatched with ships component serial number.. They said the ct number is inner part number of hp and during purchase customer can't see that code.. And hence they will not cover the lcd in warrenty and they also said in future if any ct numberof any component in the laptop got mistmatched they will not give the warrenty of that component.. I told amazon.. But first i need the invoice of the laptop and request amazon account specialist team to reinstate my account.. First they reinstate my account for 48 hours and i request amazon for invoice and told them about regarding this.. They assured me after various request that they will provide a refund/replacement of this product as its also been seen that the seller on amazon is not allowed by hp to sell any product of hp but still amazon is supporting that seller.. Afterall he solds non-genuine or altered products of hp and at last when i explain this.. They said me if i submit an hp service denial mail/ letter to them. After that i request hp for this.. The service manager send me a service denial mail regarding that. And i straight forward send that mail to amazon but unfortunately they don't give any responses.. Also i request sevral times to account specialist team to reactivate my account. But they denied every time.. I request them.
            I have been asked by the amazon to submitt a service denial mail by service center so that they would be able to issue me a replacement/ refund for the product (Mail screenshot attached) since its been 2 days.. Of submission of service denial mail screenshot.. I havn't get any reply from amazon customer care (Service denial mail screenshot attached). Yesterday i have also call on your toll free number[protected] and i have been asked to wait for 24 hours for getting a response for the mail. But unfortunately i havn't got any mails.. And today i again call on your toll free number and customer care mam there committed that since my account is on hold and she told me that she had requested for account unhold and my account would be unlock within 2-4 hours.. And also i have been asked that within 24-48 hours i will get a response in regard for service denial mail.
            But i have checked that my account is still on hold.. And also till in this time frame no mail response has been given so far..
            I request you to look into this matter so that i will get a solution as early as possible.
            Now i can't know where to go. Amazon and hp just played with my trust.

            They teel it is due to technical issue they are cancelling the order within 24 hrs

            i purchase hp deskjet printer 2135 having order ID[protected] from amazon. in and after 1 month o[censored]se its giving me problems and i went to service centre and they told me that they will not provide me warranty as it is purchased from online. so i called amazon regarding this and they told me to ask them for service denial letter and i went to service centee for denial letter and again they told me that they cant issue denial letter for the product which purchased from online. so again i call amazon regarding this and this time amazon takes step back and told me that they cant do anything now. so whats my fault here? now i dont know what to do?

                I have ordered the above mentioned item on 14th april’16. I wanted to buy this for the birthday of my friend. When i did not receive this till 27th april, i raised a cancellation request. Suddenly i received the item the same day. Then i raised a return request because the item was not required by me for the intended purpose at that time. Delivery period confirmed at the time of order was 20-25th may and item received was delayed so i thought i will be able to get my money back without much problems but i didn’t know that was just the beginning of endless and mindless follow-ups.
                I was told that item must be despatched by me as amazon can’t arrange for the pickup. I know it for sure that amazon arrange for pickup from my address.
                When i insisted and after few follow-ups i was committed that item can be despatched by my using couriers associated with amazon and i will get the refund of the courier charges. I tried calling the couriers name given but they refused to arrange pick up. After that i decided to send the items myself and went to blue dart, hadapsar, pune. Blue dart refused to take the packet asking for a road permit for the material as it’s value was more than 500 rs. I called amazon from there and ensure blue dart and amazon logistic team representative talk to each other regarding this. After that call amazon person (Utkarsh) told me and sent me an email saying my pickup from home will be done and i should not worry. This happened on 30th april evening. Today i am still waiting for a pickup but there is no positive response from amazon customer care team. They are giving text book responses like you need to dispatch the item by yourself.
                Strangely there is no escalation or customer grievances cell that i could reach during so many follow ups.
                Can you help me?

                  I have received this item on 31st december 2015 and this item was broken so i return it in next 3 days. And i didnot recieve my refund yet. I contact the seller and they said that you get your refund in next 3 days by cheque rs 115 but now three to 4 months has gone and i did not receive my refund. The ikare tempered glass screen protector shield guard for one plus 2 was of 115 rs. So i request you to refund my money

                      I would like to share my experience about Amazon. Have been an online buyer for few years. I have purchased small to large electronic goods from Amazon and had confidence in them. But my recent experience had been bitter which prompted me to cancel all open orders with Amazon. (1) Pathetic shipping process- no time commitment, respect for customer’s time, courier person fooling around. (2) Horrible customer service – (a) I am enquiring about a cashback with complete order details while customer service person is giving resolution for another order cancellation status. (b) They want me to provide bank statement to investigate whether I have received cashback or not but won’t provide the cashback amount and transaction reference# so I can check my account statement or call bank. (c) I am asking for an escalation contact and here is the response – “We can't escalate this issue to our billing team until unless you provide the bank statement. That's why we are asking you for bank statement. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I request you to please provide us the bank statement. I'm sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter unless you provide us the bank statement”. So now this is a dead end with Amazon, no escalation point beyond regular customer service. (d) Estimated shipment was showing two weeks from order date, but when I wrote an email after a week they arranged shipment on the same day, who has the time to regularly check and follow up with customer service to get products delivered…btw it was a cooler which I needed urgently, two weeks for shipment???? I think this is 3/4 years back condition (e) I had cancelled order but refund was never initiated, almost 7K, I had to check, follow up after which Amazon initiated the refund process. Long story short, although Amazon is a big brand, you cannot blindly rely on them. You experience dealing with Amazon somewhere down the line will be frustrating. I have stopped buying from Amazon. In general shipping/receiving delivery is a pain for online orders especially if you are the only person to receive the delivery.

                      The product send was defective hence I returned it as per their return policy on 1st March 2016 after receiving the product on the last week of February 2016, but no refund is received till date nor did I hear anything from them.

                      I had bought the shoes of Sparx (SM113) from Amazon which were delivered to me at 9 Jan. But they damaged after 40-45 days.The sole of shoes is removing. So now I want new shoes without defeat or back my money.

                        This was supposed to be delivered on monday 2nd may 2016. I received confirmation of out for delivery on the same date through sms & email. With repeated calls to their customer service. They promised numerous times about delivery & apologies. This is high time now. This is the worst experience. I received parcels from ebay just yesterday. Which proves that my address & phone number is working. They are harnessing like this. I want strong action against this. Please do the needful.

                          I have ordered this product (Accu-Chek Active). Order #[protected]
                          Today my brother received the box. Unfortunately the product was not present in the box. It was empty. Only a manual was present inside the product cover.
                          The product cover was packed in the outer cartoon paper cover, but no product was present inside.

                          Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful. This type of negligence can not be expected from Amazon. Was getting shocked after experiencing such incident.

                              I had purchased a mobile phone (One plus X) of price rupees 14999.00 from Amazon India on 29/03/2016. My order number was[protected]. The phone was not working properly, so I requested for the replacement. I returned the product, and they sent me new mobile again on 17/04/2016. I found same issues with the new mobile as well. So finally, I requested for the return of product on 18/04/2016,
                              I sent back that mobile to amazon on 19/04/2016. They received their mobile back, but didn’t transferred the money to my account. I have not received my money back till now. I called customer cares representative more than 10 times, and every time they are requesting for the new information’s and telling that money has been transferred to my account. Consumer care representative misbehaved with me as well. I received a mail from amazon stating that money is transferred successfully on 25 April, 2016 with an authorization code for sale transaction IG0BSNKBX1. Today I went to my bank branch, and they informed me that no money has been transferred to my account. I request you to please help me to get my money back.

                                I have bought the product on 21.04.16 and paid through State bank of India internet banking. Later, I cancelled my order and I got an email from amazon stating that a refund was initiated on 25.04.16. It was also mentioned that the refund amount will be credited on my bank account within 5 days from 25.04.16. They also provided me with an reference number(IG0BVYZZE7) for the refund.

                                Till date(03.05.16) I haven't received any refund from their side. Contacted them a lot of times through phone calls and emails but the only reply I got was wait for some more days and contact your bank's customer care and launch a "dispute" as the transaction never processed.

                                Contacted my bank's customer care and launched a complain with the Reference Number(IG0BVYZZE7) that they have given me. Got a reply from bank's customer care that the Reference Number that I have given them was the Reference Number that was generated from my side(customer) when I paid for the product online, and not from the sellers(amazon) side for the refund. Later I checked with my bank statement and found that the Reference Number(IG0BVYZZE7) was generated when I paid for the product online.

                                When I asked the seller(amazon) for the Reference Number for the transaction of the refund, they are saying that IG0BVYZZE7 is the Reference Number generated for the refund processed.
                                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I'm facing the same issue with Amazon.

                                  I place one order on amazon its philips dsp home theater. But everyday amazon arrange a re pick up for me but all the they failed and its an prepaid order. They giving me different reason. Even there courier people promise me to come and they haven't visit my place or else they update the company that customer not picking up the call. I must say amazon deliver the pathetic services. I never preferred amazon for my shopping.

                                    I ordered two phones. They said it'll be delivered today, i received an sms stating ÿour order is arriving today". Called them thrice to verify if the phones would be delivered today, and it was assured that they will be before 8pm. But their 8pm never came. We all know how essential a commodity mobile phone is. This behaviour of amazon india lands me here.

                                      Hi, i've been cheated and harassed by amazon people. I had worst customer experience with amazon. These people are doing fraud with customer. Let me brief my story.

                                      I have placed an order for iphone 6s worth 42000 on 6th april. It was supposed to be delivered by next day but nothing has been received so far. Its almost a month and i have neither received my product nor refund. According to amazon, my shipment has been delivered and tracking details also been updated. It has been received by an unknown person (Sameer). I can't trace any such person staying here at my neighbor location. I was at office and my premises was closed when it was delivered. Immediately reported amazon and requested to send courier guy to identify that person. Nobody has visited my place and i am getting only one reply "the order has been completed from our end". Can you imagine such unprofessional response from an international brand ! How could they deliver an expensive product to third person without intimating customer ! Since then, i've called many times to their so called "friendly customer care" and talked with multiple agent as well as supervisors from amazon leadership team. Most of the supervisors made fake promise and asked me to wait for 2 working days and if you will not receive your order then refund/replacement will be initiated. After 2 days, i got an email with same response "the order has been completed from our end". Oh god, this illiterate people even don't understand the meaning of delivered/complete order. As per them, the order completion means throw customer packet anywhere and update the system as "delivered". If its completed then why didn't i receive my order yet! This is what they call safe and legitimate delivery. Now, i am tired of calling and drafting email. This kind of after sale service was never expected from amazon. The most shocking moment was when i asked for pod (Proof of delivery) and courier direct contact number from one of the supervisor, he said "we can't provide it "!!! Well, this is how amazon making revenue and advertise as "most trustful brand". I am not a millionaire and 42000 is a very big money for me.

                                      Now, i've decided to proceed in legal way. I will highlight this to e-commerce ombudsman for consumer disputes. For legal proceedings, i've asked for pod ( proof of delivery), order invoice and details of courier company but they have not given any information except the invoice. This is extremely frustrating for me.

                                      Same thing happened with me.. They didnt deliver a SD Card.. but they claimed that they did it. When i have asked to produce the signature for proof of delivery they didn't.

                                        This is the product i ordered from amazon and this is completely fraud item they sent to me, i requested for refund on 15th april'16 but no pickup happened by amazon till 22nd april, then again i requested for return and hence product is picked up on 23rd april'16 but till date no refund has been processed, i talked to almost 10 executives of amazon, they all given me fake information and not solving the issue.
