Bought and iPhone 6, one year before and had a display issue of late . Given it for service to a nearest apple service centre and they denied replacing stating that the spares and display is Duplicate . Many a times contacted call centre but not had given any resolution . Need an immediate remediation by replacing the phone . Worried on my purchase and want a solution asap .

      On 27th March, 2016. I have placed an order - Moto G Turbo for 4999/- Order got placed successfully.

      After 2 days i received a mail from amazon stating Refund for amazon order# num was successful.
      But, I haven't cancelled the order then how come amazon can cancel my order.
      I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by amazon. Companies like amazon are playing cheap tricks and playing games with customers feelings.

      Amazon have a gut feeling that nobody can complaint on them whatever the cheap tricks they do.
      I request you to take serious action on companies like "Amazon.in" who are trying to fool their customers.


      Its marketing strategy Amzon did and customer dont know about this promotional code whether it is from amazon or some where else.Its a Amazon web technical glitches and because of that if order is placed than customer is not liable for that.

      We already spend a time for this stuff

        The worst online shopping experience i had. Have ordered a watch worth 6000 as a gift to a client last Wednesday 20th April which is still not delivered (29th April) paid 100rs extra for one day delivery since saturday only thing in my everyday schedule is morning evening calling customer care repeating all the story again and again and getting the same crap that " we assure you it will be delivered today and we will call back" but nothing happens and amazing thing is they updated on online tracking that the customer requested to delay the delivery.Are they out of the mind here i am constantly trying to get gift delivered ASAP and they are bluffing online. No senior calls up to let me know why its happening.Will never ever shop with amazon and am going to deleted my account. order #[protected].

          Amazon continuously cheating me on tv that i have purchased and they are not delivering the product till date and there is no tracking details available. They have tie-up with gati courier and for their courier services and the gati people were speaking rough and threatening. Tired contacting amazon people multiple times and there is no proper response. Even they have created an replacement with out my knowledge.

          Amazon is surviving cheating the people.

            Amazon send me 10 GB phone with label of 16 GB as I order online and paid for 16 GB . When contacted customer care they ask to send my phone first to them. As this process take time .I ask them to send me first new mobile and then pick up as I can't keep my sim card inactive for weeks. As they send me faulty product instead of full payment in advance I demand compensation from them as they refuse to send me new mibile.
            Please look into this matter and put me out of this misery

              I have received gift being billed from relatives abroad. However having placed a replacement order amazon has not acknowledge the same for 2 weeks now for details that only a billing person can tell. How can a person just receiving the gift goods have confidential details of the person who is sending the gift.

              This is the second time I am writing to Amazon CS for return of goods received by me as gift.

              Order No :[protected] Need replacement for damaged delivery.
              Order No :[protected] Need replacement for size.

              Amazon should have the relevant details & instead call the billing person for verification.

              Also I have noticed that the packing boxes sizes are reduced to reduce volume for transportation which takes a toll on the goods being damaged in transportation. Suggest not to place online orders for delicate items to avoid issues later on delivery.

                I have order a Samsung grand 2 on 13 October and there was a promotion was going on HDFC bank debit and credit card can get 15% cash back on their order Order #[protected] they said me you will get your cash back by 17 Jan 2016 but till now i haven't get my cash back, i have called customer care service many times they were saying first they are giving cash back to credit user who have done payment with credit card after that you will receive but till i didn't get yesterday i have made call Amazon customer they said me that you will not receive cash back as you done your payment with internet banking.

                  The both the product which i have got is expired one the first product i have already open after open i have realised that the product which i got was expired one . So the 2nd product i have already returned. My return tracking id:

                  I have contacted the sellers different time but the sellers are not responding to my question. They are not caring the customer.
                  Because of this i have lost 7100 rs (4300+2800). I hop that you understand my queries.

                  Again and again i am telling you that still the sellers are selling the expired products in amazon for the evidence pls see the attachment.
                  I hope that you will do the necessary ...
                  I'm happy to get the product replace instead of refund . So pls provide me the replacement...

                    I've placed 6 different order from Amazon India at 6th of Apr 2016. Order no is[protected]. Out of six I've received only three and rest of three orders which is from Khadi Brand I've never received. When I thought the product is getting delayed, I called them just to know the status. After that what they have said was shocking. They said I've already cancelled my product from my end and refused to take. But I never did anything like that. When I clarify my point to them they told me they will place my order again. The date was 12/04/2016. They assured me that the product will be deliver on 19th of Apr. Not only that they told me that they will inform me regularly about the track status of the product. They did nothing. When I called them again on 21st of Apr. Then they informed me that my product had broken in a midway so they again cancelled my product. I then told them just to cancel it now. Then they cancelled my product saying that your money will refund in 2 days. We will call and inform you about this. Again they never called till date. When I called them today to get the status of cancellation they informed me that your product is not cancelled and not came in a refund procedure because your product is not arrived to us till date. I'm seriously very disappointed with there untrustworthy behavior. Please help me to get my money back.

The product was worst then i returned on 23rd march.Still i didn't get my refund.I had lots of chats and calls with the costumer care people.I did followup from almost 35 days.when i will get my money back?There is no contact point.The costumer care people are saying same answer every time.whom should i contact?

                        I have bought one redmi 2 from amazon on 15th apr 2015. It was having warranty till 15th apr 2016.
                        In december the product went dead but as i was outside india when i returned in february as it was under warranty i checked for the invoice (As you know amazon provides the invoice online) from my order details. I took the printed invoice to the service center and there i got to know that the imei number mentioned in the invoice is not matching with the product.

                        Then right away i have raised a complaint with the service center and then the story continues as it is

                        I have initiated this request on 10-feb-2016 by calling customer care.
                        They asked me to provide the correct imei details and i have replied in the mail.
                        Later i got an email mentioning to contact the seller directly for invoice.
                        So i did follow the process and contacted the seller on 11-feb-16.
                        Seller replied on 19-feb-16, saying they cant provide a revised invoice only amazon can provide that.
                        20-feb-16, amazon customer care confirmed they will provide the revised invoice as the order was amazon fulfilled.
                        On 23-feb-16 again i have been told i have to wait for 4 more working days
                        I called on 29-feb-16, asked to wait for 24 hours
                        Called again on 2-mar-16, asked to wait for 24 - 48 hours.
                        4-mar-16, asked to wait for 4 days over chat (Akash)
                        9-mar-16, asked to wait for 24 hours
                        9-mar-16, called, he told to wait for 24 hours(Milan)
                        And in the chat it was told to wait till 14th mar
                        When i contacted on 14th mar, i was being told complaint has been raised for this issue and wait (Spoke with abhishek)
                        Called again on 22nd march, they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                        Contacted again on 2nd apr, they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                        Contacted on 8th apr, they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                        Contacted again on 15th apr (The day my warranty was expiring), they told they have escalated it to the higher level and they will definitely help in alternative ways.
                        Contacted on 18th apr, they told as the warranty is expired they cant do anything.

                        This is how the service from a global organization which advertises everyday in social network and tv claiming they are the best customer service provider.

                        The same story is with me now.

                        Exactly same.
                        I am taking legal action against them.

                        Is your problem resolved finally ?
                        If yes then how ?
                        I am still hoping for resolution.

                          Not giving my money back and not even ready to accept their mistake
                          the thing is that, the amazon service is really stupid believe it or not...
                          let me describe the whole incident :-

                          firstly i ordered a product from amazon and it was sent wrong then i patient fully gave sent it back

                          and when i asked for my money back they asked me for my bank account but i refused as i don't want my bank information to be shared so they stored m money in gift card

                          and when i tried to buy something in that money then they refused to give my money back...

                          now tell me what should i do...

                          please reply as soon as possible

                              I Registered my Self for Redmi Note 3 Sale on 8th April 2016 for 13th April Sale
                              the Gentleman of customer care of amazon said me go on www.amazon.com and explained me the whole process of booking. My call was from 1:56 pm to 2:45pm the guy was unable to explain me the booking details.

                              There was a error coming of Address invalid

                              The customer care executive did not know that www.amazon.com is an US site
                              and will not be able to book with indian address.

                              The customer care executive person at Amazon dont know his own website.

                              SHOCKING

                              Loss: I was not able to book my phone and it was out of stock
                              What I got : Apology

                              Again I registered my Self for next sale.

                              Same day no option of Proceed to sale was displayed I Again called Hopeless customer care (Mymistake).

                              They said I am not registered for sale.

                              This Sale of Redmi Note 3 is fake.
                              There is some geniune problem with website or customer care past 1 month not able to book 1 handset.

                              OR I guess customer sales is turned to dealers sale.

                              No individual customer is benefitted for Sale need to take this up as per escation matrix i want Same.

                                I have ordered(10th april 2016) this item on deals for around Rs:7300.
                                The item has a problem in transit and returned back to amazon. Amazon customer care executive has requested for replacement on 18th April 2016 ( new Order #[protected].

                                Today on 27th april when i call customer service, they are still asking me to wait and not sure about the item delivery.

                                Item cost has gone upto 13000 Rs. I think, because of this reason amazon is holding the delivery.

                                    It's been second time in a matter of one month that I have been dislead by Amazon .in..I order a particular mobile cover case that was display in the site but when it was delivered to me It was not the one that I ordered .the displayed product and the delivered product was different.the first time i talked to the customer service, he said we r sorry and if i wish i can return it if i want to but i thought let it becand decided to order another one from the displayed item but this time also they delivered me a different item from the disolayed one.i am really disappointed and dissatisfied by Amazon.in.

                                      Hello Amazon,

                                      I'm feeling very annoyed for what's happening with my refund of amount.
                                      Firstly, nobody informed me that there is a problem in refund due to my name.
                                      Then when i updated my name and asked for refund, i got a message that refund will be credited in 2-4 business days on April 12th. Today's date is 26rd April and yet i didn't receive my refund.
                                      In refund tracking, its showing refund issued on March18th.

                                      Please refund my amount as soon as possible and keep me informed about the process.

                                        The amazon India has serious problem in handling the customer request. I guess its new business idea way to mint and fraud customers.

                                        The Order Id:[protected] toy zone magic cars comes in different colors and various prices, I ordered item X and amazon delivered item Y in the same box of (X), with screws missing and connectors missing for the magic car. Upon contacting customer care they were rude in answers saying amazon seller’s mistake pointing to them instead providing solutions, washing hands in middle.

                                        If amazon don’t have quality checks why are they selling online? Risking kids without any Quality on products. This looks like second hand used product packed in nice box.
                                        This kind of fishy business is holding customers money and commitment for no fault of them, hats of amazon. Refund is holding us for mistakes of yours.

                                        Specially advice to parents please see what is important to kids : quality/safety of the children products?
