There was offer on Amazon.in online shooping for MOTO-G tubro(White) mobile handset which in 4, 999. I booked the mobile and after sometime they said, because of server down this thing is happen and they revert the offer, We have wasted time for the same, Please register my complaint against this.

    On 21/03/2016 i ordered a redmi note prime mobile phone+screen guard+back cover prepaid and online on amazon.In of rs. 8274/- which were supposed to get delivered to sanjeev kumar, punjab national bank, rajendra place, delhi 110125 before 26/03/2016 as promised by amazon. But due to holiday on 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 march 2016 bank remained closed. Still amazon internet site is showing that the mobile phone was delivered to the customer on 25/03/16 at 07:26pm, though sanjeev kumar was not contacted by the courier service personal before giving such delivery and since sanjeev kumar was not there in bank as bank was closed, the mobile phone delivery receipt did not got signed by sanjeev kumar. Despite of these facts amazon has yet not taken any corrective action to resolve my problem neither they are processing refund of rs. 7999/- in my bank account. Daily i am calling amazon customer care and daily they are just saying me to wait for some more time. Out of the three items ordered, except mobile phone rest have been delivered by amazon.
    I want amazon either to deliver the concerned mobile phone as early as possible or give my my money back as refund as items were supposed to get delivered before 26/03/16. 5 days have passed away and amazon is showing no progress in my fake delivery case.
    Everyday i am talking to a new customer care executive of amazon and wasting my precious time in explaining the matter to him/her which is giving me tension and pain.

      It was placed on 27 march 2016, sunday.
      I got one coupon code from my friend and i used it for the purchase of "moto g turbo " which was priced at 12, 499 and then after applying coupon code my order was confirm for 4999. I even got order confirmation mail from amazon india. After a day i got sorry mail from amazon about cancellation. It stated that order was accpeted in discounted price due to their technical issue and they were sorry for this. Soo i want to complain against amazon for cancelation of my order due to their techincal issue and which i was totally not responsibe.

        I had ordered a google cardboard vr kit by dmg on 25th march 2016 the purchase was already done by credit card.The expected delivery date was 30/3/2016. On that day amazon is saying that a delivery was attempted. Also the delivery boy kept his phone switched off. Next day i.E today the same thing happened the boy didn't pick up his phone, kept it off. Same message sent i.E. A delivery was attempted. Morever amazon said that the delivery could not be done because the addressee was not present. I had made shopping through amazon earlier but this was my worst experience.

          I purchased a mobile in offer, 'moto g turbo white 16 gb', from amazon.com and had done its payment, i got email confirmation that my transaction is successful and my order is placed successfully. After some day they emailed on their own that my ordered is cancelled, and returned my money after next 3 day, firstly if i have purchased anything, how could they cancel it, they own no right on the product after my payment for the product. I want my mobile anyhow, now that product belongs to me, and they have no right to take my goods.This is violating my consumer right, i want a prompt response toward this. Either they contact me and give me my mobile at the price i had purchased or give penalty for this act, that govt. Decide judicially.

            I order a moto g turbo phone at low price then its orignal price so i ordered successfully then I get the order confirmation mail on my registered email id then next day they cancel my order as they saying It was a technical issue for such a order.So I want my order as per my order confirmation pls take some actions for this I hope you will help me.I attached my order confirmation mail pic.

              Amazon cheating people by sending wrong product and saying no return after selling it. Delivered wrong product, now saying its not our mistake its seller mistake ??? no one is taking responsibility for the mistake happened. Very bad customer support team. talking very rudely.

              very bad experience from Seller & amazon. Wrong product delivered & not giving proper support to customers.
              I had order orange top & they delivered some navy blue top in the package. refer attached pics.
              I will suggest that don't order from Amazon as well as the seller - Gritstones, or check your order that they delivered right product or not.
              I continually contacting Amazon as well as seller but no one taking responsibility for the mistake & no one is interested to correct the same.
              Due to there mistake i am suffering a lot. last 3 days i doing cont followup with Amazon & putting 15 mails to seller & 20 + mails to Amazon, but no one doing anything. I am wasting my time with such kind of communications.
              The seller is saying that the product is out of stock, but the fact is the same product he is selling on his own website with Rs. 699 - https://www.gritstones.com/women-111/top-wear-women/casual-tops/orange-casual-to...
              if the product is out of stock then how can he will sell the same product on his website. the mistake was happen from seller then he have to take responsibility & exchange the same if he have the product at his end. But he is not doing the same & the amazon support team telling me that you can buy the product from seller website. but why should i do the same. If the same product i bought from Amazon on Rs 299 + 50 rs shiping charges & now telling me to buy with Rs. 699.
              The Amazon customer support team is sooo bad, talking very rudely with me, while conversation they cut your phone if they are not able to answer. I never seen such worst support team ever.

              Very very bad exp & service.

                I have ordered a watch "rosra trendy smart mens boys gents wrist watch" on jan 22, 2016 but it was not the same material i have ordered... The product was too cheap and pathetic that can not be explained. It was told that the watch is on discounted price of 80%.

                Now, i am going to file a case against amazon!! Now i want the product 400 + 80% discounted added to it!! You chaeter!!!

                  The story begins ofcourse by ordering a gift for my friend's daughter on 15th March, amount paid & both o[censored]s excited to receive this product. However wen u r ordering frm Amazon India plz b rest assured tht they will make your experience hopeless.. N u wud b left feeling disgusted tht a world renowned wen comes to India is worst than other Indian players.. To top it all, overall rude customer experience!
                  1:Rude delivery boy whose call i[censored] miss n call back after 3-4 mins tells u to wait fr ur order next day as he has already travelled 7-8 Kms in 3-4 mins.. ‪#‎Amazon‬ hired superman fr product delivery
                  2: call up customer care, the lady on other side tells u tht u hv no idea abt how things work here so all u hv to do is listen to her else she will start shouting at u
                  3:call escalated to ‪#‎SeniorLeadership‬
                  First of all de r not ready to escalate d call n den wen u force them to, ‪#‎Haseeb‬ assured you on 22nd March tht product will surely b delivered tmrrw
                  4:after waiting, on 25th March, I again call to check ur product delivery #SeniorLeadership acknowledges that falsely their transportation team has updated d status of "DeliveryAttempted" wer in it was never
                  5: Another member of #SeniorLeadership ‪#‎Sunny‬ assures tht he will ensure tht my product will be delivered next day n I'm still waiting for my product on 29th March!!
                  i am waiting for the delivery of my product or money returned!!

                    Dear Sir
                    On 01.12.2015, I have tried to purchase a wardrobe from Amazon but there was an error in transaction (my account was debited by Rs. 1254.56) for which i the money refund on 04.12.15 (ac Mini-statement enclosed) - (This is informed to you, so that you should not get confused by viewing two debit transaction and one Credit).

                    On the same day (01.12.15), I made another transaction which was successful, amount again debited by Rs. 1254.56 and after some days, I got the delivery of my product (wardrobe Order #[protected]. But i returned the product within the stipulated time on 15.12.15, as per Amazon's Policy (courier slip enclosed).

                    However this time i didn't get my money back. My courier charges of Rs. 300 were refunded in the form of reward points (as agreed by Amazon). but my amount spent for product purchase, Rs. 1254.56 is not refunded.

                    So many times I have contacted amazon, via email and Telecalling, But amazon is only claiming that they have initiated the refund. Also as suggested by Amazon, I have contacted my Bank, but the bank is saying that there is nothing pending with them and i[censored]TR No is given they will try to trace out something. When I have requested amazon for providing UTR no for the refund initiated by them, they have straightaway refused to produce the same and said that they initiated the refund.

                    Around three months are over, I have neither got my refund nor any help (UTR etc...) from amazon.
                    Kindly look into the matter. Despite of several mails and tele-calling I am not getting any positive sign for refund of my amount.

                    Please help...

                      Firstly u said delivery date not estimated
                      Now i cant find my order in column "my order"
                      So i[censored] think that ull say that it was a technical problem and ill support ur excuse then m sorry m filling complaint against ur company for making me cheat and being fraud with me
                      Not just this ill expose this on fb and social media and all blogs which i can
                      Being a regular buyer from Amazon i did not expect this cheat with me and this method of gaining popularity in market is not justified
                      I have all the required screen shots to prove u guilty so
                      I seek justice now b ready to fight case in delhi consumer court

                        I had ordered with successful online payment, moto g turbo on 27th march, 2016 after applying a promotional code which got successfully applied (Order #[protected]. I even got the email as well as text message confirmation that the order has been placed and will be shipped soon. After a day, again i get an email that my order has been cancelled owing to technical glitch. How this could be possible when the offer code was applied successfully yet amazon completely disagreed. According to indian contract act, i satisfied the contract from my side by doing online payment for the product and according to amazon policies, now its their duty to dispatch the product after recieving the payment. I would to get the shipment for that product to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

                          I ordered moto g turbo on 27th of march at 4999 rs by using a promo code "gyjqj3yw"(My order id=[protected]. Now they automatically cancelled my order without any notification, as they are saying that they didn't intend to sell it @ 4999 rs, it happened due to some technical error on their website. They are making fool o[censored]s...Started selling moto g turbo @ 4999, when more people started to order the phone, they automatically cancelled the orders...


                          They said it is due to technical issue. This issue is common in most of the online retailers. Kindly, take action against them so that they don't do this non-sense thing again...

                              I had registered for the redmi note 3 flashing sale on march 27, 2016 for the sale at 2 p.m. on march 30, 2016. i had waited for adding the product to the cart and successfully it got added to my cart around 2.05p.m. when der was just 15 mins left to checkout i got an error pop-up saying not registered and then the time out thing happened. wats just wrong, u can add to cart but u cant checkout to buy it. its terrible. now i get a message saying i did not register for the sale or did through wrong page

                                As on 27th march, 2016 i place order having number of #[protected] for purchasing of motorola g turbo smarat phone on amezone india.
                                I place order as on 27/03/2016 at about 14.15 hr from my mobile amazon application.
                                My mobile number is [protected] which is registered with amazon india.
                                The mobile actual price shown on amazone site 12499/ rs. And due to offer at amazon web site the price is 4999/ rs. When i give the order.
                                I select the white colour for this new purchase mobile.
                                After complete of the procedure of order booking the message came on my cell which give me confirmations regarding to my order for purchase the new mobile from amazon site.
                                The order number is #[protected].
                                As on 28/03/2016 at evening i got the another message from amazon website for the cancellation of the order due to some technical reason.
                                So i called to customer care and talk with them. They also give me the same reason.
                                The technical fault is the mistake of amazon india and its their problem.
                                Amazon cheat with me so i request you to help me to resolves this issue in time.
                                I want my ordered mobile with same price with discount that they offered.
                                Waiting for the favourable reply.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I order a phone on amazon.In on sunday i.E[protected] at 01.15 pm order id is order #[protected] for 4, 999 the actual price of this phone was 12499 on that date. The promotion code i got from my smart app that i applied on amazon app and successfully place the order and shipment details informed that will send you through email. At 6 pm i got a mail stating that th order has been cancelled. I called customer care they replied it was a technical problem they are not offering the mobile at this price and can not help and disconnect the call. And they informed me it takes 3-4 business days for the refund. But i asked them not to refund i need the same mobile at the same price they said they cant.I request you to take action against this fraud issue

                                    Dear Forum leader,

                                    I have ordered one mobile Moto G Turbo from amazon on 27 March 2016 done online payment & got tentative date of delivery but order got cancelled after 3 days from Amazon by giving the reason that promo code i applied was a technical error.
                                    Need support to get this issue resolved (getting the product at paid price & proper response from amazon that why order cancelled when this was not my fault)

                                      I have ordered moto g turbo from amazon at a price of 4999 and they are cancelling my order with out my permission and the order was placed successfully and the payment was done and after 5-7 hours they were canceling the order saying that there was a technical problem and they have delivered the phone who choosed 1 day delivery and those who opted standard delivery they have cancelled the order .sir please help to get the phone from them and not refund.
