Hi i orderd sofaset from westido worth 24 K, i returend it due to insufficient place at home, after so much of struggle working with my request, the supplier initaited a refun of only 19 k, i dont know for what purpose he is deducted 5 k.. i spoke to the executive she says i need to follow up on this.. i dont understand why somebody is not escalating this issue to the higher managemet.. Kindly someone assist me with this ASAp

      Please note that your own transportation is not going to delivery the materials to Shaktinagar which is just 20 km for away from Raichur(584170). They simply return the goods without our knowledge. If they informed we will make our own arrangement to collect. Other wise do not take our orders. Ours is big Colony having Thermal Power Station & having big market.

        I had ordered Ethnic Wear Rajasthani Chappals from Amazon.in and in the tracking it showed that the package has reached Hyderabad at 6:21 A.M and is out for delivery. I even got a SMS at 8:32 am that your package is out for delivery and will be delivered by Amazon agent (Mobile number: [protected]). Usually the agents contact you before delivery to know the exact location of the address. So you either expect to get a call in morning or afternoon or maybe late evening 6-7 P.M but if you don't receive it by this time you presume that the package will not be delivered that day. I went to my relatives house and at 9:05 p.m I receive a call from +91 [protected] not the official Amazon number supplied to me from the agent that he is ready to deliver the package. When I said so late in the night it is not possible and also he had not informed me earlier so I was not present to take the package. He said he will deliver the package tomorrow I said fine.

        The surprising and really unethical behavior which left me annoyed is today morning I receive a message on my mobile at 8:18 A.M that my package was successfully delivered. I thought this was some sort of mistake and quickly logged into my amazon account and was again flabbergasted to find that when I went to tracking details of my order it is showing that the order was delivered to me at around half past 11:00 P.M in the night (Who delivers and takes packages this late in the night) and also the tracking said that the receipt was signed personally by Syed Salahuddin Ahmed (me).

        I have not even seen the package or touched it leave alone receiving it and signing. This is very very unethical behavior from Amazon.in courier guy. I ask you how can the Courier guy sign the package on my behalf is this how you train them? I did not expect to face such trivial issues again and again. Anyway if Amazon.in is going to stay the same and work this way then probably I am thinking I should order on snapdeal or flipkart or so many others present there.

        I choose Amazon for its good service and recommended the same to so many of my friends and this is how I get treated. I hope you take necessary action and steps in this regard.

        In future I DO NOT WANT TO FACE COURIER ISSUES please.

            I have placed an order for "Fox Raptor1 Motorcycle Racing Knee/Shin Guard Pad (BLack, Set of 2)" on 25th Feb. However after finding cheap quality I have returned the product. Product is been returned and reached to seller as per confirmed by the seller.
            But I didn't get my refund till March end. So I called customer care and they assured me the refund within 5 days.
            From then I have called 2 more time and every time they assured that refund will be done within 5 days.
            Today is April 25th. Its almost 8 weeks since I have returned the package. Still searching for my refund.

              I placed an order for pindia manual hand press barrel water dispenser pump on 29th march 2016 from amazon.In

              After it delivered i found the product is worst in quality as well as by functionality. It did not work at all. Not a single drop of water was coming out through the pump. I request for return on 8th april. The mail i received after return, the location was my office address and in my amazon account it was reflecting as my home address. That was a technical error from amazon. I waited for 2 weeks to get a call from courier guy. I called i dropped so many email and after that finally one guy came to pick it up on 23rd april at my office location. And it is my off day. I called customer care and i shouted, 2 guys disconnected the phone intentionally. One guy spoke nicely name sendhil to convince me stating that you are the exceptional case so without return we generate your refund. He simply lied and made me fool. Again on sunday i received a call from courier for pick up at office location. Today again someone called and told cancel return and generate new request. I did the same and as it was too late, i couldn't generate the request. So i found basically these people are getting training how to fool people in all the way to rob the money!! Stupid people, worst service i ever had with such big reputed ecommerce.

                  i buy 4 sarees from amazon india site on cash on delivery base, when i got this parcel a very chief and low budget material is sold on high price, material of these saree very chief, after i know this i reply to this site regarding return goods then the seller anand saree direct call me and talk in very rowdy language and say do whatever you want i can not take return, and talking very rude language on phone i have already record this all and going to sue on amazon & anand saree also.

                    I have purchased a loafer (Freedom daisy men's black casual loafers shoe) from amazon india, on 11th apr. My order number is #[protected]. My parcel has arrived on 19th apr. But unfortunately there is some issue with my parcel.

                    The order conformation mail which amazon india team has send was showing the same image of the product which i ordered but the if i check the link of that mail it shows completely different casual shoe and the shoe i received is again different than what i ordered or which shows in the link of the order conformation mail. I have already requested for returned policy and i have also received a mail for accepting my return request but no further response from your side till now.

                        I placed an order for a women's nighty (Exn-552_blue_free size) with an order id[protected] dated27.03.2016. The seller details was lords creation (P) ltd, 14, roop chand roy street, kolkata 700007. I received a packet with my address written on it on 03.04.2016. However after opening the packet i found a pack of 3 shorts inside it meant for another person. The name of this consumer of amazon was sagar kunjarkar, and his order no. Was[protected]. I immediately reported this to amazon.In. As no action is visible from either amazon or from the seller, i tried to contact amazon customer service at hyderabad, on 12.04.2016.The customer care representative promised me to arrange for a pick up of the wrong product and either to send the wright product or to refund the money back. But so far no action has been initiated from their end. Today i again called a customer service executive on this, and to my utter surprise, the executive clearly told me unavailability of any pick up arrangement. She kept on insisting me on returning the wrong substance to seller. I'm surely not at fault in receiving this wrong product. I paid in full for my product only, why should not amazon or its seller took this responsibility to give me the wright product or refund the money i already paid?

                          I want everyone to use this tip ALWAYS BUY COD ONLY FROM AMAZON... IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM... THEY SHALL DELIVER TO ANY TOM, DICK OR HARRY AND SHOW IT AS DELIVERED. This is what happened to me.. I prepaid them and they sent me SMS showing it has been delivered though it wasn't.

                          ... When I queried them they had no answer... Neither they revealed to whom they have delivered... They don't have that much of commonsense to instruct their delivery person that he has to deliver it to the person named on the parcel... This stupid delivery boy is very happy where he is not supposed to collect any COD... He shall just dump it with anyone and runaway... Neither Amazon will redress your complaint nor return money... Therefore always buy COD... atleast that stupid delivery fellow shall identify the buyer correctly as he has to collect COD amount... Till date Amazon has not replied to my complaints regarding non delivery of prepaid weighing machine which I have never received...

                            Hi I am Syed. I had placed an order for LG MJ-3283BCG 32-Litre 900-Watt Convection Microwave Oven (Silver) at Amazon.in, this parcel was given to Gati Courier Services who run a very pathetic website tracking system. After placing the order when I put in the tracking number there was no information on their website. After complaining twice to Amazon.in on chat they started updating the details. Even though I registered my mobile number for SMS updates on the Gati website about my order there was no update from Gati Courier service, I did not receive a single SMS. I was assured by Amazon.in that my package will arrive by 22 April 2016. I got a message on my mobile also that it will be delivered today but neither any courier guy called and the whole day I was anxiously waiting for a call or update but I was kept in the dark. At least if they could not deliver it today i.e 22 April 2016 the courier people should have the basic courtesy to call and update me when I will receive my order. I had many other important works to do which I missed just waiting for this package to arrive. Till now Amazon has given me good service but this time Gati is spoiling the image of Amazon and I hope Amazon becomes more professional and advises its partners or whoever is associated to follow proper guidelines and keep the customer informed and not waste his precious time.                               For the order #[protected] on 4th Jan, 2016 and raised request for refund on Jan 9th and the phone was picked on Jan 10th.

                              But the refund was not happened till today .
                              I called customer care and spoke with them for hours and keep on sending mails . No response from them .
                              I got the confirmation from Bank that there is no refund initiated from Amazon . I gave them the necessary details. But the problem was not resolved.

                              I purchased few products from Amazon . Never faced this before . It is really frustrating after almost 5 months money is not back.

                              Expecting to resolve the problem as early as possible through this.

                                I placed the order for LG G2 (Black, 32gb) phone from Amazon site sold by Anus Communication & on the product website, it is mentioned that one year manufacturer's warranty is available for this.The product turned out to be defective, & I approached LG authorized service center and they denied warranty as the product was not sold in Indian market. Then I contacted Amazon for this.The seller informed me that there is no manufacturer's warranty for this, & this order has only seller's warranty. Amazon customer care informed me that they will provide complete refund of the product asked me to send the product back to seller so that they can provide refund.But seller was to repair and send back the product under seller warranty. I have asked the seller not to repair the product under seller warranty & did not share with password as well of the phone.The seller without taking my consent, without any authorization unlocked the phone, repaired it, and sent it back to me.Even that was not repaired properly. I requested Amazon for either the manufacturer's warranty to be provided or the order to be returned for refund and filed atoz warranty claim service of amazon on[protected]. They denied my claim with no explanation on[protected].

                                  I am a customer of amazon and i want to buy a phone. whenever i go to shop at amazon for a launched phone which i want to buy it shows it is not available with any of sellers at 226002 pincode. what is the matter in this case why any new launched phone is not available in lucknow ? as there is no cod in lucknow anything you buy you have to pay first. even if i want to pay first they show remove this item from your cart and then proceed. please help i want a new iphone and i waiting for arouind 2 months.

                                    As I was purchased mobile phone in Amazon on February and sent back the product to the company and u requested for the refund they said we would pay in cheque but till now I didn't get my money back of 6999/- to me I was asking and calling to the Amazon customer care theye were saying that as soon as possible we will send but iam not getting the cheque plz help me with issue

                                      I ordered the product with above mentioned order id on 10th April 2016 and the last delivery date the seller gave me was 20th April. it is 22nd April now and not yet delivered. I have already paid the amount. I asked the seller to deliver the product by today evening else I will complaint, the seller isn't bothered and says to complaint. seller name is ERAA.

                                      An SMS had been received that the book "The Ultimate guide to Success" had been delivered on[protected] at 17.43 hrs. But I had been out of station from[protected] to[protected]. On return I enquired with the neighbours but the item had not been received anybody. I contacted the DTDC Courier office for delivery verification but the response was very poor and very much disgusting. They are telling that the item had been received by them and delivered but they are not ready to identify to whom the item had been delivered. They simply tell that complaint may be made to amazon. I am vey much upset with the services of amazon and the courier service. It is a prepaid item and now I have decided not to purchase any item from amazon hereafter. The tracking No. is[protected]. Please arrange for delivery of the item immediately
