Purchased a bergman tyre inflator on 8th june22. When checked it was not getting powered on. So same day requested for return and refund. But since the not a single time return pick agent has come or called me! Return is scheduled only to ne cancelled. Over 20 times return pick up scheduled and cancelled till now!
What to do?

      I ordered a mobile readmi note 11 on emi . Order number :[protected] . I mistakenly ordered at wrong address so I refused to take the order. At that time order status was showing attempted delivery so I called customer care and she told me no to worry. They will marked cancel from backend. But next day It was showing delivered so I called again to customer care and they again told the same once it will return to seller they will cancel. So i called around 5-6 times regarding this issue. Now they are saying your product is delivered and they can't do anything and my emi already deducted. Is that a fraud from amazon.please look into this matter

      How the authenticity of customer check.
      Otp, signature or any other method.
      I already shared the proof from my side that it is not delivered to me. I have called the customer care you should have the recording.
      Some proof my side were already shared.
      screenshot1 : Date and time - 16 june 12:47 PM message for Delivery Attempted.because i refuse to take order.

      screenshot2.1 and screenshot2.2 : Date and time - 16 june 13:59 and 14:16 respectively connected with customer care Anju K and Jainakshi C regarding cancelling my order because i want to cancel as in app it was showing delivery boy again come tomorrow as i don't to take order at this location so i requested to cancel the order from their side .

      screenshot3: Date and time - 16 june 16:38 shows package delivered. I don't know how this status was updated as I already refused to take the order.

      Above are some proof of my communication with delivery and customer care and the status update . Please refer to the attached document.

      I am looking my refund back. Why should I pay for nothing or your technical fault, or from delivery boy fraud. There should be some authenticity. Please provide me the proof of delivery. Or provide me the refund .

        I had ordered a phone under 7 days replacement warranty, the phone found faulty and when complained, Amazon said, technician will visit, he came he formatted the phone, again same problem and again tech person visited, this time he said, there is a problem, but Amazon said, the phone. And can't be replaced. After all the harassment, finally I managed to reach higher authority on escalation desk, from whr I received a call from Akshata, she again forcefully convinced the only way to help is to replace the phone, I have to agree, thinking about the only option. But again, she vanished, the replacement never happened and the phone never delivered, no response on email too.
        I now want a refund, Amazon is not bothered about 20yr customer relationship, now I am scared to take a replacement, because if the phone is Faulty, have to go through all the things again.
        It is very hard, to keep calling Customer care, sending emails and keep checking the status, I. Without a phone, my work is suffering and when the Amazon technician formatted the phone, my important data was too erased forever .
        Now I will never use Amazon again for anything, if I don't get a refund.
        Amazon should pay penalty for the harassment too.

          I ahd received a faulty phone and tried to raise complaint same day, phone was under 7 days replacement warranty, and which they denied and sent technician to check, and they too found the fault, still Amazon is forcing to use the phone.
          I had escalated the issue to higher authority and found the email address online, which helped, someone called and forced for replacement, instead return. Which I accepted, but now no response at all. Now I want replacement, because, if this phone is faulty, they will not respond and I have to go through all the problem. Please help

            I want to register a complaint regarding Amazon Delivering the Wrong Product & Refunding the amount

            We have ordered the i5 11th gen Processor and but received the box of the i5 10th Gen Processor with the barcode of the i3 6th gen Processor containing Core2 Duo Processor(We have attached all the photos )

            So basically I ordered Intel i5 11th Gen Processor, Artis 500W SMPS & Adata 500GB SSD on 27th May, and the order was fully delivered on 2nd June 2022.

            After I received the order I found out that the Intel i5th 11 Gen Processor which I ordered was not the same as I had ordered it was Intel Core2 Duo Procesor, then after I register a complaint regarding the same.

            There was an error in pickup of that product twice and on the third time, it was successfully picked up on 9th June. and on the 18th of June, the seller received the returned product.

            Then I received the call from the Amazon department on the 27th of June,
            They were saying that they have investigated with the seller and the seller has claimed that we have returned the wrong product i.e Core2 Duo instead of Intel i5 11th gen.. to the seller for the refund process and further they can't help me in the refund or any other process.

            So thereafter, I would like to raise my voice regarding this and want this problem to be solved ASAP as the amount.

              On 04.06.2022 I have received a blush bee storage box instead of order pack of two items i have only received only one item. I have reported on the same day on Amazon customer care that received item is only one and one of the item is missing. Amazon has verified and created a return for the delivered item and said money will be refunded. Return pick up was schedule on 06.06.2022. Nobody came for return pickup. So again return pickup was created on 10.06.2022 and again no one came for the pickup and after that
              Again and again return pick up reschedule daily from 10.06.2022 to 27.06.2022. Almost all these days (7-8 time pick up reschedule arranged and hour talk to CC) are talking to Amazon customer care. And one more item where we have placed a return request for was successfully picked up and got the refund but at the time i asked the pickup person why this pickup is not happening. So he simply said that sir for this pickup Amazon should schedule a truck because its a big item can not be carried on a bike. And on 23.06.2022 again i have spoken to the customer care so the CC executive said to me that don’t worry sir im escalating the issue and filling a form regarding the problem you have faced since so many days so he said to me that you will get the refund on monday 27.06.2022 and will try to pickup and if still pickup won’t happen you will get the refund and then again i called them because pickup didn’t happened so they said there is nothing like that happened no form or so have been filled up and again they have created a pickup for 28.06.2022 So I wanted to know what is the actual policy Amazon in following according to the government because since Last 24 days harassment created by Amazon. Still item is not return picked up and no confirmation made when they will refund the money. We should get refund at the earliest and compensatory amount for handing issue/harassment for such long time.

                I ordered butterfly wet grinder on June 09 2022 through amazon and paid the amount through net banking. It is supposed to be delivered by June 11 9 PM as per the status on Amazon portal.but it did not delivered so I called the customer care and said that they will deliver the product by June 12th to June 16.On June 11 evening I received call from Amazon agent ( It is company number).                 I returned the product on june 13, its been 2 weeks but i haven't received any refund till now. I contacted customer service they're answering me with different and different issues with my refund. Very worst

                  Hi, I have taken internet service from Amazon in name Tehseen Farooqui for 6 month and as per agreement it was told that if I want to disconnect I can call and do so. After registering complaint o[censored]ninstallation with reference number 12212 no engineer turn up and it's more than 10 days. After which they have to refund my amount well.
                  Please help me. No one is helping from amazon

                        It's been more than a week now I haven't received the order(Apple Watch) which has to be delivered on 18th June'22
                        We have called multiple times every single day to get an update and they have lied to us that "Please wait till the end of the day, it will be delivered by 9pm" and we haven't received any call/message from the courier team or the product.
                        Customer support team informed us that they have send email to the logistic team and escalated. However there is no resolution for this. The logistic team is having Operational problem and that's the reason there is delay. But HOW LONG?????
                        Is it some kind of joke going on? They are fooling around and not taking any responsibility to fix this. I WANT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED BY TUESDAY. AM NOT GOING TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET IT. It pathetic service they are providing.

                          This is with respect to my order for Nike Kid's Running Shoe-13C with order number Order#[protected]
                          I had ordered a Nike Shoe for my kid on 3rd April 2022 along with 2-3 other shoes to check the best option of school shoes for my kid. I had to the return the shoe due to size issues and placed a return request for the same on 8th April 2022. The order was scheduled to be picked up on 9th April and was picked up by an Amazon delivery executive on 9th April itself. The original orange Nike box and the shoes were present in the box and the same were checked by the delivery executive before accepting the return. The item was received by Amazon on 12th April and the same was updated in the app as well. I waited for the refund for 8-10 working days and then called up the customer care number to understand the status and I was told that the return has been sent for assessment by the team since wrong item has been received, which was definitely not the case as I handed over the item myself. After the enquiry, it was decided not return my amount since wrong item has been returned which is totally unjustified since I gave the exact same product back to the delivery executive. The delivery executive has been able to pull-off some kind of a scam and the entire blame has been put on me. There are a few things that I want to highlight here which do not justify the treatment that has been given to me
                          1. I understand that as per the standard operating procedure, the executive accepting return has to check the original product and then accept delivery for the same. If the item would have been different then the issue would have been raised by the executive there and then while nothing was done. The return should not have been accepted
                          2. I was not made aware of any of this throughout and its only after my call that I got to know about such an issue otherwise I could have held the executive in the society to reveal the truth
                          3. The team which enquired on the issue gave a decision without even interacting with the customer itself which is like only hearing the seller side of the story and has been a biased one. I have been an amazon customer and that too a prime member since 2015 years where in I would have placed about 300 orders and nothing of this type has happened once which indicates towards a healthy profile that I have with Amazon

                          Please look into this matter and provide a resolution on the same soon as this has been a truly disappointing experience from Amazon for a company which aims to focus on customer service and satisfaction.
                          The company is not even allowing me to post a review for the product with the exact experience

                              Hi,

                              I made a recharge through Amazon worth Rs 666.00. The money was debited from the bank account and the operator reference number generated was [protected]. However, the recharge was not successful.

                              I made a complaint to Amazon CS and was advised to check with the Operator, Jio. I called Jio and spoke to customer service reps. I was informed that they did not receive any communication from Amazon about the recharge and they cannot proceed further or refund my money. I believe, that since the operator did not receive any command so they would not proceed further.

                              I spoke to a number of CS reps and two Supervisors, Sohail, and Abu on June 20th and June 25th respectively. However, they were not able to resolve my issue. Sohail mentioned that I would get a call back from him. Even he did not call. I'm expecting a refund from Amazon or you should yourself check with the Jio and get back with the resolution.

                                I am having a amazon fire tv stick purchased from amazon.in site. The Remote was having problem, as it was under warranty so I called the customer care service of amazon, they did some test from their end and came to a conclusion that the remote needs to be changed. I asked them the replacement. They said they don't have remote in stock and asked me to purchase a new one from amazon.in site and they will reimburse my amount as soon as the item is delivered to me. But that didn't happened. After two days when I called the customer care they said I need to raise a separate request for the return of my old remote, then only they will initiate the reimbursement(This was not conveyed earlier).After that I asked them to schedule the pickup on 25th june 2022.Now today I waited since morning for the delivery person to pickup my old remote. Later at 7pm I received a message from amazon that pickup couldn't be completed as package was not ready(I didn't receive any call nor the delivery person came for pickup).Then again I called the customer care they didn't helped me in any way and said the next pickup is scheduled on 28th june 2022 and after that only they will initiate my reimbursement. Ideally they should have provided me the replacement instead of me purchasing the item and then getting reimbursement. I want my amount to be reimburse as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased my smartphone from amazon by fulling paying in cash. Now it is locked by flipkart smart upgrade plan, saying payment is pending for the plan. now i am unable to use my device along with any applications including my banking apps, unable to make payment, unable to attend any classes.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have purchased /ordered the automatic washing machine of IFB 6.5 kg top loading from your online platform on dated 12/05/22. My delivery address is
                                    Sharad G. Thakare, Shivaji Nagar, Back side of Bus stand, Chandur bazar, Dist.Amravati-444704.
                                    The product delivered on 17/06/22.
                                    During product installation by service engineer on dated 21/06/22 it was observed that product is damaged and has some dents on the front side. Service engineer suggested to return the product.
                                    Have raised return complaint from Amazone platform with photos. Now today as per discussion with you customer care person, it is came to know that no any return or replacement provided for product.
                                    This is very disappointing, ridiculous and very surprising that so called big brand Amazon's is cheating the customers by giving them defected products by taking their hard earned pennies and then no replacement and raising hands saying we we are following our so called rubbish policy.
                                    I request every person not to buy any products from Amazon as they are cheating faith of people's.

                                      FROM AMAZON INDIA ON DATE: 15/08/2020 WITH ORDER NUMBER:[protected], INVOICE NO: IN-QSEZ-2475

                                      I have rarely used this steam iron for household uses.
                                      The Steamer Iron has stopped working since last one year and we have made a complaint regarding the same product to the Tefal customer care and Service men from Tefal have picked up the product from our house and since then we haven't received it back. they mentioned that we don't find the spares for the same product so your product is non usable and we can't do anything about it. The customer service for the Tefal call are not responding regarding this issue.
                                      I am shocked by the service of Tefal, SEB and Amazon.

                                      My product is not with me because it was taken by Tefal Service men and has been for MORE THEN 8 MONTHS and still yet not returned to us...

                                      If a request for Purchase Bill & Pictures of Product can be provided.

                                      I AM REGULAR USERS OF TEFAL PRODUCTS BUT FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN SUCH COMPLAIN LIKE THIS IN THE TEFAL PRODUCTS.

                                      PLEASE ADVISE ME THE NEXT STEP OR ACTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
