    We purchased a lenovo laptop from amazing india which was to be delivered by 16/7/22 at hyderabad, Amazon neither delivered it nor refunding rs 48000/- that they have looted fro us, despite of putting emails, twitters, to their consumer social portal nothing happening.

      I have placed order on Amazon through app on 6 th July 2022 for HP pavilion dv0058tu and product got delivered on 7th July 2022 however they delivered wrong model, HP pavillion dv2015fu model instead of dv0058tu model. I raised request for refund on same date and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued .

      but next day no one came to pick up and no one even contacted me .So I complaint about it to customer care and was assured it will be picked up next day . but next day also I received message that "pickup was cancelled at the time of picking ".
      so I again contacted customer care and again they rescheduled the pickup and told me that they have also filled complaint form and has directly sent pickup request to amazon pickup station .

      but again next day same thing happened .

      this is going on for more than 12 days now . no one contacts me, no one comes at my place . all I get is message that pickup was canceled at the time of pickup.
      my refund is also not happening because of this. Need help on the same .

          My Amazon Account including my Amazon Pay account (With balance) has been unlawfully suspended without assigning any reason or giving opportunity of being heard. I have been taking up this issue since 29/20.06.2022 at various levels through emails & phone calls. I have tried n number of times to reset my password but still wasn’t able to login. I was assured on calls that my account will be activated within 48 hours but my account is still not activated even after lapse of more than 28-29 days.

              I got a push notification from Amazon app that mentioned about getting "Flat ₹150 cashback on activating Amazon Pay Later". So I clicked on the notification and it took me to Amazon app. I didn't sign-up instantly, but a sale was on during that period so I was browsing some products. So under the offers section of each and every product on Amazon there was this offer- "Get flat ₹150 back when you activate Amazon Pay Later + Get 10% cashback (upto ₹100) when you shop using Amazon Pay Later". So I signed up for Amazon Pay Later but didn't get the cashback. I wasn't clear what the offer clearly stated, so I asked multiple Customer Associates from Amazon help regarding this offer. Even they were confused at first, one said after activating you'll get it but another associate said after I order something from Amazon, I'll get the ₹150 cashback+ 10% cashback of my order amount upto ₹100 in my Amazon Pay wallet and I have proof of the conversation of Amazon help chat.

              First of all, I signed up for Amazon Pay Later on 07.05.22 and while signing up I was charged ₹59 by my bank for e-mandate. I read the frequently asked questions and the T&C for Amazon Pay Later and NOWHERE it is mentioned that the customer would be charged for signup process. In fact everywhere it's just advertised in big letters about "0" extra cost.

              Secondly, I never got the ₹150 cashback. I have called the customer care for like 14-15 times or more regarding this. At first they used to say I'll get the cashback 3-5 days after my order gets delivered. When I didn't get the cashback after that period, I called again and they said they'll file a complaint and I'll get my cashback in 3-5 days. I kept calling after each 5 days regarding the status and always the associates told me wait on hold while they filed a new complaint regarding this and gave the same 3-5 days time frame. Some associates would say "I have created a ticket for you, and highlighted your problem" but after 5 days again I'll have to call again and explain the problem from starting to a new associate. Everytime they'll say the same things back to me and tell it will be solved in 3-5 days again and again like robots. 2 customer associates even went as far as keeping my call on hold for over 15-20 minutes and then cut the call from their side. When I enquired about previous complaints/tickets raised they'll say they'll check on it but it always seemed like none of them existed. 1 associate told me all the previous complaints were cancelled, that meant they were never trying to help me at all.
              After 2 months 15 days when I called again and explained everything from start again and explaining to him what I went through over so many calls to customer care, the associate puts my call on hold and after 10 min he says to me that I do not qualify for the Terms and conditions of the offer that's why I didn't get cashback (not to mention he never said why or how I didn't qualify). I was so confused I asked him, "why would I lie about getting the offer and that I even received multiple notifications previously regarding this. So you're telling me that I was calling from last 2 months regarding this and not one or two but around 15 customer service associates always gave me 3-5 days time frame to solve the problem instead of simply telling me I don't qualify for the offer??". To this the associate mockingly says to me "Sir aapko bhi pata hai sacch hamesha kadwa hota hai, isliye aapko 3-5 days bataya jaata tha" (Sir even you know that truth is always bitter, so you were always told about the 3-5 days). So instead of telling me the "truth" they were purposefully trying to trouble me over and over.

              Below are 2 screenshots of conversations with Amazon Chat Support that shows the offer did exist as the associates acknowledge it. Unfortunately I do not have any proof/recordings of the phone calls that averaged 25 minutes long.

                I ordered OnePlus mobile in Amazon in oneday delivery they are supposed to delivered by 9 pm maximum we called several times to customer care, they are not give the full information about the delivery and so many times tried delivery person not picked the phone.
                It was very irritating.

                  I had ordered Hammer solo pro true wireless earbud with order number[protected] on 9th july from amazon app. But this earbud has some technical issue so we placed a return request on the 10th of July, pick of the item was scheduled on 11th July. A delivery person visited us in morning around 10 am and asked for pick up from amazon with order in the name of ragini, we handed over the item with all its belongings ( box, earbud its case and packet of amazon) to that person. And on the same day around 2 pm another person visited us from amazon and asked us for a return pick-up. We said that we have already done the same in the morning. After that when we checked the status of our product on amazon there we get to know that on 12th July our return was canceled automatically. Then we get to know the whole fraudgery, we lost our product as well as our money. From that day we are continuously reporting the issue to the customer service people but they didnt taken any action.

                    Placed an order for a mobile phone as a birthday gift, which was scheduled for delivery today. The phone had a flat discount on exchanging the old mobile phone. However, the delivery agent without even visiting the address cancelled the order mentioning the old phone does not meet the requirements. Now, they would neither accept the request for redelivery and paying money in advance was a mistake, but won't expect the other person to pay for the gift. Now have to struggle for a refund including the 100INR, which Amazon charges for exchange and pickup.
                    This also shows how vulnerable Amazon delivery service is that the delivery agent can cancel the order without the pin or otp sent to the customer.

                      I purchased a Samsung charger recently, and it isn't working properly. I raised a complaint, and the customer care service advised me to visit the nearest Samsung customer care store to get it fixed or contact them again after the visit.

                      The Samsung store representative said the product is duplicated, even though I've paid 1200 INR for it. So, I came back and texted amazon customer care services.

                      After contacting Amazon customer service again, the representative said I'd bought the fake product. But, instead of processing a return/refund, they started convincing me that the charger belonged to some other company when clearly, I purchased it from the 'SAMSUNG' brand.

                      I've been stuck in this situation for a few weeks now. Therefore, I request you advise the concerned & help me in getting it replaced at the earliest.
                      Sincerely, I purchase products from AMAZON because I trust them.

                        It’s been 11 days I’ve been in contact with Amazon customer service, they told me account is been on hold it will be unholy soon but it’s been 11days today they told my account has been closed without even asking my permission. There was a refund of 5000 pending on that account and they closed it without paying anything. The way they treated the customer was not right, i[censored] can please do something.. it was my moms account The id was referring to this number +[protected], my number is [protected]

                              I ordered the product Orginal mi basic in ear headphones with mic from Amazon in 01/07/2022 with the order number[protected]. The product delivered in 08/07/22. But the delivered product is different from i order also the quality and colour. The cost of the product is 399. So I returned it and the delivery boy collected the product from me.With the company policy they assure that on or before 5 working days need to refund the amount. Unfortunately I don't credit the amount (21/07/2022)

                                  I have called regarding the return of my order which was to pickup by 18th july but glumly the pickup was late so I decided to call Amazon on 19th .I esclated my call to senior and he behaved rudely to me by saying that we are providing exception to your case otherwise we don't get items return .I told him to get the pickup tommorow . but he said it's not possible and we will pickup it by 23 .i told him i won't be available.He suggested and forced me to tell my neighbours

                                        this was delivered on cod method and there was no amount on outer package and delivery boy asked for the amount of 1250 and the invoice inside the package was 900 he used unfair practices and i want action against that boy
