On (27/03/2016) amazon india has given a offer on motorola moto g turbo (16 gb, white). It was offering a discount of rs. 7500 by applying a coupon card (Gyjqj3yw). The actual price of the phone is rs. 12499 and after discount they were offering the product at rs. 4999. So i ordered one, they took my order then after 6-7 hours they canceled my order without notifying me. They promised me to give the offer by taking my order, now they are refusing to deliver my product saying technical glitch.

    I have purchase the titan watch rs. 2079/- and i have return the watch on 22 march, 2016 but till date not refund in my account.

    2. I have purchase the raymond fabrics rs. 699/-, the raymond fabrics display on amazon site good quality but deliver the raymond fabrics low quality and defective .
    Please sticky action against the amazon company. For consumer protection

      An order was placed by me on 27th of march 2016 for a "moto g turbo" with order#[protected].

      I made the payment using the amazon gift card amount, after making the payment i received an email stating that my order has been successfully placed. later on when i checked my order history my phone's order was not there and amazon has removed it from my open order list after some time i realized that it was now in Cancelled order list. I was so shocked that why amazon did this with me.

      Amazon cancelled my order without my consent and i was like blank with a big question mark "why did this happen" when i had a word with amazon customer care the guy told me that because of some kind of technical error the order has been cancelled automatically. well if that was the reason its not my fault its amazon's fault.

      Being a loyal customer to Amazon i placed the order is a proper and i made the payment too, each and every thing has been followed properly as to buy any item on amazon, now if something happen after doing all these proper steps and its amazon's responsibility not mine to be as simple as that.


      I feel so harassed that amazon did this to me. and it definitely broke my trust on amazon.

        I ordered moto g turbo on 27th of march at 4999 rs by using a promo code "GYJQJ3YW"(My order id=[protected]. Now they automatically cancelled my order without any notification, as they are saying that they didn't intend to sell it @ 4999 rs, it happened due to some technical error on their website. They are making fool o[censored]s...Started selling moto g turbo @ 4999, when more people started to order the phone, they automatically cancelled the orders...

          My moto g turbo order was cancelled without permission on Amazon India. Fake marketing offers by amazon. They released a coupon code giving 7500 off. And now, they refuse to honour the deal.
          I even paid for the order using credit card.

          I request amazon, to either ship the product at the promotional price or compensate the customers with a gift card of value not less than Rs 1000 to account for the time they had spent in placing the order.

            I got a promo code on amazon from a friend. I bought a "moto g turbo 16gb white" phone for 4999 on 27 march 2016. The promo code gave a discount of 7500 rupees, and i paid the remaining 4999 using my amex credit card. While ordering they said that delivery date not set, on the next day i was informed that i will receive my phone by april 2nd 2016. Now they are saying that there was a glitch in the system and the promo code was a 3rd party promo code(Which was working on amazon website apparently) and cancelled my order.

              Myself vinay sharma, i purchased moto g turbo on 27th of mar. And paid rs4999 for that using my sbi netbanking, and got a confirmation mails which states that i will receive this product within estimated delivery date for this item, but after that they cancelled this order from their end and blaming me for the same. I applied one code by which i got a discount of rs7500 which is accepted by the amazone.In. They are very uncooperative, helpless and rude. I have all the details neither they are providing any solution nor helping me out. I want that product i have all the screenshot with me please help me out for the same.

                Recently a promocode was been floated in all the social media which allowed the user to avail a discount of rs.7500/- and pay just 4, 999/- as against its original price of 12499/-.

                Amazon has accepted the promocode & accepted my payment of rs. 4999/-, they confirmed my order on 27th march, 2016 & sent the delivery confirmation as 31st march, 2016 via email. But all of a sudden at 28th march, 2016 i recieved a mail stating your order was cancelled & the refund will et another 4-5 days to credit the orignal payment mode.
                They are on the stand that the promocode was technical glitch & amazon is not responsible. In that case i asked them to refund my money immediately but they are like it would happen after 6-7 days from the order date. Who has given the rights to amazon to use my money without paying the interest. Also i feel that due to 31st march, 2016 they wanna show inflated balances in their balancesheet so they making this kind of fake promotion.
                Kindly help me in getting the mentioned product or my refund amount along with penality.

                  Dear sir/ ma'am,

                  This mail is in regards to order of moto g turbo (Asin: asin: b019fwxix4). According to the order accepted receipted, i was informed by mail that i would receive the products and would be informed about the dispatch soon. After 2 days i receive mail from amazon that my order has been cancelled and money would be refunded.There was no prior notice informing about the technical glitch and without notice the order gets cancelled. This is false marketing.
                  My intent here was to buy the product as i was getting discount through the coupon code available with me, which got accepted on your site, received the order receipt also ( i have attached both the files for proof). I immediately wish that you re-initiate my order and send an acknowledgement to this mail immediately. I do expect to the bill amount to be same ie.

                  This incident has really given a setback to my loyalty to the company. I really wish you acknowledge to this.

                    I ordered moto g turbo from amazon under promotional offer they had. Order #[protected] on 27th march

                    They confirmed the order on 27th march
                    They mailed me the next day that delivery will be made by 2-5th april by a mail on 28th march.

                    The next day they themselves cancelled order and initiated refund.

                    "as per the indian contract act 1872,

                    Once consideration is made and you have committed for the delivery, the sale is complete.

                    I got a mail that my product will be delivered between 2-5th of april.

                    (In this case :
                    1 an offer was made.
                    2 i accepted the offer.
                    3 i made the consideration(Payment).
                    4 you accepted the payment.
                    5 you communicated with me that i will be getting the order on 2-5th of april.
                    6 communication is complete.

                    Hence the sale has been done, where is my item now???

                    So it is a breach of trust that has happened, with me.
                    They entered into an contract and breached it on a mass scale!!!

                    I have all the mails regarding the same.

                    They must deliver the product and also compensation for this harassment to me .

                    I tried reaching there customer care but they refrained to do anything, i tried 2 times with their customer care to act on the same, they said we cant do anything.

                      On @7/03/2016 i got offer from amazon that moto g turbo which is of rs12500 is now available at amazon for rs4999 only then i ordered it and on the same day they moved my order to cancel list without any notice and today i got mail that my order is cancelled and the said they stated the reason is pricing error. My email is [protected]@gmail.com... I have also uploaded screenshots.

                          2 days back I have ordered a Moto G turbo edition at Amazon.in website by applying a coupon code (promotion code) and after applying the coupon code .

                          I have purchased the mobile with out of amusement and hope that I am getting a mobile at very fancy price at Amazon and purchased it online using debit card. After the payment is successful I received an order confirmation email from amazon.

                          But to my shock I have received an email yesterday from Amazon stating about the auto cancellation of product purchased. When I have called and enquired about this to customer agent they told me that the offer code was applied because of technical issue. Amazon also cheated some more persons in same way.

                          As a end user when I order a product I'll not be knowing about the technical issues. What I see is where to buy it and where I am getting it for less price. But with this situation at Amazon they have cheated us by doing some fake advertisement and to loot money from us.

                          I request a Justice for the situation what happend to me and deliver me the product. It is not my fault if a technical glitch happens at Amazon and they should be bound to deliver me the product.

                            it was moto g turbo phone and this was offered with a discounted price of 4999 where the original cost is 12499 when applied a code it falls down to 4999

                              order no[protected] for 4999 after the disc of 7500 and the price was 12499 i received the confirmation mail from amazon on my mail id also i have the screen shots of the order but when i checked next there was no order on the app i tired to call the customer care and they told me that there was no offer by amazon and the order was placed bec of the error on there website but how can it be cancel when its placed successfully and also got the confirmation mail

                                I have placed the order of Mobile phone (Moto g Turbo 16 gb -White) from amazon india, its actual price on amazon is 12499.I got promo code from baniyadeas.com and said by applying this promo code you will get a discount of 7499 and pay 4999 for the mobile.I tried to placed order for Black color but its showing that promotional code applicable with white color only so I have place order for white color mobile.
                                I logged in my amazon account, applied the promo code and it worked then i made the COD and placed the order. Order No.#[protected] .I have received the order confirmation email from amazon after placing the order and around evening I got message from amazon that order has been cancelled.My complaint is how amazon can cancel the order automatically after confirming the order and without the concern of customer they are cancelling the orders placed. Amazon.in has make the people fool.Amazon.in has to supply the product to me without any argument.

                                    Amazon has failed to live up to my expectations. I ordered a watch for COD that was on deal. The watch was never received and I was never called by the delivery uys. Later when I called Amazon I was told the product was returned because I refused the product or it was damaged. Both of which are not correct. Now they refuse to ship the product back even though they say its from their inhouse selleer cloudtail. When I call Amazon I am being told that I am not correct andf the delivery boy is right implying I lie. I am also hung up on by the associates. They threaten to hang up if you confront them. Is there a way Amazon's behaviour can be dealt with?
                                    The second order we placed was for a phone on deal. Amazon cancelled the order saying price error. First of all do they even quality check the delas they put on the website. Or this is a way of promoting your website. Cancel orders placed or return porders without customer's permission.

                                        I am Sumit Vyas. I have placed order for moto g turbo edition (White) vide order no (#[protected] placed on 27/3/2016 with 7.5k promotional code and actual cost i have to pay 5k which is i paid by cash but the server is stuck or i failed to pay after few minutes they send me a link for convert your order in cash on dilevery and i done and i got mail from amazon india for sucessfully order placed but on next day they cancelled my order without any prior mail or notice. amazon made a fraud with me. if flipkart fail to deliver product on right time then they mail us apologize mail. And amazon cancelled our order whithout our permission... its really serious matter they have our bank detail and many things so they also misuse our detail without any permission. They think Indians are fools. And easily forget this matter. I think they have to fulfill our moto g order as soon as possible.
