Hi i am ronak vachhani (My amazon id: [protected]@gmail.com) and i had placed the order for moto g turbo white mobile with order id #[protected] on 27-mar-16 with amazon india. I used the promotional code which reduced the price from rs.12, 499 to rs 4999. I received the confirmation mail on 27-mar-2016 regarding delivery dates. But now in the evening on 28-mar-2016 i got the mail that order has been cancelled & refund initiated. As i had not cancelled...They are saying there is a technical problem in pricing .How come there is problem in price... Price was showing rs 12499 only, i have used promo code which reduced the final price to rs 4999 after giving discount of rs 7500. Amazon is saying that it was error or technical glitch... But if promo code is applied then it is verified from amazon only thats is why we can apply the promo code in it... Otherwise amazon says that it is invalid code... And also one more thing i want to say that some people also received the product @rs 4999 as there home was near to amazon go-down... This is pure cheating... How come giant usa company like amazon do the cheating and fooling people here... I just want my phone to be delivered at my address. I am waiting for positive reply. Also i am attaching the proof of my order.

    I ordered this product and there it is mentioned that it is the speakers are channel and the information shown is totally wrong which misguide me. I paid extra money for 5.1 channel speakers which in return i got to know that it is 2.1 channel speakers. I called customer service amazon and person named ajeet gaur attended me and said there is no option available you can cancel your order and replace from other seller. This fraud is done to so many buyers but they might not be aware of it. I want consumer complaints to take strict action against them for misguiding customers. He said that it is website issue but after 8 hours also its showing same information. Amazon is charging high price for a cheap product by displaying wrong information.

      Dear sir,
      I booked Moto G Turbo(16GB) White colour mobile [Order No:[protected]] in amazon india on 27.03.16 around 12.30p.m seeing their ads in facebook.com of discounted price of the mobile. I ordered using their promotional code and I had a discount of RS7500 from the original price of Rs12499. So I agreed to pay through cash on delivery of my paying amount RS4999. I got confirmation mail from AMAZONINDIA.com to my email address of order confirmed and delivery date will be sent soon. After 7.p.m I called their customer service to know the status of my order, they told order will be cancelled due to error in pricing. I want to file a complaint against this fake amazon deals which happened earlier n snapdeal.com of iphones 5s at RS68 and a good judgement has been passed against the company. Please take legal action against this company and order to deliver my product at said price to all INDIAN consumers who have booked their mobile at the same promotional price

        On 27th march 2016 I came to know about a deal on amazon in which a moto g turbo mobile phone was on discount for limited time and they were selling it for Rs 4999.00 and the original cost of the phone is Rs 12499.00. I have ordered it as i wanted a bigger screen phone.
        I was tracking the order closely and the expected date of delivery of phone mentioned was 31st march - 1st april 2016.
        I was using a 4 inch i phone 5s phone, it was a gift. After placing the order i have given my i phone 5s to the 16 year old poor kid on his birthday whom i am teahing for 2 years. He liked it very much.
        Now on 30th march 2016 they have cancelled my order and didn't mailed me about why they have cancelled it.
        I feel cheated and don't know what to do.

        When i have contacted amazon and told them about this they just disconnected the call and haven't resoved this issue.

          I have ordered one moto G mobile on amazon for rs 4999 as an promotional offer by using an gift coupon.the order was completed and the remaining amount was paid through netbanking i received order conformation with expected delivery date suddenly i received mail from amazon stating that oorder cancelled and your amount was refund.which i have not insisted.when called amazon customer service they said my website got hacked.
          one of my friend received the below mail from amazon: Hello,

          We cannot complete this order because our records show that you have reached the purchase limit for this product.

          To provide more customers with great prices, we may set purchase limits on products that have very low prices or a limited supply. If a purchase limit is in place, we will display a message on the product page that reads "Limited Quantity". You can find the message under the product details near the top of the page.

          but I received different mail stating that this was happened due to the technical issue.

            has been cancelled saying some technical issues. Does it mean every time i do shopping and my order would be rejected, being a customer do i need to care about your technical issues. you guys are trying to gather funds for your own use from customers money, if you guys are not able to handle these issues better shutdown your site. i don't care abut your technical issues, process my order as i want the phone.

              Hi, I had placed the Order #[protected] of Moto G Turbo (White) on 27-Mar-16 with Amazon India. I used the promotional code which was offering this handset at price 4999.               Amazon also can share our saved credit cards details and other details by technical error.I have cancelled my next placed order from Amazon.All other customer can do same thing that Amazon did.Place order and After dispatch, Cancel It with COD payment Method.Then they know customer Value.

                I got to know on Facebook that there is an offer by Amazon that they are providing MOTO G TURBO white @4999INR. I applied the code on their site and my order was confirmed (Order #[protected]. But now they have cancelled mentioning that it was a third party coupon. I am now concerned about my private details i have provide to amazon and If it was third party responsible what about the safety of Transactions i made on their site. I want an action against the COmpany an if any third party is responsible they should be punished. And if it was a marketing stunt by Amazon they should provide the phone to all the customers.

                  After getting a promotional code over internet I ordered a Moto G turbo (white) for ₹4999 from amazon.in yesterday at 12.46 pm. After 2 hours and 25 minutes i.e. at 15.11 pm I received an email from amazon that the estimated delivery date is 01/04/2016 but at 18.36 pm I again received an email stating my order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 3-4 days. Today I got another email from company stating " we regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled."
                  If it was a technical issue then why the code was applicable only with white colour phone and not on black colour. Amazon is hoodwinking everyone.
                  I spent over an hour for a placing a successful order. It was a prepaid order my money is blocked for days. How they can do such fraudulent activity.

                    Amazon India . Doesn't keep their commitment.
                    At 5:14 pm an executive promised to give me ₹6500 as gift card and at 7:52 they said according to new resolution they not be able to provide the gift card anymore.

                    If you can't keep up your words then why do u even make false promises to the costumers .
                    This is regarding Moto G turbo.

                      Hi,

                      I had placed the ORDER #[protected] of Moto G Turbo (White) on 27-Mar-16 with Amazon India. I used the promotional code which was offering this handset at price 4999. I received the confirmation mail today morning regarding delivery dates. But just now I got the mail that order has been cancelled & refund initiated.
                      As I had not cancelled the order, I called the Amazon Customer service, they said that it was technical fault & no promotional offer was going on that product.

                      It is Amazon's responsibility to check all the details before selling any product. It means, whatever sale prices they are offering are might not the discounted prices and they might cheating us every time!!!

                      I hope, I will get the product which was promised in discounted price & don't want the refund.

                        I have ordered Moto g turbo(white) on 27th March 2016 and my order id is
                        #[protected]. I made payment of 4999 through debit card and the payment was successful.I have also received the confirmation mail also after ordering the product. But after sometime, they cancelled my Order of their own.This breaks the trust what i had with Amazon because i have purchased many products with them .I want the product not the refund.

                          On 27.03.2016 at around 1:40 i booked a moto g turbo(16gb) white colour mobile for rs4999/- from amazon india (Order no:[protected] after watching their advertisement on facebook. I ordered using the promotional code and i had a discount of rs7500 from the original price of rs12499. I paid the amount sucessfully and got the order confirmation mail from amazon.In on my email. But later in the evening i got a message and email from amazon stating that "we regret to inform you that your order for moto g turbo was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled."

                          It is a shame for a ecommerce giant like amazon where they are cheating their consumers by first giving them fake discounted deals and then cancelling the order after the booking. I dont know whether it is a technical glitch or something else but if the site itself has allowed us to purchase the product at discounted rates(Without any kind of warnings or notifications) then it is their responsibility to hand over the product to the buyers in the same rate (Without cancelling their orders) or compensate in some other way.

                          Seems like bringing such lucrative deals on the sites and getting the maximum no. Of hits at that time is becoming a new fraudlent trend amongst the ecommerce sites where they earn lot of money (By the hits) and at the end cheat the consumers by cancelling their order. But why should we suffer ? How can we trust these sites that they are not cheating on us ?

                          Similar kind of fake deal complaint was registered earlier against snapdeal where the company has cancelled the order of a iphone 5s which was purchased at rs68 and a good judgement was passed against the company (In the favor of buyer).

                          I wanted to file a complaint against the amazon regarding the same and i believe that consumer court will take strict action against the amazon and pass the good judgement as similar to snapdeal case.

                          Please take legal action against amazon and order them to deliver the product at the aforementioned promotional price(Rs 4999).

                            I have placed a mobile phone (Motorola - g3 turbo ) with a promotional code. The order was placed successfully, i have the order number & their mails for himself confirming the same, that your was placed successfully, but as a day past i received another mail in which they are saying that due to some tech. Glitch that promotion code occurred.

                            But as per me if there was a glitch that can not be placed. Now they are saying that in future they will never repeat the thing.

                            But what happen to my order, my promotional code.

                            Please help to get out of it.

                              Booking of moto g turbo mobile on Amazon.in order Order #[protected] has been cancelled, without any intimation, and now company is claiming that it was technical fault, hence they have right to cancel the order.
                              Also they have no motion in their T&C or Policy that any technical issue we will authorised to cancel confirmation ordered without intimate costumer..!

                              I mean how is this possible that, while booking the product company where sleeping.

                              Hope I should get the product which i have ordered.

                                Yesterday only (Dt 27.03.2016 time 13.30) i booked moto g turbo(16gb) white colour mobile from amazon india [order no:[protected]] watching their ads on facebook.com, that using given promocode the mobile will be only at 4900rs only. I ordered using their promotional code and i had a discount of rs7500 from the original price of rs12499. So i paid 4999 from debit card. Amount got deducted from my bank account as well as got confirmation mail from amazon.In to my email address of order confirmed and estimated delivery date will be sent soon. At around 18.15 time i received messege from vm-amazon that your order is cancelled as well as got an email from amzon.In today (Dt 28.03.2016 at 11.28) that "we regret to inform you that your order for moto g turbo (Asin: asin: b019fwxix4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled." as they have said they will return my money what i have paid but i want to file a complaint against this fake amazon deals which happened earlier n snapdeal.com of iphones 5s at rs68 and a good judgement has been passed against the company. Please take legal action against this company and order to deliver my product at said price to all indian consumers who have booked their mobile at the same promotional price
                                For the same i have purchased 2 more mobile from my different logins(Cousins), the same condition has happened. If you ready take a strict action against amazon i will provide the details of those 2 persons

                                  Dear sir, madam,
                                  I ordered moto g turbo on 27th march 2016 order no.[protected]. Whose cost was 12499 and after applying the promo code it costs 4999 and after applying the gift certificate of rs 100 it costs 4899. I payed the rest amount of 4899 through my atm card online.
                                  Now they cancelled my product and they said that you can do what you want but we will not give you the product, your refund will be credited to you in 3-5 working days.
                                  I want the product not refund. I hope you will take positive action on this matter.

                                      Why you cancel my order?...i dont need your sorry i want service like amazon which name is enough...but i know you will not do anything only say sorry ..remember sometime mistake is accepting a good thing..if your are not give my order from now i will not use website to book anything or never suggest to anyone...so accept your fault give our order ..sometime loss is good...! If i will go to consumer court definitely i will won...dont forget snapdeal case so its request sir fullfill our requirement.as soon as possible saying sorry is not enough sir..!!

                                        I have ordered a mobile phone with order no. Order#[protected] from amazon on 27th may and my order is successfully placed and even my product is dispatched.
                                        I got a email from their side on 28th may that they will not deliver my product because the coupon i used during purchase is not valid and accepted by the mistake.
                                        First of all they publish coupons with third party vendor then gather traffic on their website and accepts orders then cancel the order by making excuse of system glitch.
                                        I'm not only the single victim thousands of customers are also get frauded by same day and same deal.
                                        I want you to help me to deliver my product at discounted price asap from amazon and get them a lesson to not spear fraud promotion activities in future.
