I had ordered a book from amazon.in on 8th Mar'16 where It claims the same day delivery. I receive a call from the delivery person morning 11am on 9th Mar'16 from [protected] to collect the order, however not being at work should deliver later. They said I should cancel the order. However, I after reaching office call them again and they say they will deliver by 4pm. The delivery boy who later calls from [protected] was rude and incompetent...

Amazon cancelled my order on 4th march and they had cancelled the order and they are not providing refund...giving different tats for resolution..but no response has been given properly


Please help me...

I odered apple iphone 5S from amazon india through online payment.
Now while I received the item, the outer package was intact but the inside package was tempered with and the phone was missing from the box. Only the accessories were available in the box. Now I want a refund for it or a replacement but amazon hasn't initiated any refund process yet. Please help in resolving the issue....

I ordered a Philips LED TV and it was supposed to deliver on 2nd March then they delayed the delivery and postponed the date to 9th March however while trying to track the order it was showing expected delivery date 5th March. however i waited till today and while checking with the customer care of amazon then they were saying there is some problem with the order so we need to order it again. this is really harassment....

I have been ordered 3 o Johnson's 24 hour moisture soft cream on 22 February, 2016 and the amount of Rs. 1350.00 was debited from SBI debit card. On 27 February my order has been cancelled . But till date the amount of Rs.1350 has not been credited in my SBI account.

I returned an order purchased to amazon.in as per their rules but they did not initiate my refund
i tried 3 times.Each time there was a technical error
They told me to check my bank details and told me that the name on the debit card and name of the person placing the order should be same

I have placed order on 17 Oct, 2015 and have to receive 15% cash back but still not received.
i received email on 17-Jan-2016 saying "The cashback will be credited to your account by Jan 31st, 2016" but no refund processed.

I purchased iPod 6 from Amazon India on 26 Dec 2015. Within 3 months the product has stopped working totally and is not getting switched on. The sellers name is SAFE-N-SECURE is not helping at all. If I would have bought it from the Apple store, they would simply replace the faulty product. These people are just ignoring their way out. Order ID[protected]....
