I was in need of a mobile phone and being attracted by the discounted rate
(Rs. 4, 999) of moto g turbo (White) on amazon india, i placed a prepaid order on 27/03/2016 and my order was confirmed by amazon india via message and mail bearing order no:[protected] and further it was mentioned that i will receive the said ordered product by 1/04/2016.

Thereafter i received a message and a mail stating that my order has been cancelled on the ground that the discounted rate was processed due to technical error and that the refund shall be initiated in 3-5 business days.

The amount paid has been reflected in my bank account but i am quiet dissatisfied with the service of amazon india.

The prices quoted is an offer and if a person makes the payment it is the acceptance of the offer and therefore cancellation of the order is a breach of agreement.

Basically people go for amazon india because of brand name, because of the faith they have in amazon and consumer satisfaction but i am dissatisfied with such an act of amazon india.

    I purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile phone on 6/04/2016 from amazon india. Oder number is #[protected], in product specification they are mention dual sim and memory slot supported up to 64 gb, but in this phone we can not put both the sim and memory card together, in this phone we can put either two sim or one sim card and one memory card, they are playing with customer emotions.

        I have order in two tempered glass screen guard protector in order no. [protected]. this order was dispatched in wrong address and dispatched message was sent to my cellphone ( this order was dispatched) but I have not received in the above order still date. One guy contact my cell phone and your order was wrongly received by me and please collect. why should i collect.Please sent correct address in the above order. And other wise i have not paid additional charges because this your mistake.

          I ordered H4 LED 35W 6000K HID bike head light of speedway company on 4 March 2016 they delivered the wrong product of light. so I called the customer care of amazon and given the return request they told me to take the photos of received product and send to the amazon customer care then I send the photos. after 2 day sending the photos I again called the customer care then they told me to send the photos to the seller id then I send the photos to seller. After two days sending the photos I again called the customer care then they told me to make return request on amazon day by day I wanted to take followup and go to net shop one by one they are telling the steps. after making the return request they told me send the product to seller by courier they are not send the receiver to collect the product

          For amazon mistakes I suffering form 20 day to return the product. every time calling to customer care they ask you the name, mobile no., shipped address so much boring process

          so I loose the hopes to received the correct product from amazon.

          Only publicity stunt of advertisement Easy returns. No value for customer.

            I have placed a order for mobile order number[protected] dated 28.3.16. I have been promised to deliver by 7th april which is already un-acceptable delivery time.

            However till today (11.4.2016) i have not received the consignment. When contacted customer care at amazon. They informed don't have any track record to locate the consignment. I have paid full consignment value and now not knowing whom to contact.

            Amazon spends thousands of rupees on advertisement to say on time delivery, i suggest they should spend money on improving the service. Will never use amazon again post this experience

                Had placed an order with Amazon in the last week of March. I didn't receive the order so far, when inquired it was said that delivery attempt was made twice. Not even a single call or message was sent to me to inquire about the address. Contacted the customer care thrice, but I got no help from them.

                I have wasted at least 10 days on this.

                  This is rediculas that as on date I had neither received your reply nor the missing items on my above order number . As I had ordered for dual set cordless phone Panasonic make and received one charger and adaptor but in packing it is clearly mention about 2 sets of charger separate for each hand set but I had received only main charging dock . Please send the same or arrange to get it return and refund my money at an earliest . Or i will take this issue to the consumer court . My last feedback and complain was on 5 March and about 45 days passed without your reply and exchange .

It is barely 5 months today my watch is having moisture effect inside dial I don't know where to complain.If i would have taken through dealer they would have stamped & given me.I learnt one thing never purchase online thrice i had bitter experience.Detail of the watch is given below

                      I placed an order for moto g turbo (White) on[protected] at a discounted price of rs. 4, 999, after applying a coupon code i found on the internet: "gyjqj3yw"
                      I paid for the entire amount while placing the order and received an order confirmation from amazon india with order id: "[protected]". The e-mail also said that the product was currently out of stock, and that i'll get a confirmation e-mail and sms when the product is shipped.

                      On that same evening, i got a mail from amazon, approximately 5 hours after my order was confirmed, that there had been a technical issue on the website and they will not be able to send me my order.
                      If a coupon is being applied and confirmed on the website, then it is surely provided by the company. How can they not deliver my product and give me such a lame excuse for the same?
                      Top to that, they had my money for almost a week. This is such an unporfessional behaviour from the top e-commerce company in the world. First off, i don't get my product which i wanted and also have to keep my money with them for so long.

                      On my part, i want amazon india to send me the product "moto g turbo (White)", (Currently in stock) which i ordered for, at the same price of rs. 4, 999 and also provide me with a compensation of any amount greater than or equal to the worth of rs. 5, 000 for cheating me, the end consumer, and also causing harassment and wastage of my time.
                      Expecting a reply from amazon india in the least time possible.

                        My Amazon.in order (#[protected] was received Monday, March 28.
                        Immediately a I filed a return of the product . After some days a delivery guy came and collected the product from me which i was to return. He told me money would be refunded but yet I haven't received the money back

                          Please don't place any order to Amazon, i have very bad experience i have placed order on 15 march and they delay it for 1 month (approx) go for any other s like Flipcart, snapdeal or else but dont go for Amazon ... I was suppose to visit my native place with my tablet but due to Amazon poor service i missed it. very bad and i can see so many complaint from other costumer also .

                              I order a phone called Moto G Turbo(white) on 27th of march. After ordering i got confirmed email but it didn't show the expected day of delivery. so i waited for 3-4 days but after this my product got cancel without my information.
                              This thing is not expected from amazon india. Due to this delay i had to pay extra 1000Rs because deal is gone, that was a loss, shopping with amazon.

                                I want to replace my xiaomi redmi note 3 that i brought from amazon around 20 days back, as my phone is defected and is twisted towards the screen.
                                I also visited the xiaomi service center in siliguri but it was of no use as the said they cannot help as i purchased the product from amazon, it is not their (xiaomi) responsibility to replace or return the product.

                                    I have an order the la fem women's jeggings combo lfjegg7001dkblueltblue34_dark blue & light blue_34 from amazon on dates 22.03.2016 it will delivered to me at 28.3.2015
                                    I order both jegging in size 34 but te product i received is size 32 & one 34, i place a replacement request but amazon said we cant replace it u have to return the product & re-order it again. Then i return the product on 29.03.2016,
                                    After that i am still following them to refund my money, , ,
                                    Then i got a mail from amazon customer care that the refund is initiated & it will be reflected in your account by 8.4.2015, but today ie 9.4.2015 i checked my account there has no fund hasbeen received from amazon, then i write back to amazon for the same.
                                    Now they told me that the cheque has been courier to u by blue dart courier number [protected], in blue dart site the courier number is does not exist

                                    After making me fool from last 15 days now they are saying they courier the cheque... What the hell is this.

                                    I request you to ask amazon to refund my money in my account...
                                    I won't beleave in cheque it will delivered to me or not???

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I was ordered one item from my email id kartarsingh.[protected]@gmail.com headset for lenovo k4 note which estimate time to delivery is 4.4.16 but not get delivery on that date then i called in amazon service center they said u will get your order next day but not received i was called 6 to 9 times within 5 days they only said you will get tomorrow but not get my item. I am frustrate because when i track item shown in korba from 4.4.16.
                                      Kindly solve my problem or do the needful. Customer executive gives wrong suggestion or said to me which is untrue. They not solve my problem or make me fool from 4.4.16 to 8.4.16. Kindly refund double amount of product i am not believe amazon very bad or fraud
