I ordered 3 moto g turbo smartphones at a discounted price of rs 4999. Later i was told that the order is cancelled because it was accepted at such a low price due to a technical error from their side. i received the mail for the confirmation of order with the generated order id but later received the letter of regret. i spent hours, ordering the phone on such a slow website(at that time) and suffered in my upcoming board exam. This was probably a publicity stunt by amazon to increase footfalls and illegally promote the new launch of moto series phones on their website.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    i emailed their customer care & they informed that due to technical mistake they had cancelled my order at discounted prize.

            I ordered Xtra selfie stick ACE with Bluetooth remote model no. X000GGOXOF. But amazon deliver any other company product with very poor quality. They make fool to customers that i order Xtra selfie stick ACE with Bluetooth remote model no. X000GGOXOF but you deliver monopod brand with model no Z07-1 with very low and poor quality. Moreover to make fool to customers they temporary labeled model no. that i ordered on other brand. Is it right ?

                Ordered on 6 April 2016 Order#[protected].

                I placed my order on[protected] on the guaranteed basis by paying Rs. 100 for 1 day delivery by[protected] by 8:00 p.m.
                I got a text message from amazon about the delivery in which phone number was also mentioned of the delivery boy, I tried that phone number but it was switched off, then i called amazon thrice, they just told wait for 1 more hour,
                I did that but didn't received yet.
                They said your Rs. 100 will refunded if you don't get your product on right time.
                Rs. 100 is not a big amount but the assurance which amazon give to their customer is totally unpredictable.
                The product which i ordered, i need to give to my brother on the same day, that is why i ordered it with the 1 day delivery charge, but i didn't received.
                so it is very much embarrassing for me.

                As being a good customer of amazon, now i have to say this, Amazon your service is really very bad.

                  on 13th march 2016 i placed an order of 50 san disk 8 gb clas 4 microsdhc memory card with amazon.in seller Joy India Order No.[protected]

                  Dated 15th march 2016 seller Joy India Sended mail stating " Sir we cannot ship to this address " at 08.44.50

                  dated 16th march 2016 early in the morning i check the status of order which surprised me order status goods have been dispatched and are expected by 25th march 2016

                  The Carrier has not proviced tracking details for this shipment at this time

                  on 26th march 2016 on non receipt of goods on time contacted Amazon seller joy india and ask him to send a status update of an order

                    I am chasing up for my refund since one month. 1st they said that seller will directly issue a cheque to my address once the seller received the returned items.
                    It's took more then 10 days to delivery at seller from the date of return pick . after some days I again contact Amazon customer support for the refund status. They answer me that seller is not replying their email for refund. After that they filed a claim after two and three reminder to seller. Again after someday I called Amazon Customer support for the status. They answered me that on 24th Seller released the cheque which will directly courier to my address within 7 to 9 days and they will share the courier tracking number shortly. And they close the claim. But no courier tracking number has been shared with me. I was waiting for cheque. Today I called Amazon Customer support again for tracking the cheque. They told me that Cheque is missed pleased and Amazon will reissue the cheque again. It will take again 7 to 9 business day.
                    I asked for the previous courier tracking number if they really despatch the cheque. They answered me that tracking number is not available.

                    I am really tired of calling Amazon Customer support again again. I feel really cheated and loose of time and money also. I am not expecting such kind of service from Amazon India.

                    Still waiting for my money back and waiting for a correct communication regarding the refund.

                      I bought a smartphone frm Amazon India which was delivered to me on 9th March The companies replacement policy is of only 10 days and now after 20 days the capacitive touch of the smartphone is not working fine and the phone heats as well every time...
                      Amazon denied the service but wants me to go to the service center which I know if I will go will take a month for them to resolve the issue.

                      Amazon are cheats...

                          I placed an order for lenovo phab plus on 5th April 2016 and it was prepaid order for 15099.My mother received the order on 6th April and when i came back home i realized that the packaging was tampered with and the phablet was missing from the box.I immediately called Amazon customer service and sent the pictures to them.No response from them for the resolution.i guess i have lost the product as well as my money.poor service from amazon.

                            I ordered Micromax Led for 10000 rs and my mom who is around 60 years old received it and paid 10000 rupees to them when I came back to home what I found that the parcel was shabby in looking and even the amazon tape loose and re taped with a normal cello tape and it was a carton filled with cardboard and some newspapers.. When I escalated this matter to Amazon they are playing with me and I am just running round the bushes.

                              I added an Apple Macbook Air from Amazon listed at 76.9K to my cart and asked about educational discount for which i was referred to Apple Customer care; meanwhile the item was removed from my cart and price was increased to 86.9K. Upon asking for price match when i explained that same is easily done for a lower price difference by Amzon India and was done easily by Amazon US for a similar situation - i got an answer that policies are different for US and India - My question is how can Amazon differentiate between customers in US and in India and portray amazon India as #apnidukan? It's discrimination against customers in India.

                              Real issue to me is the higher price difference rather then policies; Amazon just chose to trade convenience and profit for principles and customer service.

                                I ordered the case 03/15, and have not received the case as of 04/06.
                                I received an email about delivery time, and tracking info. The package was to arrive on 03/22. It never arrived. I sent an email about the problem, was told that they would check their ware house. That was the only response, and i still don't have the merchandise. I have tracking#9274899994421403652634. At this point, if it is still possible, i would like the case. If they are unable to fill the order in a timely manner, please return my money.

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  I want to say that I ordered a Smartphone Moto G turbo white colour from Amazon.in on 27th March, 16. for that i submitted shipping details, apply coupon code GYJQJ3YW. and ordered at 4999.00 (picture included). i received a message from Amazon.in saying "Thanks for your Amazon.in order!, we will send a confirmation when your order (#[protected] dispatches. total: Rs. 4999.00(picture included). but when i checked the status of my order in the evening there was no information regarding my order. so i contacted customer care for the same and they said "the items were listed with an incorrect price on our website for a short time"(picture included) but as per i know there was no price error the reduction in the price was due to the discount coupons and after the more conversation with him he said "Actually we have received the information from our team side that was price error that is why order cancelled." (picture included) i wasn't satisfied with their responses and then next day i got a message from Amazon.in that "your recent order for Moto G turbo was processed with a discount due to technical issue & will be cancelled. we are sorry for the inconvenience caused."(picture included). first they said the price error and then technical issue. they are just making excuses, first they show discount to attract customers to increase traffic on their website and cheat them with silly excuses. and saying you can now order at current price at Rs 12499.00
                                  the possible solution is that i want the that phone at the price i ordered earlier Rs 4999.00.
                                  i hope you concern about my issue and try to do full justice.

                                      I have ordered a microsoft lumia phone 8gb, black on 13th march - for which i have paid whole amount with an emi scheme. To date no information regarding dispatch etc.I have contacted several times to custom care. all the time there response are very nice but all in vain no proper answer. I contacted the seller and they said it is dispatched but no status record is found. Custom care of amazon.in is asking me now to cancel the order and make a new order. in the mean time 1st emi is already deducted - then who will take the responsibility of this emi ? I need my ordered phone with the same purchase order as soon as possible.

                                        I wanted to purchase the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phone for sure since 9th March, 2016 as I have participated in all the flash sales of the 32GB version, I do agree that the first two sales were too fast that it was my fault that I was not able to add it to cart. But today on 6th April what I encountered made me feel ''is this the way such big companies work'', if yes, they should be shut down immediately. I was completely prepared to buy this phone, the sale started and on Amazon, it was just 1% claimed when I clicked on the 'Add to Cart button, it gave me a message that checking the deal, then add to cart button appeared again and when i clicked on it, it never worked, I went back and came back to the page again and repeated this thing so many times, but failed. I saw turning the flash sale from 1% claimed, 11%, 30%, and so on and then 100% claimed and it never worked. I am so frustated now that even if xiaomi and amazon will personally come to deliver this phone at my house for free, I will kick them out as they have kicked me out everytime I tried to gave them business. And what happened today, was completely the fault from the company's side. Further, my friend and I also tried on the Mi.in, but on that website, the 32GB version never came in stock at any moment. According to Amazon and Xiaomi, customers are fool and that should be their logo forever. It's completely amazon and xiaomi's fault that they are not able to provide to the customers what they are actually meant for. Further, if you're having a flash sale, then make your servers work or don't put flash sales. And if I talk about mi.in, they are just useless, the phone never came in stock on that website even though it was widely promoted that today is Mi fan festival in which they were giving rs 50 off on a case purchased with the phone what a great discount first, but at least make the product available instead of false commitments. I have screenshots of amazon purchases with me. But can't send them right now as it's in the phone and I can't access those images right now. But I can provide them for sure.

                                        True buddy.. same did I experience.. I wonder the star ratings they give might also be fake.. Leave this.. the china made ####ing stuff.

                                        And let us not be befooled. Yes we need phones, there are other companies. Let us decide, we won't go for MI ever, and let us decide we won't buy from amazon.!

                                        If it costs them business... they will stop playing with indian customers!
