Today, I and many other people all around India ordered the Moto G Turbo with MRP 12, 499.00 using the promotion code which was shared by many people on the social networking site. The code was successfully applied which gave a discount of ₹7500, and I paid the amount by credit card and order was confirmed amounting to ₹4999 with order #[protected]. But, later when I opened my Amazon account, the order had been cancelled without any prior information. I didn't receive any SMS or Email about the cancellation. This, is really shameful for such a big e-commerce company. They are saying people that it is a third party problem and it is a price error. This error was a cheap publicity stunt. Why was my order confirmed if it was a pricing error? Why was the code even successfully applied. I want my product to be delivered. It was an Amazon fulfilled order and they have to fulfill it anyhow. Amazon should send the ordered product to the buyers as fast as possible.

    On 27th March, I ordered MOTO G TURBO at discount prize of rs. 4999 but after getting order confirmation email from Amazon, Now they have cancelled the order due the technical issue occurred in discounted pricing.

    I would request Amazon to process the order with same discounted prize as It was processed by there system at the time of taking order now they just cant get rid of this by stating issue caused due to technical glinch.

      Sir I want to register a compliant against amazon company as I have order a moto g turbo edition whose order I'd no.[protected] & after confirming the order they cancel the order without my permission. Now I want to raise a complaint on the fact that they can't do this without my permission. They do not have the rights to do this. I am raising this complaint bcoz amazon company thinks no coustmer will raise a complaint for this & they can do what they want to do. I didn't know by doing this what will they get but by doing this they making the coustmer fool. So please register this complaint so that they can't do this again to their coustmers. Firstly they give fake deals then they also confirm the order then after confirming then they cancel the order of coustmer by their self & says to coustmer that this is due to technical error. Now if this is due to technical error then why they have their technical support? What is doing the technical support?
      OK if this is due to technical support then they have to put coustmer order on hold why they confirm the coustmer order? This is a fraud against coustmer as firstly give fake deals then confirm order & after confirming the order they cancel without any permission from coustmer this is wrong.
      Also they say me that the promotion cede is given by third party as no third party have the rights to give promotional offers without the permission of the company. So as amazon allows the third party to use their name & run promotional offers on their site by their permission. Their for a complaint must be registered against amazon as firstly they allows third party to run promotional offers by using theur name & then after confirming the order from coustmer they cancel it by their self.

      Sir I also want to ask a question that if this is due to technical error then how will amazon will provide security to coustmer privacy. As millions o[censored]sers use amazon for shopping & add their card details are saved in their amazon accounts then who will responsible if coustmers private data got hacked then again amazon says that this is due to technical error. So please take strict action against amazon so that this will doesn't happen in future.

        1. I ordered through amazon India on 27 Th March 2016

        2.I was paying through axis bank online and couldn't get success

        3.I received an email within 5 minutes to revise the payment

        4.I did the revise payment with Visa card and it was successful even i received a message from bank.I checked it was deducted from my account.

        5.I received again an email of revise payment.

        6.I decided to chat with one of the customer deepika. She informed we have not received the fund and we cannot process the Order

        7.I had chat again in the evening with varsha she confirmed they received the funds and will process the order by tomorrow. Is Amazon India fault and regret the same.In the meantime, i have checked with bank and shared the same the transaction id with amazon India.

        8.Morning, i received an email that order has been cancelled and you money will be refunded with 2-4 working day. Please check with your bank.

        Its a scam to block funds, wasting time, mental harassment and scam.

        Who will be held responsible for above mistakes.The person who trusted amazon India and facing huge problem.

        I would like to raise a complaint against amazon India for block funds, wasting time, mental harassment and scam.

            The handset priced at 12, 499 rs on the e-commerce website Amazon, were purchased by the users for 4, 999 rs with approximately 7, 500 rupees discount. The discount was given after the users apply the code ‘GYJQJ3YW’.

            After couple of hours of ordering the handset, I got SMS and Email of the order being cancelled without any reason. Then I contacted Amazon customer service through Chat on their site and the reason given to me was not satisfactory at all.

            They said: The Moto G Turbo (White) Items listed on the Amazon website was an third party malfunction on the amazon website, which is no were related to amazon website, hence all the orders placed for this item would be auto cancelled and auto refund for this item will be done in your original payment method.

            There is a controversy that e-commerce websites do these things as a publicity stunt and to increase footfall on their website.

            Many bloggers have accused that these things were done to rank better and get free promotion of their products. Snapdeal and Amazon were the primary suspects who do these type of things again and again.

            I believe many people are cheated just like me. Let's raise our voices and show these e-commerce sites that we will not let them take advantage of their publicity stunts. Sign my petition to ask Amazon to process our cancelled orders.

            Sign my petition and ask Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Minister of State, Commerce & Industry (Independent Charge) Government of India, to act on this immediately.

                This is anju singh and i'm here to state about my grievance regarding my amazon order #[protected].

                Regarding the above order i would like to inform you that yesterday(27th march, 2016), i received a message on my number [protected] regarding delivery but didn't get neither any call nor any delivery.

                Further when i tried to track my package today then the order status is showing returned though i haven't updated any such kind of status.


                Moreover mine order was prepaid, not cod that i was passing time.


                Would like to inform you that status of subjected was turned to cancel without my ascent. Now can u explain me why???


                On sunday i.E. On 27/03/2016 received message from vm- amazon that the same will be delivered today. I cancelled my all appointment and remained here to receive the same, but alas i kept waiting...


                Now today when i viewed my status it was on cancel mode. This shows that you are befooling the customers. For your kind information the subjected order was prepaid.


                What type of services are you providing this shows that you are least bothered about your customers.

                The contact no of the delivery boy which was provided was switch off since the sms came (No- [protected]).

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (white) under Order #[protected], on[protected]. The product was priced at Rs.12499/-. But under a promotional activity by Amazon, after applying a promotional code (GYJQJ3YW) the order total was Rs.4999/-. I have applied the said code and it was successfully accepted by the Amazon site and paid the entire amount of Rs. 4999/- through my credit card and the said amount has been debited from my account as well. Following this, I had received an order confirmation email from Amazon. Thereafter, in evening I got an email from Amazon that your order has been cancelled. I immediately checked my order status on Amazon account, they removed the order detail on my Amazon account. Second I had received an email which said your order has been cancelled and the amount is refunded to you. I had never cancelled my order nor had I asked for any refund from Amazon India. The order has been abruptly cancelled without any intimation to me. When I had placed the order, the product was in stock and was available and the amount was accordingly deducted from my account and an order confirmation email was sent. Any refund which would be credited to my account shall be accepted by me under protest as I desire for the product and not for refund. I am hereby reserving my right for obtaining the product which I have paid for.
                    I also spoke to the Amazon customer service people they said that your order was successfully placed under the discount and you also paid the amount. Now they are telling me senseless things about cancelled my order.

                      Hello my name is Ganesh Waghela i, m from Mumbai Maharashtra I have placed an order "Moto G turbo" on 27th March, 2016 on amazon. And the order was placed following all the steps according to amazon. The amount was paid by credit card applying a discount code on the total amount.. The original amount of the product was "12499" with discount code "7500" was discounted from the total amount the final price was "4999" which i paid from my credit card..! The code was accepted by amazon website and within few minutes i received order conformation mail to my email id..! there was no conformation on delivery dates ! after 3/4 hours i received a mail from amazon regarding refund of my amount on the same order with in 2/3 working days ! today i received another mail regarding auto cancellation of my order ! amazon cancelled my order by it self without any notice or informing me about it !
                      now amazon is say it was a technical error regarding the discount code..!
                      Amazon is one of the reputed online shopping site but there was no call massage or mail regarding the order cancellation i would request for help regarding this issue i want my order which i paid for !! My id - [protected]@gmail.com

Also they have not given any information and notified to me regarding cancellation of order. So is this the way amazon deal with their customers.                             I had placed an order on[protected] whereby i had ordered moto g turbo (White) vide
                            Order #[protected]. The price of the product was shown as rs.12, 499/-. I had applied a promotional code and the same was accepted by the website (Amazon.In), following which the order total was rs. 4, 999/-. I paid the same through my sbi internet banking. The amount of rs. 4999/- was deducted from my bank account and an order confirmation email was received by me from [protected]@amazon.In . To my utter surprise, i received a sms on my cell phone no. [protected] which said that the order is cancelled and if i had paid the refund will be initiated shortly. I immediately checked my gmail account wherein i had received a mail from [protected]@amazon.In which said refund success. There was no email saying cancellation of order and neither was i informed about any reason for cancelling the order from amazon as i have not cancelled the order at all from my side.When i had placed an order the product was in stock and was available. The promotional code was accepted by the website, after that the payment was also duly accepted by amazon india's website and accordingly the entire order total of rs. 4999/- was deducted from my bank account. There is absolutely no reason to cancel the order. I am not ready to accept any refund as there was no cancellation from my side neither was there any fault from my side for amazon to effect cancellation. Any amount which may be credited to my account shall be accepted under protest by reserving my legal right to claim the product. I have already sent a mail to amazon's customer care, to which they say a sorry and say that its a technical glitch and is a rare incident; which is absolutely absurd. I want the ordered product to be delivered as the entire amount was debited from my account.

                                I have ordered a Motorola moto g3 from amazon.in by applying a promotional code, it successfully created my order and confirmed me my order status.
                                But after some time the order was cancelled with prior notification and after having a tele calling with amazon customer care the gave me a reason that the promotional code was not valid.
                                As a customer i felt cheated because i was given a confirmation and then my order was cancelled.
                                So i demand a reimbursement in favor of this Or they deliver me the product as promised.

                                  i have placed the order on 16 th march 2016 (which was sheduled to be delivered latest by the 21st march) and today is 28 th march, for these agonizing days i have received one sms in the morning stating you your shipment is out for delivery and in the evening i receive another sms stating you shipment cannot be delivered as the addressee in not available. No one from the courier Co even contacted me over my phone no.This has been happening for these past twelve days. i think your delivery team has resolved not to deliver the product to me, and now it is their ego problem. i have contacted your customer care a number of times over mail and phone but nothing positive turned up except i got lots and lots of assurances from your customer care that the product will be delivered but alas! nothing happened. i am very much disappointing by the service i am receiving from your end. i am fade up with contacting with customer care every day in and out, because it takes a lot of my valuable working time in getting in touch with you. today i contacted with your customer care and again assured that the product will be delivered by today positively & i will not receive the sms stating you shipment cannot be delivered as the addressee in not available.

                                  lets hope for best and if not delivered by today the please initiate the process to refund my money paid to you back to my account.

                                  1st part of the order reached me very shortly but next part i.e. 5nos lipton iced tea did not reach me, i got a massage on 18/3/16 from your end that the order was out for delivery, i waited all day but it was not delivered nor anybody called me no my mobile no [protected] from the courier company; but suddenly i got massage that the addressee is not available on19/3/16. this is totally wrong statement as my residence is my own house and not an apartment and somebody always present there 24X7. if the delivery person faced such problem as stated then why he did not contact me on my phone no. actually on 18th there was a heavy afternoon shower and the courier company personnel did not take the trouble of delivering the product during rain and gave you a fabricated feedback. from my previous experience i have found that if the product or shipment gets somehow damaged during transit then they try to give these sort of wrong feedback. so under these circumstances tell the courier to deliver today and give me a call in case of any problem regarding the delivery of shipment

                                    I ordered a smartphone motorola turbo mobile phone on march 27, 2016 worth rs 4999.

                                    They were running a promotion and offered moto turbo for rs. 4999 instead of rs.12499. They also provided coupon code for the same to get the product at the promotional discount and coupon code was gyjqj3yw. It worked successfully and price come down to 4999.

                                    This is now trick of all ecommerce companies first offer a product at a low price to attract the customers and they after capturing money with them for earning interest and then cancel it without any valid reason.

                                    If consumer court can help us to get the product or some compensation it would be great.

                                      I had ordered moto g turbo on amazon. In at around 27/3/2016 at 2.30, i did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. I also paid the amount through my card.
                                      But later i got the email saying my order has been cancelled, and there was a technical issue.
                                      If there is a issue its your fault not mine.

                                        On 27th march, 2016. I have placed an order - moto g turbo for 4999/- (Applied a promo code - gyjqj3yw). Payment was done and order got placed successfully.
                                        Also they have not given any information and notified to me regarding cancellation of order. So is this the way amazon deal with their customers.

                                        But, i haven't cancelled the order then how come amazon can cancel my order.
                                        I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by amazon. Companies like amazon are playing cheap tricks and playing games with customers feelings
