I purchased a mobile in offer, 'moto g turbo white 16 gb', from amazon.com and had done its payment, i got email confirmation that my transaction is successful and my order is placed successfully. After some day they emailed on their own that my ordered is cancelled, and returned my money after next 3 day, firstly if i have purchased anything, how could they cancel it, they own no right on the product after my payment for the product. I want my mobile anyhow, now that product belongs to me, and they have no right to take my goods.This is violating my consumer right, i want a prompt response toward this. Either they contact me and give me my mobile at the price i had purchased or give penalty for this act, that govt. Decide judicially.
