Dear sir

yesterday i have order a mobile Moto G turbo(order num[protected] in amazon.they had conformed my order.Today they had cancel my order without any information.i have call in customer care but they did't resposnse me properly.they are behaving like that i have done something wrong with them.

Mr Subham one of the rude guy of this company. Seriosly kick out from the company this kind of people.if there was an technical issue amazon will pay for it.Why should i pay for it.How Can u Cancel any order without inform customer.

    I have placed an order for moto g turbo(White) and paid the money 4999 using my credit card and i got the confirmation messageand mail that my phone would be delivered on or before 4th april but i dont know what happened the order got cancelled by amazon and i even didnot get my money back.I think this is not the way they sholud deal with people.Thi swebsite should be banned in india for making people scapegoats.

      On 27 th march I ordered a Mobile phone (Moto g Turbo 16 gb) from amazon india, its actual price on amazon is 12499. Afternoon got a call from friend who shared me the promo code and said by applying this promocode you will get a discount of 7499 and pay 4999 for the mobile. I logged in my amazon account, applied the promocode and it worked then i made the card payment and placed the order.
      I have received the order confirmation email from amazon after placing the order.and around evening when i tracked the order it was automatically cancelled and the message was displayed in my account, your refund of 4999 has been initiated.
      My complaint is how amazon can cancel the order automatically after confirming the order and without the concern of customer they are cancelling the orders placed

        I would like to know ur reason for cancelling my order(Order #[protected]. How can u cancel my order once I have already paid for the same nd also u have send me confirmation by email. I would raise the issue in consumer court and publicize the same in media. It is gross arrogant from ur side that ur cancelling my order without my consent. Please give me valid justification for the same or I will take matter to consumer court.

          I have bought a number of products from amazon in the past. but this time I ordered Moto G turbo for Rs.4999. (order id:[protected] for which I paid the amount via Debit Card..and also got the email about the order details. but now they have sent me an email that they have started refunding my amount without any reason of cancellation. I want the product not the money. so no this is your responsibility to get my device delivered or I will take you to the court..I have attached the proof of email

            I bought motorola moto g turbo smartphone from amazon.in on 27 march 2016 for rs. 4999 using a promo code. I got the order confirmation message on email. Order I'd from Amazon given[protected]

            But after few hours, they Ignoring the honour of order they have cancelled it.

            They have cheated me by removing the order from account order list.

            They should deliver the order to the costumers.

              Moto g turbo order order #[protected] cancelled by company without any reason..
              I had ordered moto g turbo on amazon. In at around 27/3/2016 1. 51 pm, i did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6. 30 it was cancelled by amazon itself without any confirmation and i have not received any confirmation after that...

                I have received the following message from Amazon India:

                "Hello,

                We are writing to you about your Amazon.in order #[protected].

                We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: Asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled.

                Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have paid for your order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used once the order is cancelled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.

                At this point no further action is required from your end. This email is for your information only."


                I am very unsatisfied from this reply from them and they are saying that they will not process my order as the same has been cancelled and the offer was just a technical fault.
                Its their fault so why should its consumer everytime who is harresed.

                its my last and final request to amazon india to please deliver the order otherwise I have to file a suit in district forum against them.

                  I have ordered moto x turbo from amazon on 27 march, 2016 and i got the confirmation of my order with Order #[protected] was successfulbut after few hours they cancelled my order without any valid reason, i have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 6-7 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit

                  I request you to please help me to get my order and take serious action on Amazon by treating customers as fools

                    I have purchased moto g turbo on cash on delivery on[protected] . online seller company amazon cancel my order without given any reason. Also they have not given any information and notified to me regarding cancellation of order. So is this the way amazon deal with their customers. By giving offers they are wasting customers Time and Money. They assure to return money but what about time we wasted purchasing order. Fake offers, Fake amazon.

                      I had placed an order on amazon.In with order number[protected] on[protected] with pre payment and amazon confirmed the order but unfortunately in the evening my order is automatically cancelled without giving any reason. They keep my money for the day then refunded which take approximately 5-6 days to reflect into my account then what is point of buying from amazon. Fake promotion stunt by amazon this should be stopped... And amazon should bear the loss and take proper actions on the matter

                        i ordered moto G Turbo (white) at cost of Rs 4999/- by using coupon code: GYJQJ3YW discount Rs7500/-
                        after somer time amazon.in automatic cancel the order with out any information. this is totally cheating by amazon to their valuable customer. which is untolerable. i want to deliver my product with in time.
                        when i complain against it .then amazon told me offer by mistake.and they take action against who uploaded offer.
                        But i want to ask that if amazon commit mistake but customer doesn't so why customer have to pay for that. first, amazon fulfill their promises and deliver the product otherwise amazon is also a fake company we will never come to purchase any product through amazon even amazon is a reputable company in world and such sameful behaviour not suited to such company.
                        if legal action will not taken soon.
                        i forward my complain again and again till any where. such cheated company will not have any right to sell their product in BHARAT

                          I have booked moto G turbo for Order #[protected] for i got confirmation mail also. after one hour i got mail for cancellation of order which was not initiated from my side.
                          I made a contact to customer care and i got reply that "We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo was automatically processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled." and refunded the amount deducted .
                          this is like a fraud against a consumer who is shopping online, first getting attraction of consumer by a good offer and then making order and then getting paid for it then cancel order automatically and saying the offer made was a technical glitch.

But after some time in the same day I have received order canceled mail from amazon for refunding the money. How can Amazon cancel my order which is successfully placed and payment completed?

                              I want my ordered item. I don't want the refund money as I have successfully completed my order in Amazon. It cannot be cancelled by amazon by its own without customer's permission.

                                Today (27/03/2016) amazon india has given a offer on motorola moto g turbo (16 gb, white). It was offering a discount of rs. 7500 by applying a coupon card (Gyjqj3yw). The actual price of the phone is rs. 12499 and after discount they were offering the product at rs. 4999. So i ordered one, they took my order then after 6-7 hours they canceled my order without notifying me. They promised me to give the offer by taking my order, now they are refusing to deliver my product saying technical glitch. How cheap stunt is this?

                                    Today i placed a order with amazon for moto g turbo.i got a confirmation of my order as i have paid 4999 online and after few hours i got a mail that my refund has been processed and my order has been cancelled..so they are fooling the cx by taking their money...i want my phone...my order no.[protected]..i have also calked them for the same and they tolf me that it is a technical glitch..nd we cannot do anything about it...so please help me to get my phone and please take strict action against them...

                                      I orderred moto g turbo and later on i received an email saying that the order is cancelled. I have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 4-5 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit. I took money from other person and i have to pay him interest.


                                      I tried chatting to resolve the issue and the customer rep offered me 200 gift card, then later two supervisors offered me 350 gift card, later on the manager denied it to me when i told him that i work for customer service as well.
