Hi,

I purchased moto g turbo from amazon @ rs. 4, 999 on 27th mar, 2016 around 1pm. I made payment through netbanking and the order was placed successfully. All of sudden, in evening i received a message that the order has been cancelled and money would be refunded. Amazon have used the money of people and made them fool. If you cant fulfill your offers, you cant promote them. They didnt even apologize for the trouble they gave to customers. I want either the product or the refund amount along with the interest for the days they have been using my money.

I hope strict action would be taken against amazon like snapdeal to stop this false promotion and playing with the feelings of customer.

Booking of moto g turbo mobile on amazon.In order #[protected] has been cancelled, without any intimation, and now company is claiming that it was technical fault, hence they have right to cancel the order.

I mean how is this possible that, while booking the product company where sleeping.

Hope i should get the product which i have ordered.

The original price was ₹12, 499.00, but after applying a promo code which I had got from a msg .price became ₹4, 999.00 after discount of ₹7, 500.00.
I have received the order confirmation email from amazon after placing the order But now they have cancelled my order without informing me.
How the amazon. in can cancel order automatically if they have confirmed the order before?

But after sometime, I received a mail regarding cancellation of my order.I never cancelled the order, still i received the mail saying that my order is cancelled.I want the product not the refund.

I have purchased moto g turbo on cash on delivery on[protected] . Online seller company amazon.in cancel my order without giving any reason. They don't given any information and notification to me. Amazon company also erased my order detail also bur i saved invoice its detail also mentioned below

I want my phone or compensation from Amazon.If any technical issue occur in Amazon then why they are running such a big organisation, why they are accepting money for product???...

I had ordered moto g turbo on amazon in at around 27/3/2016 @ 1. 58 pm, i did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But when i checked the status of the order at evening it was cancelled by amazon itself
.Since amazon have accepted the orders they will have to deliver the product now, can't go back now. So is this the way amazon deal with their customers. By giving offers they are wasting customers time and money.

I ordered mobile moto g turbo edition (white) on 27 march but Amazon cancelled my product without giving any prior notice. Its like a fraud to me that how company cancelled order just because of pricing. I got a promotional code over internet and i ordered moto g turbo for rs 4999 and i got conformation for successfuly order #[protected] but after few hours of order cancelled by amazon without any notification. I spent over a hour for successful order on their site for fraud scheme. Its like amazon done fraud not only to me but thousands of customers who ordered that product. Amazon playing with the emotions of their customers and must have to pay for this fraud act. Please help me to get my mobile and teach a lesson to amazon for this fraud.

I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (white) vide Order NO.[protected], on[protected]. The product was priced at Rs.12499/-. After applying a promotional code the said promotional code was accepted by your system and the order total was Rs.4999/-. I have paid the entire amount of Rs. 4999/- through my Internet banking and the said amount has been debited from my account as well. Following this, I had received an order confirmation email from amazon.in. Thereafter, in the evening, to my utter shock I received a SMS which said that my order has been cancelled. I immediately checked my email account, wherein I had received an email which said REFUND SUCCESS. I had never cancelled my order nor had I asked for any refund from Amazon.in. The order has been abruptly cancelled without any intimation to me. When I had placed the order, the product was in stock and was available and the amount was accordingly deducted from my account and an order confirmation email was sent. Any refund which would be credited to my account shall be accepted by me under protest as I desire for the product and not for refund. I am hereby reserving my right for obtaining the product which I have paid for.

Moto G Turbo Order Order #[protected] Cancelled by company without any reason..
I had ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon. In at around 27/3/2016 at 1.30, I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 8. 30 it was cancelled by Amazon itself without any confirmation and I have not received any confirmation after that...
so please help me to get my phone and please take strict action against them...

Phones actual price is 12, 500 and I got a coupon from some where to buy at a price of 5000 ie. 7000 off. So I paid and placed the order. Later on in the noon I received the message that your order is cancelled and you will receive your refund within 1-2 days. But I have not cancelled the order.so I called the amazon they told me they cancelled the order...

I ordered Moto G turbo edition mobile in Amazon India with prepaid on 27.3.2016 same I applied promotional code and got a discount of 7500 rupees.

My order details of Moto G Order #[protected] and time line of my delivery date is (Friday, April 1 - Thursday, April 7) but Now Amazon India cancelled the my orders with out any reason. I feel this is not fair and hence would like to complaint against Amazon India as it is their mistake and request my order to be delivered.

This month end same i have only 5000 rs but that amount already paid this order so please support and arrange to delivered on this.

I have ordered a moto g turbo(White) from amazon with order number #[protected]. I have applied promotional code and amazon approved that code for rs. 7500. So i brought this mobile for rs.4999 from their website and i got confirmation mail from amazon that my order is successful and let you know the shipping date. But by the evening i got a mail from amazon that my order is cancelled and your amount paid through credit card will be refunded into your bank account in 2 to 3 days. I have the objections in the following:
1.They cancelled my order without my concern
2. I have spent more than rs.1000 for internet charges towards amazon app download and browsing to purchase this mobile. All my time spent to browse and purchase this mobile is gone wasted
3. When i contacted the customer care regarding the same, they simply say that because of technical issues, you got that promotional code and hence cancelled.
4. By simply saying that it is a technical error and not giving any proper reason simply comes under cheating a customer as there is no mistake from my side.

5. Hence i request you take serious action against fraud company like amazon for cheating the customers by accepting promotional code, but cancelling the confirmed order without my concern.
