I had purchased a back case cover for asus zenfone max from amazon with order id[protected] on 21st January 2016. This was seller(amazon registered) fulfilled order. The package was estimated to be delivered on 2nd Feb and then the estimated date of delivery was delayed to 04th Feb 2016. Even after numerous follow ups when the package was not delivered I chose to cancel it on 12th February 2016. And till date...
