Moto G Turbo Order Order #[protected] Cancelled by company without any reason..
I had ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon. In at around 27/3/2016 2., I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 7. 30 it was cancelled by Amazon itself without any confirmation and I have not received any confirmation after that.


Please help me out to get my booked device

    I have ordered moto x turbo from amazon on 27 march, 2016 and i got the confirmation of my order with order no:[protected] was successfulbut after few hours they cancelled my order without any valid reason, i have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 4-5 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit


    So i want my order .. I don't want refund.

            Order #[protected]

            Around 2 pm i booked the Moto G turbo from Amazon India and the order was confirmed.
            But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6.30 it was cancelled.


            WIthout any notice they have cancelled the item. If it is out of stock they should mention it while booking. They should deliver items once confirmed.

            after that i send mail to cc
            they just
            "We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled. "

            if order is automatically cancelled
            place it again?


            they cancelled orders and saying us it cancelled atomtically


            after that i tried to chat with them but after saying my problem

            they left chat window 2 time

            what we do now
            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I had ordered MOTO G Turbo on amazon.in @ Rs 4999 only by cash on delivery method. My order no is #[protected]. Now they are telling me that they can not deliver the product because if they deliver the product at the cost of Rs 4999 then their company will suffer from a huge loss of Rs 7500 per order. I have not cancelled my order . I want my product what I had ordered.

              I am Brijesh Dubey. I had order Moto G Turbo mobile on 27th march 2016. I had order that mobile from amazon.in worth Rs 4999/- (originally it was 12499/- after applying coupon). I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. I had received mail of cancelled order which I placed it was cancelled by Amazon itself without any information.

              Amazon had Cheat with me & many friends.

              So I request you help me & us for resolving this issue. I want mobile I don't need refund...
              Amazon should have apologized for their mistake and should send me my order.

                I placed an order on amazon but they cancelled my order without any reason, I have paid using my debit card . I placed order on 12:45 pm 27/03/2016 (IST standard time) of moto G turbo of Motorola company of MRP. 12499 but I used promo code so I got it for 4999rs. but they cancelled my order, whereas my order was already confirmed and I received a estimated delivery date and confirmation email already. When I check the status at 7 pm I got to know that it is already cancelled. I was very happy that I am getting a new android phone of a big company at very low price that is in my budget, so I can sell my old phone and get a new one, but when I saw that it is cancelled so I feel very bad and it has a very bad effect on my mind and I felt very awful . So, I request company to give me my phone that is ordered at a offer price, that is given earlier.

                        Today (Dated 27/03/2016), i ordered a motorola moto g turbo on an offer from amazon.In . It's original price is inr 12, 999 and applying the promotion code -gyjqj3yw, the price went to inr 4, 999. I placed the order for inr 4, 999 and the order was successfully placed as i got the auto-conformation email from amazon.In . But after sometime, when i checked my order from the app, it was cancelled by the company. When i contacted about this topic from my friend, he said that the company have announced that there was a technical glitch in the system. But i don't think that it was a techincal glitch. It was done by the company so as to attract the customers. Please solve this complaint.

                          Got a damaged product so i requested a refund after returning the product order #[protected], i have not got any refund till date, i have been told that they money have been refund and to follow up with my bank and bank has asked me to contact amazon, i am doing rounds and after numerous phone call and emails no help.

                          Unfortunately it seems the number is visible for other people as I got a call from [protected] stating he is from amazon and requesting for card number, cvv number and expiration date.
                          I thought my number would be hidden on consumer forum.

                                    I had placed an order (Moto G Turbo Mobile phone )
                                    my order id[protected] Placed on Sunday, March 27, 2016.
                                    but at the end of day i got email that they cancelled my order and generated refund for the same by saying this was an Error of price.
                                    Actually i ordered this phone worth 12499/- at 4999/- by using coupon code - GYJQJ3YW and it provided me discount worth 7500/-.
                                    Over thousands of customer had placed order for the same but amazon cancelled all the orders.
                                    Even this is not the first time Amazon has done this.
                                    please check into this matter, we earn money so hardly and websites like this exploit us and block our money.
                                    they generate huge amount by doing this and make their work and at day end send us a mail regarding cancellation of order.
                                    Really its a shamefull activity done by the trusted website AMAZON.
                                    I HOPE YOU WILL INVESTIGATE INTO THIS MATTER AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERY CUSTOMER WILL GET THEIR ORDER DELIVERED AND IN FUTURE EACH AND EVERY WEBSITE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING THE SAME.

                                      I have purchased a moto g turbo from amazon India at a promotional discount for Rs4999 around 1.30pm and paid the amount using gift card and the balance using net banking for which i received an Email confirmation as well as a sms confirmation. The confirmation stated that the order has been confirmed and would be delivered to me by the 1st of april 2016. But in the evening I have received an email that they have cancelled my order. I have also had an conversation with the customer care executive of amazon india where they have quoted that the order was placed in that aforementioned price due to a technical glitch and thats why the order will be cancelled. But after paying for the product in advance and the order being confirmed this is the responsibility of amazon india to fulfill the order. Hence I request that proper action be taken against amazon india.
