Hi all

This is a sincere request to you to take this thing seriously. I had placed an order order #[protected] in amazon india for moto g turbo and it was available at a price of 4999. I had ordered the same. And after few hours they cancelled my order.

This is a kind of publicity stunt being done regularly by amazon. I request you to look into this as a serious issue as it is legal and they are taking money and breaking the trust.

Lease take a serious action against this. I want the product at that price for sure as i had ordered, they have no rights to show technical issues and then cancel

This kind of things should be avoided,

    I my self keyur suthar. I had order moto g turbo edition mobile on 27th march 2016. I had order that mobile from amazon.in worth rs 4999/- (originally it was 12499/- after applying coupon). I had order at 2:15 pm & about 8:00 pm i had received message of cancelled order which i placed. I had not requested for cancelling my order & for refund of it.

    Amazon had Chet with me & many friends.

    So i request you help me & us for resolving this issue. I want mobile i dont need refund.

    Sir i am manoj kumar gupta same problem giving by amazon i have order confirmation email by the amazon.in amazon.in says that there was a price error in the system that's why Motorola Moto G 3rd edition was placed in the only 4999 rupees original prize is 12499 rupees but when the all over India can see this ad then why not amazon.in cannot see that ad and is amazon.in see this add in only 4999 rupees then why not amazon.in show this product offline that's why actually is that amazon.in trying to foolish the customers and people of over the India and those people who make their payment prepaid they will receive a reflection in 4 to 5 days we all customers and Consumers think that the online shopping is this safe shopping but as seen today the Amazon is one of the biggest cheaters 4 the customers we all thing is this product we not delivered at her home then it means The amazon.in is only one a website which takes the payment for from the customer and then not giving the product and refund and make reflection of their payment it means that the payment which are given by the customer only for buying there headache not a buying a product if 3000 of customers can saw that offer then why does not the seller and customer care executives of amazon.in cannot solve that offer cannot say that offer was not valid they are continuously receiving the order and as well as payment that means they are only for fraud not an error of the system thank you please try to resolve this problem thank you
    Same here friend's if they have any problem so why they have accepte our money ? Amazon India is just cheating with us. We will go to court for this ... I want just mobile handset ..[protected] my order no.
    Today (27/03/2016) Amazon India has given a offer on Motorola Moto G Turbo (16 GB, White). It was offering a discount of Rs. 7500 by applying a Coupon Card (GYJQJ3YW). The actual price of the phone is Rs. 12499 and after discount they were offering the product at Rs. 4999. So I ordered one, they took my order then after 6-7 hours they canceled my order without notifying me. They promised me to give the offer by taking my order, now they are refusing to deliver my product saying technical glitch. How cheap publicity stunt is this?

    EMI Still not converted

    Dear Support Team,
    I booked a phone from Amozon on 18.05.2016 in EMI mode but still the transaction not converted in EMI mode its showing one time payment mode, please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.. Order#[protected] also attach with mail, please find the attachment screen shot for your reference..

    Redmi note 3 order cancelled after two days

    I ordered for a red me note and my order got cancelled after two days.
    Till that time they did nt provide any delivery details. Because of this i lost opportunity to get same product from other websites. Also my money got blocked for four days. I have to again book and wait for the product.

      I bought motorola moto g turbo smartphone from amazon.in on 27 march 2016 for rs. 4999 using a promo code. I got the order confirmation message on email.

      But after few hours, Ignoring the honour of order they have cancelled it.

      They have cheated us by removing the order from account order list.

      They should deliver the order to the costumers.

        Today (27 March 2016) at 12:38 PM, I have ordered an mobile(Moto G Turbo) in the www.amazon.in website with the Price 4, 999/- I have made the checkout and paid by using Amazon Gift Card balance.Payment is made and got a confirmation mail form the Amazon with the order number:[protected].

        Later in the evening at around 5:30 P.M, Same day i got a message from the amazon that the order is canceled. But i haven't canceled.Later called to customer care and came to know that Amazon India have automatically canceled the orders, I asked for the reason and they said that "There was a pricing error on our website and was rectified." and they also said that it is not an appropriate promotion code which a "Technical Glitch ".


        If the error is from the Amazon side they why have they canceled the order with out intimating to the customer?.

        If Technical error from their end then they should not made me through the payment or gave me a confirmation.But they didst do either.

        With the issue a customer who made payment should not get a problem.

        wasted lots of time to speak with the representative.

        Made false details in the site and made me to suffer.

        Getting reputed by showing false deals.

        getting money with the huge number of hits to the site by making false promise to the customers.

              I have ordered a moto g mobile on 27 march from amazon for rs 4999 as a promotional offer by using a gift coupon.My order id was[protected]. The order was completed and the remaining amount was to be paid through cash on delivery.I ordered for buying the phone and i dont want to cancel my order.But amazon cancelled my order without my knowledge by saying it was a glitch.I think this was a cheap marketing trick from amazon for promotion and this hurt me as a customer.When called amazon customer service i came to know that it was a technical issue and got information that the order would not be available due to the faults.The issue cannot be resolved by simply giving the cheap answer.I want my product back.The mistake was from the side of amazon and they should bear the burden which arised from their side.I want compensation for my time and mental harrassment which i experienced from amazon.

                  I had ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon.In at around 27/3/2016 2.28 pm, I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account.
                  But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6.30 it was cancelled by Amazon itself without any confirmation and I have not received any confirmation after that.
                  Amazon should have apologised for their mistake and should send me my order.
                  Why amazon giving such offers when company don't want to sell at the price!

I am saurabh today at 1pm I ordered a phone from amazon.in Moto g turbo edition white I got order confirmation now when I open my account the order is not showing I call customer care helpline on amazon.in I told them full my problem but they said order is cancelled of everyone who ordered the phone in offer the product is unavailable so said to them that gimme when available but they directly saying that that time there is mistake on price that's why they cancel the order on more product offer price but I have order confirmation I want the product as they shown I ordered I will wait for week because at the order time they told me it will delivered in 5-7days please help me sir and solve my problem

In the evening Amazon cancelled my order.Though they have promised to refund my money but I want the product itself.I havr paid the whole amount and was very excited until the email arrived.Amazon should have apologised for their mistake but now i dont want their apology.I need my phone Why give offers when u don't want to sell at the price! Even the refund is going to take sometime, they dint cl or text me first regarding the matter.Amazon being a very established e-retailer surely dint expect it from them.Not getting any replies from amazon nor they are answering the calls properly.On one occasion the person kept me on hold for relatively longer period of time. I am really really frustrated. I need my phone.

                                Today I ordered moto g turbo by using discount code on amazon.in. i got confirmation and I paid for the order via my netbanking. It showed delivery by 2nd april in my order history. But now they have removed the order from my list and dropped a mail stating money is being refunded. This is unethical that first get clicks on your website by fake offers and then simply cancel the order. Making us big fools.

                                  I went through an offer which was made public by Amazon.in for a moto g Turbo 16 gb phone on 27.3.2016. Accordingly I bought moto g turbo 16 gb model and applied a code which provided me Rs. 7500 discount on my product which reduced my final cost to Rs. 4999. Now Amazon has surprised all concerned customer by cancelling my order without any notice. Hence I called customer care of amazon and was told that they have cancelled my order because of fault at amazon site . It goes on reverse side of the company as well as on the part of the government side how can a company who is under the control of Government can withdraw an offer when it was successfully placed and payment made and issuing order confirmation .i want this order to be successful and it is also my right . Amazon has no right to play with customers emotions . this publicity stunt cannot be borne by any person. everyone should file complaint against amazon regarding this. order no is ORDER #[protected].

                                    Today I ordered a moto g turbo from Amazon under some promotional offer 60% off. Order was successful with Order #[protected].

                                    After some time the order was canelled automatically and no reason specified. On calling customer care they saying the offer was placed mistakenly so u will not be getting the delivery.

                                    Such a huge company is not expected for such mistakes.

                                    I have an email for confirmation of order that I placed and of successful payment also.

                                    I am feeling cheated.
