Under the above order I had purchased a Floresheim Shoes and after wearing couple of times the shoes stitching have come apart as shown in the attached picture.
You are requested to resolve this complaint by refunding the amount or replacing the shoes....

I have bought R-033 TX HP 15.6 Laptop from Amazon on 06 May 2015. As per the policy I would suppose to get 1 year warranty, till 05 May 2016.
