Don't promise something you can't keep. Behaving Like a Cheap E-commerce website won't help the "Most Valuable Brand" in the world
Okay ₹4, 999 was an unbelievable price, I knew you made some errors. It's fine everyone make errors. But if you make errors you should be held responsible, not secretly cancel our orders without even apologising. An apology might have been a little better, but now those angry customers will definitely try and fight you, I know they'll never win coz you've those TnCs of yours, but maybe what you won't have is the strength to face those customers open-heartedly. I feel for the sake for goodwill, you should respect the customers and keep the order or atleast apologies and give Gift Card.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And also refund will take 4 days to transfer. Such a huge company is not expected for such mistakes and they cannot hold my money for 4 days without any reason.
I have an email for confirmation of order that I placed and of successful payment also.
