I order on amazon for a led tv order no #[protected] and pay in advance after 7 days i received product by mistake i order 24 inch tv but need 28 or 32 at the time of delivery i see its too small for me and cancel order and write for refund but after a 22 days amazon write me that i change product how to possible i attached image of box i do not open the box and return as it after it many mail and call by me amzaon assure me that they process my refund but after 24 days deny for refund what i do

    I didn't receive my item from 1month i book it on 23feb16 i call amazon customer care many time also they said it will reached in 2 day but till now i didn't receive i want my money now..

      This order was placed on 16-march 2016. I was out for some work and handed money to neighbour to recieve the product. At 6:10pm 20 march 2016 I got a message saying your order was rejected by you. Immediately I called the customer care with the issue but they said they cant do anything and said some other person will help me with this.Then someone called and asked to wait 24hrs. Again I called after 24hrs again they said to wait another 24 hrs.This time I asked them to contact higher authority So they handed the call to Mr. Shahnawaz (Pune). He made a new story that delivery boy has a software in which REJECT button is activated only after talking to customer for 1min 30 sec to 2 min and said Delivery boy talked to me and I asked him to reject it.
      How is that even possible, I can verify with help of Airtel that no one called me and I didnt talked to them .
      When I asked him for Delivery boy number so that i can crosscheck, he refused saying confidential.
      I asked them to add to cart in next sale, they refused for that also

        Hi i have purchased apple macbook pro because they was giving gud discount but they send me phillips dvd player and then I complained about this to amazon they said reship this product to our centre we will issue refund and then i sent back theat product then they suddenly blocked my account and said we camt help you or not issue refund because amazon holded your account now i become so helpless

          I ordered for a copy of artemis fowl and the eternity code on amazon on 14th march 2016.The scheduled delivery date was between 19-21 march 2016.The delivery guy named sourav ([protected]) called on my address and behaved very rudely with my father when he requested him to deliver the parcel to our flat on the 2nd floor on account of his inability to climb down.The delivery guy retorted back and went away without making the delivery.And though he was asked to come back later and the order was never cancelled, he refused to come at another convenient time.This kind of behaviour on part of the delivery agent of a reputed company like amazon is completely unacceptable. And it will greatly benefit the customers if this kind of hassle is removed in the future as this not only disgusts the customers but also degrades the goodwill of the cdelivery service.I will be obliged if this unpleasant event is quickly resolved and i get my delivery of the book.

            I order one product on amazon.In my order id:[protected] amount of rs 2595/- i received this product date 17th march 2016 time 6.30pm but the product is not same my order they delivered me wrong product. So i was return this product. Date : 19th march 2016 but till date i have no received any refund amount against this order. So please give my refundable amount as soon as possible.

              My complaint us regarding fraud case i have faced from amazon seller and there is no positive response from amazon. I had baught nokia 225 Order #[protected] from amazon indian after 2 to 3 days one courier partner amaze member called me and said that i have your order and call me to understand the address and he delievered the same after that i came to house and i check that phone screen was with lot of scratches emi no. On phone or board are not same immediately i called amazon they said your order is cancelled because seller was unable to ship the item. I explained them that it was fraud case they said we will take 3 weeks and surely we will give you your money. After 3 weeks no call no mail i called again for the status they said we have mailed the seller and it will take more time again after 1 week they didnt calp me again i called one customer care executive tell me that it will take time i asked hin to tok to senior she said that we are giving you gift voucher i asked that i want my money back or give me new phone they said we will talk to billing team and give you reply it will take 2 to 3 days and again its 7th day no call.
              I have no issue with amazon as the fraud is seller but amazon is prestige site but the response they are giving is not good. So let see what u can help me as one of my friend suggest me to complaint here. Thanks you

                Size chart showed 5 uk size = 25.5 cm footlength. But when recd. It is 24 cm. I requested to replace with bigger size 7 uk.
                Now i recd a mail. That i hv to courier it to Style Shore E-marketing Pvt. Ltd.

                What nonsense. I want replacement. urgently. pls call me back.

                  I ordered 2 mobile phone and 1 vr glass. Instead of Samsung Galaxy a8 I had received some gionee phone, I do have the video o[censored]npacking, I shared the same with amazon, they committed me to provide with refund but next day they closed my account. And now they are not providing any information.

                    In short, placed order. They missed first delivery date. Then missed 2nd delivery date. Cold customer care support.

                    You guys know jeff, the ceo of amazon is only the few ceo's in the world who has made his email public to all customers so that they can directly complain to him?

                      Hi, this is dhruv, i ordered a lenovo k4 note ant vr theater max on friday with extra 100rs payment for instant delivery, when i check, my order on amazon site my order showing on the way, but order not be deliver on time, i call cust care department but my query not resolve, im wating my order in my office last 9pm but my order not recieve, i contact cust. Care on 7pm and he say just wait sir your order on the way u received ur order in half hour... 2nd time i call cust care then he said wait another 30 min. But in this waiting hours no anyone contect me on the behalf of amazon, and then i just recived a msg from amazon, your order could not be delivered today . And also cust care said sorry we cant help u and he cant give any field boy and other contact person detail. He said the field exe. Cant eligible to search your address. So i am saying why he not contact me if my address not founded. And also said why he cant contact me before cancel the order so he is just silent. And say your order was cancel... After that i cancel my order... Really really bad organisation with bad executive... Bad exeperience...

                        I have brought lenovo k4 note mobile in amazon on 3rd march 2016. The mobile display is not working by date of 19th march and i have called the customer executive to make a replacement of the mobile but the executive mentioned that they cant replace the phone because the mobile has been crossed the replacement policy limit of 10 days. Then why the amazon is mentioning "the 30 days of 100% replacement " by buying a mobile. This really cheating making by amazon company in online products.

                          This is in reference to my above cited order, in this respect i may explain that as per message received from hdfc bank i have been debited by an amount of rs.2273.98 being cost of my order, where as as per your mail i am being informed that my order stands cancelled on a/c of decline of payment which is quite contradictory to what message has been received by me from hdfc bank.


                          Keeping in view the above i may request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and respond to me.

                            I bought a guitar effects processor form Amazon.in. I've contacted customer sevice to regarding information about this product, Especially asking "Is adapter contains with this package?" Then they said it came along with adapter.
                            But prodcut delivered without having adapter. I've asked them for not having adapter. They said: "I am really sorry for the information that was shared with you by my colleague."

                              I've ordered a product and amazon says it will delivered on march 12th 2016.
                              On 14th march monday. tracking page said "product is out for delivery". But it was not delivered. Nobody called me, I've contacted customer service more than 10 times Every time they said it will delivered soon. On next day I think it will must deliver today. but nothing happen.
                              Finally I got the product after waiting three days from out for delivery messsage.

                                I have purchase a blackberry z10 from amazon.in on dec 2014 for rupees 18000/- . But they deliver an imported handset to me, this type of handset take into india by ilegal way so i make complaint to amazon.in a month ago.                                   i purchased a mobile phone (its price was Rs.5999). when i purchased that time company gave offer 15% cashback in your bank account after 2 month of purchasing . So i purchased but i never get my 15% cash back amount which is Rs 900 .when i complain amazon custome care department then they told me wait you will get cashback in your bank account . wait ...wait ..wait ...always wait but chasback receiving date was 17/01/2016. but still i not received my amount . so i want to request to you please take strong action on this company for this big fraud.
                                  i am sending you invoice also you can check.

                                        I am an old and loyal customer to amazon and this is to inform you that amazon services have been degraded severely in past few months.

                                        First let me explain you the current case,
                                        An order was placed by me on 4th of march 2016 for a "moto g turbo" with order#[protected]. The order was supposed to be shipped by 10th of march 2016.

                                        The product hasn't been left from the seller till now and we we try to communicate with the customer care, the executives via call just put my calls on hold and leave it. I have been kept on hold for at least half an hour and this has happened more than 3 times with me. Those who don't put me on hold say that wait for 24-48 hours, this has happened at least 4 times and still the product hasn't moved from its original place. At the end when i demanded to talk with the floor manager, he talked to me in a demeaning tone and bluntly said nothing can be done for next 4 working days.
