I ordered MOTO G TURBO from Amazon.in at discounted price ₹4999.

But amazon.in cancelled it by mailing a message written below

"Hello,

We are writing to you about your Amazon.in order #[protected].

We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: Asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have paid for your order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used once the order is cancelled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.

At this point no further action is required from your end. This email is for your information only."

    I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo at Amazon India on March 27th 2016 . I had placed my order through Cash On Delivery. Confirmation mail for the product was sent to me but after few hours the order cancelled by amazon. The issue was that the market price of that product was Rs 12499 till yesterday but on 27th March a promocode was accepted by the amazon for this product and the value of this promocode was Rs 7, 500. They accepted the promocode when I applied and I placed the order.

    According to the cash on delivery payment mode I had to pay remaining Rs 4, 999 at the delivery time . But Amazon cancelled my order and after asking for the reason they are telling that there was a technical glitch & due to that they can not fulfil the order.They are telling that if they complete this order then they have to suffer from huge loss, a minimum of Rs 7, 500 per order.

    If they had not to complete this order then why they promised for this order. I want the product at what price they promised.

    After asking from customer support team they are telling that they can not provide any help for this order as directed by the management team. Amazon has cheated me .

    Please solve this issue. I want my order.I have atteached few snapshots related to this order. Please take any needy action so that they do not try to cheat any customer in future.

      On 27th mar h 2016 I have placed the order of Mobile phone (Moto g Turbo 16 gb -White) from amazon india, its actual price on amazon is 12499. Afternoon got a call from friend who shared me the promo code and said by applying this promocode you will get a discount of 7499 and pay 4999 for the mobile.I tried to placed order for Black colour but its showing that promotional code applicable with white colour only so I have place order for white colour mobile.
      I logged in my amazon account, applied the promocode and it worked then Order No. #[protected]

      How can you later cancel the order and put the product on higher price this is a fraud.I want the product on promo price or i will go to the court

        Hi,

        placed an order for Moto G Turbo (White) yesterday on Amazon on COD option. Order got place successfully and I received message saying “We will send a confirmation when your order dispatched”.

        Today suddenly received an email from Amazon stating the order has been cancelled as it was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue.

        This is something highly unacceptable, being a genuine customer I placed ordered. If the code was not correct then its fault of Amazon not mine, then how could Amazon cancel my order. Where on another hand couple of my friends got delivery date confirmation also. For them Amazon accepted the Code, is this some kind of joke which amazon is playing with its customer?

        Highly disappointed with the behavior of Amazon.

        I would request you to process my order ASAP.

              I had ordered moto g turbo edition on 27th march 2016.
              Mobile actul price was 12499/- but after applying coupon code it was 4999/-
              I had purchased that mobile on 4999/- rs I had made transaction through net banking my transaction was successful & I got mail from Amazon as a confirmation of message. But after few hours my order got cancelled with out intimate me.
              So Amazon had cheat with me so please help me for getting mobile phone. I don't need refund.

                I have ordered Moto g turbo(white) on 27th March 2016 and my order id is
                order #[protected].. I have done payment of 4999 through debit card and it is debited from my account also.I have also received the confirmation mail also after ordering the product. But after sometime, I received a mail regarding cancellation of my order.I never cancelled the order, still i received the mail saying that my order is cancelled. I had never cancelled my order nor had I asked for any refund from Amazon.in. The order has been abruptly cancelled without any intimation to me. When I had placed the order, the product was in stock and was available and the amount was accordingly deducted from my account and an order confirmation email was sent. Any refund which would be credited to my account shall be accepted by me under protest as I desire for the product and not for refund. I am hereby reserving my right for obtaining the product which I have paid for.I want the product not the refund. My complaint is how amazon can cancel the order automatically after confirming the order and without the concern of customer they are cancelling the orders placed. Amazon.in has make the people fool.Amazon.in has to supply the product to me without any argument.

                    I applied promo code successfully on payment page of www.amazon.in and I ordered it successfully with discount. But after a while I got the mail regarding refund and automatic cancellation which I have not proposed or asked to do . Reason for cancellation has given to me is "Technical Issue".

                      With the use of promotional code amazon gave the mobile on discounted price.
                      i got an email of my order placed.
                      and today they sent me another email that stated

                      its not the fault of a consumer. as they had it on their site and when added the promo code it accepted it.
                      when its time to full fill their order they are running away from it.

                        Today, I and many other people all around India ordered the Moto G Turbo with MRP 12, 499.00 using the promotion code which was shared by many people on the social networking site. The code was successfully applied which gave a discount of ₹7500, and I paid the amount by credit card and order was confirmed amounting to ₹4999 with order #[protected]. But, later when I opened my Amazon account, the order had been cancelled without any prior information. I didn't receive any SMS or Email about the cancellation. This, is really shameful for such a big e-commerce company. They are saying people that it is a third party problem and it is a price error. This error was a cheap publicity stunt. Why was my order confirmed if it was a pricing error? Why was the code even successfully applied. I want my product to be delivered. It was an Amazon fulfilled order and they have to fulfill it anyhow. Amazon should send the ordered product to the buyers as fast as possible.

                            Sir I want to register a compliant against amazon company as I have order a moto g turbo edition whose order I'd no.[protected] & after confirming the order they cancel the order without my permission. Now I want to raise a complaint on the fact that they can't do this without my permission. They do not have the rights to do this. I am raising this complaint bcoz amazon company thinks no coustmer will raise a complaint for this & they can do what they want to do. I didn't know by doing this what will they get but by doing this they making the coustmer fool. So please register this complaint so that they can't do this again to their coustmers. Firstly they give fake deals then they also confirm the order then after confirming then they cancel the order of coustmer by their self & says to coustmer that this is due to technical error. Now if this is due to technical error then why they have their technical support? What is doing the technical support?
                            OK if this is due to technical support then they have to put coustmer order on hold why they confirm the coustmer order? This is a fraud against coustmer as firstly give fake deals then confirm order & after confirming the order they cancel without any permission from coustmer this is wrong.
                            Also they say me that the promotion cede is given by third party as no third party have the rights to give promotional offers without the permission of the company. So as amazon allows the third party to use their name & run promotional offers on their site by their permission. Their for a complaint must be registered against amazon as firstly they allows third party to run promotional offers by using theur name & then after confirming the order from coustmer they cancel it by their self.

                            Sir I also want to ask a question that if this is due to technical error then how will amazon will provide security to coustmer privacy. As millions o[censored]sers use amazon for shopping & add their card details are saved in their amazon accounts then who will responsible if coustmers private data got hacked then again amazon says that this is due to technical error. So please take strict action against amazon so that this will doesn't happen in future.

                              1. I ordered through amazon India on 27 Th March 2016

                              2.I was paying through axis bank online and couldn't get success

                              3.I received an email within 5 minutes to revise the payment

                              4.I did the revise payment with Visa card and it was successful even i received a message from bank.I checked it was deducted from my account.

                              5.I received again an email of revise payment.

                              6.I decided to chat with one of the customer deepika. She informed we have not received the fund and we cannot process the Order

                              7.I had chat again in the evening with varsha she confirmed they received the funds and will process the order by tomorrow. Is Amazon India fault and regret the same.In the meantime, i have checked with bank and shared the same the transaction id with amazon India.

                              8.Morning, i received an email that order has been cancelled and you money will be refunded with 2-4 working day. Please check with your bank.

                              Its a scam to block funds, wasting time, mental harassment and scam.

                              Who will be held responsible for above mistakes.The person who trusted amazon India and facing huge problem.

                              I would like to raise a complaint against amazon India for block funds, wasting time, mental harassment and scam.

                                  The handset priced at 12, 499 rs on the e-commerce website Amazon, were purchased by the users for 4, 999 rs with approximately 7, 500 rupees discount. The discount was given after the users apply the code ‘GYJQJ3YW’.

                                  After couple of hours of ordering the handset, I got SMS and Email of the order being cancelled without any reason. Then I contacted Amazon customer service through Chat on their site and the reason given to me was not satisfactory at all.

                                  They said: The Moto G Turbo (White) Items listed on the Amazon website was an third party malfunction on the amazon website, which is no were related to amazon website, hence all the orders placed for this item would be auto cancelled and auto refund for this item will be done in your original payment method.

                                  There is a controversy that e-commerce websites do these things as a publicity stunt and to increase footfall on their website.

                                  Many bloggers have accused that these things were done to rank better and get free promotion of their products. Snapdeal and Amazon were the primary suspects who do these type of things again and again.

                                  I believe many people are cheated just like me. Let's raise our voices and show these e-commerce sites that we will not let them take advantage of their publicity stunts. Sign my petition to ask Amazon to process our cancelled orders.

                                  Sign my petition and ask Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Minister of State, Commerce & Industry (Independent Charge) Government of India, to act on this immediately.

                                      This is anju singh and i'm here to state about my grievance regarding my amazon order #[protected].

                                      Regarding the above order i would like to inform you that yesterday(27th march, 2016), i received a message on my number [protected] regarding delivery but didn't get neither any call nor any delivery.

                                      Further when i tried to track my package today then the order status is showing returned though i haven't updated any such kind of status.


                                      Moreover mine order was prepaid, not cod that i was passing time.


                                      Would like to inform you that status of subjected was turned to cancel without my ascent. Now can u explain me why???


                                      On sunday i.E. On 27/03/2016 received message from vm- amazon that the same will be delivered today. I cancelled my all appointment and remained here to receive the same, but alas i kept waiting...


                                      Now today when i viewed my status it was on cancel mode. This shows that you are befooling the customers. For your kind information the subjected order was prepaid.


                                      What type of services are you providing this shows that you are least bothered about your customers.

                                      The contact no of the delivery boy which was provided was switch off since the sms came (No- [protected]).
