What else could you expect from a rs. 4000/- perfume bought from amazon?? That at least it would be genuine, but mine lost it's smell after 3-4 usage.
Since i opened the bottle, the fragrance was diminishing. After 2 and a half months of it's opening, it became dead in all.
Now amazon isn't taking the responsibility of this loss.
Certainly this is cheating and robbery.

    I was gifted a amazon levis card, i was not able to use it so contacted there customer service on march 22nd, siva representative informed me they will get back to me within 24hrs, i never heard from them. Later on march 25th when i contacted them back and the rep arshita was so rude that she disconnected the chat conversation. All the information which she was asking me was available on the previous chat

      Very poor support from amazon for this product. Will never consider buying from amazon after this experience.

      First of all I was sent a wrong invoice for this product which had a wrong IMEI mentioned in the invoice. Recently developed some display issues with my Mi4 in which yellow spots had appeared on the screen. Xiaomi agreed to get it repaired within 24 hours since I was scheduled to travel out of country in 3 days. But the problem was that there was no way the seller could be contacted to regenerate the invoice with the correct IMEI number. Sad part is even Amazon was not able to reach the seller and help me out in this.They said that the new invoice will be available afer 3 days only. I cannot wait for three days since I will be out of country and the place Im going doesn't have a Xiaomi service center.
      I spoke to Mr Shoham and Shreeja Madam in the customer care department and they were unable to give me a solution for this. Now there is no way I can claim my warranty for this product and the one responsible for this is Amazon.

        I bought 1 redmi gold 32 gb and 2 redmi 16 gb on 18th march 2016 from amazon.In.

        The phone is very rare and its hard to book it soon, so the next sale was on 23rd, i wanted a gold 16gb for my parents (They dont know online shoppring ) .
        I was able to place the order successfully and i got a mail confirmation too.

        After 2 days i got a mail that my order has been cancelled because this is limited and only limited from one amazon id.

        I talked with customer care executive and they said the issue will be solved easily dont worry. But the sad part is nothing has happened yet.

        My question is : if that is limited then why amazon allowed me to book and place the order successfully. Now this is highly insult for me and i am feeling bad by the service,
        If that is the case then amazon.In should work on their site and algorithms to prevent users to book after limit. But after placing the order this should not be done.

        Amazon want me to create multiple accounts or say fake accounts to book the order multiple times?
        So that amazon will get more accounts created and generated benefits .
        Our parents dont know online shopping so i booked for my mom this phone.

          I have ordered ferry rozer watch on 3rd Jan 16 but it was not the same material I have orders, so I have requested for return, pickup was done on 8 Jan 16 via blue dart courier services, but still my refund pending, I have called customer services many time they are saying that they need receipt of blue dart, so they gave me email I'd, when m trying to send email, server not accepting it, m tired now, just do needfull

                As indicated in subject two product i have booked in online on[protected] and credited from my account .More than one month product has not door delivered.I asked about this details via phone, e-mail, chat message to amazon, a.S.International and dtdc couriers.There is no responds from them to my complaint.At last they have escaped as refunding my amount to my account within 2-4 bushiness days on[protected].Still now there is no responds about my product and they have not refunded my amount.

                Hope amazon remember the products i ordered (Listed above) and paid on 16/02/2016 from my son's bank account.

                But till now, i haven't received the products, i am getting only two liner reply by amazon. Amazon keeping silence and no further steps were taken to deliver the product.
                So this says, amazon doesn't interested to satisfy customers and in gaining trust from customers. Amazon delivering cash on delivery products very quickly in doorsteps and i need to suffer lot when receiving my cash paid product. No further steps were taken to deliver the product in doorstep even though i paid the delivery charge.

                Being amazon is an international company, they should not prefer dtdc courier as its a fake, no phone response in branch office. Courier men phoned and said to collect the product from there office, as they don't have service to my address, my question is, if they don't have service to my address, why amazon preferred dtdc courier for delivering product? So why the delivery charge has charged?

                Till from beginning, i recommended ecom, bluedart courier for delivery as they have good service to my address, but amazon not responded to that.

                Being i didn't received the product in time, i am in loss of thousands of rupees, so who is going to pay for that? Amazon? A.S international? Dtdc courier?

                This is a final warning, amazon should take immediate action to delivery the product within two days, i will prefer the consumer court as next step.

                      I ordered Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Android Mobile Phone and VR Head set, Total cost was ~ Rs 14000/-. I paid full amount through net banking transfer on 4th March and this was for a important anniversary gift. Amazon committed to deliver this on 15th March initially and on 15th said it will take more days and gave 21st March, when I called back on 20th March to check, they said they are stuck and cannot deliver and asked me to cancel and reorder, I said If it is not my mistake why should I reorder and asked them to fix issue from their end and deliver it, they came up with another date of 24th March and even now(23rd March 2015), they have not fixed the issue and they say them may not deliver. On the contrary their website says product is shipping soon. Their ware house is in Bangalore and my house is in Bangalore.
                      I need amazon to compensate for the hardship and delay it has caused.

                        When placed the order got the final delivery date of 21st March but till 23rd March i have not received the order. Contacted customer care team many times in 4 days, got same repeated message that the product will get deliver as soon as possible, we are taking your request on high priority etc. but have not received the product. In TV ad amazon says on time delivery but they never did it so.

                          I have bought two handsets from Amazon India. These handsets are not working properly and continuously suffer from hanging problems. then i went to MTS store for solving problems under warranty period but they refused to check as they said, these handsets are closed by company .so no warranty takes place ...whereas one years manufacturing warranty showed during the online booking system.

                                They sent the wrong product costing me rs 1, 140. Now they label it as a rare item so there is no pickup for returning the product. I hve been told to post it on my own while also a promise to refund my posting money. But they are not understanding, the product itself weighs 16 kg and the cost of posting it is 5, 115 four times the product itself which i cant afford.

                                  Expected delivery date on 7 or 8 March 2016 today 22 March still not received Delivery

                                    On March 3rd I ordered a bluetooth speaker via Amazon India and recieved it on 11th March, after opening the box I found that the product was damaged and one of the two small speakers was defective, also the radio did not work as expected. So I raised a return request via Amazon. This is not something uncommon, in me previous experience I have done similar actions for defective products. But with my surprize this time Amazon did not take the responsibility by categorizing the order as '3rd Party Seller' and the buyer has to directly send the return (by paying from buyer's own pocket). The order reference number is[protected] and this order is protected by Amazon's A-to-Z Gurantee Claim.

                                    After I submitted a return and refund request, I received a call from the seller 'Online SS' from Meerut UP. The full address of the seller is given below:

                                    Swift Services.

                                    The seller called me and asked whether I can take the product to a service center nearby. I replied saying that I have no intention of buying a product which does not work from Day 1 and needs to be taken to service center. I wanted a refund from the begining. The seller did not raise the refund request, he simply closed the request from his end. Upon contacting Amazon Customer Service (Mr Zain email copy attached), he told to send the courier by my own conveyance and seller will refund after received. But to my surprize, now the seller has replied saying the same thing which I was telling from the begining, the product was defective and damaged and hence cannot be refunded. This is circling back to the same issue I reported originally.

                                    I also escalated this to Amazon Managing Director (Mr Amit Agarwal) and recieved email from his desk, but till date I am not recieving any sort of refund. No one from Amazon is taking responsibility.

                                    First of all, a police complain should be raised against the seller for practicing fraud and falsification. Secondly Amazon needs to pay a penalty for the claim along with the actual claim amount.

                                    Almost same experience I had with Amazon for buying an expensive perfume. Fake product and nothing is being done for it. My claim has been denied.

                                      I am facing the issue for 6th time in delivering a product by Amazon. The followed issue is the current one. I have ordered a Puma shoe in Amazon which suppose to be delivered yesterday [21st March 2016] but I have not received any calls. Today I received a call from the executive when I was speaking on other line by 3:05 PM. From 3:10 PM onwards I was trying to call back to the number and I called 16 times in the next two hours. It was busy many times and the executive was avoiding the call for some times. Now I got the update that delivery cancelled as the addressee was unavailable. We know well that mistakes happen some times, But not 6 times from the same service provider.
