Respected sir/madam,

I am planning to fill complaint again ecommerce site amazon.In of india,

I have placed the order of mobile phone (Moto g turbo 16 gb -white) from amazon india, its actual price on amazon is 12499.I got promo code from deal site and said by applying this promocode you will get a discount of 7499 and pay 4999 for the mobile.I tried to placed order for black colour but its showing that promotional code applicable with white colour only so i have place order for white colour mobile.
I logged in my amazon account, applied the promocode and it worked then i made the card payment and placed the order. Order no.#[protected]. I have received the order confirmation email from amazon after placing the order and around evening amazon cancelled my order without any notification. My complaint is how amazon can cancel the order automatically after confirming the order and without the concern of customer they are cancelling the orders placed. Amazon.In has make the people fool.Amazon.In has to supply the product to me without any argument.

    Phones actual price is 12, 500 and I got a coupon from some where to buy at a price of 5000 ie. 7000 off. So I paid and placed the order. Later on in the noon I received the message that your order is cancelled and you will receive your refund within 1-2 days. But I have not cancelled the order.so I called the amazon they told me they cancelled the order...

      Dear Sir,

      I ordered Moto G turbo edition mobile in Amazon India with prepaid on 27.3.2016 same I applied promotional code and got a discount of 7500 rupees.

      My order details of Moto G Order #[protected] and time line of my delivery date is (Friday, April 1 - Thursday, April 7) but Now Amazon India cancelled the my orders with out any reason. I feel this is not fair and hence would like to complaint against Amazon India as it is their mistake and request my order to be delivered.

      This month end same i have only 5000 rs but that amount already paid this order so please support and arrange to delivered on this.

        I have ordered a moto g turbo(White) from amazon with order number #[protected]. I have applied promotional code and amazon approved that code for rs. 7500. So i brought this mobile for rs.4999 from their website and i got confirmation mail from amazon that my order is successful and let you know the shipping date. But by the evening i got a mail from amazon that my order is cancelled and your amount paid through credit card will be refunded into your bank account in 2 to 3 days. I have the objections in the following:
        1.They cancelled my order without my concern
        2. I have spent more than rs.1000 for internet charges towards amazon app download and browsing to purchase this mobile. All my time spent to browse and purchase this mobile is gone wasted
        3. When i contacted the customer care regarding the same, they simply say that because of technical issues, you got that promotional code and hence cancelled.
        4. By simply saying that it is a technical error and not giving any proper reason simply comes under cheating a customer as there is no mistake from my side.

        5. Hence i request you take serious action against fraud company like amazon for cheating the customers by accepting promotional code, but cancelling the confirmed order without my concern.

              I have placed an order for moto g turbo (White) and paid the money 4999 on 27/03/2016 using my debit card i dont know what happened the order got cancelled by amazon and when i contact to amazon facebook page they say that its a bug issue sir but accprding to my knowlegde its a promocode not a bug and promocode will generate by the company and orignal price of product is 12000 approx and i apply a promocode so its 7000 off promocode and i pay 4999 and i buy 100 of product from amazon and i didnt think that amazon also a fraud and i have all proof if its resolve here its ok otherwise i take some big steps

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have seen this offer (attached image) where they are offering 56% discount then why were not supplied Moto G Turbo. Its indicate that they did fool the people and operate with double standard strategy.
                    Amazon has to provide moto G Turbo which we have ordered.

                        yesterday i have order a mobile Moto G turbo(order num[protected] in amazon.they had conformed my order.Today they had cancel my order without any information.i have call in customer care but they did't resposnse me properly.they are behaving like that i have done something wrong with them.

                        Mr Subham one of the rude guy of this company. Seriosly kick out from the company this kind of people.if there was an technical issue amazon will pay for it.Why should i pay for it.How Can u Cancel any order without inform customer.

How can u cancel my order once I have already paid for the same nd also u have send me confirmation by email. I would raise the issue in consumer court and publicize the same in media. It is gross arrogant from ur side that ur cancelling my order without my consent. Please give me valid justification for the same or I will take matter to consumer court.

                                I have bought a number of products from amazon in the past. but this time I ordered Moto G turbo for Rs.4999. (order id:[protected] for which I paid the amount via Debit Card..and also got the email about the order details. but now they have sent me an email that they have started refunding my amount without any reason of cancellation. I want the product not the money. so no this is your responsibility to get my device delivered or I will take you to the court..I have attached the proof of email

                                  But after few hours, they Ignoring the honour of order they have cancelled it.

                                  They have cheated me by removing the order from account order list.

                                  They should deliver the order to the costumers.

                                    I had ordered moto g turbo on amazon. In at around 27/3/2016 1. 51 pm, i did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6. 30 it was cancelled by amazon itself without any confirmation and i have not received any confirmation after that...

                                      I have received the following message from Amazon India:

                                      "Hello,

                                      We are writing to you about your Amazon.in order #[protected].

                                      We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: Asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled.

                                      Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have paid for your order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used once the order is cancelled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.

                                      At this point no further action is required from your end. This email is for your information only."


                                      I am very unsatisfied from this reply from them and they are saying that they will not process my order as the same has been cancelled and the offer was just a technical fault.
                                      Its their fault so why should its consumer everytime who is harresed.

                                      its my last and final request to amazon india to please deliver the order otherwise I have to file a suit in district forum against them.

                                        I have ordered moto x turbo from amazon on 27 march, 2016 and i got the confirmation of my order with Order #[protected] was successfulbut after few hours they cancelled my order without any valid reason, i have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 6-7 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit

                                        I request you to please help me to get my order and take serious action on Amazon by treating customers as fools
