With reference to the above subject purchased an asus note book through amazon on may16 2015 from ramesh.[protected]@gmail.com amazon account iwas facing compliants with the note book went to serviving centre for 3times regarding motherboard, os, device drivers what not everything, visiting tomorrow for another compliant.YOU are losing the loyality selling default pieces making customers to rome around service centres.is this the right way in treating the customer with default pieces .How many times i hav to go for the servicing centre.Losing your company fame and customer belief in purchasing goods .how would be responsible for this .

      Hi Team,

      I am writing this E-mail with so much of pain, day by day you people making me to trust that you people offering and delivering fake enough.

      Since last 6 months i have placed more than 20 orders if you can check my account for any clarification and never misused any product and never played around with any illegal stuff, all the products which bought for my own use or for family/friends/relatives.

      Concern:-

      I have placed an order during Dewali sale details as below and as per the offer of 15 % cash back Using AMEX credit card i did it. As per the cash back return policy i am supposed to receive my money back on 9th of Feb 2016 still i haven't received the same. Called couple of times and spoke with your executives and still no response.

      One more thing which i need to bring it to your attention, as after placing the first order LG TV called customer care and enquired about using the same card to buy another product to get the Cash back. I dint really knew his name but confirmed to me that i can place any order with already used AMEX card and i am eligible of getting one more cash back and he also confirms there is no limit to use the card so that i can use how N number of transactions. Based on your team confirmation i have placed another order which is Moto E 2nd gen on 9 November 2015 (Again after the confirmation from your team). When i asked customer care about the same thing last month she told me completely different (One card one cash back). So it is easy to change the word after 3 months but i am the loser here.

      I have ordered the Moto E 2nd Gen for my cousin and collected the money based on cash back so when you change the words i am the loser to be paid to him from my pocket.

      Please let me know why cant you people following your own polices and putting Un-expireced people in Customer care to give the fake commitments?

      Please do the cash back return at the earliest for the products which i am eligible for.

      Please help me in getting my cash back...

      So much of trust on Amzon is going to Vain surely:(

        Amazon such a big company doing such silly thing which ruin image of your brand and harass customer, I am using other online shoping site but for the first time i face such situation. When i not find the product in packet which already paid to ur courier boy, but they not give me a satisfactory answer .I thing your service to client is below standard.

            I had ordered a book from amazon.in on 8th Mar'16 where It claims the same day delivery. I receive a call from the delivery person morning 11am on 9th Mar'16 from [protected] to collect the order, however not being at work should deliver later. They said I should cancel the order. However, I after reaching office call them again and they say they will deliver by 4pm. The delivery boy who later calls from [protected] was rude and incompetent that he does not want to come till my workplace as it will be time consuming for him, asks me to come to the road. I ask him to come till the reception if he does not want to use the service lift, which ideally he should have. I call him after reaching the reception to ask where is he and he tells me that he has already left without delivering my order. I tell him that he had to deliver and then leave. He says that he has many other packages to deliver and if I want to COMPLAINT I may, it WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. When I ask for his name and details he disconnects my call.
            This was the first time I ordered from AMAZON and this is the service. I will request a strict action to be taken against the same .Also I would like a compensation for the same inconvenience. My order no was : Order #[protected]. Thank You

                  I had made the Order to Amazon on 12.02.2016 payment also done on the same day my order no.[protected] material : of BODY MAXX 20 KG RUBBER WEIGHT PLATES + 3 FT BICEPS / TRICEPS BAR + 2 et.. supplier name it shown for :Fitness Hubb, I had made the payment of Rs:1500/- on the same day, in my amzon account the order status for Expected delivery date on 05.03.2015, but today 09.03.2015 (near by one month) i have not received the material. This is not an COD purchase and i had made the payment. Still there in no confirmation received from your side or supplier side.

                  Kindly confirm when the material will delivered to me?

                      I odered apple iphone 5S from amazon india through online payment.
                      Now while I received the item, the outer package was intact but the inside package was tempered with and the phone was missing from the box. Only the accessories were available in the box. Now I want a refund for it or a replacement but amazon hasn't initiated any refund process yet. Please help in resolving the issue.

                        I ordered a Philips LED TV and it was supposed to deliver on 2nd March then they delayed the delivery and postponed the date to 9th March however while trying to track the order it was showing expected delivery date 5th March. however i waited till today and while checking with the customer care of amazon then they were saying there is some problem with the order so we need to order it again. this is really harassment.

                          I ordered two products.
                          (1) Order #[protected] and
                          (2) Order #[protected] on 19-February 2016 from one of your seller ATOZPRODUCTS. And I also made payment of Rs 249+249 = Rs 498.

                          Then I requested to cancel order (1) on same day. At that time I got reply from seller 'Okay'. But still they dispatched both products. They send both products from dtdc courier and I also given tracking number for both which are wrong and I unable to track both the product.

                          Expected delivery date of order (1) was 26 February 2016 - 9 March 2016 and for order (2) was 24 February 2016 - 01 March 2016.

                          I didn't received the product till 1st march so I contacted seller so they mailed me that wait for 3 days. So I waited but didn't got so I called amazon customer care and asked for refund if seller is unable to deliver the product. They replied that we were sending mail about this to seller and seller would refund your payment.

                          I called customer care 3-4 times every time I got same answer. I also contacted seller directly from amazon website also but seller is not replying.

                            I have been ordered 3 o Johnson's 24 hour moisture soft cream on 22 February, 2016 and the amount of Rs. 1350.00 was debited from SBI debit card. On 27 February my order has been cancelled . But till date the amount of Rs.1350 has not been credited in my SBI account.

                            Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and arrange to deposit the amount as soon as possible.

                              I had ordered The Constitutional Law of India by H.M. Seervai in 3
                              volumes for a grand total sum of Rs. 3, 042. My tracking id is[protected].

                              Amazon only delivered the third volume on 8th March 2016 and
                              conveniently charged the total amount of all three volumes.

                              If this is the quality of services provided, we would have to stop ordering
                              anything from amazon henceforth, let alone allow its continuation in India.
                              One would have to create awareness about the poor quality of services
                              offered.

                              Hope for a response and a proper delivery on part of Amazon.

                                      I purchased iPod 6 from Amazon India on 26 Dec 2015. Within 3 months the product has stopped working totally and is not getting switched on. The sellers name is SAFE-N-SECURE is not helping at all. If I would have bought it from the Apple store, they would simply replace the faulty product. These people are just ignoring their way out. Order ID[protected].

                                        Order no[protected] i prepaid for the same product on 22nd feb expecting it t be delivered on my sis bday ...on 3rd we receive a call from delivery guy to come and pick it it up from deliver office ...evening 7pm we refuse him and ask him to come and give delivery...surprisingly next day...my order got auto cancelled with reason that REFUSED BY ADDRESSEE...just a joke made out of me ...till now i didnt get any reply from amazon team, , , MISS RITIKA hs no courtesy o call back and let me know where is my product
