I ordered 10 sarees online from amazon.in. Received all. But due to some reason I returned two sarees, which were collected on 13/01/2016 assuring refund in 2 working days. Today 20/1/2016.
When I tried to lodge claim with Amazon.in, the experience is just worse and blood boiling .
I filled carefully all but failed to imagine the date format, although I tried all usual formats in the world. The message boils my blood.

This is to let you know that i've used Amazon to buy some products few days ago. Out of the orders that i made, i got a broken kid's helmet., which after few requests, was resolved by sending us a new one. Im thankful about it.

I add my lenovo K4 Note Mobile into my cart but there is no option for add VR set to add into cart. Even no information regarding VR set which one is bundle with this handset. After that i search manually and add said VR Set into my cart based on process as per offers page... because VR set must be in cart and delivery time VR set amount will be deduct. Hi Have made one order on 14th Dec, It is showing delivered in my account since 22nd Dec but yet now i haven't received the same.
