I have purchased moto g turbo on cash on delivery on[protected] . online seller company amazon cancel my order without given any reason. Also they have not given any information and notified to me regarding cancellation of order. So is this the way amazon deal with their customers. By giving offers they are wasting customers Time and Money. They assure to return money but what about time we wasted purchasing order. Fake offers, Fake amazon.

    I had placed an order on amazon.In with order number[protected] on[protected] with pre payment and amazon confirmed the order but unfortunately in the evening my order is automatically cancelled without giving any reason. They keep my money for the day then refunded which take approximately 5-6 days to reflect into my account then what is point of buying from amazon. Fake promotion stunt by amazon this should be stopped... And amazon should bear the loss and take proper actions on the matter

      i am amazon older customer. Email id: jain.[protected]@yahoo.in and mobile no. [protected]. i want to told you that i purchased a product through amazon.in on 27/03/2016 i got a mail regarding order confirmation and order number:[protected].
      i ordered moto G Turbo (white) at cost of Rs 4999/- by using coupon code: GYJQJ3YW discount Rs7500/-
      after somer time amazon.in automatic cancel the order with out any information. this is totally cheating by amazon to their valuable customer. which is untolerable. i want to deliver my product with in time.
      when i complain against it .then amazon told me offer by mistake.and they take action against who uploaded offer.
      But i want to ask that if amazon commit mistake but customer doesn't so why customer have to pay for that. first, amazon fulfill their promises and deliver the product otherwise amazon is also a fake company we will never come to purchase any product through amazon even amazon is a reputable company in world and such sameful behaviour not suited to such company.
      if legal action will not taken soon.
      i forward my complain again and again till any where. such cheated company will not have any right to sell their product in BHARAT
      thanking you to listen me.

      i have a request to consumer court to take legal action against amazon like companies and justice to their consumer for keep faith in system process.

        I have booked moto G turbo for Order #[protected] for i got confirmation mail also. after one hour i got mail for cancellation of order which was not initiated from my side.
        I made a contact to customer care and i got reply that "We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo was automatically processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled." and refunded the amount deducted .
        this is like a fraud against a consumer who is shopping online, first getting attraction of consumer by a good offer and then making order and then getting paid for it then cancel order automatically and saying the offer made was a technical glitch.

          On 27/3/2016 I ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon and paid INR 4999 through debit card, I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. But after 5-6 hours it automatically got cancelled by Amazon itself without any confirmation/notification. So please take appropriate action for the money reimbursement and time I wasted for ordering from a so called renowned company.

            I have ordered a Moto G Turbo mobile and I have received the confirmation mail also from Amazon on 27.03.2016. But after some time in the same day I have received order canceled mail from amazon for refunding the money. How can Amazon cancel my order which is successfully placed and payment completed?

            I have the evidence for the order of the bill, snap shot of order confirmed page, payment successfully page.

            I want my ordered item. I don't want the refund money as I have successfully completed my order in Amazon. It cannot be cancelled by amazon by its own without customer's permission.

              Today (27/03/2016) amazon india has given a offer on motorola moto g turbo (16 gb, white). It was offering a discount of rs. 7500 by applying a coupon card (Gyjqj3yw). The actual price of the phone is rs. 12499 and after discount they were offering the product at rs. 4999. So i ordered one, they took my order then after 6-7 hours they canceled my order without notifying me. They promised me to give the offer by taking my order, now they are refusing to deliver my product saying technical glitch. How cheap stunt is this?

                I have ordered Moto G Turbo on 27th March 2016 and got order successful placed confirmation mail. After few hours, i got mail saying the order got auto cancelled. I have paid it online. Amazon is saying it was due to technical error which is actually a fake promotion stunt. Even the refund is supposed to be credited after 4 days claimed by Amazon which got blocked and i may need it any time.

                    I orderred moto g turbo and later on i received an email saying that the order is cancelled. I have paid 4999 rs which are blocked now for 4-5 days, so who is responsible for that and if there was any glitch in the site them why do they accept the payments they should have to decline the payments, amazon is making fake promotional offers which is deprecating its image. They cheating us and circulating our money for their own profit. I took money from other person and i have to pay him interest.


                    I tried chatting to resolve the issue and the customer rep offered me 200 gift card, then later two supervisors offered me 350 gift card, later on the manager denied it to me when i told him that i work for customer service as well.

                                  Around 2 pm i booked the Moto G turbo from Amazon India and the order was confirmed.
                                  But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6.30 it was cancelled.


                                  WIthout any notice they have cancelled the item. If it is out of stock they should mention it while booking. They should deliver items once confirmed.

                                  after that i send mail to cc
                                  they just
                                  "We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled. "

                                  if order is automatically cancelled
                                  place it again?


                                  they cancelled orders and saying us it cancelled atomtically


                                  after that i tried to chat with them but after saying my problem

                                  they left chat window 2 time

                                  what we do now

Now they are telling me that they can not deliver the product because if they deliver the product at the cost of Rs 4999 then their company will suffer from a huge loss of Rs 7500 per order. I have not cancelled my order . I want my product what I had ordered.

                                    I am Brijesh Dubey. I had order Moto G Turbo mobile on 27th march 2016. I had order that mobile from amazon.in worth Rs 4999/- (originally it was 12499/- after applying coupon). I did receive the order confirmation on my registered email account. I had received mail of cancelled order which I placed it was cancelled by Amazon itself without any information.

                                    Amazon had Cheat with me & many friends.

                                    So I request you help me & us for resolving this issue. I want mobile I don't need refund...
                                    Amazon should have apologized for their mistake and should send me my order.

                                      I placed an order on amazon but they cancelled my order without any reason, I have paid using my debit card . I placed order on 12:45 pm 27/03/2016 (IST standard time) of moto G turbo of Motorola company of MRP. 12499 but I used promo code so I got it for 4999rs. but they cancelled my order, whereas my order was already confirmed and I received a estimated delivery date and confirmation email already. When I check the status at 7 pm I got to know that it is already cancelled. I was very happy that I am getting a new android phone of a big company at very low price that is in my budget, so I can sell my old phone and get a new one, but when I saw that it is cancelled so I feel very bad and it has a very bad effect on my mind and I felt very awful . So, I request company to give me my phone that is ordered at a offer price, that is given earlier.
