      I purchased Laptop Battery, I return it on 25 Nov. and amazon tell refund initiated on 1 Dec.
      But not yet received, I have contacted amazon and bank several times but not getting appropriate response.
      Share bank statement, written letter from bank that transaction not done, but amazon does not refund .

          From last one month i am asking for the invoice of my redmi 2 Mobile phone which i have ordered on 14th april 2015. As my phone is stopped working so i went to service centre to get it repair but the person refused me to repair it. he is asking for the original invoice with IEMI number which is not mentioned in the invoice which has provided me by amzon india. last one month they are fooling me around and not giving the solution. First they said the seller will issue the invoice for you, i have done everything the seller refused me he said im not an authorised to generate invoice for its amazon who can do so.

          Every time they say different sentences and ask for 2 days than 4 days.

          and now they have clear . said that they will not provide Invoice With IEMI number but they can contact to the service station and get the repair done for me . they have asked for 4 days again But its almost a week and i dint hear a single mail from there side

            I order an HP 15-ac124tu Laptor on 6/3/2016 after seeing the configurations on the website, it was showing that it has 2GB AMD Graphics card installed into it. But when i got the delivery of the product i checked in the device manager of the product, there was no graphics card in it. Also the HP website showed that the product comes without graphics card. This is something very carelessness from a very big retail website like Amazon. I want the Amazon executives to get in touch with me asap and provide me a solution for it.

              My order id[protected] i have ordered 2shoes from amazon.in and it delivered to me by 5th of feb and than i returned it by 10th of feb and my refund was initiated by 12th feb but after that it got struck by amazon.in when i contacted amazon customer support they giving me the reason that your delivery status has not been updated yet it is showing as product not yet delivered but here is my tracking no. Of my product delhivary courier[protected] evry buddy can check it has been delivered by 5th feb only but it has not been updated on amazon.in and from 12th feb to till now 14th march they are saying we will update it soon we will contact our billing team and all silly silly reasons i have called this bhen chod maake lode inke amma ke chut people many times but always they beg for give us 1-2 days give us 4-5 days we will soon resolve ur query, kindly help me out soon my rs 5321 has been strucked there this maderchod people are not giving me back my money pls help me out soon..

                  I have Ordered a phone on 3rd of March (ORDER NO.[protected] and expected delivery was 12th of March. On 11th March they have dispatched the order by extending delivery on 19th March without asking me. I have called customer care on 11th March, then they told me that we will dispatch the order by air and you will receive on expected time means March 12th. The Amazon executive are lying with their customers.
                  The Amazon makes fake promise to their customer and does not follow.
                  Im really dis appointed with their service.
                  Amazon is not able to provide the proper service to their costumers.

                    I had purchased a "Samson C01 Large Diaphragm Vocal Condenser" on 26th December 2015, through online transaction using my credit card and paid for this merchandise. It has not reached me till date (14th March 2016). I had left complaints which were not attended by Amazon except for auto response messages. This amounts to unfair practices and cheating.

                          I had purchased from Amazon, one Dell avenue 7 tablet on 21st March 2015. Amazon gave the warranty for the above item for one year from the date of purchase. I have faced problem (not working at all) with the tab during Jan.2016. I have contacted Dell customer support and they confirmed that the guarantee for the above tab expired on 24th December 2015 and their authorized service center also refused to do repair on warranty.

                          I contacted Amazon and written various mails. They are only replying that the guarantee is up to 21st March 2016 and to contact dell for repair and they are not willing to sort out the issue.

                          What I understood from Dell that once a product is sold out from their Dell store the sale date is registered by their distributor/dealer in their system. From this date Dell is offering one year warranty.

                          That means the above product was sold out around 24th December 2014. Amazon rotated the above item in the market around 3 months and finally sold out to me with the new invoice on dt.21.03.2015 and the 3 months warranty has gone before it was sold to me.

                          When I tried to do the repair at my cost, Dell service center quote app.Rs.6, 000/= for replacement of mother board which is defective. I dropped the idea of doing repair because the new one cost is app.Rs.10, 000/=. The above tab is useless after 9 months of purchase.

                          Amazon cheated me by giving me the returned item by somebody.

                            Ordered a phone on 1st of March, one plus x. Expected delivery was 5th of March. Delayed it by 4 days and asked to expect delivery by 9th March. Then again asked to expect the delivery by 12th March. However, the status now again shows to expect the delivery by wednesday, ie 16th March.

                            This has been endless and no action taken. The company makes fake promise and does not follow. The ideal delivery was 7 days, even if I take Sat, Sun non working, the delivery should not have crossed 9th March. this is pathetic and disappointing.

                            If it is fake pls refund my money through recharge my mobile phone of Rs250.

                              I placed the order for apple macbook gold 512gb from amazon on 17 feb with order id[protected] and it was delivered to me on 26 feb by gati courier with tracking number[protected] but the problem was that instead of gold color it was a silver one so i requested a return for it the product was picked up on 27 feb by amazon representative and the representative gave me a return slip which i have attached to my complaint.
                              It has been about 14-15 days the return package with tracking number[protected] has been returned by me but till date no update has been given to me and package is not yet received by amazon and no refund has been issued please help me to get my money back as it a huge amount for me.

                                5th March I placed an order for Netgear Router, Order ID[protected], for which I made a payment of Rs 3100 through my credit card.
                                I got a confirmation from Amazon on the delivery date between 12th- 17th March.

                                I had also sent a mail to HANHIL Technologies from Amazon website for a quicker delivery, to which I got a receipt confirmation.

                                After 6 days Amazon has sent a mail on cancellation of the order without stating a reason.

                                I called on helpline to which a person called Mayukh informed that the product is out of stock. That day, that time it was appearing as available, so I could make the payment.

                                My mother (60 years) stays by herself and is dependent on wifi connection for communication with relatives and friends.
                                I'm a single working lady with 6 working days, not possible for me to visit the market to purchase.

                                Kindly help me resolve the matter and get the product delivered to our address.

                                    Amazon had deducted 7551.73 INR from my ICICI account without my knowledge on dated 13 Jan 2016. I have contacted my bank about this transaction. They are saying it a fraud done by amazon and can be repeated again so they blocked by card.

                                      To Apple (via Amazon),

                                      I’m a proud supporter of Apple products and have embraced the ecosystem with great respect and care with products ranging from iPhone to iMac, Macbook, and more. However, recently I’ve come across some unfortunate circumstances to bring up to you. I currently have an iPhone 6S here in Canada and am very proud of the quality and performance of this. With that said, I wanted to extended this experience to my fiancé in India and have through Amazon.in purchased the iPhone 6S as a gift for her. Amazon is only a few stores that allows me to use my Canadian payment systems (credit cards, specifically, MBNA) to purchase the product as a gift. I understand that Apple does not control the retail market of Amazon, however, I felt the need to bring this up to you.

                                      My first time around, I gifted her an iPhone 6S 128Gb (Rose Gold) early February - through Amazon.in supplied by TECHOHOLIC (http://www.amazon.in/gp/aag/main?ie=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=1&isCBA=&marke... The iPhone arrived fine, and in good physical condition. After a few days o[censored]sage, the phone started heating and the battery would drain abnormally. We had the product returned for a refund; however, I still wanted to get her the iPhone for reasons of iCloud, FaceTime, iMessage, and performance. I reordered another iPhone 6S 128 GB (Silver) this time - via Amazon.in and supplied by GadgetDirect (http://www.amazon.in/gp/aag/main?ie=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=1&isCBA=&marke... The second time, the iPhone ringer wouldn’t work and when the phone was put on vibrate there was a clicking sound which seemed like a lose part inside the phone. We will also be returning this phone for a refund.

                                      My complaint isn’t with the product itself, but rather with the quality assurance that’s promised and expected in such countries of the Apple brand. Through talking to people, friends, family, iPhone 6S is known to be buggy in India and many have stayed away from this product because of poor quality - contradicting what Apple stands for. It’s unfortunate, but this time around, I would think twice (or maybe even thrice) before gifting someone the iPhone if these problems arise. Apple needs to put forward better Quality measures benchmark for their products sold outside of the North America market. I understand that this product can probably be bought through a certified Apple retailer, but at the end of the day it’s the Apple brand and assurance of quality that has failed here.

                                      Also, I would rather buy a product from here and take to India but with the company policies, if something were to go wrong, it would be difficult to replace the product or get it fixed as it’s bought in a different country. The payment structure needs to be improved, the quality criteria should be firmer, and there needs to be a better trust criteria through these 3rd party suppliers who are selling and promoting Apple products.

                                      This is an official complaint to Apple, as India is a large market and with the consecutive release of the product, Apple, unfortunately is losing it’s reputation in such countries.

                                        Amazon closed my account as they said my account is linked to other account. I requested them to provide all the information for this so that I can check it myself. but they are not providing me any information and they are no opening my account as well. I also begged pardon for anything wrong. I mailed them for more than 300 times and I have been very polite with them but they are not helping me out. govt. should look into such policies of amazon asap.
