I had ordered Moto G turbo on Amazon.In at around 2 pm, I did receive the order confirmation. To my mail and later in the evening at 6 PM I received a message from amazon.in saying your order has been cancelled.

Why was the order canceled without any consent, If the product was out of stock its their responsibility to not to receive orders. They should deliver the product once confirmed.

    I ordered the phone with full payment of rs4999 via net banking at around 2PM 27 march and received the confirmation mail soon after. In the evening Amazon cancelled my order.Though they have promised to refund my money but I want the product itself.I did receive the order confirmation. To my mail and later in the evening at 6 PM I received a message from amazon.in saying your order has been cancelled. Why was the order canceled without any consent, If the product was out of stock its their responsibility to not to receive orders. They should deliver the product once confirmed.so i want product

      Hello sir,
      . I am saurabh today at 1pm I ordered a phone from amazon.in Moto g turbo edition white I got order confirmation now when I open my account the order is not showing I call customer care helpline on amazon.in I told them full my problem but they said order is cancelled of everyone who ordered the phone in offer the product is unavailable so said to them that gimme when available but they directly saying that that time there is mistake on price that's why they cancel the order on more product offer price but I have order confirmation I want the product as they shown I ordered I will wait for week because at the order time they told me it will delivered in 5-7days please help me sir and solve my problem

        I have ordered one moto G mobile on amazon for rs 4999 as an promotional offer by using an gift coupon.the order was completed and the remaining amount was paid through netbankin.but after some hours i received email regarding refund of amount which i have not insisted.i ordered for buying the phone and i dont want refund for the money other than the product.i think that this was an cheap marketing trick from amazon for promotion and this have hurt me as a customer.when called amazon customer service i came to know that it was an technical issue and got information that the amount will be refunded.The issue cannot be resolved by simply giving the refund.The mistake was from the side of amazon and they should bear the burden which arised from there side.
        I want my compensation for my time and mental harrassment which i experienced from amazon

          Have ordered for moto g turbo of rs 12449 using promotion code I got it by 4999 means discount of 7500. The order was confirmed and amount debited from my credit card. And now you have cancelled my order and refunded only 4999. Then what about offer of promotion code ? Which I used to buy this mobile. It's fraud by Amazon.

In the evening Amazon cancelled my order.Though they have promised to refund my money but I want the product itself.I havr paid the whole amount and was very excited until the email arrived.Amazon should have apologised for their mistake but now i dont want their apology.I need my phone Why give offers when u don't want to sell at the price! Even the refund is going to take sometime, they dint cl or text me first regarding the matter.Amazon being a very established e-retailer surely dint expect it from them.Not getting any replies from amazon nor they are answering the calls properly.On one occasion the person kept me on hold for relatively longer period of time. I am really really frustrated. I need my phone.

              Today I ordered moto g turbo by using discount code on amazon.in. i got confirmation and I paid for the order via my netbanking. It showed delivery by 2nd april in my order history. But now they have removed the order from my list and dropped a mail stating money is being refunded. This is unethical that first get clicks on your website by fake offers and then simply cancel the order. Making us big fools.

                I went through an offer which was made public by Amazon.in for a moto g Turbo 16 gb phone on 27.3.2016. Accordingly I bought moto g turbo 16 gb model and applied a code which provided me Rs. 7500 discount on my product which reduced my final cost to Rs. 4999. Now Amazon has surprised all concerned customer by cancelling my order without any notice. Hence I called customer care of amazon and was told that they have cancelled my order because of fault at amazon site . It goes on reverse side of the company as well as on the part of the government side how can a company who is under the control of Government can withdraw an offer when it was successfully placed and payment made and issuing order confirmation .i want this order to be successful and it is also my right . Amazon has no right to play with customers emotions . this publicity stunt cannot be borne by any person. everyone should file complaint against amazon regarding this. order no is ORDER #[protected].

                  Today I ordered a moto g turbo from Amazon under some promotional offer 60% off. Order was successful with Order #[protected].

                  After some time the order was canelled automatically and no reason specified. On calling customer care they saying the offer was placed mistakenly so u will not be getting the delivery.

                  Such a huge company is not expected for such mistakes.

                  I have an email for confirmation of order that I placed and of successful payment also.

                  I am feeling cheated.

                    Today in amazon.in moto g turbo was available for discount with a promo code. i made the order and it was accepted and about to ship . but in the evening at 6pm it got cancelled . they say that it was a glitch . this is not done, how can they cancel the order after it has been accepted, they should not have not accepted the order if there is a problem. and if they have accepted the order then they should fulfill it . my order number is Order #[protected] . i need the promiced order at the price which was quoted in the mail . which is 4999

                      I have ordered MOTO G Turbo white today around 2:40 pm. after getting successful mail of order place with order id[protected], now i m not able to track my order and it showing order has been cancelled. I want to know where is my order. i have also called them for the same and they told me that it is a technical glitch and we cannot do anything about it
                      Amazon is cheating us.

                        Hi This is regard with order no.[protected]. I have received an e-mail regarding cancellation of my order without any prior information of it. On calling customer care I have been given some weird reasons that the promo code was invalid and the site got hacked, the reason it is applicable while placing the order. I really don't understand if it got hacked why it is specifically applicable for only one product. Anyways, as a customer I have applied a valid promo code and placed the order, so I should received my product on that offer.
                        I would like to escalate this.
                        I hope my request will be heard else I should go on other legal ways as well to raise the voice against amazon.

                              Around 2 pm i booked the Moto G turbo from Amazon India and the order was confirmed.
                              But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6.30 it was cancelled.
                              Even i got a mail saying refund has been initiated. WIthout any notice they have cancelled the item. If it is out of stock they should mention it while booking. They should deliver items once confirmed.

                                  On 27th march, 2016. I have placed an order - moto g turbo for 4999/- (Applied a promo code - gyjqj3yw). Payment was done and order got placed successfully.
                                  It was mentioned that the order will be delivered by 30th march, 2016.
                                  After 4hrs received a mail from amazon stating refund for amazon order# num was successful.
                                  But, i haven't cancelled the order then how come amazon can cancel my order.
                                  I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by amazon. Companies like amazon are playing cheap tricks and playing games with customers feelings.

                                  Amazon have a gut feeling that nobody can complaint on them whatever the cheap tricks they do.
                                  I request you to take serious action on companies like "amazon.In" who are trying to fool their customers.

                                      Today I requested a moto g turbo from Amazon under some limited time special 60% off. Request was effective and they likewise charged cash from my financial balance. Couple of hours after the fact they send and email about discount of the cash despite the fact that I didn't cancle the request. On calling Customer care they saying the offer was set erroneously so u won't be getting the conveyance. Further more discount will take 4 days to exchange. Such a colossal organization is not expected for such slip-ups and they can't hold my cash for 4 days with no reason.
