I have ordered a lenovo k4 note phone and ant-vr set from amazon via order no.[protected] to which expected date was 7 march for delivery but than they changed it to 8 march that was bearable. But now the product is yet not even dispatched and they are asking me to wait just for dispatching up to 10 march. I was in great need of the phone as mine is damaged and their this late delivery is troublesome for me so i want to file a complain as it causes many consequential losses to people and demand a compensation for my consequential loss

      I had purchased an Infocus M2 4G mobile phone on 31st July 2015, unfortunately the mobile LCD display is not working now and when we took it to Infocus service center with the bill, in our surprise the bill is reading different IMEI number than physically mentioned on the device.

      For this purpose I contacted Amazon for two times on 26 Feb and on 3rd march. and both time they assured me that problem will be solved within 48 hours. But as of today no one has contacted me.

        I placed Order #[protected] last week during the amazon launch sale of Motorola phones..per the order details, I was expecting delivery by 7th March..But, it's 8th today and the order has not even been dispatched..When I contacted the customer service team (Yasir and Kajal), all they said was that they would escalate this so that the order gets dispatched within 24-48 business hours, but they said the delivery could take 2-4 business days and they could do nothing to expedite this. This would mean the shipment would arrive almost a week late, and this is assuming it is indeed dispatched on time.

        When I asked if they could do anything to change the delivery to guaranteed one day delivery, they said NO ONE from their side (including leadership team) could do this..And they asked me to cancel and replace the order with guaranteed delivery. However the product price has increased now and they weren't willing to allow me to place the order at the same price (the best they said they could do is give me this difference in my gift card, but that's doesn't really serve the purpose, because i wouldn't want to pay anything more than what I originally paid for a problem that is on the side of Amazon). I generally have held Amazon in high regard, but I'm appalled that in this case, there is nothing that can be done to expedite the delivery..

        I'm also surprised that there is no way to reach the grievance team directly..(this is what I was told by Kajal from leadership team)

        Please look into this urgently so that this is resolved ASAP (it's already delayed and I hope there is no more delay)..

          Hi Team,

          ORDER #[protected]

          I purchased this product on March 6, 2016 and the same was delivered to me on March 7, 2016.

          The price of the product when I purchased was Rs.35, 811.00 ( Including 50rs of courier charges).

          Now I see that the same product is available for Rs.33, 689/- within 24 hours i lost Rs.2072.

          So, the price difference is not just 100 of rs instead it thousand, and to be precise the difference amount is Rs. 2072.

          I need a positive response regarding the same as the chat team provided me a solution which is totally useless!

          Why would I want to return the product if I wanted it so badly in first place?

          I wouldn't have reverted if the amount was in 100's as it is my hard earned money and I feel the pain I had to come with this complaint.

          I can go legally, only thing is that I'll be loosing a lot of money and Amazon India image will de damaged, not happy with the unfair trade practices.

          If your solution for me is to return the product and place a fresh order or if you are providing a gift card of Rs 200 which was promised earlier ( don't treat customers so cheap that you want to close the matter with such disgraceful amount), please do not care to reply to this email, do reply if any positive solutions is available.

                    Hi,
                    I had purchased a mobile phone Xiami Redmi Note prime with order #[protected].
                    I had paid extra for these as well shipping one day delivering which was garanteed by Amozon . However, I had not received product on time (5 march 8 PM). When I was called amazon customer care centre then he replied that your one day delivering charged would refund and product would delivered normally.

                    When I told about my expectations that these was urgently needed so I paid extra otherwise why I paid extra.
                    He replied that he would not delivered product before 8 march. Whenever I told what I would do after 8 March. It was needed to me on 5 march so I paid. After that he cancelled my order and mailed me that your paid amount would refund within 2 -3 working day.

                    I'm very frusteted from this. So, I will expect from you to resolve these and delivered product by amazon successfully with some concesion.

                      These guys are cheater be aware!!!
                      On their product page they have shown "Free Shipping" but when I concluded my buy they have shown charge of Rs. 447 for shipping.

                      Guy at "Amazon customer Care" said I am helpless this is vendor policy. My question "why Amazon is saying on product page that "No free shipping" or shipping charges will be there at the end of buying procces.

                      SHAME ON YOU AMAZON. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER EARLIER BUT NOW I WILL BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL, EVEN FOR OPENING AMAZON.IN PAGE !!! CHEATERS

                          Accu check strips...order placed on 26th feb 2016...estimated delivery 1-4th march...on 3rd March sent a mail to seller for delivery...he said will deliver on 4th March...but no delivery..cuttomer representative says will contact seller...5th March seller says mobile no invalid and address invalid...but courier guy forcibly delivered and asked me to return and ask for refund...y is it being delayed...kindly resolve this issue and compensate me for the loss as i had made advance payment on 26th feb...i lost interest on money for so many days...kindly refund the whole amount...this is d worst company to buy...ur money is at stake...i will never buy anything from amazon now...frauds...cheaters...only to make money...

                            On 1st March, I had got a good deal on Amazon India where they selling the "Denon DSB100 Envaya Mini White" (Bluetooth Speaker) - Sold by KEI Hi-Fi (Santacruz Mumbai) Storefront at discounted price.

                            I successfully placed the order and informed all the family members about good deal given by Amazon.

                            But on 4th March, my order has been cancelled by Amazon due to a pricing error.

                            Even requesting them to deliver the order on agreed price, they refused to deliver the above said item.

                            I had also reminded them that The State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has fined online shopping website in similar case they are not ready to deliver the goods.

                            I would request to direct Amazon the deliver my order.

                                  Hi i am Rishabh Rai residing at Airoli had placed an order for Natures Best Low Crab Isopure-3LBS (Dutch Chocolate) sold by Primarc Pecan Retail on 27th Feb 2016 order #[protected] which costed me Rs 4850/-.I received the package on 1st March2016. I am unhappy and and very disappointed that the product that i received was fake and not original.I have been using this protein for the last 4 yrs and I can easily make out the difference between original and fake. I feel cheated. The reason behind that is when I add water to that powder instead of getting mixed properly as it should happen in normal case the powder is not getting dissolved and lumps appear at the bottom like wheat dough.
                                  This was the first time I have ordered something from your website and i really feel cheated and I am not happy with the experience.I want you to refund my money back ASAP and take your product back or I wil make a legal complain against it.Hope to get a response from you guys ASAP
