Sir,

i am booked a camera from this amazonl, b'coz of any reason i need to cancel the order #[protected] on 24/02/2016, after cancellation i got a mail from company that your refund is initiated & it back to your account within 2 working days but still i am not get my miney back.so many time i called to customer care & always they assuring me that your amount is reflected within 24-48 hrs, but still i am not get my money.
so please support to solve on this on ASAP

        I placed order from amazon.in item of Nokio 108 model mobile Order Number:[protected] in the seller of sulaka sales at 15th feb 2016 item mention delivery date is 19th to 24th feb 2016 but as on date it is not delivery so i complaint at seller via amazon customer support they also try to reach via mail to seller they are not response so that i paid 1698 INR money need to refund by seller that one also not response by seller and respect person of amazon also asking days after now they asking for weeks to refund the money so kindly give me your support to refund my money from respective concern.

            Amazon have clearly mentioned oniits website that one CDMA sim works in HUAWEI honor 2 but not so. In return policy Amazon says only replacement no return for mobile. Never expected that Amazon will supply a wrong product and refuse to take back.

              This is regarding the one of the order #[protected], at Amazon, as the product was defective and the reverse pick ws done on 23rd Feb via AWB#[protected]. From 23rd Feb2016 onwards I have been continuously following daily twice, with Amazon, I don't get any update on the progress, till today and every executive whom I talk or chat gives me a different statement and every executive asks me to discard the statement and promises of the previous executives and request me to give them another 24 hours to give me just the update and it has been more than 8 days i still don't get any update on the progress. I am neither asking them to resolve my request immediately nor I am expecting them to refund me immediately, all what I am asking is just update on the progress of my issue. Amazon was never like this and all of sudden it has become a nightmare make them understand and get any help

                I bought this pen. They have sent me my order on the box it was written made in Haridwar, India. It should not be there because it gets manufactured in France. They accepted this mistake and offered me replacement. I told them my address for replacement in my further email to them. They have generated replacement for wrong address in wrong city. Now when I contacted them to correct the address they are saying it can not be done. They said they know its there mistake but they can not do anything in this issue and I need to satisfy myself with the counterfeit product.I need justice. These companies cannot go Scott free after cheating customers

                  I ordered for a butterflies women's clutch beige BNS 2240 ( hand bag) and a scarb. I received a scarf on 2nd March and above said hand bag on 3rd March. When I opened I found that there was no strap in it and one button for connecting strap was damaged.

You guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional... can you update on the complaint 1662066. the issue has not been resolved . its more than a month now. also the purchse history has been removed from my id. how dare you guys remove the purchase history just because you have not resolved it. call backs arranged 4 times. not even 1 call came back how unprofessional. you guys record the calls for training purposes but i have recorded for putting a complaint in consumer forum and clearly informed you that i am doing so in each call. it should be resolved within next 48 hrs. or lets meet up in the consumer court. Also teach your customer care guys to talk properly. They shut down the systems at 7.15 when the working hours are till 7.30 At 7pm no floor manager is available. How can a manager be missing during shift timings. - Gurgaon Office. The customer service guy replies to me he has other work also and is not available in the evening. As if we guys have no work at all and only Amazon India is busy working and still not able to process even a single complaint even after 33 days. Complaint number #1662066

                        Amazon is the biggest cheater company, I orderd a camera for rs 47, 000 on 23 january, from seller TECHNOGAZET in which I was supposed to be delliverd a camera a 55-200 lense and a memory card,

                        and on 31st jan what I got was a parcel packed in black packaging, not amazon's packing, and when I opened the parcel was dumb struct to see that There was a camera bag and a memory card inside and an empty camera box, and the surprised thing was the packaging inside black packing was of EBAY not Amazon's,

                        I immediately complained about it I got a call from that cheater seller asking the images of packaging, I sent it to him, He claimed that he sent everything as he got the camera packed in front of himself
                        Then I got a mail from seller saying He did not send me the 55-200 lense only rest of the things he had sent,
                        I asked him why are you changing the words, then he again changed the words saying he had sent everything, that e mail he sent me by mistake

                        I told everything to Amazon's customercare, They blocked my A.c and blocked my outgoing calls so that I could not call Amazon.saying that I had already returned high amount product even though I had never returned any high valued product they were giving me the answer which has no logic, I had only returned a bata shoe worth rs 400 as I wanted size change and they denied to change the size, I had to return it, I got the A.c unblocked by posting it on social media,

                        Since then I have been taking follow ups, calling them reguraly, But I have still not got any response from their side Even I have talked to their managers They fool say that they are not aware what it happening over there, Team is investigating, (does it take 40 days to investigate) it has been more than a month already meanwhile The claims are being rejected, They say that they have checked and acording to transportation team the product was in the packet while delivery as the weight of product was same which was dispatched from seller's end, you fools what the inlogical answer you are giving, The courrier boy did not have any weighing machine while delivery how can you say that, and What if the seller did not put anything inside the box then the weight would absolutely be the same which was delliverd to me,

                        When I call them they cut my calls, dont give me the right response, they just ask me to refill the claim they are bloody cheaters, I did not pay 47, 000 for just reclaiming the claims, I did not pay money for being harrased, For a single reply I have to wait 10-10 days.


                        Dear team, the Amazon has been harrasing me mentally for more than a month I had no more option left than this, I want the real face of Amazon should be visible to everyone, I suggest you all to never does shopping on Amazon, Coz I don't want you to regret like I am regreting,

                        Dear Team please show the real face of Amazon to everyone, I have got to know This company is earning the money by doing fraud to customers,

                        I am gonna lodge a FIR and a complaint in consumer against this tomorrow as I have no more patience left in me to wait.
                        Request you all to go to other E com company like sanpdeal and Flipcart rather than choosing this one

                            The Order #[protected] had to be delivered by March 1st which was not done as expected. But when contacted customer service they gave false promise of order getting delivered on same day. And finally i did not receive the order. Next day when i contacted i got the same reply again but the order is still not delivered. Very frustrating.

                              days since I have been following up (From 24th Jan'16). At this pace, my warranty-window may get lapsed.

                                Hi,

                                I purchased one product from amazon siteon month of november by using my credit card (EMI) but i returned my product and i got the cancellation and redounded amount(1999) SMS from amazon also. I called to your customer care and i told to cancel my EMI and auto debit also i asked about my money and he told my money will back with in 3 working days .But you people canceled auto debit only and now every month i am getting credit card bill with interest which i am not used also.

                                2 days back again i spoke with your customer care person now they are telling the emi is canceled and your money is not refundable because EMI is only 3 months 3 is completed now we cant refund your money but this is not fare i want my money back.

Please tell me that do you verify the authenticity the order before taking the order. Today I have received the SMS containing the words as" ARRIVING TODAY: JOCKEY WOMEN'S COTTON HIPSTER -WILL BR DELIVERED BY AMAGENT ([protected]). PAY RS. 365 BY CASH OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. and at 2PM your parcel reached at my home while i have not placed any order. Therefore you are requested kindly investigate this serious issue otherwise I will prefer to civil court in this issue. Further please find out the person who has actually place the order and intimate me as soon as possible.

                                      MRP price was Rs 540 + Rs 540 + Rs 475 = Rs 1555

                                      But Amazon charged me Rs 1999 which is against MRP policy.

                                      and they are doing the same with all customer. this is complete case of Fraud with customer

                                        I'm sorry to know that you haven't received cash back till now, I'll try my

                                        I've checked the history of cash back and see that the date of receiving
                                        cash back from HDFC was 17 January but still customer did not get the cash
                                        back.

                                        To help you with this I've personally contacted promotional department and
                                        informed that the cash back processing is still carried due to large number
                                        of purchases in the offer hence our business team informed that the pending
                                        cash back has been processed and credited to all pending customer.

                                        I would like to inform you that previous time you've contacted and while
                                        investigating regarding your concern, this issue has been escalated to the
                                        higher authorities and they are seriously working on this. They are
                                        currently processing the cash back amounts for the pending customers of
                                        ours and we will never miss out on anyone remaining.
