I have placed an order today at amazon .in . i have bought moto g turbo 16 gb model, i have applied an code which provide me rs 7500 discount on my product, and that reduces my final cost to 4999 rs.amazon has canceled my order without my notice or without my permission . now when i called customer care of amazon they told that they have canceled my order because of fault in amazon site . how can they cancel my order when it was successfully placed. i hv receieved order confirmation .i want this order and it is also my right . amazon has no right to play with customers emotion . this publicity stunt cannot be bear by any person. everyone should file complaint against amazon regarding this.order no is .     I have ordered mobile handset named "moto g turbo (white)" from e-commerce website amazon.in on 27/03/2016 at 2:21 pm afternoon worth rs 12499 under promotion for rs 4999. but now they cancled my order saying that it is a price error. i had also made online payment about this at the time of order. so please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible. i m attaching scrren shots of mails they sent to me.

      On 27 march 2016 i have order moto g turbo edition for rs.4999 and also received my oder confirmation email . But after sometimes when i review my order after 2-4 hour i saw that amazon have cancel my order without my concern . I felt cheated n this is fraud from a consumer point of view . I want my order back n want its delivery. And i have also not received order cancellation segment from them

        Don't promise something you can't keep. Behaving Like a Cheap E-commerce website won't help the "Most Valuable Brand" in the world

        Okay ₹4, 999 was an unbelievable price, I knew you made some errors. It's fine everyone make errors. But if you make errors you should be held responsible, not secretly cancel our orders without even apologising. An apology might have been a little better, but now those angry customers will definitely try and fight you, I know they'll never win coz you've those TnCs of yours, but maybe what you won't have is the strength to face those customers open-heartedly. I feel for the sake for goodwill, you should respect the customers and keep the order or atleast apologies and give Gift Card.

          Today I ordered a moto g turbo from Amazon under some promotional offer 60% off. Order was successful and they also debited money from my bank account. Few hours later they send and email about refund of the money even though I did not cancle the order. On calling customer care they saying the offer was placed mistakenly so u will not be getting the delivery. And also refund will take 4 days to transfer. Such a huge company is not expected for such mistakes and they cannot hold my money for 4 days without any reason.
          I have email for confirmation of order that I placed and of successful payment also.

            Today I ordered moto g turbo and applied promotional code and I got the Rs. 7500 discount. Actual cost of the product was Rs.12499 and after applying promotional code it was of 4999. Now company automatically cancelled the order without giving any discription.
            Now I want that the company should compensate for doing this.

            I ordered the product through amazon application on my phone.

              I called amazon.In they told me that it is written in amazon terms and condition but i read its terms and condition nothing was written like that.

                Sir, maine aaj moto g turbo Amazon purchase kiya. Wo discount me maine 4999 me book kiya. Iska confirmation mail bhi mere ko aya. But booking ke 4 hour bad mere order cancelled kar diya gya.jab maine amazon ke customer care se reason pucha to bataya gya ki apka promo code galat h jab ki mera order conform ho gya tha.but order hone ke bad cancelled kaise ho sakta hai.

                  I have booked Moto g turbo mobile phone for 5000rs..
                  where the actual price of the mobile was 12500rs but after applying promotion code i got a discount of 7500rs and the coupon was accepted by amazon.. i placed the order and waited for whole day long to ship the item but the actual message from amazon was the item got cancelled.. I need my item or compensation.. in first case why should they accept the promotion code.. and in the second case why should they place the order..

                    Dear sir,
                    I placed my order of moto g turbo (White) worth of 12499 to amazon.In by using discount promo code gyjqj3yw(Promocode worth is 7500) and got the confirmation mail from amazon but didn't got the expected delivery date. So, i called to amazon customer care executive regarding delivery date. But they refused to deliver my order. Amazon told me that they will cancel my order and give refund to me. But i am requesting for mobile phone due to the huge discount was given by amazon. This kind of the stuff are wasting the time of people. So i am expecting deliver my order to me by amazon.

                        My name is Harshal Shah. I have ordered Moto G Turbo(White) with order number[protected] on 27th Mar 2016 from amazon with discounted price of 4999 by using promotional code. Actual price of the product is 12499. By applying promocode it becomes available for 4999. After placing order it was auto confirmed by amazon. And by some time I have received email stating that "we have processed a refund of Rs. 4999".

                        Kindly provide me this product at Rs. 4999.

                          I have booked lenovo k4 note vibe on 3rd March but still not received the phone. They have changed the delivery date 3 times. Every time when I contacted customer service they gave me different answers, it is almost one month passed but I have not received the phone. I have done payment through credit card and my first instalment is also due before the date of delivery they have given last time. I am very much disappointed with the service of amazon.

                              Today i bought a Moto G turbo edition from amazon.in my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my order no. Is[protected] . But my order got cancelled automatically . Using promo code i got ₹7500 discount and after using wallet balance and promo code, i paid ₹4399 using my debit card . But my order got cancelled automatically, Amazon told it was a technical fault in price and they cancelled all the orders !! This is not fair they cant cancell the order like this, I want my product . The sent a mail that order refund successful, i dont want refund i want my product, please see to it, they cant cheat people like this ! I have attached some screenshot please see to it !!

                                I placed an order from Amazon India for Moto G Turbo using a promotion code on 27/March/2016. The order was confirmed and was pending dispatch(image Attached). (ORDER #[protected].
                                After couple of hours i got a cancellation message from Amazon. I had not cancelled the order. When I checked it says the order was cancelled due to pricing error which is unfair for the customer as in first place you allow customer to place order and then cancel it without any details.

                                I would want to receive the phone with the same price that I paid OR company should pay larger compensation to customer.

                                Why should Customer be suffer due to sellers mistake ?

                                  I ordered a product named moto g turbo by paying whole amount through net banking on 27/3/2016.now they suddenly cancelled the order. during this i sold my current mobile in market.now as they cancelled the product my money is also with them.even if they return money it will take a about 5 days. so i want my ordered mobile now or they should compensate for the loss

                                  I also ordered the same product and same happen to me. I also want to go for consumer court.
                                  Same happened with me. They are now saying it was fraud. However consumers have nothing to do with it. They want their phones. Its their internal matter, they should fulfill all orders no matter they would go through how much loss. It is not technical fault that prices were changing during checkout automatically. Someone from Amazon has created that coupon code and customers availed the benefit. nothing wrong in it. Now why customers will suffer. Amazon should be banned.
                                  I was ordered a lennavo laptop bag since 25 th of march and its delivered to me within 31st march.
                                  The issue is that I haven't received my stuff till the date.
                                  I tensed what I have to do.Because Amazon.in didn't show their/seller's customer care number & physically I can't reach to them office to solved the issue.
                                  I have ever said every people to who make trust on online purchase with Amazon.in.
                                  Beware of them don't do the advance payment.
                                  Because your situation can be done at that time, like me..
                                  Please, please, please. Be safe all buyers.

                                    Now i received a mail that mentioned they successfully initiated refund of 4999/-, i havent received any call about the cancellation of my order of the same. I haven't cancelled the order, it was done by amazon guys.

                                    I have received an email yesterday from Amazon stating about the auto cancellation of product purchased.

                                    As a end user when I order a product I'll not be knowing about the technical issues. What I see is where to buy it and where I am getting it for less price. But with this situation at Amazon they have cheated us by doing some fake advertisement and to loot money from us.

                                    I request a Justice for the situation what happend to me and deliver me the product. It is not my fault if a technical glitch happens at Amazon and they should be bound to deliver me the product

                                      27 March 2016, I have place an order of Moto G Turbo which was having wooping discount of 7500. The phone was actually costing RS. 12500 and was giving RS. 7000 discount on applying coupoun code. So I was getting Moto G Turbo for Rs. 4999. I just place order and pages Rs. 4999 to Amazon India. My order ID[protected]. But after placing order I just checked estimated delivery date, but there was no such information provided by them. So I contacted Amazon India about the same and they said this was not our promotion it is an 3rd party promotion. Now I am buying Moto G Turbo from Amazon India and paid them Rs. 4999 but then also they are saying that it was 3rd party promotion and my order will get canceled. This is a pure case of getting consumers attracted towards their website and get a lot of page visits per day. This is their regular practice to improve their page rank. Now I want my Moto G Turbo for which I paid Rs. 4999. Please help me to get my phone and stop Amazon and other e-commerce websites from doing such a fake promotions.
                                      I hope I get a positive response as soon as possible.
