Respected madam/sir;

i had placed an order worth rs 39800 (cash on delivery)
order no[protected]
product name : powerblock u 90 series set 1


on 7 th feb on amazon.in
expected delivery was 17th feb
product didnot get delivered even on 20th feb and they told me tht product would get delivered within 48 hours and i have audio record of it.
on 21st feb again i called them and they send me email saying product is heavy weight so courier is not reachable in my area.
but, when i ordered the product it clearly showed that product is avalible for pincode 396001.

-they accepted order
-site showed pincode avalibilty
-order even dispatched as i tracked it

and finally they cancelled it.
i cheked sellers website which shows same product at rs 46000 instead of 39800.
i withdraw ed my fd and kept cash ready for the order(7 feb to 1 march today)
please help me in this matter.

      I have got delivered my order of is[protected] my product i3 processor but I got wrong products from 20 February I am complain to Amazon that I got a wrong product even I had shared images to them but it has become more then 2weeks so they r saying u should wait for 24hrs like that so kindly provide me the justices thank you.

        Amazon.in is running a scheme "refer & earn 400". According to this scheme, if you refer a link to your friends and friend who signs up at Amazon.in and makes a purchase^ of Rs. 599 or more. Your friend also gets Rs.200. i also referred it to my friends. Me and my friends did all the according to the terms & conditions. But we didn't received any amount. I contacted amazon.in several times but i didn't get any satisfactory reply.

          Very worst experience amazon useless

          i have ordered a product on 18th which still i have not received, when i contacted cc of amazon the guy (yogesh) didn't even worry about it and he is threatening me and he is mentioning i will be barred from amazon !!!
          even after paying in advance this is nonsense and this is happening second time to me

            With refence to order no.[protected] dated 13-Oct-2015 amounting to Rs. 9, 999, under the promotional offer, i was suppopse to receive the cashback at 15% i.e Rs.1, 500/- by 17-Jan-16, lot of follow up i have made with the Amazon, buy every time i am getting the false assurance of getting the credit.

            Amazon has confirmed the application of the promotional offer on my order and cashback of Rs. 1500.

            Today is 01-Mar-16, but no credit in my account.

              I have ordered Tea & coffee from Amazon on 20th Feb. The order no is #[protected]. The products were couriered Via FedEx. ON 26th Feb Delivery guy from [protected] called stating i cant deliver product today will be done tomorrow on Feb 27. Feb 27 there was custom issue as updated & on Feb 28 i received msg for product out of delivery. No one came to my place nor called to check address from Fedex & product is being returned. Now while calling to amazon is happily saying that i can complaint to consumer forum& issue will resolved as per their process but items will not be delivered. If i want it will be at higher price. Why should i bear the cost for the product when i am not responsible. Either deliver the product as ordered or compensate in your terms.

              Pathetic Company & cheating in the name of online offers. If someone makes the payment already for products will take 7-10 business days to return in such cases where items is not delivered. they hold money back & dont understand what customer goes through.

                  I am so disappointed by purchasing this product which was first of all not as it was shown in the site moreover when I tried returning this product, I am asked to return it myself with conditions that I need to send it through speed post else i[censored]sed any other carrier for returning I will have to take the expenses.This has totally ruined the relation and loyalty that I had with amazon.

                  I am not from Amazon custumer care support team. I am a regurlar user like you and I noticed that your problem was not solved since 3 days. I also doubt on Amazon even replying you as out of 1571 no replies were given by Amazon.in . I would suggest you to go to Amazon.in and go to customer care from thier website. I am sure they should help you. Ask them about your problem. It must work. Please reply back of your problem is not solved.

                    I placed an ORDER #[protected]Gee Aar Impex Sports Watch Collections Gee Blue Sport Watch With Seven Lights Digital Multicolor Dial Children'S Watch-Geeblesvnlgt01048)

                    Nowhere mentioned in the listing that it's USED and having scratches. But when it got delivered. It was found a USED watch with scratches and in a very bad packaging of Cosco balls!

                    It's a clear case of Fraud and Cheating with customers by seller KSSU. and Amazon.In is facilitating him to do business on its website.

                    Also Amazon.in didn't allow me to post review of this product and helping seller to cheat more customers.

                    I want to file a strong complaint against the Seller (knows as KISSU) and Amazon.in for clearly cheating and doing fraud on internet and refusing me to alert (by posting product review) to other customers on its website.

                    I have used Amazon.com for multiple purchases and assumed that Amazon.in will have similar ethics and standard. Unfortunately it's not. I don't want others to be fooled by the crooked business practices of the seller and Amazon.in

                      I have Purchased a Redmi 2 Prime Mobile with Order #[protected] on[protected] for Rs. 6999 from Amazon.in. While purchasing they given me an offer of 1000 rupees refund from the price 6999. It was told that the offer amount will be credited back to my account which i used for transaction during the month of november 2015. But i didnt received the refund yet. I have contacted Amazon India customer care more than 3 times and every time they replied me that the amount will be credited back within a week. It didnt happened yet. Similarly they have cheated lot of customers like me. So help me and others to get the refund as mentioned in the offer as soon as possible. They indirectly forced me to buy this mobile from amazon.in by mentioning this fake offer.. Since i faced lot of mental frustration for being cheated by them i need compensation. Not only me every body who got cheated should get compensation. The amount of compensation should be more so that these companies would never think of cheating thier customers by giving fake offers. They must learn to do ethical business.

                      Even after Posting this complaint against Amazon, i didnt get my problem resolved. I have waited for 10 days. I really fed up with this irresponsible behaviour from Amazon India. I am a customer who made a purchase more than 0.5 lakh in last year. The loss of money doesnt make any impact to ones daily life. Its all about promise and credibility.

                        Its being more than 1 month i didnt got my Refund amount.But in your basket you people have mentioned as Refund issued like that.I am calling to the customer care again in daily basis to ask about the status of the refund, but still i didnt got the proper response from your end.
                        In the jan while call to the customer care they said we have initiated the payment its a problem with your bank.Call to your bank so that they can take a action on that like that.so i have asked for the payment reference number so that i can go back and ask my bank.But i didnt got any detail about the reference number.Then in february, i received a mail from your end saying that refund amount got denied.Please verify or change your payment detail in Amazon portal.
                        Once i changed the mail id till i am waiting for the refund amount.But still i didnt got my money back.I really pissed of with your customer care service.Very bad experience
                        with amazon.Please check my order details and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I have ordered two curtain rod (order numbers:[protected],[protected] from your site. I got a SMS stating that your order has cancelled from sellers side Stating that he cannot deliver it to the given address. When I ordered, the product was available in the particular address.why now the seller is not accepting it. I think the seller/Amazon is cheating me by giving less price through lightning delas, cancel it and I am forced to order the same product with higher price. I never expected these kind of cheating behaviour from Amazon. Please arrange to get the product which I have paid for.

                              Sir I returned a product from speed post EI[protected]IN item is delivered 20 January 2016. But amazing seller says this item is not delivered and he is not giving my refund so please give me a delivery proof. If delivery proof is not available please register my complain and give me a complain number. If I got a reference number then hi is return my money soon.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I have ordered a product on 16th October 2015 with order No.[protected] through amazon.in.
                                      As per promotional offer of that day (I have the promotional offer mail documents related to this cash back offer ), cash back Should be credited to customer account by 17th Jan 2016 but As per amazon customer care it will be delayed to 31st Jan 2016, I wait till on that date 31 Jan 2016 but yet I have not receive any cash back. Even after several follow up with the customer care of Amazon I have not got any affirmative response of getting the cash back. They are telling to wait for some more time and delaying.
                                      I have mailed to amazon.in and they accepted to this valid cash back and telling there was a problem with him and they will credit cash back but several follow up there is no positive response.
                                      Please suggest me what to do . because I have suffered from a lot of mental harassment for this. Please help me as soon as possible.

                                        FYI: I paid by credit card which expired in the month of october, 2015.
