    Why are sending duplicate items, not only duplicate, when i opened the box i got shocked as i see a chinese phone, The user Interface is chinese make & the item was like a demo piece.

      This is regarding an order #[protected].

      I placed an order of "Cloud b Twilight Turtle, Classic Mocha" from Amazon..in
      for the amount of Rs.610.00 I received a duplicate item. Immediate I reported this incidence to amazon to take action against the Seller "Shopomall" who cheated me by sending a wrong product. As I informed the amazon to replace the item with what I placed. Numerous time i did follow up with amazon customer care on phone. there are checking with the seller and instruct me to return the item.

      Despite of multiple call, finally the seller bluntly says that he can't process refund / replacement. when I report this to amazon they are responding as below:

      "We have reviewed your claim and the information you provided. We have determined that this A-to-z Guarantee claim will remain unchanged.

      We understand that you may not agree with this decision, but we will not be able to assist you further with this claim and there will be no further response to your e-mail messages regarding this transaction.

      Thank you for choosing Amazon.in"

      Please take necessary action and replace my product.

            Hi,

            I had purchased a back case cover for asus zenfone max from amazon with order id[protected] on 21st January 2016. This was seller(amazon registered) fulfilled order. The package was estimated to be delivered on 2nd Feb and then the estimated date of delivery was delayed to 04th Feb 2016. Even after numerous follow ups when the package was not delivered I chose to cancel it on 12th February 2016. And till date I have not received the refund. Seller claims that he has not received the package back and amazon has failed to give transit status of the same. Seller has refused to refund until he receives the package back and amazon is unable to provide the transit status and ETA for return. It is apparent that amazon transportation services has lost the package on account of which it failed to deliver the package to me or return it back to the seller. However Amazon is showing no progress in addressing the issue and everytime I call they ask me to wait for 10 more days and all that seller has to say is that he will not initiate a refund until he receives the package back and in case amazon has lost the package it will fail to return the same to seller which makes me doubtful about my refund.

              The replacement department is very irresponsible in handling complaints...i was unable to contact to them since very long i was continuously trying to contact them for 4 to 5 days since i received my product but was unable to contact.i had a very bad experience by shopping on this site.i hope they look after this carefully and help people.

                I placed order on supervalue days ...somehow my order was defected so i was refunded.Refund was fast. Thanks. But customer care ensured cashback for the orders as the defected product was from their side and they couldnt return or replace. Today i got cashback but no cashback for defected/refunded product as promised by them. Thatsok but then why falaw information that day wgwn i called them.When i called amazon customer care today . He first of all had no info of cashback. Later he started talking unprofessionally and he said we already refunded so no cashback. He was stick to refund money only.He started arguing although i was asking about information.He was rude.My concern was not money but is how they treat their valued customers. Disappointed

                      I have purchased a Cool Pad Note3 lite from Amazon and i have requested for return of item as it has defects. First time i requested for return they said that tomorrow they will collect it and arrange for refund, but pick up has been automatically get cancelled saying they are unable to contact, Second time i did and again they did the same thing, third time, fourth time it went on. I am receiving the phone across the world, but they r saying your phone is not available. Finally they agreed that they will initiate refund and later on they pickup the phone. Now after that 6th time saying that without pickup we cannot initiate refund and arranging for pickup. Each and every time i call them for replacement, but they say that we will arrange for new pickup and will be collected by tomorrow and every time pickup get cancelled automatically and they say that we are unable to contact you. I am fed up with these people and becoming completely mad as i have no cell phone to use now and my money is stuck with them. It is almost a month and i called them n number of times for refund but they are not taking any initiative. This is my final request to the team to arrange for refund of my amount immediately irrespective of whether you collect it or not or else I will go to the consumer court with all the records including voice records of every time i contacted Amazon as you are misleading customer saying different things each time we contacted you for return.

                      They are looting innocent people by giving defect products and later on they will not do replacement by saying one or the other reason.

                        I order one product from amazon on 1st week of February, this was a worst product i ever had.so i return the product next day.but while returning the product i inform amazon that i wont be available the mentioned address after Feb 2016, so when i can expect my refund they said it will maximum take 2 week.but now its last week of Feb i did not receive any update or cheque for my refund, whenever i call customer service they said i will receive it by 2 day, But now i am fed up hearing same thing again and again, On the amazon help desk it mentioned if i do cash on delivery i can expect NEFT too, but amazon customer service saying i will receive the refund by cheque only.IF I DONT RECIEVE MY REFUND BY 29TH FEB 2016 I WILL O FOR LEGAL ACTION.
                        I did lots of follow up mail, even the seller also helped me to call amazon.still very bad service from AMAZON

                            I have purchsed the iphone with prepay trusting on amazon a-z garantee which delivered on 23rd feb16.
                            Ordered on 19 February 2016 Order#[protected]
                            That was delivered in black box where was no amazon logo .Since Courier was Amazon Transportation service I have accepted that.When I have opened I found micromax box.
                            Immiditely I called courier guy and ask for replacement .That guy indormed I have to talk to customer care.
                            I have contacted customer care and as per their communication I have shared product picture what I have received.
                            When I have shared my issue Amazon have replied with two reason of rejection "Point
                            1.
                            We are writing because our records indicate that you have requested refunds for a significant number of your Amazon.in orders because items were missing from the parcels. These requests have not been consistent with our dispatch records or the delivery records of the carriers.

                            Point 2.We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for order[protected] because our records show the order was complete when it left our fulfillment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you.

                            Per our policies, placing an order for any reason other than a genuine attempt to purchase the merchandise is prohibited.

                            Note that failure to comply with our policies may result in the closure of your Amazon.in account.
                            "
                            When I have responded that I have not faced it earlier then everytime they are replying with same point no2.
                            Amazon team not even called me for such a big issue even I have requested to call me and verify my problem.

                            I even told them delivery boy is aware about this issue since when I got wrong product I have informed him but he said to contact customer service.
                            As per customer service I have replied with all supporting picture .
                            There was no amazon packageing and only one box with black tape cover.How this is possible to check the product before delivery?
                            Please understand my rs.58090 is at risk due to your company and you are not taking this seriously to resolve this.

                                  I had ordered when the stock was there.

                                  but I got a mail from amzon that they cannot deliver the product and they cancelled it without my confirmation.

                                      Hi, I ordered "2 of semi stitched products by Chirag Kunt" from amazon.in on 21-Feb-2016. After two days they called me and telling to change the order or cancel the order since the cost of the product is different than in website i.e., they entered the cost wrongly.
                                      Is it right to do this. I gave my word to the people about the sarees but they are doing like this. I am attaching the order information. Please go through this and do the justice for me.

                                        The person who comes to deliver the product uses a very bad process of making payment through the cards. He uses the same mobile for the payment and whenever he receives a call in between, the payment process cancels automatically. This is very stupid process because the amount gets deducted from our account and gets cancelled. While talking to them about the reversal of this amount they say it will take 5 to 25 days which is a long time. Either they should not accept cards at the time of delivery or change their process to make payment through cards.
