I recently placed an order to amazon.co.in for Seasonz international 3.5mm jack, but after receiving the product i found out that it was damaged, immediately i placed an.request for returning of the product and get back my money but inspite of mails to amazon i never received any proper reply from them.

i would request you to look into this matter.

      I ordered 6 items which i returned on 10th February 2016. I was told through SMS that my refund for Rs 4600/- has been inititiated and would be credited in my bank account within 4 working days. I checked my account today ( 21.2.16) but the refund amount is not there.

      I tried to contact Amazon customer care but they repeatedly saying that from their end the refund is complete whereas there is no refund in my account.

      Kindly resolve my issue.

        As per the advertisement in Amazon I bought Yu Yuraka cell phone.

        Their it was mentioned that they provide 1 Year warranty on Cell Phone.
        After 5 Months i start facing lot of problems. When i contact their customer care they told me that they cant repair my cell phone and hence they replace it in next 15 days. buy More than a month got over and they have not replaced. When i Called them again they are telling me again wait for next 15 days.

            I had purchased MI4i phone in October 2015 with order id #[protected] and according to the offer on ordering using mobile app, I was supposed to receive 15% cashback in January 2016. On January 20, 2016 an amount of 999.90 INR was credit to my account whereas I should be getting 1499 INR.

            On repeatedly calling the customer service desk I was not given any help nor the amount has been credit to my account till date. Every time I called up, the representatives gave false assurances that the amount will be credit back in 3-4 working days and they have also escalated the matter so will be calling back in 48 hours.Its been more than a month and more than 3 representatives named : have bluffed me and never called back.

            If this the kind of service Amazon claims to provide or are you bluffing the customers in the name of cashback which you do not intend to give?
            Do you really train you customer support executives at the time of hiring that you actually need to call back when you say so because I have never received any call back from all below mentioned 5 representatives?

            I request you to kindly look into this matter and get my problem solved and money refunded back to my account along with compensation of the money and time I have wasted by chasing you for my cashback.
            Such kind of incidents are bringing bad name to Amazon.

            For your reference I am attaching the mails I received from Amazon customer care representatives.
            Kindly go through all the mails and do check the dates and frequency of calls I have made.

              I bought a BenQ GL2460HM 24-inch HD Monitor on 6th of Jan 2016 from Amazon India (seller: FashionBay_SLP) by COD. I paid Rs 10, 398.00. Amazon claimed it's MRP Rs 13000.00 and they provided 20% discount.

              But when I received the product...after opening the outer package I found that the actual MRP on the package of the BenQ GL2460HM is only Rs 8800.00

              When I contacted amazon about it...they gave the following excuses

              1.Time lag in updating prices post changes in MRP.
              2. Product belonging to a different batch.
              3. Manufacturer specifying different MRPs in different regions.

              It's just kind of a fraudulence...
              Because according to Government Rules...no retailer, dealer or shop can sell any product more than its original MRP

              Please be aware of Amazon 100% purchase Protection.

              Added a snapshot of the package contains BENQ MRP.

                I purchased a detail knife from them and it was marked as MRP- ₹250 and discount of ₹50 was provided .So the price comes out to be ₹200.
                When the product came to me, its MRP was just ₹200.
                Just the main issue is why Amazon is misrepresenting the MRP as ₹250 and then giving discount when the MRP is ₹200 only .
                This is certain misrepresentation and they should face legal action against this

                      I have booked Iphone 5s from amazon with my registered Id : nabs.[protected]@gmail.com, registered ph no. [protected] at my company address Constantia Parikh Packaging Pvt Ltd, Opposite Rotomac Pens, Sarkhej Bavla Highway, Village Moraiya, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382213. It is expected to deliver on 17th of Feb but till date it is not delivered. You just check your records i have called 10-15 times yesterday for product delivery as I have to leave from Ahmedabad yesterday. I have requested your executives that please deliver my product by today only and they have promised me for the same. Each hour i called them and they say product will be delivered within an hour and at the end when my office is about to over i make a last call and they said product is out for deliver so i miss my company cab and waited for my product but then also no product is received . Finally when i called last time to amazon a girl told that you have rescheduled the product delivery. Seriously i am fed up, very much disappointed with amazon. I will publish this on each and every social networking sites and for the same i have asked to publish in a newspaper edition. You guys least care for your customers. I have to pay 500Rs for the cab to drop me back at my flat. Who will bear it ? I have made all the payment and this is the service you are giving in return. Now you have done what u want to do now its my turn to show what i can do. Consumer court will surely hear for it.

                        I have ordered two mobiles on 11th August 2015 in the Amazon Great Indian Freedom sale. As per terms and conditions, I can get Cashback of 15% by using HDFC debit card on delivery.

                        I have contacted them so many times, but they always try to ignore my complaint, their representative always says me to wait for 48 hours.
                        I am mentally harassed by the Amazon customer care.
                        So please, look into the above issue and oblige me.

In the specifications they mentioned 18 hours it's keep the water hot.but when I pour hot water, it makes heat outside & not maintain its heat just for half an hour.                               I was cheated by Amazon India recently.ordering lenovo vibe k4 note order no.[protected]
                              1-when I wanted to order a product at my sagar (M.p) 470002 location, it was unavailable. Then I had to wait for 10 days to order the product at my friend's home at bhopal.
                              2-I ordered the product on 9th Feb from flash sale but it was not dispatched till 20th Feb 2016 When ever I call to the customer care(about 10 times call) and no body resolve my problem, they called product is out of stock but available at web site.and still i don't have my money as well as my phone.
                              they have to changed their name from "AMAZON TO RAM BHAROSE .COM"

                                Please note that the product FIFA 15 (which supports KINECT feature) was ordered by me in Jan 2016, the product delivered was not as per the catalogue & was FIFA 15 which was not the same as my order. Amazon India apologised for the inconvenience & took a replacement only to return the same product without the specific KInect feature. Even on me insisting & post a few mails exchanged they have processed refund after a month while not honouring to the promises made by their executive over my initial call. I had briefed Amazon team members in POONAM & MAYUR, this was purchased as a gift for my 11 year old nephew & he was disappointed twice. Even on Poonam & Mayur offering 250 Voucher, just as a gesture from Amazon for the inconvenience caused, I declined stating it does not do justice, as I was only interested in having the right order executed by AMAZON.

                                Please note that you'll spend crores on advertisement, but having customers disgruntled is going to only spread a poor word of mouth, which will impact the brand image AMAZON is working hard on creating & sustaining.

                                I'd be keen to hear from AMAZON in person in addition to the response to mails. I am confident that you will have the issue addressed appropriately respecting the inconvenience caused, while valuing the feedback from your customer.

                                    Refund Amount. Rs. 4082.00( Four Thousand Eighty Two rupees)

                                    I have ordered a Suitcase 2 months ago. The moment I received and found that different quality, hence I returned it and my refund was initiated by the Amzon company on 24-December-2015, but till this date I have not received my refund amount. Amazon Customer care team keep on saying that issue is pending from Billing teame due to technical reasons and I have towait for 2-3 days but they are not resolving/escalating this problem.For the past 2 months I have been coordinating with Amazon team, but no response so far. I couldn't find solution so far. This is happening from last 2 months. I am attaching you the Amazon email response for your reference . I request you to please look into this matter and try to resolve ASAP.

                                        I have purchased intex aqua power+ on 9 nov. but till now i need to visit the customer care for more than 10 times. Firstly the charger get damaged in 1 week. Second its 4000 mah battery does not run like that and for this the intex service center keep the phone for more than 1 month. And then again charging problem arises. Its charger pin get damaged and the service center has charged ₹110 to change it and they behave with customer like a hell. I m not satisfed with the phone. Please refund it soon.
