Hi

The worst and disgusting experience i have got from Amazon.

I placed the order on 16/01/3016 (Order ID[protected] Waited for the product till 30/01/2016. Cancelled the order on 31/01/2016 and requested for the refund coz it was a pre paid order. Bit till date i am suffering for the same.

Also don't know the reason for non COD facility from pin code-713101. Other than Amazon all other online shopping sited like Flipcart, firstcry, Snapdeal, Myntra... every one has the COD option from this pin code.

Anyway now seller ( Kido toys ) is telling me that unless they receive back the product they can't refund. And surprisingly Amazon is telling that they dot have any idea when seller will get back the product or refund will happen.

This is the worst experience of my online shopping history.

I can assure you that this bitter experience will not permit me to order or buy any things from your site.

And i will share this on social media.

    Hi, my Order #[protected] with Amazon.in, Placed in October month 2015. I was supposed to get cash back by 17th Jan 2016, but received partially received.
    It's been a month but Amazon got it solved. I need my cash back with interest
    Amazon is not trust worthy!!
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Correction- Amazon couldn't get it resolved

      Hi,

      For my return amazon has issued my refund amount on 1st feb 2016 but this is still not credited into my bank account, I sent so many mails to the amazon's customer care but still they are not replying on that, My around 18000 INR is with them from around 25 days, I asked them to give me any reference number if they credited, If not please credit the amount as soon as possible,

      Please find attached scan copy of courier receipt and screenshot of refund issued.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        I have an account on Amazon.com for shopping. Last month I did some shopping on Amazon using Amazon Prime Delivery service which completes the delivery in 2days.
        I just took trial for a month but this Amazon website renewed my Yearly Membership and deducted amount of 99USD from my Credit Card without prior informing without any reminder mail or call. This made my Credit Limit to Negative.
        And there is no option on this website to ask for refund of the amount.
        And I don't want to use this service anyone.

        Kindly please help and take this issue on priority as I don't have sufficient money to do Credit Card Payment.

            I had ordered an envie battery charger, it was supposed to be delivered by 11th of February. I have been tracking the item details and found that the product has been returned to shipping address as the customer refused the delivery. I on the other hand, did no such thing.
            On another incident, around ten days back I had ordered a one plus two mobile case from noise, it was to be delivered but the delivery person was unbelievably rude over the phone, disconnected my call on two occasions, did not receive when I called back immediately, next day again he spoke very rudely over the phone and finally without giving an explanation for the extremely unprofessional behavior, disconnect my call. I finally had to return that item. I would mention here that even in that occasion, on the tracking product details, it showed my item was refused at delivery site. These two incidents in a span of two weeks has left me and my family completely disappointed with the entire shopping experience with Amazon the people involved also seem to have no bothering about customer satisfaction or even the minimum social conduct.

              I have order lenovo k4 in flash sale on 9 feb order[protected] whose guranted delivery in 1 day.But till 11 i dint get the order delivered i call to amazon and executive said me it is stuck and will be deliverd in 2 days but next day when i called for enquiry executive tell it is stuck and you didnt get order and cancel automatically.I
              If they are not able to provide than why they are talking They just cheated common people and say sorry i think we have to boycott these tings because of there frauds.
              I didnt even cancel the order and my order history from amzon is disappear.

              So worst amazon to use

                1st:
                I place Order on 7th Jan 2016, order place successfully but payment was declined. Order #[protected], Amount: Rs.3, 256.00,

                2nd:
                after payment declined I purchase a Amazon Gift Voucher Worth 3000/- on 9th Jan, Order #:[protected], Amount.3, 000.00,

                3rd:
                I paid my due amount of Rs.3, 256.00 of Order #[protected] from my Gift vouch balance {Rs.3001.00(Rs.1 is my previous Gift Voucher balance)} and My State Bank Of India Debit Card (Rs. 255.00) [ending with 4050]

                4th:
                On 9th Jan I got 2 email from Amazon.in at my register email address, and subject was "Refund for Amazon.in order[protected] was successful". and I'm just shock after read this two email.

                * after few days i got return my money Rs. 255.00 at my bank account
                and also got Rs.3001.00 in my amazon account.
                but problem is I can't use this money because my account is lock..

                5th:
                after read email I try to Sign in my Amazon account and want to see what happened. And I'm Surprised when i enter my email address and password, It's say Incorrect.. I reset my password through "Forget Password" link and change my password.
                after i go to login page again and enter my email address and my latest password, its say "Invalid user name or password"[protected] My Problem Beginning..

                5th:
                I contact amazon customer care support via mobile on toll free no (+[protected] from my mobile number (+[protected].
                then,
                I ask: why my order cancel?
                he said: "your order cancel of some issue" (but he did not tell me exact cause.)

                I ask: why i cant Sign in my account?
                he said:" you account is temporary lock for some account related issue, that's why you cant sing in your account, " (but he did not tell me exact issue.)

                I ask: when my account unlock again?
                he said: I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours


                but how many 24 hour passed i don't know. till date and time i did not received any email from amazon account specialist determent..

                6th:
                once again i call customer care after 24hour, they said same to same dialogue again but this time they said for 48 hour, "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours"



                after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"




                after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"




                after few day i call again to amazon customer care and this time he said "i can take few day may be one week(7 days/7x24=168 hour), and i personally work on your problem and I set remainder, you don't need to contact us i will contact you when problem solved"

                * i did received any call from this person


                after 10-12 days i contact again and they play again their recorded DIALOGUE :

                "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"

                after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"

                Till Date They Repeat 10000000% same 2 same DIALOGUE...


                i fully fed up on amazon.
                my request is please unlock/unblock my account or please give refund of Order #:[protected].
                I have Rs.3001.00 in my Amazon Gift Voucher Balance.. but i cant USE it so please please please please do something for me...

                  I called yesterday, I was told that product was dispatched..but today when I tried to check my order it was not showing any order..when I called customer service they told it was cancelled..
                  Hw can a reputated company as amazon be so irresponsible ..I need this cup before Valentines Day..please check and do send again my order..its most urgent.

                    I had ordered a White Board from Amazon from the seller HAKIM on 4th of Feb. It hasn't been delivered as yet and all I got was a call from Speed Post (the courier service) saying that they cannot deliver the product as it would not fit in a cycle.

                    Fit in a cycle? I paid Rs.214 just for shipping charges and they give me this reason.

                    I contacted the seller on email as well but he tells me lies that the courier service came to my house. They have a very negative rating (check the screenshot) The COURIER SERVICE NEVER CAME AND DID NOT DELIVER.

                    I am forced to make this complaint and hope Amazon takes some action.

                        Even after 35 days and several reminders, telephone calls and mails, the badminton racket (Rs. 3, 550/- paid online) has not been delivered. All executives, available on phone and email suggest only one thing to claim a-z guarantee and provide link (Https://www.amazon.in/gp/a-z-guarantee/submit-claim.Html). I have tried at least 25 times, but the website shows "there was an internal error in our system. We logged the problem and will investigate it later. Our apologies for the inconvenience.".

                        Please resolve the issue or refund my money with appropriate compensation.

                            The bundle offer (smartphone + VR Glass), was incorrectly configured at Rs. 13, 297 instead of Rs. 12, 499. so i have selcted COD. so if i am selcting COD so why should i pay 13, 297 instead of 12, 499. once i will pay they will give me gift card which is not applicable on( Kindle eBooks & Apps). i just want invoice of 12, 499 & payble amount 12, 499 .

                              Amazon is very pethic in customers centricity.

                              I have ordered an mobile flip cover from Amazon and I think it was the biggest mistake.

                              1. Your courier delivery boy had updated the status "delivery failure as the addressee is not available."
                              My response: He didn't attempt for delivery. Nor he made me any single call. How could a simple courier delivery boy can fool the entire Amazon.

                              2. After repeated escallation and complaints no buddy had addressed the concern.

                              Do Amazon want to deliver the product or just sitting on my it. Had it be Flipkart, I would have got resolution imediately.

                              Kindly revert with proper resolution. And improve in your grievance address system.

                                I registered Lenovo K4 Note with VR Bundle which was for Rs. 12, 499.
                                But When i purchased it, it Rs. 13, 297 was final bill amount.
                                Plz see the attachment for detail.

                                When i asked them from refund of the difference amount they accepted that it was a mistake from there end but they would give me refund in the form of Gift card which i can only use on Amazon

                                I told them to give me refund in my bank and they said no..
                                It is there marketing strategy to charge more from customers and then give away gift card and force them to buy from amazon

                                Plz provide some resolution

                                  Its been almost a month I am trying to get in touch with Amazon customer support for return which was raised on 15th Jan. I spoke to different leads which keep on giving me assurance that it'll be taken care within 24-48hrs. Till date nothing has been done.
                                  I even marked mail to Amazon head Amit but all in vain. At last I am getting in touch with you kindly help me in getting my refund of 46799/- which I paid to this company. I am not sure why aren't they bothered to take any action on my complaints I am sure there is some fishy . In case I don't get resolution at last I have to file consumer suite in court. order #[protected]

                                    I have ordered Samesh Women's Woolen Blazer Cardigan (1050 Grey Mix, Grey
                                    Mix, Medium Size) through Amazon under order id#[protected] on the
                                    middle of December, 2016. But I didn’t receive it till now, I have raised a
                                    complaint immediately with Amazon they said request has been taken will
                                    take 5 days, after that no flow up from them, after 5 days when I asked the
                                    status they said there is no complaint been taken regarding my issue, OMG I
                                    was shocked and later I have been following since Jan 20, after 20th I told
                                    the representatives(More than 7/8times) to cancel the order and refund my
                                    money, and no body given me the resolution, every time they will say
                                    request has been (but not) to finish the conversation. When I question them
                                    why like this happening they coolly say don't know. What is this nonsense
                                    Amazon is so careless with the customers; Amazon is such a standard online
                                    company but now only coming to know the truth of Amazon you are not
                                    different than other companies. More over customer service very very very
                                    worst. What ever I have all the records regarding my issue which I raised
                                    complaints, the mails u all sent, as a frustrated customer I wanted to take
                                    legal action against them. Why they all earning money like this by cheating
                                    from poor people like us... Anyway thank you Amazon for the very wonderful
                                    service and experience u all given...

                                        I have ordered Lenovo k4 note on 20th jan with order id[protected].It was expected to be delivered on 25th jan they told me due to some reason it is delayed so it will be delivered on 27th jan.i again contacted with amazon help through phone calls, emails(even to M.D of amazon), and chat.One day while contacting with them they told that ur order is misplaced so u order another till 8th i didnt got the product so i told them to cancel the order so that i can reorder it.

                                        While in the mean time (from different id) i have ordered another lenovo k4 note on 3rd feb with order id[protected] which is expected to be delivered till 8th but till now(9/02/16) i didnt got the product.

                                        So for my first order[protected] i told them to cancel it so i can order for the 3rd time lenovo k4 note.when they cancel the product on 8th i suddenly flew from jalandhar to jabalpur.When today(9/02/16) i placed order with id[protected] it was canceled as the product is limited to only one per user i again called them and told to them that the order was canceled from ur side not mine.

                                        Till now i have ordered 3 times out of which 2 are canceled and one is still(order id[protected] pending.
