    I have ordered Nexus 6p 64 gb through Amazon under order id#[protected]. But all i have received is only a box n charger with no phone in it, i have raised a complaint immediately with Amazon they said req has been taken will take 5 days, after that no f/up from them, after 5 days when i asked the status they said there is no complaint been taken reg ur issue, OMG i was shocked and later I have been following since Jan 20, and I have spoken with more than 10 representatives, no body given me the resolution, everytime they will say request has been (but not) to finsih the conversation, if I call next time other rep saying it is fake info given by earlier rep. When I question them y like this happening they cooly say don't know and if i question again they all saying do what ever u can, u cant do anyting us, As a girl they are not treating respectfully... wht is this nonsense Amazon is so careless with the customers, Amzon is such a standard online company but now only coming to know the truth of Amazon u r not different than other companies. More over customer service very very very very worst. what ever i have all the records reg my issue which I raised complaints, the mails u all sent, mesages and all call recordings, as a frustrated customer I wanted to take legal action against them. Why they all earning money like this by cheating from poor people like us... Anway thank you Amazon for the very wonderful service and experience u all given...

      Hello guys
      amazon.in
      Is one of the bad shopping site
      I have bought a product from your amazon.in app
      and then firstly
      1. i got the oldest model .
      2. Then i request to amazon to replce my product with new model
      3. It was picked successfully by my address for replace on 22 December
      4. I was waiting for my replacement
      5. I tried after 5 days to know the status of my replacement
      6. Then i am not able to connect my i.d
      7. I registered my i.d via [protected] mobile number
      8. Still I'm waiting for my replacement
      9. I have paid before delivery (by online my credit card)
      10.
      I have receipt (proof of my home pickup)
      ...
      Now i haven't my product and i haven't receive my replacement and i haven't get my refund
      Amazon must have give me back my refund...

        I have placed the order on amazon with order number[protected]
        The payment mode selected on the time of placing the order was COD, and as the delivery was done by amazon transportation service, I have used MPOS to pay for the order, And my account got debited, but in the MPOS it showed nothing, the I called customer care and they told me to pay cash and the amount debited will be credited in 5 days, since that I am regularly contacting amazon and its 16 days but still I have not got the amount.

          I ordered the OZOMAX steamer...The price on the website is 330 but after discount the price reduced to 199.Yesterday i got the product..Over the MRP they have put, their own MRP sticker.When i scratch it, the actual MRP is 295...

              I hope you can understand my frustration level after reading my mail, and understand why I had to go as far as finding your details online in order to get my Problem Resolved.

              Below mentioned is the order details,

              I returned it back as the product shipped to me was faulty,

              It was as if Rats had bitten the straps of the Knee Guards.

              I then wrote mails to exchange it but i was told that I will get a Chq instead.

              We are writing to inform you that the refund cheque for the below order has been dispatched through via Blue Dart.

              Refund Amount: 390.00
              Here’s the TrackingNumber: [protected]
              Courier: Blue Dart

              I waited for days for the Chq to arrive, but when it arrived it had an error.

              My Last Name was spelled incorrectly, because of which I cant even deposit the Chq, I wrote a mail again to inform Amazon of the mis hap happened but this time instead of helping me I got a revert that I need to call Amazon to get it resolved.

              My question is why do I have to run around for the mistakes and faults made by your company. Someone printed the name incorrectly and I should take time out to call you guys and spend my money to get an amount as small as 390.00.

              I really had thought of forgetting this amount and give it to your company as a Change that will add to your profit.

              But then I thought of raising this issue so you guys know what going on within your company and how you are loosing your customers. I would prefer Shopclues Flipkart or any other company to buy products that I need.

              I hope you understand my frustration and look into this matter.

                I am being falsely charged Rs. 1499 on 30th Nov, 2015 from Amazon SVCS on my HDFC Credit Card. On being continuous calls and emails I am not getting proper response from both the parties. HDFC saying contact Amazon and Amazon saying contact HDFC. I am fed up contacting both numerous times. Amazon has asked for my card details again and again but not investigation anything and just saying we will resolve in 2-3 days but that is never ending.

                  I request someone takes notice of this issue and take action against Amazon company which is fooling consumers with the promise of 1 day delivery with additional charges.I placed the order for transcend player on 28th Jan 2016 and paid addtnl 100 rs for 1 day delivery for special occasion, now its 1st Feb and still they are not able to deliver even though the order is in the courier office of the destination city.I have chased they repeatedly and they are unable to provide me any help even after calling them 8 to 9 times from last 3 days.This is ridiculous and insane service given by such a big brand like Amazon.Never expected such a disgusting service and I request everyone to think 10 times before placing the order with Amazon as they so easily fool customers.They will ruin your special occasion and even they dont refund the additional amount you pay for 1 day delivery.
                  Kindly someone please look into this horrible disgusting company and take the needful action.

                    I have purchased a product in Amazon on last October 2015, and i reversed the product to amazon, Amazon trying to cheat there customers, i had a frequent call records form the last 6 months, every time customer care people will say the same thing like refund will process with in 24 to 48 hours, but that refund process was not initiated yet.for refund process we should have to lose our patience to time too.

                    this time i would like to take serious action on amazon about their service and false statements.

                    i am to to provide all the recorded calls data in court to save other customers money and time .Please provide the valid process to fight with Amazon.
                    Amazon wont care about customers money and time. in my case my call charges are more than the product value.

                    dear consumers please aware and stop buying the products in Amazon to save your money, i learn form previous experience .

                        I ordered a asus mobile, after delivery on second day i raised request for return but amazon didn't collect that mobile, then I send it to the address from it came to me as customer care told me to do this, I'm attaching here proof of all these, It has delivered to center before 8 days, but still I'm waiting for my refund amount, My account also closed so I cannot able to talk to customer care properly, they not replying on mails also, please find attached copy of courier recipt and copy of my return tracking ID, I returned the mobile box as it is, I didn't even open it.thanks

                          I had ordered a Morphy Richards 20 ltr solo black Microwave oven during the Republic Day sale.Gati couriers in Coimbatore were not able to deliver------why I do not know?????????

                          For your information I got 2 other products delivered to the same address.Kindly get to the bottom of this issue as it is embarassing to tell a Senior citizen that Amazon was unable to deliver the product.

                            I had placed an order for spice holder and was informed that it would reach delivered by Feb 1st which was a Monday. Since I am working I thought it would be best to give my office address for delivery.
                            The package had reached today and the delivery people had not called me for confirmation of delivery instead went directly to the place and shouted at me for not informing that the address provided was of office.

                            I didn't expect this from amazon delivery team.

                              I bought Lenovo Vibe X-AP from Amazon. It was delivered on 27th. But the package doesn't contain mobile, it has Almond Drops. I waited for 72 hours for resolving the issue. Still I am not getting any proper information about the issue.

                                  I had purchased Yamaha PACIFICA012 (Electric Guitar, Dark Blue Metallic) on 23rd Jan 2016 at amazon.in during the sell. I got this product at amazing deal and I paid for it through credit card. My order is successfully placed and money is deducted from my Credit card. After waiting for 2-3 days there is no update on status of my ordered product due to which I have called the Customer Care and mentioned about the case they contacted the seller and assured me about delivery of product on the mentioned date.

                                  But at the time of delivery date they cancelled my order and refund is initiated which will get refunded in 2-3 business days. In this situation the point is about the customer service where I have waited for almost 10 days to get the product meanwhile their is no response from seller and my money is got stuck for 15 days. After doing all this what I received was nothing except disappointment and bad service and even though they mentioned the issue on their end but still customer has to suffer. Is this fair?

                                    I Ashutosh Parida (mobile no.- +91 [protected]) Purchased a Puma shoe from "WWW.Amazon .in"with Order no.[protected] on 14th of December 2015 priced Rs. 1799, the day when CEO MR.Jeff, announced it has get passed
                                    "Flipkart". I was very glad that day.

                                    "[protected]" order of Puma axis IV shoe reached me on 18th of December as it is bit small in size i returned on 19th December 2015.
                                    I got a conformation of getting refund in 2 to 3 business day. That was ok for me.

                                    After 5 days i called i asked about the status of refund and agents said as there ware holiday it will take 2 to 3 more business day. After waiting for the period told by customer executive i contacted again and again and again . its been more than 50 days and counting ... i am unable to receive the refund .I called around 20 times but every time i call there is a new agent and its kind of frustrating .

                                    Whenever i call the ask me to re enter my bank details again and again. which i did also may time but it is of no use.your customer service executives are one of a kind harassing me. i am student and the money matters a lot.

                                    you are my last hope please looking to my matter .and help me get back my money of Rs 1799.

                                        I have purchased HP 15-d107TX 15.6inch notebook pc of serial no=5CB419050G by online shopping on amazon.
                                        i purchased it on 19/7/2015. i purchased it online and office of LVO of person uploading is "BIG C TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED", with TIN NO.[protected].
                                        Now the problem is that it started hanging.the screen got stuck when it use it continuously for 2 or 3 hours.
                                        and it also switched off when i turn it on.
                                        so i want to repair my pc as soon as possible.please take it seriously.
