    I have purchased a Cool Pad Note3 lite from Amazon and i have requested for return of item as it has defects. First time i requested for return they said that tomorrow they will collect it and arrange for refund, but pick up has been automatically get cancelled saying they are unable to contact, Second time i did and again they did the same thing, third time, fourth time it went on. I am receiving the phone across the world, but they r saying your phone is not available. Finally they agreed that they will initiate refund and later on they pickup the phone. Now after that 6th time saying that without pickup we cannot initiate refund and arranging for pickup. Each and every time i call them for replacement, but they say that we will arrange for new pickup and will be collected by tomorrow and every time pickup get cancelled automatically and they say that we are unable to contact you. I am fed up with these people and becoming completely mad as i have no cell phone to use now and my money is stuck with them. It is almost a month and i called them n number of times for refund but they are not taking any initiative. This is my final request to the team to arrange for refund of my amount immediately irrespective of whether you collect it or not or else I will go to the consumer court with all the records including voice records of every time i contacted Amazon as you are misleading customer saying different things each time we contacted you for return.

    They are looting innocent people by giving defect products and later on they will not do replacement by saying one or the other reason.

      I order one product from amazon on 1st week of February, this was a worst product i ever had.so i return the product next day.but while returning the product i inform amazon that i wont be available the mentioned address after Feb 2016, so when i can expect my refund they said it will maximum take 2 week.but now its last week of Feb i did not receive any update or cheque for my refund, whenever i call customer service they said i will receive it by 2 day, But now i am fed up hearing same thing again and again, On the amazon help desk it mentioned if i do cash on delivery i can expect NEFT too, but amazon customer service saying i will receive the refund by cheque only.IF I DONT RECIEVE MY REFUND BY 29TH FEB 2016 I WILL O FOR LEGAL ACTION.
      I did lots of follow up mail, even the seller also helped me to call amazon.still very bad service from AMAZON

          Hi,
          I have purchsed the iphone with prepay trusting on amazon a-z garantee which delivered on 23rd feb16.
          Ordered on 19 February 2016 Order#[protected]
          That was delivered in black box where was no amazon logo .Since Courier was Amazon Transportation service I have accepted that.When I have opened I found micromax box.
          Immiditely I called courier guy and ask for replacement .That guy indormed I have to talk to customer care.
          I have contacted customer care and as per their communication I have shared product picture what I have received.
          When I have shared my issue Amazon have replied with two reason of rejection "Point
          1.
          We are writing because our records indicate that you have requested refunds for a significant number of your Amazon.in orders because items were missing from the parcels. These requests have not been consistent with our dispatch records or the delivery records of the carriers.

          Point 2.We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for order[protected] because our records show the order was complete when it left our fulfillment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you.

          Per our policies, placing an order for any reason other than a genuine attempt to purchase the merchandise is prohibited.

          Note that failure to comply with our policies may result in the closure of your Amazon.in account.

          When I have responded that I have not faced it earlier then everytime they are replying with same point no2.
          Amazon team not even called me for such a big issue even I have requested to call me and verify my problem.

          I even told them delivery boy is aware about this issue since when I got wrong product I have informed him but he said to contact customer service.
          As per customer service I have replied with all supporting picture .
          There was no amazon packageing and only one box with black tape cover.How this is possible to check the product before delivery?
          Please understand my rs.58090 is at risk due to your company and you are not taking this seriously to resolve this.

                    Hi, I ordered "2 of semi stitched products by Chirag Kunt" from amazon.in on 21-Feb-2016. After two days they called me and telling to change the order or cancel the order since the cost of the product is different than in website i.e., they entered the cost wrongly.
                    Is it right to do this. I gave my word to the people about the sarees but they are doing like this. I am attaching the order information. Please go through this and do the justice for me.

                      The person who comes to deliver the product uses a very bad process of making payment through the cards. He uses the same mobile for the payment and whenever he receives a call in between, the payment process cancels automatically. This is very stupid process because the amount gets deducted from our account and gets cancelled. While talking to them about the reversal of this amount they say it will take 5 to 25 days which is a long time. Either they should not accept cards at the time of delivery or change their process to make payment through cards.

                        I recently placed an order to amazon.co.in for Seasonz international 3.5mm jack, but after receiving the product i found out that it was damaged, immediately i placed an.request for returning of the product and get back my money but inspite of mails to amazon i never received any proper reply from them.

                            I ordered 6 items which i returned on 10th February 2016. I was told through SMS that my refund for Rs 4600/- has been inititiated and would be credited in my bank account within 4 working days. I checked my account today ( 21.2.16) but the refund amount is not there.

                            I tried to contact Amazon customer care but they repeatedly saying that from their end the refund is complete whereas there is no refund in my account.

                            Kindly resolve my issue.

                              As per the advertisement in Amazon I bought Yu Yuraka cell phone.

                              Their it was mentioned that they provide 1 Year warranty on Cell Phone.
                              After 5 Months i start facing lot of problems. When i contact their customer care they told me that they cant repair my cell phone and hence they replace it in next 15 days. buy More than a month got over and they have not replaced. When i Called them again they are telling me again wait for next 15 days.

                                  I had purchased MI4i phone in October 2015 with order id #[protected] and according to the offer on ordering using mobile app, I was supposed to receive 15% cashback in January 2016. On January 20, 2016 an amount of 999.90 INR was credit to my account whereas I should be getting 1499 INR.

                                  On repeatedly calling the customer service desk I was not given any help nor the amount has been credit to my account till date. Every time I called up, the representatives gave false assurances that the amount will be credit back in 3-4 working days and they have also escalated the matter so will be calling back in 48 hours.Its been more than a month and more than 3 representatives named : have bluffed me and never called back.

                                  If this the kind of service Amazon claims to provide or are you bluffing the customers in the name of cashback which you do not intend to give?
                                  Do you really train you customer support executives at the time of hiring that you actually need to call back when you say so because I have never received any call back from all below mentioned 5 representatives?

                                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and get my problem solved and money refunded back to my account along with compensation of the money and time I have wasted by chasing you for my cashback.
                                  Such kind of incidents are bringing bad name to Amazon.

                                  For your reference I am attaching the mails I received from Amazon customer care representatives.
                                  Kindly go through all the mails and do check the dates and frequency of calls I have made.

                                    I bought a BenQ GL2460HM 24-inch HD Monitor on 6th of Jan 2016 from Amazon India (seller: FashionBay_SLP) by COD. I paid Rs 10, 398.00. Amazon claimed it's MRP Rs 13000.00 and they provided 20% discount.

                                    But when I received the product...after opening the outer package I found that the actual MRP on the package of the BenQ GL2460HM is only Rs 8800.00

                                    When I contacted amazon about it...they gave the following excuses

                                    1.Time lag in updating prices post changes in MRP.
                                    2. Product belonging to a different batch.
                                    3. Manufacturer specifying different MRPs in different regions.

                                    It's just kind of a fraudulence...
                                    Because according to Government Rules...no retailer, dealer or shop can sell any product more than its original MRP

                                    Please be aware of Amazon 100% purchase Protection.

                                    Added a snapshot of the package contains BENQ MRP.

                                      I purchased a detail knife from them and it was marked as MRP- ₹250 and discount of ₹50 was provided .So the price comes out to be ₹200.
                                      When the product came to me, its MRP was just ₹200.
                                      Just the main issue is why Amazon is misrepresenting the MRP as ₹250 and then giving discount when the MRP is ₹200 only .
                                      This is certain misrepresentation and they should face legal action against this
