I order Power Bank from Amazon India wide order No.[protected] Dated: 15 Jan 2016, but my order is not yet dispatched. Everyday i am contacting them but i am getting the same reply that it will be shipped very soon.

So kindly help me in this regard.

Amazon request me to cancel my previous order (no.[protected] Dated 15.01.2016) and upon their request i cancel my order and place new order( no.[protected] Dated: 20.01.2016) for the same item wasting my 5 days. Now again they are requesting me to cancel my order. I am not getting what the service they are providing to customers. Amazon is making the customers as fools.

I feel Amazon is the biggest cheater in online marketing.

Please help me in this regard.

        The order mentioned above when delivered as faulty. On calling the customer care the resolution provided was they cannot raise a return request and want me to courier it back to the seller at my own expense and I will get reimbursed for the same in the form of gift vouchers.

        The kind of service is completely unacceptable as its Amazon's responsibility that when they deliver the product it should be good shape and if it’s not they are supposed to replace it on their own why should i as a customer take the pain of couriering the product to the seller that too at my own expense. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers?

          I ordered a Philips earphone 4 months back. It stopped working now. I kept asking about the details of Philips service centre and every time it is a wrong number. I got this product from Amazon, at least you should provide me a solution what to do instead of giving stupid excuses. I am very disappointed.. If this z d way electronic products stop working and u guyz don't have any answer for this. Then I am done with shopping with you.

            This to inform the HTC mobile was supposed to be delivered on 18th jan 2016 but the product sms delivered on sunday as to the mobile will be delivered . The vendor named SAMRAT [protected], who came to deliver the product didn't carry a swipe machine with him and went way but he promised to come on 18th mon .After calling him more ten times he kept on saying he would come but he ignored the calls.The amazon order no[protected] .It very disgusting to accept a behaviour of this kind from you guys.I would never like to get back to your site being a regular customer this type of behaviour can't be appreciated. If local vendor are not efficient to do their job please throw them out .You guys are forcing us with this type behaviour to stop shopping with amazon.

                Items ordered : wellberg primium electric tandoor client no : [protected] amazon.In order no :[protected] complain : when we used electric tandoor for the first time, it created short circuit in our house but due to mcb fitted with meter, all electric domestic aplliances were not affected, after this incident we called electrician and in his presence we operate electric tandoor, same incident was repeated. Our electrician opined that tandoor is defective . We complained and we got infermation to run tandoor with aircondisoner plug, so we did it in my bedroom ac plug of 20 amps, and it worked .There after we called our electrician and replaced our 15 amps plug of our kitchen to 20 amps plug.But after that when we operate in our kitchen again the whtrippedole electric supply of our house was tripped. So my expert electrician informed me that the pconsideringroduct is defective and having no earthing system. The above all facts we request for a refund. Even after several phone calls since 27 th september 2015 but amount is not yet refunded, i am sorry to inform you that when my daughter in law ask for sellers contact no she got an answer from your representative thatsorry madam we are unable to give seller no. Now i would like to draw your attention that i already spent rs.1500/- towards changes in 20 amps plug & visits of electrician. Finally i would like to request you to refund my full amount with expenses done by me within 7 days otherwise i willbe compelled to approach director of consumer affairs gujarat state as it is very convinient for me as i am a senior govt. Officer simultaneously my case & experiance will share with media.

                  BAD EXPERIENCE with AMAZON. It confirms my shoes order, takes money and delivers some other shoes. Then they promise that they will refund and give Rs 500/- gift voucher to compensate for inconvenience. Refund happens after a week and no gift voucher. They do not care the loss and inconvenience of the customer as I lost the opportunity of sale/ discount and for 10 days was on net resolving this issue, all for FAULT of AMAZON. In return they write comments and forget.

                  Be happy that you got back the refund after 10 days from Amazon. See my plight with on line dealer Askme bazaar.com. I got a defective Air Sofa from Askmebazaar.com on[protected], i.e. a month back no refund done has been done till date: ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised me to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from.

                      My order is -- Order #[protected]. I bought Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9B Vengeance 4GB Dual Channel Memory Kit (Blue)[Qty: 2] on 22nd Of September, 2015 by paying Rs. 3980 through my debit card and received it on 26th of September, 2015. Finding it incompatible for my PC, I requested for its return on or around 24hrs of getting this item, i.e, on 27th September, 2015 through Amazon app by its mentioned process. But I always get denied by them all when there is not a single mistake done by me where as I have taken utmost care of the item and its packet till date without damaging any of them. The seller first denied for accepting my return after 1week of my placing return request by giving reason that I have opened the packet of the item and so it can't be returned as their return policy states that the item should be returned in unopened condition. But how one can check for the item without opening its packet! I ordered them by matching its description written on Amazon with my PC. It's speed as described on Amazon is 1333Mhz and my PC is also compatible with this speed but what I got(as also told by the Seller) is 1600Mhz. The product number and the color of the product both match as what I've ordered but it doesn't run on my PC where as my PC runs fine without them. The product description also says that it is compatible with all i3 processor which is also present in my PC. Also described in the description is that it is designed for use with all DDDR3 motherboards with 4 memory channels and my PC also have the same exact specification. It also says that it is dual channel and my memory slot also supports dual channel. I've also pointed these things to the Seller already with all required screenshot supporting my claim but the Seller never given me the straight answer and always ignored me by giving false reasons. If the Seller says that what I've got is what I've ordered then why doesn't he/she show me that 1600Mhz speed is written in the product description on Amazon! Whereas I've shown him that it is nowhere written but speed supporting my PC is written which is 1333Mhz. If this is the situation then my question is that when you sell product then why do you write incomplete information, where in this case you should have written that it's speed is 1600Mhz and it'll not be compatible with 1333Mhz slot then I would not had bought this by seeing this. I point this question to Seller and Amazon both. But they(neither seller nor A-to-Z team) never answered my this question as why the description is written like that and when i buy the product after going through the description and matching it with my pc and it doesn't run then why can't you accept the return? I'm still in touch with them by calling Amazon customer service once a time every week(called them approx. 10-12 times in the last 1 month) but they always demand 2-3 days and says that if my matter will not be resolved in these period then will return my money back but it never happens and then i have to call them again to remind them and i have to explain them the issue again and again and they again demand some days and that day never comes. I have waited for nearly 4 months and still i get assured by them. Please consider my situation where I'm a student and my hard earned money was wasted with the fault of Seller or by Amazon. I requested for return in 24hrs of getting this item and taking the full care of the item whereas Seller complained me in one of the email that I've not taken care of the item and giving false reason that I've opened its fan and when I objected about this as ram doesn't have any fan, he/she corrected their mistake. They always tried to ignore me and their intention was clear that they just didn't want to accept the return by giving false reasons. It was never my intention to return the item where I paid in advance to get this item and to have additional memory into my system which I'm not able to do now as my money is wasted on this item. The Seller could have easily accepted my return and refunded my money as I've not damaged their item and its packet and also applied for return in their alloted time of placing retrun which is just in 24hrs of getting the item. The A-to-Z team also never cared for my claim, nor about my points stating why i'am returning this item and always denied without taking care of the customer. I'm also attaching here some photos of their sites description of this product and also my pc's description as proof supporting my claim. I kindly request you to help me in this matter and consider my situation as its a matter of my hard earned money.

The seller is Prakashan Sansthaan purchase date of the item is[protected] and the delivery date was within 29th December 2015-6th January 2016. the item was received in my place i.e., Ghy on 9th January, 2016 but i have not received the item yet. after several phone calls, the seller asked me to contact a courier service named 'SHREE MARUTI COURIERS' and that too yestarday in the evening.. When i contacted at the number, the concerned person told that i have to go to their office to collect my parcel. they can't deliver the item at my doorstep and they also told that they can't deliver the item at my doorstep though i live within the same city as of the courier service office and i have received so many products at my doorstep earlier from Amazon.                                   I placed an order for the subject item on 12/01/2016 and the bank confirmed the payment of RS.799 is already made and the amount is debited from my account. On 13/1/2016 Amazon confirmed dispatch of the material that i will receive the item on 18/01/16 immediately after i received a message that the order is cancelled and the money will be returned back. Till today no information on the subject and the cash is not credited to my account. Please do the necessary action and return my cash as soon as possible to keep Amazon status in a good place by myself. Thanks. Jacob Mathew Kalladal

                                      Placed an Order on Amazon.in for a ladies woollen wear. Vendor cancelled the order without informing and false fully updated in records that Customer declined to accept. Registered complaint, Amazon acknowledged that the vendor cancelled the order and full refund will be made. Till date following up for the refund. Pathetic customer service. On raising harassment, the customer care service officer offered 100 rs gift voucher. Imagine the hypocricy !

                                        Hello Sir, I am CHINMAY SEN. I am a customer of Bank of India, Falakata Branch, West Bengal. My savings A/C number is- [protected]. I was going to purchase some items from amazon.in on 04/12/2015 amounting ₹1826. When making the payment the process was declined from amazon.in but my money was debited from my bank account. When I called the customer service of amazon.in they told me that, the money could not reach to them and may be the money was struck to the payment gateway of Bank of India and they advice me to contract to the customer service of Bank of India. When I called the customer service of Bank of India they give me the email id (ho.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in) and advised me to report my problem in details. But after repeated attempt there are no one to solve my problem. So Sir, I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
