I had odered an orange ipad 3 cover 1 week before and it is still not delivered . why ??? i am so dissapointed to think that amazon is the site im complaining about . i want it tomorrow or i will contact please i request u it is an emrgency pl send it . and i want it tomorrow positively .

    Hello,
    I have booked Iphone 5s from amazon with my registered Id : nabs.[protected]@gmail.com, registered ph no. [protected] at my company address Constantia Parikh Packaging Pvt Ltd, Opposite Rotomac Pens, Sarkhej Bavla Highway, Village Moraiya, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382213. It is expected to deliver on 17th of Feb but till date it is not delivered. You just check your records i have called 10-15 times yesterday for product delivery as I have to leave from Ahmedabad yesterday. I have requested your executives that please deliver my product by today only and they have promised me for the same. Each hour i called them and they say product will be delivered within an hour and at the end when my office is about to over i make a last call and they said product is out for deliver so i miss my company cab and waited for my product but then also no product is received . Finally when i called last time to amazon a girl told that you have rescheduled the product delivery. Seriously i am fed up, very much disappointed with amazon. I will publish this on each and every social networking sites and for the same i have asked to publish in a newspaper edition. You guys least care for your customers. I have to pay 500Rs for the cab to drop me back at my flat. Who will bear it ? I have made all the payment and this is the service you are giving in return. Now you have done what u want to do now its my turn to show what i can do. Consumer court will surely hear for it.

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      I have ordered two mobiles on 11th August 2015 in the Amazon Great Indian Freedom sale. As per terms and conditions, I can get Cashback of 15% by using HDFC debit card on delivery.

      My order amount is Rs. 12728, order Number[protected]. As per the offer, I was eligible for the cashback of Rs. 1500 on my transaction, to be credited before 12th november, 2015, but i have not still received the cash back.
      I have contacted them so many times, but they always try to ignore my complaint, their representative always says me to wait for 48 hours.
      I am mentally harassed by the Amazon customer care.
      So please, look into the above issue and oblige me.

        Sir, I ordered one sizzle brand hit water bottle. In the specifications they mentioned 18 hours it's keep the water hot.but when I pour hot water, it makes heat outside & not maintain its heat just for half an hour. Kindly change that.I will choose another brand. My order id :[protected], delivered on Feb 16.

          I had placed an order (wildcraft blue casual bagpack).order no was[protected].cost of this item was 1050 rupeesi had sent the this item retun 2 months ago.they had received item but i didn't received my money back.they hadn't refunded my money back till today.i have been waiting for my money from 2-3 months.they weren't responding about this.please them issue my money back as quick as possible

          I have also returned the item Panasonic KX-TG3411SX 2.4 GHz Digital Cordless Phone (White) on 04.02.2016 and current status is Refund Issued and Return Received on 12.02.2016. But still now I do not receive the refund amount to my bank account. I take up this matter to the customer care center twice., but no fruitful feedback has been provided. I am still waiting for refund amount.

            I was cheated by Amazon India recently.ordering lenovo vibe k4 note order no.[protected]
            1-when I wanted to order a product at my sagar (M.p) 470002 location, it was unavailable. Then I had to wait for 10 days to order the product at my friend's home at bhopal.
            2-I ordered the product on 9th Feb from flash sale but it was not dispatched till 20th Feb 2016 When ever I call to the customer care(about 10 times call) and no body resolve my problem, they called product is out of stock but available at web site.and still i don't have my money as well as my phone.
            they have to changed their name from "AMAZON TO RAM BHAROSE .COM"

              Please note that the product FIFA 15 (which supports KINECT feature) was ordered by me in Jan 2016, the product delivered was not as per the catalogue & was FIFA 15 which was not the same as my order. Amazon India apologised for the inconvenience & took a replacement only to return the same product without the specific KInect feature. Even on me insisting & post a few mails exchanged they have processed refund after a month while not honouring to the promises made by their executive over my initial call. I had briefed Amazon team members in POONAM & MAYUR, this was purchased as a gift for my 11 year old nephew & he was disappointed twice. Even on Poonam & Mayur offering 250 Voucher, just as a gesture from Amazon for the inconvenience caused, I declined stating it does not do justice, as I was only interested in having the right order executed by AMAZON.

              Please note that you'll spend crores on advertisement, but having customers disgruntled is going to only spread a poor word of mouth, which will impact the brand image AMAZON is working hard on creating & sustaining.

              I'd be keen to hear from AMAZON in person in addition to the response to mails. I am confident that you will have the issue addressed appropriately respecting the inconvenience caused, while valuing the feedback from your customer.

                This is regarding my order no. #[protected]. Almost one and half months before the refund cheque was issued but still I haven't received the cheque. Every I call customer and get same reply that I will get tracking no. within 24-48 hours which doesn't happen. So now I am helpless to get my cheque that's why I am raising complain here so that amazon can look into this matter.

                  Refund Amount. Rs. 4082.00( Four Thousand Eighty Two rupees)

                  I have ordered a Suitcase 2 months ago. The moment I received and found that different quality, hence I returned it and my refund was initiated by the Amzon company on 24-December-2015, but till this date I have not received my refund amount. Amazon Customer care team keep on saying that issue is pending from Billing teame due to technical reasons and I have towait for 2-3 days but they are not resolving/escalating this problem.For the past 2 months I have been coordinating with Amazon team, but no response so far. I couldn't find solution so far. This is happening from last 2 months. I am attaching you the Amazon email response for your reference . I request you to please look into this matter and try to resolve ASAP.

                  Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  So far I have sent 40 follow up mails to Amazon customer care Team, keepon dragging my refund amount issue. Please find the response from Amazon without resolution. Please find the attached Email response from Amazon.
                  My refund amount is pending from Amazon for the past 2.5 months...I couldn't find any action from Amazon on this issue.

                      I have purchased intex aqua power+ on 9 nov. but till now i need to visit the customer care for more than 10 times. Firstly the charger get damaged in 1 week. Second its 4000 mah battery does not run like that and for this the intex service center keep the phone for more than 1 month. And then again charging problem arises. Its charger pin get damaged and the service center has charged ₹110 to change it and they behave with customer like a hell. I m not satisfed with the phone. Please refund it soon.

                        I have ordered a watch found different so i returned it and my refund was initiated by the company on 28th of jan but till this date i have not recieved my refund.Every time I call to customer care they tell me to wait for 2-3 days but are not resolving this problem .this is happening from last 15 days.i am attaching you the copy of return. i request you to please look into this matter and try to resolve it as early as possible...

                          I've given the details about the time of ordering the item above ! i've contacted Amazon so many times but they are NOT able to resolve my problem ! they always say the same thing that "WE WILL CONTACT TO THE SELLER" ! they are saying so even after the passing of Last ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE (That is 18 Feb) ! and when i ask to issue my refund they want me to wait for another 3 Days ! i mean, I have been waiting for 18 days to get the order ! and they still want me to wait ! i want a Satisfactory resolution to be given to me ! else i will approach to Consumer Court !

                              I had ordered the product on 9th Feb, 2016 with amazon.in for Lenovo VIBE K4 NOTE and ANTVR Head set in it's flash sale Bundle offer. i have not yet received the order of Lenovo Vibe K4 Note. Originally it was supposed to be delivered on 15th Feb, 2016. The date of delivery was changed to 20th Feb, 2016 stating that ANTVR Head Set is not available but i have already received the ANTVR Headset on 13th Feb, 2016. I have been Calling, Messaging, e-mailing them since 10th Feb, 2016 and i am being told to reorder the product. Please look into the matter.

                              Its been same with me as well. i have not recieved the order till date. Dont know how amazon like company being so irresponsible by not delivering the product on time .its been 22 days and lenovo k4 note yet not recieved.

                                I was cheated by Amazon India recently. First of all, when I wanted to order a product at my roorkee location, it was unavailable. Then I had to wait for one week to order the product at my uncle's home at delhi. I ordered the product on 4th Feb but it was not dispatched till 5th Feb When I chat when customer care, I was told that it will be available only 0n or after 8th Feb. . As I had to catch a train to my home on 10 Feb, I chatted with amazon and told them to deliver the product by 10th Feb. They agreed and product was dispatched on 6th Feb. It arrived Gurgaon on 8th Feb. I was expecting the product to get deliver by 9th feb but to my surprise it was not delivered by the end of the day. So I again chatted with customer care and I was again assured that my product will be delivered before my departure. But this is what amazon is all about. Cheating customers and claiming to be earth's most customer-centric organization. All these has already costed me more than Rs 1000 plus valuable time which cannot be calculated. Because of that I missed my MBA classes. When I contacted amazon, they gave me a gift card of Rs 300 and told that they can't do anything further.I want satisfactory solution.

                                  I had placed an casio watch[protected]) on 6th Feb it has been delivered to me yesterday after 12 days and that too the defective and used product, now Amazon is not replacing the product as they are saying it cant be replaced now because to get it delivered soon their cc has already raise the replacement request, they told me that I have to order the product again (which is now available at 2k higher price)
                                  It is very poor service by amazon, not acceptable .

                                    I ordered a backpack from amazon...on receiving the product i understood that it was not what i wanted ...so i decide d to return the product and ask for a refund...i gave back the product the next day only...but after that there was no information regarding my refund...so i called up the customer care and they told me that it is the seller who has to refund my money and they can only pressurize the seller...after repeated calls and emails i did for an entire week also there was no improvement...each day when i called i got a different response...and finally one day an executive told me to file a complaint in their own customer forum ...i did that too...next day i got a e mail saying that my refund has been initiated for a sum of 436 rupees...but i have paid the delivery agent 500 rupees...and it was also written that they are sending me a cash cheque which will take 10 days to reach me ...and since it is an outstation cheque it will take more than two weeks for the beneficiary banks to en cash it...these people have tested my patience to the maximum...and they are like they can only issue a cheque and nothing else can be done...for a refund which would take hardly 48 hours ...i have already wasted a week and still i have to wait for a month more...and again the trouble of going to the bank and en cashing it...money isnt the issue...but the way these people are behaving is totally unacceptable...i have decided that again i wont buy any product from amazon...

                                      With due respect I inform that I placed an order for an LG SMART WATCH while watching an advertisement with a pic of wrist watch as "LG SMART WATCH AN EASY GUIDE FOR BIGGNERS" on AMAZON.IN, that time I thought it is a wrist watch and placed the order but after sometime I was looking more and found it is not a watch it's just a paper book guide, I just requested for cancel the order. Amazon india have confirmed for cancellation but thay didn't refund yet.

                                        On offer amazon is providing 15% cash back on app and 10 % on web above 5000 rs on all debit and credit cards I made a transactions of 5177 rs via rupay debit card. On repeated talking to customer care they are saying that you are not eligible saying rupay is not included in debit card they are included in net banking.I want my cash back any how
