Under the above order I had purchased a Floresheim Shoes and after wearing couple of times the shoes stitching have come apart as shown in the attached picture.
You are requested to resolve this complaint by refunding the amount or replacing the shoes.

    I have bought R-033 TX HP 15.6 Laptop from Amazon on 06 May 2015. As per the policy I would suppose to get 1 year warranty, till 05 May 2016. But while registering the product I find that the warranty will end on December 2015. I raise the issue to amazon and escalate the same to the higher authority but no outcome occur. Moreover when I call to customer care they simply cut down my call. I have talk to supervisor Mr Imran of the Customer care, they just tell me wait for 2 days.Further I wants to add that product have some manufacturing warranty. Without proper invoice HP cant restore it. For the same I also request Amazon to send me the invoice. But the simply harras me. I want my money back with penalty.The invoice they provided not contain any serial no. From the last 3-4 months I have raise a query at least 15-20 times. Please help me for the sake of mankind.

      I have ordered a pair of shoes and the size was found small so i returned it and my refund was initiated by the company in the 1st week of November but till this date i have not recieved my refund.Every time I call to customer care they tell me to wait for 2-3 days but are not resolving this problem .this is happening from last 50 days.i am attaching you the copy of my written complain to amazon. i request you to please look into this matter and try to resolve it as early as possible.

        I would like to inform you that i purchased a product by net banking in amazon on 5th Feb2016. Product outstanding amount is 499/-. Due to the product not according to me so i refund the product and amazon refund my payment amount in my account on 13th Feb 2016. Authorization code for sale transaction [protected]. but till date this amount not show in my amount so kindly work on my complain on urgent basis.

          I placed an order of Apple Cider Vinegar on 10th February 2016 in Amazon in the mode of cash on delivery. ON 13th February i got a SMS that the delivery would be held on or before 15 th February 16. But yesterday, on 17th, when i called customer care to know the status they said that the Amazon courier company couldn't find the delivery address. That's why the product has been returned. Lots of order were delivered in the same address form amazon and other eCommerce company also. only this order which i need urgently because of medical treatment, did not find my address. There was no any email communication as well as SMS from the company i received about the product returned. i was astonished when i come to know this situation. I want solution.

            Respected sir/madam
            on 9th july 2015 i ordered yu yuphoria from amazon . The device worked well for 2-3 months and then it start lagging, earphone not working, battery draining.I have been calling amazon and yu care for last 3-4 months regarding this issue and i am not getting any solution for this.As i called them many times they told me to call yu care . yu care is telling me for last 3 months that we will solve .I also asked for return but they not doing so. I asked for replacement of device they are not doing that also .i m frustrated now and nearly spent 500-600 rs on calling till now and till not getting any response.hope you will response in favor and as fast as possible.

              I Ordered a Lenovo K4 note with VR bundle on 2 February 2016 and the Order number is[protected] which has to be delivered by 9 feb 2016 but i have still not got my package delivered. I have complained thrice of this matter to the amazon customer service team but every time they reply me with the same answer that they have informed the courier team to call me and have my package delivered but its 19th feb 2016 now no one has called me nor they have delivered the package. I request you to help solving my issue with amazon

                I ordered the Printer on 14/02/2016 and choose the option of same day delivery, even after multiple follow ups I haven't received the product till today (17/02/2016), Everyday I'm just notified that product could not be delivered because addressee was not available. Neither any delivery person reached my address nor I was ever contacted on call.Besides this when I called the delivery person on the number provided by Amazon, it was switch off (tried multiple times).

                Now I don't have the patience of waiting for the product and making follow up calls and emails, I've cancelled the order. Now I just want my money to be transferred back to my bank account as I'll never be doing any purchase from Amazon in future. They don't understand the urgency of customer when we choose same day delivery option.

                    I had purchased a perfume with Amazon india.Seller Boyaah Chicago.

                    This is my first purchase with Amazon.But now i am thinking why i have purchased with them.I am really feeling frustrated and irritated.I have received a product, old stock which is going to get expired soon.
                    I have called Amazon and asked them to take back the product.I have conveyed my issues with amazon as MFG is 02/2014.I have chosen seller which has given a higher price for the product thinking he ll give me a good product.Many sellers are selling in low price but i chose booyah chicago.But i am disappointed.I had clearly mentioned that i am a very busy person and i dont have time to ship the product and moreover i am not in town.If i have enough time then i would have gone to a shopping mall to purchase the product.
                    When I mentioned the problem to Amazon they accepted it as the seller's issue and have requested me to raise a complaint against the seller.They assured me that they will remove the seller from their online portal.I said as this is the first time i dont want to take harsh dealings with the seller as he has good rating and mistake must have happened.I agree that mistakes do happen but the seller should realise his mistake and take corrective action.
                    Even after repeatedly asking the seller to contact me through phone he has not made any call to me.When i had called them up twice they assured me that a senior person will return back my call and address my concern.But its waste of time.No call.
                    Then Seller had sent me a bargain mail asking me to take the product for 20% of the orginal price.I had declined that offer.This product is not worth that much and fit to go to the dustbin.
                    He was delaying the process so long for more than 15 days and i got frustrated and have raised a complaint against the seller.I also felt that even Amazon is slow in dealing with this.
                    After negotiations failed then he requested for pictures then i sent him that as well in mail.Then he is telling me that the product can be used for one more year and gave me this third suggestion.
                    Then now the seller has called me and spoke harshly and telling me that the product can be used.He is asking me to ship back the product which i cant because i am not in town and i have already mentioned to amazon that it is not my mistake and seller should take entire responsibility .I dont need to talk to seller any more as things should be taken care by amazon.Amazon just keep assuring us that the money is safe but for how long??its more than one month

                    So speak with them and give me the money backPerfume smell is fading as its very very old one


                    They are asking me to ship the product back to them.But i am not in town and i have clearly mentioned it both to seller as well.

                      On[protected] of rs725.I returned this product on 6th February by pick up. And requested for refund bt still i don't receive my refund back. You claim that you will refund in 10bussiness days. Your time limit is also over... Give back my refund.. I m in loss of rs725.

                        On 27th Aug 15 I placed an order for a opal blue pendulum clock (Order No[protected] worth Rs 4950 by installment mode. The material were not delivered to me and finally the order was made cancelled by Amazon. But unfortunately all the installment amount were charged to me and they collect full money. Supplier contact no [protected].

                        Till now I did not get any refund from Amazon. As per their mail they send us a reference transaction No 747979-T99483. But till date not a single Rs is not credited to my credit card which I used at the time of purchase the product.

                          The offer was not applied when I purchased online, So i have to pay Rs798 extra, the offer was exclusively on amazon.in only so there was no option for me to go for it, And its a flash sale where it was live for few seconds. Earlier they have told me that after successful payment that it was a technical fault and I will be given my difference back in form of cheque. And I have the written confirmation from the amazon, Now after 6 days they are offering me some gift card of the same difference amount which I have refused. They are forcefully giving me gift card which i dont want I need my difference as they have suggested in there mail that they will pay me differnce through cheque. And now they are denying. Please help me so that I can get my money back. they have send me this mail

                            Hi Everyone,

                            Amazon is a disgrace for e-Commerce business. I have been doing online purchasing since long years right from e-Bay days and for the first time I have ever seen a "The most worst Online Shopping company called Amazon".

                            Reasons:

                            1) I bought "Sempre of London Green Imperial Necklace with Designer Earrings in Austrian Crystal Diamonds with Freebie Watch". The Watch is simply yyyaaakkk, this is a trap on customer to buy the necklace. And the necklace? Its a ok ok one.

                            2) I ordered Lenovo Vibe K4 Note on flash sale on 9th Feb 2016 with a Two day delivery option (50 Rupees). As per the website, the Combo pack (Phone and ANT VR Headset) is for 12499/- but they charged me 13289/-. I called them and they accepted that it was a Technical issue and assured the
                            difference amount will be credited back to my bank account. Next day I got an email, apologising me regarding the technical issue and the amount will be given to me as a Amazon gift voucher to my amazon account!! They did not even consult me for this and they decided themselve to credit it to my
                            amazon account to buy one more product which is worth of the difference amount!? This does not justify their soo called advertisement "Apna Dukaan"

                            Okay let's keep this aside for some time, as I said I ordered it for 2 day delivery, I got an email with an apology again saying it can't be delivered in 2 days and the 50 Rupees money will be returned to my same Amazon Account, as if I am worried about 50 Rupees. They updated a new date that is 16th Feb. I called them for a confirmation that it will be delivered on new date atleast in a cool manner as I understand it is a flash sale.

                            Today (15th Feb) I got a new email saying again an apology with a new estimated date 18th Feb!! God only knows whether they deliver it on new date.

                            So, you people decide whether to go with Amazon or no. I never had an issue with e-Bay, Flipkart, Myntra and Titan etc online shopping.

                            Amazon is a BIG Cheat.

                              I have bought Lenovo A7000 phone on 26th January 2016 and started using the phone from 28th January 2016 and it is not even 15 days now, the battery is discharging so quick and it is not even lasting for a day, I am very disappointed about this product, I cant even return this product as it is valid only for 10 days.

                              Please suggest what can I do now?

                                Bought a mobile from Amazon with 10% cashback offer. Purchased on 15th Oct 2015 and Amazon order ID is[protected]. The cashback which was supposed to be credited back by 15th January 2016 was not done within the date. After following up with Amazon customer care for more than a month, the response I got is they cannot help and told me to contact the Bank. When I requested for details like when they credited cashback amount, the date of transaction and reference number they refused to provide the details which evidently shows they cheating Indian customers.
                                I don't want the cashback amount, but want to penalize the organization for cheating Indian customers and stop them doing business in India.

                                  This is with react to the Order#[protected]. At the last day of the delivery you notified the item was not available with merchant. But the item is still active. My complaints are as follows:
                                  1) what took you so long to find that merchant doesn't have the item.
                                  2) why is the item still active in your site. Please remove the inactive post like this so that people save their time and you save them.
                                  Totally disappointed with his order. Hate to order any other items in future as well.

                                    I bought a moto turbo charger in amazon on 26th Jan 2016. Seller is Gadget Accessories. I received the product on 04-feb-2016. Product didn't have any company box or packing. It was put in some cover and shipped. Didn't look genuine. Obviously it didn't work as well. I raised a return request on 04/feb/2016 as it was a defective product. I was asked to ship to an address. I shipped it on 05/Feb/2016 through professional courier. After a week shipment came back to me stating house is locked. Courier tried twice to deliver. Reference number are mentioned below. Now I am asked to ship to a different address. Amazon thinks we are jobless and our only job is to ship a defective product to 10 different alternate addresses. I am not going to ship to alternate address. First place why wrong address was given. How can I believe this address is correct. Can amazon confirm this? I got irresponsible responses from amazon and vendor as if it my mistake.

                                      I have ordered a Lenovo K4 with VR bundle offer in the flash sale option on 9th Feb 2016. In the delivery option also i have opted for next day delivery and paid Rs. 100 for the same. In the flash sale the cost quoted is for Rs.12499/- but they have charged Rs. 13297/-

                                      But the product has not been delivered till this date and giving lame excuses. When contact the call centre, they are asking me to cancel the order and asking me to order fresh with the deliver commitment. It is too bad and misleading the buyer. When they could not full fill the order and why advertising again and had a sale on 10th Feb also.

                                      After collecting the money and keep saying that delivery will be done in 3 days and again postponing for several days. It is another way of cheating the customer and giving advt. for further sale when could not ful fill the earlier orders.

                                      It is very clear that they collect money and use it for many days and make the people in lurch.

                                      I am clueless that the product would be delivered or not at all and even if i get it will be original and will be quality. Apart from that i am not sure that i will ge the refund of the excess amount charged.
