Hi, Sir/Madam it is extremly torturing for me that i had ordered some product before 22 days and i did not received my product i got just an empty box of sony earphone. after receiving empty box i had made complained in amazon.in and they make me to contact with seller..i talked with seller nearly 30 times in a week but seller did not given me any positive response, all the times he blamed amazon.in for all these. After that i had filed a to z claim in amazon.in but from here also no response is given to me.I did not receive any type of resolution of my problem and they closed my complaint. I am requesting amazon.in to take necessary action against the people who are responsible for it...

    I had place order for Pambers and without calling my mobile they are saying the addressse was not available, this is not happen 1 days i was waited for more than 4 days and all the days am getting the same reply address was not available. Even i used to call the number but no one is responding from Amazon Side.

        I was to get cashback of Rs 1500/- for purchasing laptop in Aug 15 vide ORDER #[protected]. I have been following-up with amazon since Nov 15 for such cash back.           Dear Sir, I'm filing this complaint with great disgust and in the true sense of being insulted repeatedly by Amazon. I've just read a few complaints filed on many online forums, by the fellow users of Amazon and I now know that I'm not the only one who had to face the chronic issues with this company. I have returned the product "boAt Indestructible Apple Certified Lightning Cable (Space Grey)", as it was not working, probably defective. I was promised that, my money would be refunded within 48 hrs. So far, I have not received any refund. I even, called your customer service 3 times. The first 2 times, they promised me that I would receive it in 48 hrs, and 3rd time I was told, the order was never delivered to me? What am I supposed to infer from this? Does Amazon India, have any intentions to refund my money at all? Do I have to resort to other options of obtaining my refund? I would like a refund, ASAP.             Dear sir, i was purhcase woodland shoes ( khakhi leather _sneakers- 9 UK ORDER NO.[protected] 14-DEC-2015. AMT. 3570.00/- but amazon deliver wrong product . not as per description . i received camel colour . since soo long a time gone i am taking continous follow up with amazon and seller ( sai footwear ) both people are putted in dark and making fool to me. neither they exchange, nor they have deposit refund amount in my account since december month almost gone. i have missed my christmas, wedding at relative, and now new year also going . I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CORRECT SHOES . NOW WHAT CAN I DO... i just need my money in my account pls help NOBODY HELPING ME.

I am continues chasing to them but not getting any help or positive response from them on the same. I am really concern for the the amount i have paid to them & have been cheated.                   I have orderded a camera from amazon in august on which there was a cashback of Rs.1500 after paying from HDFC credit card which shall be credited by 11th nov 2015..uptill now I have not recieved the same..I have already contacted many times..each time company said it would take 1 more week..and problem is not yet resolved..pls look into this matter ASAP. On calling your customer service team realized that on scratching the gift card code that I received a 14 digit code instead of a 16 digit code... I feel cheated by amazon. This is totally unacceptable...                         Amazon has put wrong information about a product on their webpage. They displayed That Redmi Note Prime Has Dual Band Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Where as it only has single band wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n. It's very wrong Info about a recently released item and many customers are phasing problems because of that. I have also escalated this to Amazon but there is no action taken in 10 days to correct the information on their website. Below is the text they mentioned.                             Dear Sir, I am booked one Pigeon Special Non-Stick Flat Tawa, 28cm [ASIN: B00F2F6KWK] Order ID[protected] from amazon site with online payment. But at the time of delivery of said consignment delivery boy collect cash from home and tell this is COD consignment. I have already lodge complain in Amazon site but they are unable to help me out they required proof of payment. But this is for your information on COD consignment no one delivery boy is provided any money receipt or any other proof to the customer than how can I show the proof of payment.                                 I have bought the Panasonic P55 mobile through Amazon website on 31st Jan 2015 and after using for few months, I started facing some operation issues with the phone. I went to Service centre of Panasonic and they found that the IMEI no. is mismatching in Mobile and invoice. Because of this issue, the service centre is not accepting the phone for repair, which they are right in their approach. To address this I have started interacting with Amazon since last week of Oct 2015 and till date only Mail exchanges and calls were made by them with false commitments. I have not received any confirmed solution in this regard. Please help me on this, as this is a cheating with customers Rgds, Swarup Kumar Bagaria [protected]

                                  I ordered Adidas Superstar shoes from amazon.com which were for around 8000 INR (5000 INR for shoes + 3000 INR for customs ) . And because i ordered them from the international website, i had to pay the customs too . When i recieved the order, the parcel was fully packaged ! And on opening, it had 500 INR shoes in the box. With no bill details in the box, No details of the courier company except USPS . On sending several complaint requests to the company which promised to return to my complaint on 28th december 2015, has shown no sign to resolve my problem howsoever . The soft copy of the bill, images of the parcel, and the computer generated mails are in the attachments .

                                      I have purchase one no of Fastrack wrap sunglasses P204BK2 as on Ordered on 24 February 2015 Order#[protected] I have used the same sunglasses 3 or 4 time but now on one glass the UV protection film is removing automatically the item has one year warranty. I am requesting kindly look into the matter and do the needful and they are telling contact direct to fastrack.
