Dear Sir,
I'm filing this complaint with great disgust and in the true sense of being insulted repeatedly by Amazon. I've just read a few complaints filed on many online forums, by the fellow users of Amazon and I now know that I'm not the only one who had to face the chronic issues with this company.
I have returned the product "boAt Indestructible Apple Certified Lightning Cable (Space Grey)", as it was not working, probably defective. I was promised that, my money would be refunded within 48 hrs. So far, I have not received any refund. I even, called your customer service 3 times. The first 2 times, they promised me that I would receive it in 48 hrs, and 3rd time I was told, the order was never delivered to me? What am I supposed to infer from this? Does Amazon India, have any intentions to refund my money at all? Do I have to resort to other options of obtaining my refund?
I would like a refund, ASAP. Call me if necessary, on my number (+91) [protected].

No revert on my complaint...customer care people were irresponsible...
Its really worst online shopping...
