Ordered on 2 February 2016 Order#[protected]

I booked for Honour 5x mobile on 2-2-16. I urgently required the phone as my family and I planned to go to Delhi & other places on pilgrimage to take snaps with new mobile. But till today i.e. 8-2-16, it is not dispatched. I already sent mails to Amozon cantact service and the seller cloudtail. The seller has informed that it is not their responsibility and it is the duty of Amazon in. They have sent email it is will be delivered at an early date.
But in reality, six days is not sufficient to dispatch the ordered mobile.
Actually, I booked for Honour 5x due to disappointment of not getting phone of Le Echo 1s in flash sale on 2-2-16. Again the flash sale of Le Echo is going to start today i.e. 8-2-16. I am feeling very much about the service of Amazon india. Please help me.

    Hi this is varun i ordered a lenovo k4note with vr glasses in amazon.in by flash sale they given tracking id Courier: Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected]. in that they given status that product was out for delivery for 3 days and i contacted amazon about this daily they toldthe product will delivery today same answer for 3 days finally the tracking status changed toproduct rejected by you. i didnt rejected the product i ask amazon about this they told product was damaged by courier department in that reason the product was return to seller. but they didnt inform about that to me & updated status like rejected by me ...so please help me about it

      Duplicate product .Bad seller..I ordered sony power, after 2 days i checked in order list order was showing " prepairing for dispatch " and on 4th day i recived order from courier, cash on delivery i paid the amount, product was duplicate so i checked in your orders it was showing that seller cancelled the order, unable to return. Seller pls give my refund take return ur duplicate product

        Fulfilled with 2-day delivery guarantee.
        Expected to arrive by 6th February 2016.

        I called the customer care service of amazon at 6pm on 6th February
        The customer care agent was Saranpreet K. I asked her if the order could be delivered before 7PM as I had to go out. She said she would try.

        Didn't receive the order. Left home.

        I next called them at 11:40 PM. She said the courier company could not be reach me on the given phone number, hence the order could not be delivered. I gave her an alternate number and asked her if the order would reach me by sunday, else I would have to cancel the order. She assured me that I would receive the order by sunday 7th February and that the 50 Rs delivery charge would be refunded.

        To confirm the status of the order I placed a call at 2:05 PM to the customer care. The call was received by Vishnu. I confirmed my contact number, He assured my that my order would be delivered to me by 4:00pm today.

        Next I placed a call to the customer care at 3:49 PM 7th February. The call was received by Roshan. This executive says that it is my fault that the order is delayed and starts using an inappropriate tone with me and then hung up the phone instead of redressing my complaint. I didn't ever expect this from a company like Amazon.

        I next placed a call on 4:12 PM of 7th February. The call was received by Parvin V. He was genuinely calm and helpful. But he could only say that it seems very unlikely that the order will be delivered today since it is not out for delivery yet.

        My only question is why keep we waiting for the day, when it will not be delivered today. This caused of lot of damage in respect with respect to time as I was not able to leave home, since I was waiting for the order. I do not understand how a customer service can keep giving false assurances without knowledge. What is the purpose of advertising the time bound delivery services when they are of no use. This is the worst experience I had with any e-commerce website and I will be more than happy to not use amazon in the future for anything.

              I had purchased a phone of worth 8499 from amazon.in but due to lack of brightness display problems, i send it back and ask for refund since two months about they are saying me that they have issued the fund but not credited in my account yet.
              I am facing a lot of difficulties, they are harashing me mentally . i filed a charge dispute in bank but they also did'nt answered me . amazon had provided me a transaction id .

              I want my money as well as compensation charges. Please help me.

                I ordered a monitor BenQ VW2245Z 21.5-inch LED Monitor
                Sold by: FashionBay_SLP
                7, 139.00 from Amazon on COD with order number Order#[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday which was too late for me, hence I did a chat session with their Agent Sasikala who assured me that the product will be delivered by today. I did not receive the product and contacted them again, but the other agent Akash and his supervisor Sreenivas, did not acknowledge my concern/complaint and said that they will now try to deliver in next 24-48 hours which is making me lose money as my work is pending. I specifically explained this to Sasikala and based on that only she agreed to fasten the delivery processed and assured me with a written proof that the order will be delivered by today. They told me that their own courier service did not acknowledge their internal request, due to which this delay is happening. Upon asking a lot, they totally harassed me and did not realize that I am the suffering and losing my work and money because of them as I have a deadline to meet.


                Later on asking for compensation due to their fault in service, they offered me rs 100 saying that we can offer and issue Rs 100.00One Day Shipping Charges so that next order can be reached with in a day time frame. I totally denied to accept it as rs 100 is like I am a poor fellow and begging them for food. Moreover, I am not paying any shipping charges nor I asked them to make it free shipping on this order so, it does not qualify as rs 100 shipping charges concession offered to me. While asking and requesting them to reconsider, they stopped acknowledging me completely and finally without telling me anything further, end the chat session as a Supervisor named Sreenivas. It was totally unaccepted, unfair and upsetting that I was rejected to be served further and left me in blank space by leaving the chat session, They ran away from their own commitment first and later in answering the customer who is suffering because of them. Hence, I wanted to file a case against them for not giving me the service properly and harassing me which caused me metal stress.

                  Both items were received in packaging that is clearly printed "NOT FOR SALE."It's obvious that Amazon and their agent in India, Beauty Bazar, are selling products that are probably samples. This would seem to be grounds for a criminal complaint

                    Hi.. We have ordered four mouse pads from Amazon on Feb 2 2016 vide order no.#[protected]. Out of four, we have received only three mouse pads. The Fourth Mouse pad- PosterGuy Deadpool Inspired Movie Superhero Mousepad (Rs.199) have not been delivered to us. Please attend to it at the earliest and please despatch the fourth one soon.

                          I have ordered Nexus 6p 64 gb through Amazon under order id#[protected]. But all i have received is only a box n charger with no phone in it, i have raised a complaint immediately with Amazon they said req has been taken will take 5 days, after that no f/up from them, after 5 days when i asked the status they said there is no complaint been taken reg ur issue, OMG i was shocked and later I have been following since Jan 20, and I have spoken with more than 10 representatives, no body given me the resolution, everytime they will say request has been (but not) to finsih the conversation, if I call next time other rep saying it is fake info given by earlier rep. When I question them y like this happening they cooly say don't know and if i question again they all saying do what ever u can, u cant do anyting us, As a girl they are not treating respectfully... wht is this nonsense Amazon is so careless with the customers, Amzon is such a standard online company but now only coming to know the truth of Amazon u r not different than other companies. More over customer service very very very very worst. what ever i have all the records reg my issue which I raised complaints, the mails u all sent, mesages and all call recordings, as a frustrated customer I wanted to take legal action against them. Why they all earning money like this by cheating from poor people like us... Anway thank you Amazon for the very wonderful service and experience u all given...

                            Is one of the bad shopping site
                            I have bought a product from your amazon.in app
                            and then firstly
                            1. i got the oldest model .
                            2. Then i request to amazon to replce my product with new model
                            3. It was picked successfully by my address for replace on 22 December
                            4. I was waiting for my replacement
                            5. I tried after 5 days to know the status of my replacement
                            6. Then i am not able to connect my i.d
                            7. I registered my i.d via [protected] mobile number
                            8. Still I'm waiting for my replacement
                            9. I have paid before delivery (by online my credit card)
                            10.
                            I have receipt (proof of my home pickup)
                            ...
                            Now i haven't my product and i haven't receive my replacement and i haven't get my refund
                            Amazon must have give me back my refund...

                              I have placed the order on amazon with order number[protected]
                              The payment mode selected on the time of placing the order was COD, and as the delivery was done by amazon transportation service, I have used MPOS to pay for the order, And my account got debited, but in the MPOS it showed nothing, the I called customer care and they told me to pay cash and the amount debited will be credited in 5 days, since that I am regularly contacting amazon and its 16 days but still I have not got the amount.

                                    I hope you can understand my frustration level after reading my mail, and understand why I had to go as far as finding your details online in order to get my Problem Resolved.

                                    Below mentioned is the order details,

                                    I returned it back as the product shipped to me was faulty,

                                    It was as if Rats had bitten the straps of the Knee Guards.

                                    I then wrote mails to exchange it but i was told that I will get a Chq instead.

                                    We are writing to inform you that the refund cheque for the below order has been dispatched through via Blue Dart.

                                    I waited for days for the Chq to arrive, but when it arrived it had an error.

                                    My Last Name was spelled incorrectly, because of which I cant even deposit the Chq, I wrote a mail again to inform Amazon of the mis hap happened but this time instead of helping me I got a revert that I need to call Amazon to get it resolved.

                                    My question is why do I have to run around for the mistakes and faults made by your company. Someone printed the name incorrectly and I should take time out to call you guys and spend my money to get an amount as small as 390.00.

                                    I really had thought of forgetting this amount and give it to your company as a Change that will add to your profit.

                                    But then I thought of raising this issue so you guys know what going on within your company and how you are loosing your customers. I would prefer Shopclues Flipkart or any other company to buy products that I need.

                                    I hope you understand my frustration and look into this matter.

                                      I am being falsely charged Rs. 1499 on 30th Nov, 2015 from Amazon SVCS on my HDFC Credit Card. On being continuous calls and emails I am not getting proper response from both the parties. HDFC saying contact Amazon and Amazon saying contact HDFC. I am fed up contacting both numerous times. Amazon has asked for my card details again and again but not investigation anything and just saying we will resolve in 2-3 days but that is never ending.

                                        I request someone takes notice of this issue and take action against Amazon company which is fooling consumers with the promise of 1 day delivery with additional charges.I placed the order for transcend player on 28th Jan 2016 and paid addtnl 100 rs for 1 day delivery for special occasion, now its 1st Feb and still they are not able to deliver even though the order is in the courier office of the destination city.I have chased they repeatedly and they are unable to provide me any help even after calling them 8 to 9 times from last 3 days.This is ridiculous and insane service given by such a big brand like Amazon.Never expected such a disgusting service and I request everyone to think 10 times before placing the order with Amazon as they so easily fool customers.They will ruin your special occasion and even they dont refund the additional amount you pay for 1 day delivery.
                                        Kindly someone please look into this horrible disgusting company and take the needful action.
