I purchased Mobile on which they had to revert Cash back as per Amazon production Scheme after 2 months. I bought Mobile on oct but till January they not credited Cash back amount to my account . After that I contacted to Amazon customer care multiple time but they excuses that shortly i will receive. For this, They Mailed me every time when i contacts them about status so they replied with confirmation that within 2 days you will get amount but it has been a month passed. I have Proof of mails whatever they confirmed me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I placed order on 18th Jan 2016 and returned it back on 22nd Jan 16 but till date i have not received my refund they only say we have sent your refund to your account which i confirmed so many times from my bank but there is no refund received from Amazon which is also reflecting in my account statment which i have sent so many times to amazon but they have only one thing to say we have done your return. i dont know where they diid that. they only making us fool. this is wrost experience i ever had. i will never ever bu anything from Amazon and also tell to my family friends to avoid Amazon.

      I have order some product but always product is not delivered at my door step.

      Always FedEx courier/Amazon Transport Courier person call me and told me please collect your courier from office. We are not delivered your product at door step while at the time of order Amazon web site provides the delivery facility at door step at specified address.

      I have complain various time regarding this issue with Amazon Customer care via chat/email/phone but no any solution provide.

          Product is not what it is advertised as per the images on the product page.
          Differences:
          1. Dark red cloth with Hidesign weave clearly visible inside - plain brown cloth pockets received.
          2. Two pockets as per image with centre partition - single pocket type received.

          Check the differences by comparing the attached images of actual product received and the ones in the product page. Difference and therefore doubt on genuineness of the product is raised.

          Amazon - do not reject the review just because it proves duplicate product is being sent to customers. Unsuspecting customers should know about this seller, otherwise I shall post these images and the product page on every social and consumer protection websites if the review is rejected again to prevent the truth about the seller from coming out. Trust I am clear about my intention of ensuring that truth should prevail. ----- I placed this warning but despite that they rejected the review!!!

          All readers, do not take my word for granted. Please visit the product page and check the attached images of actual product for your own comparison and judgement.

            My name Aman Kumar Singh. I am writing this to you because I am done with your amazon india customer care and escalation department. I am really surprised with the action of Your team. Actually the issue is that I have bought one Phone from Amazon.in and I have Bought it for my sister pre wedding gift. I have ordered on 5.02.2016 and asked for one day delivery. When I was placing order there was issue with payment page I have tried many times to make payment. Finally I made payment and order got placed successfully. On the second day I was waiting for the order delivery as per scheduled and I got call from courier boy that he will reach at sultanpur in half an hour but he did not turned up after that I have contacted him many times but he did not response . Once He pic my call and told me that he is on the way.You can check this this thing in the attachment of his call screenshots which I have sent you. Then I Have received text that order received by me at the same time I called at amazon but some executive asked me to wait till 9.02.2016. They should ask first courier boy to whom he deliver the package and how I can sing there when I was not attended him. If someone did then this is fraud which and there courier boy doing. Then I got email from them on 8th February that my account got closed due to extraordinary event occurred on my account. I never bought anything from amazon I compared price of the phone with other shopping site then I chose amazon for very first time and in that email it was written that box was not tampered when it was reach to me but I never receive any box from them. I am really not able to understand there issue that how amazon saying all this. I wrote to escalation team also but they told me that when package reach to you it fully sealed pack where I am telling that it was tampered or something I told them that I got call from courier boy but he never came with my package to me. If customer complaining them something how they can close his and her account like this and blame him for all that stupid things even there courier boy can keep the package and write customer name there for order receiving and they will start blaming customer that customer lieying. Why Why they can't track there phone iemi number and other details for finding it. It's a bitter experience and specially with that email team who blaming customer for these kind of things. they people ruined the joy of my sister marriage and I don't know but now I want my money back as soon as possible. I have read a lot about amazon but never trust on rumors but now I can. Now Kindly consider my issue on priority basis.

              I'm facing a lot of problems in my Micromax YU yureka. I was told that my mobile will get replaced and it will take 12 days at the most. It's near about 2 months now, still my mobile is not replaced. Every mail that I've sent got same reply "Sorry for inconvenience" / "deeply regret". And whenever I call them, a busy is received. I have my WayBill number. Now and then, I check delivery status at delhiery.com and it says tat mobile hasn't dispatched yet. Amazon should stop buying products from YU

                I ordered the product lenovo k4 note mobile and VR ANT headset in the flash sale in this sale total price is RS.12499/- .I had paid on netbanking but my transaction is not done with 12499/-, it is done RS 13297/- means that i had given extra 798/- then i did the call on costmer care they told me your extra money will refund in your account but this is not done now they directly cancle my one order that is VR ANT HEADSET and refund my money without my permission or without asking ...then now my order is only lenovo k4 note. then what is use the flash sale offer????? now i'm not able to bring VR ANT HEADSET in offer price at 499/-.i able to bring at 1299/- then what is use the flash sale or waiting much days for register.

                    I have order a gold coin on 8 jan 2016 I recived on 13 jan but when I open a package it was just a pendrive I called amazon customer service I have registered a complaint and they told me that give 3 days seller to respond after 3 days I called amazon customer service again they said seller is saying that he shipped right product and seller is having a footage of it.I said so how I got this pendrive then agent said I will file atoz claim I asked him what is atoz claim he said if seller is not resolving your issue so we can file atoz claim and I asked him after atoz what is going to happen he said amazon will barred seller I said no don't do that again ask him if he is resolving the issue so theris no point filing a atoz claim.then on Sunday 17jan I called up again then they transferd my call to escalation desk from ther agent name:Rachel she talked to me and I told her to file AtoZ claim she told me that sir as I can see that you are waiting for long time what I can do is I will forward this issue to consern team they will resolve your issue so you have to wait 2 to 4 bussiness days I said ok I will wait then after 4 bussiness days I send a mail to Rachel no response the I called amazon customer service this time agent pickup my call I told him transfer this call to your senior from ther agent name santosh he said that I have to file atoz claim I told him if this is the thing so you have to do it on 17 why you are telling me now then how ever he file atoz claim and he told me to wait for 1 to 2 week and fro 22jan till now iam waiting in this time I called them more the 30 time they are just saying that you have to wait for buyer gurantee team to reply when I mail to buyer gurantee team they just have one sentence (we are investigating this issue how ever it take 1to2 weeks to resolve) please help me if any one know what to do because the money which I gave them it was my month salary and now I don't have anything to in my hand no product no money

                        The worst and disgusting experience i have got from Amazon.

                        I placed the order on 16/01/3016 (Order ID[protected] Waited for the product till 30/01/2016. Cancelled the order on 31/01/2016 and requested for the refund coz it was a pre paid order. Bit till date i am suffering for the same.

                        Also don't know the reason for non COD facility from pin code-713101. Other than Amazon all other online shopping sited like Flipcart, firstcry, Snapdeal, Myntra... every one has the COD option from this pin code.

                        Anyway now seller ( Kido toys ) is telling me that unless they receive back the product they can't refund. And surprisingly Amazon is telling that they dot have any idea when seller will get back the product or refund will happen.

                        This is the worst experience of my online shopping history.

                        I can assure you that this bitter experience will not permit me to order or buy any things from your site.

                        And i will share this on social media.

                            For my return amazon has issued my refund amount on 1st feb 2016 but this is still not credited into my bank account, I sent so many mails to the amazon's customer care but still they are not replying on that, My around 18000 INR is with them from around 25 days, I asked them to give me any reference number if they credited, If not please credit the amount as soon as possible,

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I have an account on Amazon.com for shopping. Last month I did some shopping on Amazon using Amazon Prime Delivery service which completes the delivery in 2days.
                              I just took trial for a month but this Amazon website renewed my Yearly Membership and deducted amount of 99USD from my Credit Card without prior informing without any reminder mail or call. This made my Credit Limit to Negative.
                              And there is no option on this website to ask for refund of the amount.
                              And I don't want to use this service anyone.

                              Kindly please help and take this issue on priority as I don't have sufficient money to do Credit Card Payment.

                                  I had ordered an envie battery charger, it was supposed to be delivered by 11th of February. I have been tracking the item details and found that the product has been returned to shipping address as the customer refused the delivery. I on the other hand, did no such thing.
                                  On another incident, around ten days back I had ordered a one plus two mobile case from noise, it was to be delivered but the delivery person was unbelievably rude over the phone, disconnected my call on two occasions, did not receive when I called back immediately, next day again he spoke very rudely over the phone and finally without giving an explanation for the extremely unprofessional behavior, disconnect my call. I finally had to return that item. I would mention here that even in that occasion, on the tracking product details, it showed my item was refused at delivery site. These two incidents in a span of two weeks has left me and my family completely disappointed with the entire shopping experience with Amazon the people involved also seem to have no bothering about customer satisfaction or even the minimum social conduct.

                                    I have order lenovo k4 in flash sale on 9 feb order[protected] whose guranted delivery in 1 day.But till 11 i dint get the order delivered i call to amazon and executive said me it is stuck and will be deliverd in 2 days but next day when i called for enquiry executive tell it is stuck and you didnt get order and cancel automatically.I
                                    If they are not able to provide than why they are talking They just cheated common people and say sorry i think we have to boycott these tings because of there frauds.
                                    I didnt even cancel the order and my order history from amzon is disappear.

                                    So worst amazon to use

                                      1st:
                                      I place Order on 7th Jan 2016, order place successfully but payment was declined. Order #[protected], Amount: Rs.3, 256.00,

                                      2nd:
                                      after payment declined I purchase a Amazon Gift Voucher Worth 3000/- on 9th Jan, Order #:[protected], Amount.3, 000.00,

                                      3rd:
                                      I paid my due amount of Rs.3, 256.00 of Order #[protected] from my Gift vouch balance {Rs.3001.00(Rs.1 is my previous Gift Voucher balance)} and My State Bank Of India Debit Card (Rs. 255.00) [ending with 4050]

                                      4th:
                                      On 9th Jan I got 2 email from Amazon.in at my register email address, and subject was "Refund for Amazon.in order[protected] was successful". and I'm just shock after read this two email.

                                      * after few days i got return my money Rs. 255.00 at my bank account
                                      and also got Rs.3001.00 in my amazon account.
                                      but problem is I can't use this money because my account is lock..

                                      5th:
                                      after read email I try to Sign in my Amazon account and want to see what happened. And I'm Surprised when i enter my email address and password, It's say Incorrect.. I reset my password through "Forget Password" link and change my password.
                                      after i go to login page again and enter my email address and my latest password, its say "Invalid user name or password"[protected] My Problem Beginning..

                                      5th:
                                      I contact amazon customer care support via mobile on toll free no (+[protected] from my mobile number (+[protected].
                                      then,
                                      I ask: why my order cancel?
                                      he said: "your order cancel of some issue" (but he did not tell me exact cause.)

                                      I ask: why i cant Sign in my account?
                                      he said:" you account is temporary lock for some account related issue, that's why you cant sing in your account, " (but he did not tell me exact issue.)

                                      I ask: when my account unlock again?
                                      he said: I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours


                                      but how many 24 hour passed i don't know. till date and time i did not received any email from amazon account specialist determent..

                                      6th:
                                      once again i call customer care after 24hour, they said same to same dialogue again but this time they said for 48 hour, "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours"

                                      after few day i call again to amazon customer care and this time he said "i can take few day may be one week(7 days/7x24=168 hour), and i personally work on your problem and I set remainder, you don't need to contact us i will contact you when problem solved"

                                      after 10-12 days i contact again and they play again their recorded DIALOGUE :

                                      "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"

                                      Till Date They Repeat 10000000% same 2 same DIALOGUE...


                                      i fully fed up on amazon.
                                      my request is please unlock/unblock my account or please give refund of Order #:[protected].
                                      I have Rs.3001.00 in my Amazon Gift Voucher Balance.. but i cant USE it so please please please please do something for me...

                                        I ordered a magic cup on 9 Dec 2016.
                                        I called yesterday, I was told that product was dispatched..but today when I tried to check my order it was not showing any order..when I called customer service they told it was cancelled..
                                        Hw can a reputated company as amazon be so irresponsible ..I need this cup before Valentines Day..please check and do send again my order..its most urgent.
